I have purchased VW vento in Andhra Pradesh in 2012. Even I don't use car very often, in these three years I have driven vehicle only 57000 Kms and I had given car for service around 10 times regarding vibartion and fuel injector in bangalore, Mangalore, Nellore and Tirupati. Just within a month I had given three times. No showroom was able to detect the problem perfectly and the advisors are worst. They don;t know about the car. If the fuel injector is the problem, they will it is due to fuel adulteration. Why not it is affecting other company cars. Please resolve my issue.

    My name is Mahavir agrawal, I have purchased polo in september in ahmedabad and at time of purchase that executive told us that keychain will also be provided with the keys, but at the time of delivery he told us that keychain is not available at that moment so he ll send it at home in maximum of 3-4 days, but till date i haven't received the keychain and whenever i call him he always says that give me sometime i ll send it to ur home.And today when i called up he is like i have arranged for one anyhow, and now from where i ll get two so i[censored] want one so get it from the showroom. so its implied that i[censored] r providing two keys then u ll have to provide two keychain. So your executive is doing some favor to me ?????? This is very bad experience of mine and i need an urgent reply to this complaint. You can reach me at [protected].

      Dear Volkswagen India, I had purchased Polo TDI HIGHLINE (DL3CBW2137) ON 29TH JUNE, 2013 from Volkswagen frontier, Gurgaon. The car has given me issues from the day 1. Firstly the wipers were worn out and had to be replaced which sadly wasn't available and the SA told me that you will have to leave the car for 2 days to get warranty claim for the same which came as a shock to me and that when I realised that all those people who use to crib about Volkswagen's pathetic after sales service were true. The Same year my shock absorbers and brake pads were changed under warranty, and it repeated in the next service, i.e., 1st service too. Then in Aug 2015 on my 2nd visit to your service center I was told that shock absorbers and disc brakes are worn out and will be replaced once the part is available.(for which I never got a call). Two days back I visited your service center because the flap motor was out of order and the central AC vents had stopped working and my driver's side fog lamps had some water seeping to which I was told that the fog lamp is cracked, and I had to shell out a whopping 5000 Rupees. Today I again had to visit VW frontier service center as the steering wheel was out of order and after a short test drive I was told that my driver's side shock absorber has started leaking and Disc braked will also need to be replaced as there is a lot of vibration coming from the car. So basically, I again have to spend Rs 7500 on Monday, i.e., 14th December, 2015 which brings the total bill to Rs 15000 approx. Which is more than the EMI I pay for this car. I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter on the priority basis as my car is covered under three years warranty (The 3-3-3 scam/promotion of Volkswagen India which was done in 2013).         I purchased Vento (Petrol) on 30th January 2015. On 28th November 2015 around 9:00 pm while driving from Mumbai to Pune. I got a bip and red light on the screen showing engine overheat. Called voxvagen, voxvagan organised vehicle pick up and delivered to B U Bhandari service station. Till today they are finding the problem and to serch the issue they opend complete vehile in terms of Engine without explaining to the owner of the car. I am a employeeof the vehicle manufacturing company, i know the importance of engine open out side of the company and caliberation etc. unfortunate I am not getting any update from service provider unless I call and try to understand the return delivery date. I don't know when it is going to return to me.

          I have bought a Polo petrol in the name of Idea Cellular ltd on last Thursday irsday fron Velocity automotive Ambala city. Om saturday i took it to Pan bkula whoch is 40km from Ambala then i observed that it have wheel balan e and alignment issues and doors sounding like 4-5year old car. I submitted the same to the dealer. My cars Wheel balancing and alignment issue got reaolved but door keep on sounding and car sent to me with same issue pending and a new dent on my car. Kindly resolve the iasue asap.

            VEHICLE NO: TN 74 AK – 0156, OWNER: VANDHANA ASHOK DEALER: M/S. SUSEE AUTOMOTIVE, TIRUNELVELI, TAMILNADU. Note: Vehicle is at Nagercoil and safe in the porch, not in rain I have purchased a new POLO, Comfort line Petrol car, 2015 model in March 2015. I am sparingly using my vehicle and so far driven less than 4000 Kms. Within three months of delivery of vehicle, my vehicle has starting problem due to discharge of battery power if not used/kept idle for more than a week period. On several occasion I could not use the vehicle due to above problem and created mental agony and each time with help of other battery (by paying money) the vehicle was started and used. The dealer was informed all the time and vehicle was taken to dealer thrice which is 85km from my residence on one direction. Your service personnel has certified each time that vehicle is in good condition. After repeated incidents, your dealer has finally changed the original battery and provide a new battery through. Exide dealer, a month back. Now the problem continues as I could not use the vehicle for 10 days in last month & put in idle condition. On 10th day the vehicle has shown same problem of total battery discharge ie on 26th November 2015 and intimated the dealer’s Service Engineer. Since no response other than a call, on 27th I have got started the vehicle by using another battery, and driven the vehicle for ½ hour and parked. Totay, exactly after Six days( 4.12.2015), I have faced same problem and could not use the vehicle. I strongly doubts, there is some manufacturing defects in the vehicle and hence the problem continuous. For further checking let, I may be provided with alternate vehicle till problem is solved. Please send your company expert to sort out the problem. I may be replaced with new vehicle without extra cost. Request for immediate action within 15 days. Thanking you, ( Vandhana Ashok)

