Case history

I had purchase this vehicle on march 2014, as per rsa with vw it will
Be for two years that means it wil be valid till 11/03/2016.
But on 27/02/2015 my vehicle got breakdown & i have called to rsa as
Per thier records the service was over in 2015.
The information received from rsa is that the rsa facility got started
On 30/05/2013. As per telecon the infomration i got that my rsa
Service was over in 2015. How??

I have asked the following question with the dealer but they are not responding

Please clarify me the following points

1# how is that possible that, when i bought this vehicle in
11/03/2014 than rsa facility got started in 30/05/2013??
2# i had paid to avail rsa service facility in march '2014 than how
The rsa facility got started in 2013 without payment??
3# in 2013 who has started the rsa facility service from you the
Document & evidences required along with payment receipt copy of the
Person who has paid the amount in 2013 to avail the service
4# required documents & invoice that which person has availed the rsa
Facility in 2013 from you

Complaint registered with ccr no44066. After that
No response from dealer & neglecting the facts. Not providing me the documentary evidences that how rsa facility has been started 1 year prior.

Rsa - axa is saying that we had go ask the dealership, again also given the written confirmation on the subject. But till date no action has been taken by them.

Pl. See the attach image of axa for confirmation.

Rsa has been activated one year prior than purchase that means they had given me 2nd hand vehicle not new one.

    Dear Volkswagen Team,
    I'm Dr.S.R.Chakravarthy, Orthopaedic surgeon and a proud owner of VW Vento ...pretty pleased with the performance of my car till now..on Jan 5, 2016-i gave my Vento for regular yearly servicing, even though it didn't troubled me.
    After nearly 15 days of post servicing(nearly 400 kms of running), my vento suddenly deteriorated its running with due indicators on the monitor...vehicle is running as if its hand break is on..because of my busy schedule and by virtue of owning another car_i didn't turn up the show room which is 50kms away.
    0n March 31, 2016 i handed over my Vento at modi autocorp pvt.ltd, Visakhapatnam again and immensely disappointed to learn from them that my vehicle's INJECTOR has gone and it need to be replaced to restore its normal running...one interesting thing they let me know is its extended warranty ends up before 2 days of my reporting in the show room.
    My vento is of 2012 model and its speedometer shows only 26000kms down the lane of 4 yrs..i use my car with best of my concern with dignity..
    i request Team VW..to look into this matter and consider the extended warranty for replacement of One INJECTOR as the servicing people failed to identify the problem as well as maintenance of injectors when the car handed over for servicing.
    pls dont let me come to a decision and spread that VOLKSWAGEN cars will fail with regular intervals irrespective of its maintenance and running...expecting your quick response and favourable action.

      Dear sir
      I had a really bad experience at your dealership in my place kottayam the other day. And to my suprise even the main person showroom manager was too involved in it.
      I had a polo and was using it since 4 yrs . While i bought it also ur this dealership showed too much attitude and i had to buy it from evm cochin which is 100 kms away from me. Now when i sold my old polo to buy a new polo GT TSI . I faced same issue. Too much attitude they are showing which made to drop my plan in buying your product. We need a alternate dealership in our place

        Hello
        i am prateek pugalia owned a polo car.
        at the time of purchase there was a mistake in my blue book and which is not yet resolved.
        today i have called to servicing department for giving my car at servicing they doesn't have spare parts and they doesnt have the driver to pick my car from my address.
        one year ago i have complain about the denting and painting work done till date that complain is not yet resolved.
        my advice is to change the dealer or close the selling of your product in siliguri.

          Hi,

          My name is nishant agrawal from mumbai. I had purchased vento 1.2l tsi highline petrol model in the month of october 2015 from volkswagen mumbai north showroom. Car details are:

          Car number - mh 03 bw 8122
          Chasis number - mexk15602gt037349

          I had given my car to volkswagen mumbai north workshop for some minor technical issues like door alignment which caused noise while driving. Car was given for servicing on 30-march-2016.

          On thursday(31st-march-2016) i had received a call from workshop saying that my car got damaged during test drive/servicing. I am attaching the pictures of damages that have caused in the car and really worried how vehicles are handled in the workshop.

