Volkswagen India — Servicing and over billing without work done | |||
On 27th Nov 2015 i gave my polo car for regular service at Abra Motors PVT Ltd, Ambattur, chennai and there was no problem reported when i sent it to workshop. It was raining heavily for next one week and i am not sure where they kept my car, a week after HARI (service person ) called me and said i have to pay Rs 59098 to fix my car. I paid the amount quoted and in return i found scratch marks all over my car.i thought problem was completely resolved. Next day i started getting the loud noise from my engine. When i enquire about this they are asking me to pay for it to fix it. I am very upset and totally disappointed with the service offered. I want my car to be fixed at free of cost. Volkswagen India - (Pathetic Service) in Apple Auto whitefield, Bangalore
During my 1rst long journey (after 3 weeks from the date of service), I saw a signal showing there is a "fault in engine management service after 80km driven". I guess this is due to poor service :( Regards Senthilfraud a new car