              I am very much disappointed after purchasing a vento car.as i have to change fuel injector after only two and a half year of purchase and the gear box, cae lock, hand rest, speakers and even battery is very weak so i have to pay for all this. this is very much disheartening for me and my family.

                It has been painful to keep reporting the problem time and again and take the vehicle to the service centre and on top of all pay hell lot of money with no results

                The problem of Vehicle Wobble at a speed above 70 KM while applying brakes was reported first on 02/06/2015 and the vehicle was kept at the service centre.The repair was carried out on the same day and handed over while I made a payment of Rs 18995/- ..Upon driving for app. two weeks again the problem started surfacing up.I had to give the vehicle once again for the repair on 20/06 while the service centre could not do anything more rather advised me to REPLACE three wheels which I had to as was left with no choice.The wheels were replaced on 29/10 while the vehicle was given for FOURTH service ( 60000 KM ) .Once again I was compelled to pay Rs 31106/- for all the repair and service.However even after doing all and spending so much time and money, the vehicle is still not back to normal and the wobble continues which is very very scary and risky while driving on the HIGHWAYS.

                I am left with no choice but to write this mail with a hope that my vehicle will be treated better now and will be rectified once for all with no extra money to be spent

                In the vent of this not happening, I will be compelled to take this forward and will have to escalate

                  I have taken a loan of Rs 7 Lac from Volkswagwn finance for 3 years which was completed on 20/10/2015.The loan account no is-[protected]. On 28/08/2015 I have send e-mail attching my address proof(axis bank statement). This is the statement of the same bank through which the ECS was in existence. I have requested them to change & update my address and to send me the NOC in my new address. They have never change my address and send the NOC in the previous address which naturally got returned. I have now send them all my old correspondence and requested to send the courier to the present address which they are not agreeing saying that the loan account closed in Oct'15 and can not send this NOC to my present address. It is purely a harrassment to the customer and they are playing on their ehims and fancy. Need remedial measure. Thanks, saibal sengupta [protected].

                    Hi This is really sorry state of affairs for me. and Iam really hating myself for getting this Volkswagen car. From the day of delivery till today it was always horrible service from dealers across Pune. With such scenario I think Volkswagen is only interested in just selling cars and later harrasing consumers. Well to start with my story, here it goes - Six month before I borugt Volkswagen Polo comfortline (MhXXXXXX) from BU Bhandari west. And sales experience was one of the best experience ever. However I think dealers are always there just to make sale, once sale is done, they dont care about consumer. First complaint I did in the month of August through Volkswagen website with regards to vehicle display issue, however this was redirected to Vidyut motors. When they called me they asked from where did you brought the vehicle and my reply was BU Bhandari, so they asked me to contact them as they would be able to help me better and informed me that they are passing the case to BU Bhandari. Second case, While six month was about to complete I was trying to contact them for free checkup and to my surprise I was never able to get at least an appointment sine a month, finally got it for 23th Nov after various efforts. I dont know why Volkswagen produce cars in such quantity when they cant provide service whenever required. Third case, and it actually lost my trust over this brand, as I believe Volkswagen and dealer are running scam to loot customer with after sale service and warranty fraud. and the worst part you get horrible dealer service with no choice but to accept. My car got broke down on 23rd Nov on Lohegaon while driving as gear box was not working while driving in rain where almost all brand cars are driving. I called up Volkswagen roadside assistance and they came and pick up the car to service center. Now comes the worst part. Iam following up with service center since 23rd Nov and everyday Iam being responded from Anil Kamble stating that work is going on. Iam not sure how is work going on since 4 days. Alas. Thats some thing really fishy, now yesterday this gentleman Anil Kamble called me up saying we are working on your car and there would be cost 15k as gear box need replacement. Now when I asked Isn't this cover under warranty ? he replied well it is not cover under warranty as it is due to rain. Now what is the Volkswagen or dealer expecting to keep the car in pack garage and expect to pay of warranty and extended warranty ? and the worst is when I complained to VW customer care, it came back to Dealer as a query whether spares do cover under warranty. Afterwards I did receive call from BU Bhandari saying fault finding of car is still in progress and we would let you know. Here comes the scam if fault finding is still in progress why did Mr, Kamble asked for 15k for gear box, that means service center intention is only to loot customer. Now comes car quality, how is the so called German Engineering car built which got break down in just six months with water on the road which is hardly 2ft ? of-course quality is also inferior as there are many other brand car such as maruti and tata which is running smooth is same rain. Not sure, how is this feedback going to be accepted. At-least I don't expect once the complain gets diverted to dealer for same harassment. and My car still remain in service center being on 5th day for such issue which other brands would repair and send in 1 or 2 days. In case, if Volkswagen remains silent on this harassment I would take this up in consumer forum for help. Regards Surabhi