          This is really very disappointing since the car is brand new. Wanted to bring it to your notice the real frustration is that workshop is not owning the damages and asking me to own it via insurance. This is very surprising and unprofessional which is going totally against a big brand.

          When we give our car for servicing then car it is under workshop supervision and total responsibility is with the workshop to give the car back to customer as-is but not with dents and scratches. If car is damaged during servicing it should be repaired back by workshop only instead of asking customer for applying insurance as it may lead to other implications.

          This is really frustrating experience from volkswagen as it been 5 days since the incident happened, workshop/showroom folks have been playing with the words and i have no clarity as when i would get my car back .I didn't expect this kind of service from volkswagen as it completely shaken my trust. All this is causing me acute mental harassment. I bought this vehicle from my hard earned money and even there is no mistake from my side, i am suffering.

          I want volkswagen to take appropriate action against volkswagen mumbai north and give me my car back in the same condition and they should be completely owning this damages cost.

          I made a call to Mr Imran (your workshop service manager) 45 mins back and he told me that they are not replacing the side panel which is also damaged. They are just repairing the side panel by pulling/denting/painting.

          As I said before very clearly that repaired side panel and painting work is not acceptable to me as side panel is also damaged badly and we discussed from first day itself that side panel has to be totally replaced. My vehicle was handed over to your workshop in new condition and accordingly I will not accept dented painted vehicle.

          Understand my situation as my car is brand new and it is not possible for me to accept this specially when there is not mistake from my side.

          Also I would like to check my vehicle once the vehicle is ready for my complete satisfaction.

          Requesting you to not delay the delivery of my vehicle by unnecessary discussion back and forth on unethical point because it is impacting me badly since I have two school going kids and old parents and it is costing me a lot to manage the daily transportation(office, hospital, school etc).
          We have not seen any movement from Volkswagen yet.
          Instead we are being forced to use our own insurance to take care of damage and also the service center employee threatening us with political influential of SHiv Sena and Manse.
          Please help us ASAP.

            I purchased volkswagen polo 1.2 TDI in Feb 2013.After one and 11 month the fuel pump of my vehicle developed defect and replaced after 8 days of halt .and vehicle became operational.Again on 1st April 2016 the same fuel pump problem arised and presently the vehicle is in halt.I communicated in toll free no and lodge the complaint and from where a complaint registration no CCR43950 given to me.Again on 4th April 2016 when I communicated in the toll free no I was told that service centre in guwahati is no longer operational so advised me to take roadside assistance from where also I did not get proper solution. Due to having my only vehicle defictive I faced a lot of problem as i am having 80years+ father and mother and Two children for which i have to make much expenditure with tremendous mental stress.Which is only due to defective vehicle or vehicle part sold to me with sweet words by Volkswagen, Guwahati without proper servicing or attention to my problems.

              The above mention car is at the service station of authorized dealer of the company since 9th jan 2016 with damaged engine. The car was refused to service due non availability of oil filter due bad financial situation of the dealer. The under signed has visited, written and requested the dealer, the company and company in germany a number of times but no action has been taken. The car engine need to be replace as per information provided and is within warranty period and dully insured by bajaj allianze ltd.

                Hi,
                This is regarding the improper service by VW service center at chennai.

                Had given my car for service twice for a complaint that the entire vehicle is shaking and jerking. It becomes very uncomfortable to drive with this issue especially when above 50 KM speed. This problem has not been rectified and i am really feeling odd about the way they have responded saying they have huge number of cars to take care cause of which they could not ensure the resolve this issue.

                Will be help full if people from VW can involve here and get my issue resolved. I have already spent close to 25000 for these issues.

