A Battery was changed in my car model vento bearing registration no MP 04CH5901
After repeated request the guarantee Cardace of the Battery was not given saying that the Card will come from Company headquarters within 15 days. Today morning my car stopped in the middle of the of road while my mother and senior citizen was in the Car she suffers from hypertension for the next 15 minutes she went thru a harrowing time ..
When we sent the car to the Showroom the Service Manager after checking said that we cannot do anything as the Battery make is 2014, shocked with this answer when I said that we have a bill from your Showroom stating that the Battery was indeed purchased on 17 Mar 2016 they started checking their records and accepted that they have changed the said Battery but refused to change the same ..
I am a loyal Wox wagon customer absolutely in airtel state of shock

Iam using car from the year 1989 Maruti 800 up to 1999 and from 1999 to 2011 Maruti Zen I never based any problem .I bought Volkswagon vento in the year 2011and using it till date .I never based any problem on the previous brand of Maruti .But in Volkswagon vento Iface frequent problem of ENGINE FAULT indications, which stops the engine abruptly.It is very dangerous when you are travelling in Natioanl High ways.I faced the problem in CHENNAI-BANGALORE HIGHWAY &CHENNAI-OOTY HIGHWAY.The service also poor as they have not rectified the problem after visiting service centre also.they are bothered about menting money by changing oil and filters only rather than solving the reported problem.

    Kolkata Service centre is the worst ..only money making rougues. charged 18k for the work and didnt do anything- just washed the car. ABS sign is still on, tail light still not working, oil not changed, nothing was done .. please close this service centre. the service manager said he will give a free service - and has stopped taking calls after that ! his name is AMITABH NANDI - my car number is wb06g 4201 -POLO.. Please do something

      My car polo highline tdi i purchased this on 21 feb 2012 and i am regreting that i purchased this car as after 3 months from purchase i have visited 200 times in service centres and the days its kept in service centre is around 400 as all the parts have been changed including full ( engine, gearbox all parts, clutch set 2 times, timing belt & bearing, stering column 2 times, ac compressor 2 times, injectors 2
      times, battery, turbo, clutch master cylender, additional waterpump, stering rack 2 times, gear shifter mechanism, suspension parts 3 times, disk brake 2 times only thing left is its computer and still my car is in service centre the parts to be change is 3rd time cltuch set and flywheel soo and i didnt get any replacemnt car to drive soo i am harrased and have file case in consumer court and will defame this volkswagon group everywhere this car has ruined my life from last 4 years . vw is not for india they should after all this harrasment i am going make vw down everywhere

      i have registred complaint in customer care many times there is no such response by there side the only line they say is to go service centre and my car issue will be resolved as after 100 times spent in service centr . I want refund of my car or replacement and the compensate of mental harrasment and expenses on consumable parts when parts are replaced each time

        My vehicle was serviced on 12/04/2016 for 30000km and got delivered on the same day, there was front brake pad worn symbol i complained regarding the problem and battery was also they told it was good, but even after the service the symbol was frequently burning my vehicle is under warranty and often it shows inspection now and on 17/04/2016 my vehicle couldn't start there was battery problem also the problem was not addressed properly by ramani volkswagen coimbatore i request

          I have a 2013 Volkswagen Touareg and I had given my car for a standard service to the dealer in Kolkata, OSL Exclusive. When i gave my car I had also complained about the seat memory function not working on the drivers side. On receiving my car back, the technicians had damaged the interior panels, including tearing the leather, scratching the plastic and breaking the trim panels. All of these have been done at the dealership service center. Please find the images attached below. The dealer refuses to accept these and have said that these were already there from before. They are refusing to fix these by replacing the panels.

          Please note that the problem has not yet been resolved. I have taken my car from the workshop due to not being satisfied with the way my car was being kept. The panels are still damaged to some extent and both seat memory switches are not working now.

            One month ago we repalced our car sensors but they were not working properly and from that vary day we are asking them to replace it and provide the new sensors but no one is listening and they always make a new execuse. We have to visit there centre again and again and had done numerous calls but till now no one at service centre listen us and they have are bluntly saying to file the complaint. So what a service and hospitality??.our car back sensors are not working and we had paid full amount and see what we get ? We are waiting for your response

              I am from bhutan. I had booked a polo gt with "essenn automotive pvt. Ltd" siliguri, west bengal. I made an advance payment of rs. 100, 000/- on the 6th of jan 2016. The dealer gave me 30 days delivery time and later changed it to 45 days. Today, 12th april ( after more than 90 days), when i called them, they are asking me to take my money back because they are not able to supply my car. If that be the case, why did they not say that in the beginning, i could have opted for another car. I sold my old car keeping their delivery date in mind. I've been posting my complaints on vw facebook page and have even written to the company in germany, all in vain. I regret having so much faith in this company. Please help.

