I'm customer of your co. Which service cost is very high.in comparison of other companies, your service maintenance cost is very expensive. Last time I had used Honda civic even it's service maintenance cost is Rs. Approx. 6000/- but I have drived your car kms. 10081 and all the parts have changed. Your customer are not satisfied....

I had given my polo for 3rd/45km regular service to world class automobile service centre on 3rd March 2016, next day after the service I found that the air flow is not there at all from the center two holes (only coming from outside vents) earlier it was working fine, on 10 March I made more than 10 calls to the service advisor as well as to the service head but they didn't picked the call!!! I had given my VW Vento for my regular 3rd service, 3yrs/45k in VW Kun motors Alandur, Chennai. The vehicle had no issues/concerns before the service. After the service is over all sorts of issues cropped up,

I had purchased a car Vento Regd No WB26T2197in the month of Dec'2015. The Wind Screen Glass of the Car developed a hair line crack, which as per my observation was due to the immense heat as the car was parked outside in open. Hi myself Arun brought polo on 31st dec 2015 from elite motors bangalore,
The vehicle was delivered with some fake Registration number and later compny ppl confessed the vehicle delivered was not been registered itself.
its already 2months till now vehicle is nt registered and elite motors ppl are not responding properly.

its a criminal issue that the vehicle is delivered without regitration

Recently there were 2 wires (3-4 inches long) of Injector got repaired of my Polo car no DL3C BW 0456 at Automark Motor Pvt Ltd, A39 Mohan Co-op Estate, Main Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044. It was really tough for me to pay an amount of 3200/ for this small wire repair. I felt they have charged unnecessarily this amount. And even if this is their/ VW rate then i doubt that you will last long in India.

On 27th Nov 2015 i gave my polo car for regular service at Abra Motors PVT Ltd, Ambattur, chennai and there was no problem reported when i sent it to workshop. I purchased Volkswagen Vento in Mar 2012.
The original provided keys stopped functioning suddenly.
The car was taken to Vidyut motors pune. Volkswagen dealer. A new key was provided and I was charged 11000 Rs.