                  I am using ur vehical since 5 years and i am getting my vehicle vento desiel mh-04-ex-5959 serviced in your service station of vapi that is automark motors pvt ltd - vapi -gujarat .
                  As per your service consultant and manager sunil bhai my vehicle had some problem related turbo and he said you have to change the full turbo unit which will be cost of rs150000
                  I said them to confirm twices and as per their talks they had confirmed twices
                  I then shifted my vehicle to global in thane your another service centre in mumbai and after checking the vehicle they said that it's the work of electric unit ot turbo and it cost near about rs 11000 and the work was done perfectly
                  I had again contacted to vapi service centre and discussed the above matter and their reply was that we had never done this work of turbo
                  My complaint is that is this your service that your service centre manager and consultant dose not have knowledge of vehicle or their intentions was to cheat us and we have to suffer for that if i had not taken second opinion i would have loss my huge money due to your wrong suggestion
                  I think this type o[censored]nqualified staff is threat for your company and as i have lost confidence in your company many other customers can lose so i request you to please take action and revert my complaint

                    I own a 2014 VW Vento diesel car .
                    I have taken the extended warranty. My car's steering shivering at high speed braking. Sometimes it actually take the confidence to drive at high speed. The high speed I means just 80kmph. It is a very pathetic experience from a brand of world class dignity.
                    When ever I asks dealer to take sort the complaint they always telling to polish the disc and I have to pay the money. Since I am under warranty why should I pay the expenses. I hope this complain will pass to the respective officials to help me out from this problem.

                      The driver seat is very uncomfortable. Something is wrong with its design. Every time I drive the car, I end up with neck pain, back pain, calf muscle pain and ankle pain .

                      I also had same experience with the same model car. So many pains i encountered and funny part was i never had bought the car . i would suggest to take some pain killer prior to driving. take care

                      I bought the high line 1.2 tsi Vento. It's been some 3 weeks now, and after driving some 2500km, I have adjusted the seat in every possible permutations and combinations, I have tried the bead back rest, the neck rest and still exploring any other possibilities available in the market to try on the driver seat .I feel so depressed after every drive . If I had a choice I would sell off the car right now and buy some thing like a ciaz .

                          I am Mr Krishnamoorthy owner of Volkswagen Polo (Regn No. TN76 AB2486 and Model Diesel Highline 1.5 TDI) purchased at M/s Susee Automotive Private Limited, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu on 26 August 2014.

                          I would like to highlight my current issue in relation to your post purchase services.

                          Emergency Services – Accident

                          I met with an accident on 17 January 2016 around 6:30 to 7pm near Senguruchi toll plaza, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District. Reason for accident was due to harsh driving by driver on Innova car. Total 4 cars got affected and report has been made at local Police Station.

                          List of damages to the car are as follows:

                          ● Rear portion full damage

                          ● Front bumper damage

                          ● Bonnet – dent

                          ● LH H/L assembly

                          Knowing the extent of damages happened; I decided to send the car for service at M/s Susee Automotive Private Limited, Tirunelveli. Car handed over to M/s Susee Automotive Private Limited, Tirunelveli on 18 January 2016, 3pm. Receive Service Order No. SO142116 and noted ODO - 10825 kms. The date committed for service completion was 15 February 2016.

                          Until 1 March 2016, the repair work was on hold due to the scarcity of spare materials at your service centre, which was very surprising to me. Only after regular follow-ups via phone and personal visit, service centre managed to procure spare materials for repairs. Repair works initiated from early March, but still way back to complete the entire repair works.

                          On 7 March 2016, Services Advisor confirmed that repair and replacement works completed and made trial drives prior to delivery confirmation. Based on the information received, following are the results of trial drives:

                          ● 1st trial drive - noticed air noise from front right side door, took back for checking

                          ● 2nd trial drive (same day) for 1km - car speed suddenly dropped and engine went to Off condition

                          To my surprise, on 8 March, I was informed by Service Advisor that Turbo Impeller got damaged / broken (this shouldn’t have happened as the car is still under warranty period, ODO 10, 000kms+ and just 1 year+ from purchase). I am clueless / disappointed that this issue has been raised as a result of service request given to repair accident damages.

                          I was informed by Service Advisor that they have escalated this issue with Volkswagen Customer Support Team. Service Advisor requested me not to contact Customer Support Team via telephone or email to avoid negative impression on M/s Susee Automative Pvt Ltd. Based on his request; I have not made any contact with Customer Support Team.