                The above vehicle was taken delivery from pps motors, sec bad on 31st march 2015. Now i am going to have 15000 km service from pps motors, suchitra, jeedimetla, sec bad on 11th april. The sounds from doors, dash board, loose hand brake button, pick up of vehicle when slow down in top gear, mud flaps getting loosened often. Please take sufficient care to satisfy that new vehicle was delivered. This is the sixth new vehicle i owned, but this is 1st dissatisfaction.

                    I am always facing issue while servicing my car or repairing, gandhidham auto mark dealer is charging so higher every time

                    This time, I have kept my car on 26th Feb and they got resolution on 7th April, while there was not any major issues. They are charging 10000+ labor against part of 24000.

                      I am highly disappointed by choosing volkswagen service centre for servicing my car, i feel it's common practice your employees follow which is disgracing your customers, i was happy owning volkswagen highland car in diesel version but now i feel so disappointed to own one, i would rather choose to sell it and try other brands which are efficient and capable of providing services to their customers. I definitely will be sharing this incident on all my social media pages as well.

                      I gave my vehicle for regular service with some complaints on thursday to mr. Rajesh :- [protected] who i was told is the advisor for my vehicle.

                      I gave my vehicle at 11.30am in volkswagen whitefield showroom bangalore and i was waiting for a response from your team, evening when i called up rajesh he very proudly in just one sentence said " your vehicle is not checked" that's it.

                      Your vehicle is not checked what was he trying to say i was stunned by his statement and it felt no further need of any discussions with him,

                      Friday being a holiday i did not call but again on saturday when i called rajesh, his no is not reachable from morning, so i called service station and i got a revert he is on leave and no one has assisted my vehicle, and she will arrange a call back.

                      I mean is this the way volkswagen handle their customers, if yes then it's shameful and disappointing, and even after 2 hours i have called her still there is no response from your end.

                      How do i commute without my vehicle, i am sure that's not even your concern, this seems to be a common practice at your end, i can only arrive to this conclusion, , ,

                      If one irresponsible employee is on leave then it does not mean my car should be left unattended, if he is on leave for a week then for a week no one will see to my vehicle???? Is that what volkswagen brand is all about ...

                      Sad i would say,

                      It's saturday today and sunday you will be closed anyways and again on monday if you guys have time you will in hurry see my vehicle and then again on monday evening report will be generated for service and on tuesday you might start working on my vehicle and then on wednesday i might get my vehicle, ,

                      For a regular service you guys will take 6 days, , , on earth its unbelievable and unacceptable, , who's going to pay for the expense for my commute for these days, , ,

                      I am totally disappointed by this and your representative rajesh, whose irresponsibility will cause me so much trouble in days to come and i am sure even my car concerns which i shared will not be dealt properly as you guys are overloaded with work.

                      I am sharing this so you can take proper actions and improve on your service if you wish to, , , i will definitely be sharing this all through my circle and social media so many other customers can take decisions to go with proper brands after reading what i had to go through, , ,
                      Buying is just not the deal but the real deal is to get service after buying.

                      I think this is the standard practice of VW everywhere in India. Even I am suffering with the same issue. I have dropped my car on Mar 28 and they have committed me delivery of Apr 9. Assigned service advisor is on leave and nobody attended my car in his absence. Still my car is not yet repaired and when I have locked the complaint at VW customer care, Customer service head of Workshop threatening me why I have approached VW. Its the matter between them and me why I am involving VW here. On the first hand they are selling crap products and after that they hired Goons at their service centers to harass customers. I am feeling cheated and helpless after spending money on a VW car.
                      I strongly agree, , , they are not interested in servicing their clients, their product is selling, we spend 13-14 lacs on a car and this is the way they respond. I am definitely sharing this info with all my friends at the least I can reach to 600-700 friend of mine ref social media I will definitely use.

                      But there is no point as their grievance cell is nothing but a joke where no one is questioned.

                      I am Definitely considering selling my Vento and buying some other brand either Chevrolet, Mahindra or even Honda. I am very disappointed by them.

