Dear sir,
From purchasing to till date, our experience with volkswagen is worst.
Bought polo petrol from vw ahmedabad, automark motors pvt ltd, s. G. Highway. We were given quotation with reverse parking sensors, and at time of delivery of car, they refused saying, its not possible. We have written proof. Our friend bought same model from another showroom (Das auto, ahmedabad), with a gape of a week, and got reverse parking sensors in it.
Then, for 1st 6monthly check up, their response was poor. There is no inter department coordination. Service centre - automark motors pvt ltd, ujala circle, sarkhej, ahmedabad.
Again this time i kept my car under insurance coverage for windscreen replacement! And very poor response, n poor coordination. Worst service ever. We deal with service head mr chirag, job card coordinator mr mayur, and engineer? Mr devendra. No coordination between these guys.
Other companies provides much much better service at door step.
We regret our relationship with volkswagen.