                          On 12 March, I visited the service centre and the rectification / repair work was pending and Asst. Manager said its under warranty process and they have not received any response from Volkswagen Customer Support Team yet on this issue. I notice the blame / passing game from M/s Susee Automative Pvt Ltd to Volkswagen Customer Support Team.

                          On other hand, total services team including Services Head and Technical Experts from M/s Susee Automative Pvt Ltd, Tirunelveli, has no idea on the reason for Turbo Impeller damage or real problem or issue. There are no actions / proper initiative to find out the reason – instead claiming that Volkswagen Customer Support Team is delaying in response.

                          As of 15 March, the response is same that Volkswagen Customer Support Team has not responded yet. Arguments went to a level where Services Manager harshly replied that they have nothing to respond and Volkswagen Customer Support Team to respond. I am disappointed with the way of approach / response / treating customer by your authorised dealers / service agents.

                          Hence, I am now forced to contact Volkswagen Customer Support Team directly to know few things from your end;

                          ● Car given for service / repair of accident damages on 18 January

                          ● How the Turbo Impeller got broken during repair / service – FYI, after accident I drove nearly 500km to reach service centre

                          ● Still in the service centre - none of your experts could identify the source of problem

                          ● Are your authorised dealers / service agents are well equipped or knowledgeable about your product?

                          ● Lack of commitments on the delivery – a German Car company service team is taking 60 days to delivery to the customer

                          ● Lack of customer relation or proper response

                          Prior to purchase, I have read blogs and also received feedback from others that there are issues on service by Volkswagen post purchase. During purchase, I thought it would have been better now, but the way I have been treated by the dealers / service agents at the moment made me to realise the core problem.

                          As of now, my experience is really horrible and cannot be worded more than that. However, I am still expecting a good response / firm commitment on delivery of my car from Volkswagen Customer Support Team.

I am not properly answered/ responded while making enquiry about delivery i am simply told that they will be waiting for spares. I am expecting proper and earlier reply. I have been suffering a lot with out my vehicle.Let me know the exact reason for delay

                                I Amit Malhotra had booked Volkswagen Polo comfort line diesel from Rs 10000/-in Volkswagen dehradun, due to some personal reasons I cancelled the booking and dealer deducted my Rs 3000/- without any reason.
                                I need to get my full amount back orelse I will file a case in consumer court against the dealership and Volkswagen India.

                                  I had taken Volkswagen Jetta AT on April 2015 in the name of priyadarshini from TVS Chennai showroom.still now I don't get extended warranty certificate and floor mats, mudflops as per sales person committed.we r having very good thinking with volkswagen and this type of issue will be spoiled it.we have 5 Volkswagen cars in our family and hereafter we never purchased vehicle from volkswagen. I hope VW will shortout this issue as soon as possible

                                  I am finding very worst rating about VW customer care, after sales service, engine issue, AC machine issue for less than 1 year old car. I really surprised about VW quality. It clearly shows VW negligence towards the Indian market. Hope this poor quality will not be there in other countries market. I was bit impressed with new Vento design but after reading the sad stories from customers I took a step back from my thoughts.

                                      I had given my polo for 3rd/45km regular service to world class automobile service centre on 3rd March 2016, next day after the service I found that the air flow is not there at all from the center two holes (only coming from outside vents) earlier it was working fine, on 10 March I made more than 10 calls to the service advisor as well as to the service head but they didn't picked the call!!! Surprisingly I got a call for giving points, how can I give any points to such a nice service I got... Is there anyone who care

                                        I had given my VW Vento for my regular 3rd service, 3yrs/45k in VW Kun motors Alandur, Chennai. The vehicle had no issues/concerns before the service. After the service is over all sorts of issues cropped up,

                                        1)Brake automatically getting applied while driving
                                        2)ABS indicator glowing
                                        3)Odometer not functioning properly
                                        4)Gear shift indicator not working properly
                                        5)Automatic door locking after the ignition of vehicle. Normally the doors get locked after the vehicle reaches 20 Km/hr.

                                        My vehicle is in service center for almost 2 weeks now, after being given for a normal service. Now I am worried that if any original parts are replaced in the authorized service center.