                        Sir,

                        I have purchased the Polo 1.6L bearing MH46 P 8311 from the Volkswagen Showroom at Nerul, Navi Mumbai in june, 2012. WIthin 2 months, A/C in the car was not cooling down. Since then we have taken the car two times to VW authorised workshop with the AC cooling was the major complaint. Every time, workshop technicians used to do some temporary fixing which used to be working for few months then again it is the same. Everytime the workshop had taken note of the problem in their record and used to give some or the other excuses and replacement of parts to give a temporary solutions. Even though we bought the new car, i always felt as if i am driving old car as the car never used to get cool on running.

                        Last week, again the Volkswagen workshop called for AC survey and picked our car on 4th April 2016. since then we are given with various versions of response from the workshop regarding the problem. First they said it is cooling coil which is not working, then they said some expandable valve etc etc.

                        In total, i am really dejected with performance and service of the car. I am literally harassed and cheated by Volkswagen of selling a defective car. on top of that the workshop started demanding replacement and repair charges which is totally unfair as the issue was inherent with the car from the day we bought.

                        We therefore would like to lodge our grievance for sufferings we have gone through in the last 4 years and hope we get the justice for our sufferings and make VW liable for the selling defective car and compensate us properly

                          Case history

                          I had purchase this vehicle on march 2014, as per rsa with vw it will
                          Be for two years that means it wil be valid till 11/03/2016.
                          But on 27/02/2015 my vehicle got breakdown & i have called to rsa as
                          Per thier records the service was over in 2015.
                          The information received from rsa is that the rsa facility got started
                          On 30/05/2013. As per telecon the infomration i got that my rsa
                          Service was over in 2015. How??

                          I have asked the following question with the dealer but they are not responding

                          Please clarify me the following points

                          1# how is that possible that, when i bought this vehicle in
                          11/03/2014 than rsa facility got started in 30/05/2013??
                          2# i had paid to avail rsa service facility in march '2014 than how
                          The rsa facility got started in 2013 without payment??
                          3# in 2013 who has started the rsa facility service from you the
                          Document & evidences required along with payment receipt copy of the
                          Person who has paid the amount in 2013 to avail the service
                          4# required documents & invoice that which person has availed the rsa
                          Facility in 2013 from you

                          No response from dealer & neglecting the facts. Not providing me the documentary evidences that how rsa facility has been started 1 year prior.

                          Rsa - axa is saying that we had go ask the dealership, again also given the written confirmation on the subject. But till date no action has been taken by them.

                          Pl. See the attach image of axa for confirmation.

                          Rsa has been activated one year prior than purchase that means they had given me 2nd hand vehicle not new one.

                            Dear Volkswagen Team,
                            I'm Dr.S.R.Chakravarthy, Orthopaedic surgeon and a proud owner of VW Vento ...pretty pleased with the performance of my car till now..on Jan 5, 2016-i gave my Vento for regular yearly servicing, even though it didn't troubled me.
                            After nearly 15 days of post servicing(nearly 400 kms of running), my vento suddenly deteriorated its running with due indicators on the monitor...vehicle is running as if its hand break is on..because of my busy schedule and by virtue of owning another car_i didn't turn up the show room which is 50kms away.
                            0n March 31, 2016 i handed over my Vento at modi autocorp pvt.ltd, Visakhapatnam again and immensely disappointed to learn from them that my vehicle's INJECTOR has gone and it need to be replaced to restore its normal running...one interesting thing they let me know is its extended warranty ends up before 2 days of my reporting in the show room.
                            My vento is of 2012 model and its speedometer shows only 26000kms down the lane of 4 yrs..i use my car with best of my concern with dignity..
                            i request Team VW..to look into this matter and consider the extended warranty for replacement of One INJECTOR as the servicing people failed to identify the problem as well as maintenance of injectors when the car handed over for servicing.
                            pls dont let me come to a decision and spread that VOLKSWAGEN cars will fail with regular intervals irrespective of its maintenance and running...expecting your quick response and favourable action.

                              Dear sir
                              I had a really bad experience at your dealership in my place kottayam the other day. And to my suprise even the main person showroom manager was too involved in it.
                              I had a polo and was using it since 4 yrs . While i bought it also ur this dealership showed too much attitude and i had to buy it from evm cochin which is 100 kms away from me. Now when i sold my old polo to buy a new polo GT TSI . I faced same issue. Too much attitude they are showing which made to drop my plan in buying your product. We need a alternate dealership in our place

                                i am prateek pugalia owned a polo car.
                                at the time of purchase there was a mistake in my blue book and which is not yet resolved.
                                today i have called to servicing department for giving my car at servicing they doesn't have spare parts and they doesnt have the driver to pick my car from my address.
                                one year ago i have complain about the denting and painting work done till date that complain is not yet resolved.
                                my advice is to change the dealer or close the selling of your product in siliguri.

                                  My name is nishant agrawal from mumbai. I had purchased vento 1.2l tsi highline petrol model in the month of october 2015 from volkswagen mumbai north showroom. Car details are:

                                  Car number - mh 03 bw 8122
                                  Chasis number - mexk15602gt037349

                                  I had given my car to volkswagen mumbai north workshop for some minor technical issues like door alignment which caused noise while driving. Car was given for servicing on 30-march-2016.

                                  On thursday(31st-march-2016) i had received a call from workshop saying that my car got damaged during test drive/servicing. I am attaching the pictures of damages that have caused in the car and really worried how vehicles are handled in the workshop.

                                  This is really very disappointing since the car is brand new. Wanted to bring it to your notice the real frustration is that workshop is not owning the damages and asking me to own it via insurance. This is very surprising and unprofessional which is going totally against a big brand.

                                  When we give our car for servicing then car it is under workshop supervision and total responsibility is with the workshop to give the car back to customer as-is but not with dents and scratches. If car is damaged during servicing it should be repaired back by workshop only instead of asking customer for applying insurance as it may lead to other implications.

                                  This is really frustrating experience from volkswagen as it been 5 days since the incident happened, workshop/showroom folks have been playing with the words and i have no clarity as when i would get my car back .I didn't expect this kind of service from volkswagen as it completely shaken my trust. All this is causing me acute mental harassment. I bought this vehicle from my hard earned money and even there is no mistake from my side, i am suffering.

                                  I want volkswagen to take appropriate action against volkswagen mumbai north and give me my car back in the same condition and they should be completely owning this damages cost.

                                  I made a call to Mr Imran (your workshop service manager) 45 mins back and he told me that they are not replacing the side panel which is also damaged. They are just repairing the side panel by pulling/denting/painting.

                                  As I said before very clearly that repaired side panel and painting work is not acceptable to me as side panel is also damaged badly and we discussed from first day itself that side panel has to be totally replaced. My vehicle was handed over to your workshop in new condition and accordingly I will not accept dented painted vehicle.

                                  Understand my situation as my car is brand new and it is not possible for me to accept this specially when there is not mistake from my side.

                                  Also I would like to check my vehicle once the vehicle is ready for my complete satisfaction.

                                  Requesting you to not delay the delivery of my vehicle by unnecessary discussion back and forth on unethical point because it is impacting me badly since I have two school going kids and old parents and it is costing me a lot to manage the daily transportation(office, hospital, school etc).
                                  We have not seen any movement from Volkswagen yet.
                                  Instead we are being forced to use our own insurance to take care of damage and also the service center employee threatening us with political influential of SHiv Sena and Manse.
                                  Please help us ASAP.
                                  We are getting negative talks from the service centre now.                                     I purchased volkswagen polo 1.2 TDI in Feb 2013.After one and 11 month the fuel pump of my vehicle developed defect and replaced after 8 days of halt .and vehicle became operational.Again on 1st April 2016 the same fuel pump problem arised and presently the vehicle is in halt.I communicated in toll free no and lodge the complaint and from where a complaint registration no CCR43950 given to me.Again on 4th April 2016 when I communicated in the toll free no I was told that service centre in guwahati is no longer operational so advised me to take roadside assistance from where also I did not get proper solution. Due to having my only vehicle defictive I faced a lot of problem as i am having 80years+ father and mother and Two children for which i have to make much expenditure with tremendous mental stress.Which is only due to defective vehicle or vehicle part sold to me with sweet words by Volkswagen, Guwahati without proper servicing or attention to my problems.

                                      The above mention car is at the service station of authorized dealer of the company since 9th jan 2016 with damaged engine. The car was refused to service due non availability of oil filter due bad financial situation of the dealer. The under signed has visited, written and requested the dealer, the company and company in germany a number of times but no action has been taken. The car engine need to be replace as per information provided and is within warranty period and dully insured by bajaj allianze ltd.

                                        This is regarding the improper service by VW service center at chennai.

                                        Had given my car for service twice for a complaint that the entire vehicle is shaking and jerking. It becomes very uncomfortable to drive with this issue especially when above 50 KM speed. This problem has not been rectified and i am really feeling odd about the way they have responded saying they have huge number of cars to take care cause of which they could not ensure the resolve this issue.

                                        Will be help full if people from VW can involve here and get my issue resolved. I have already spent close to 25000 for these issues.