                      I bought POLO GT TSI 4 months back. Below are the list of issue i noticed in my brand new car.
                      - Steering wheel making noise
                      - Getting jerk in second geer
                      - outside dust and smell comes inside even when the internal air circulation is on.
                      - Headlamp allignment
                      I contacted whitefield showroom from where i bought the car. They gave me appointment after three weeks. They kept my car for two days to fix the issue. after servicing the car i still noticed that external dust and smell still coming inside and Jerk problem is still there. Whitefield showroom contacted me back for feedback. i informed the same to them. They again kept my vehicle for another two days and these problems still not fixed.
                      so i have left my car for 4 days and the issues still exist. Please let me know what is the next step. Its a brand new car and i will not accept these kind of service

                          I had booked a volkswagen vento Automatic (White Color) highline.Two people from PPS MOTORS Pvt.Ltd.. Banjara hills Hyderabad by the name Praveen and Mr.D.Srinivas had come to my office and offered me the vehicle @1350000/= Inclusive of
                          1.Matting
                          2.Mud flaps
                          3.Blupunkt Touch screen Music System
                          4.Reverse Camera
                          5.Black roof top sticker and
                          6.window blinds.
                          Their took all the documents for approval and it has been sanctioned by Volkswagen Finance.
                          It was promised that the car will be delivered on 3rd of Nov 2015.When I went to take the delivery on 3rd these people told that white color is not
                          available.Then Their so call General manager had convinced us to take blue color which is available with them. As I agreed to take blue colour Mr. shishir General manager informed us that he cannot go with the deal as the offer of fittings is not acceptable.
                          In this matter I have all written documents from the so called PPS MOTORS PVT.LTD. LTD.and call records.
                          A strict action has to be taken against this dealer.

                              Till the writing of this mail my vehicle is still at the Workshop and now its more than 2 months gone by...Is there anyone listening????? I gave my car Volkswagen Vento Regn No 5860 at authorized service centre at Moti Nagar New Delhi on 29th Aug'15 just for the engine missing problem. I kept following up for the repairs but was told that "We are trying & Testing for various options or probable faults". Finally on 9th Sept'15 late evening and after a lot of push from my side the said vehicle was given with a bill of about 23k. I have driven lots of cars for the last 30 years and in no vehicle I faced any such issue at 89000 kms that change of so many components was required. Never i got this vehicle serviced other than VW Moti Nagar workshop. Having worked in automobile industry myself for almost 10years, I understand the technology and was observing quite a lot of faults but my communication today is not around those. I would have not written this mail, had I not faced the ordeal, the next day morning, which could have been actually fatal if my driver wasn't alert.. I started the vehicle on 10th morning at 8:30 am from my home and had just gone about 2 kms, I started having strong smell of the fuel/diesel. At that time my driver said that he was observing some fumes also from the engine side. We immediately vacated the vehicle as it could be fatal with fire breaking out any time. After sometime we (myself & my driver) put the vehicle to side only to see that for long the fuel was leaking and the tank which was half, actually almost got empty. I kept calling the service center nos those were given to me including the mobile nos but in vain. It took me almost one hour to trace and get the nos of higher ups and then could connect at 9:30am when I got a call back. To my surprise, when the vehicle finally reached again the workshop I was told that the pipe of fuel pump got lose which caused the entire fuel to drain. Now I have got the following points to say and substantiate the subject: 1) Does it actually take that long to diagnose the fault in a vehicle? 2) Can the customer afford to be off the vehicle and continue to pay for the driver as well as the cab cost? 3) Is it not the duty of the responsible officers to update rather than the customer chasing every day on the status. 4) Please see the records and judge whether at 89000 kms any vehicle would have given such trouble? 5) What's the workmanship, if the delivery of the vehicle was given with the fuel pipe of the fuel pump lose? Is this the way you replace fuel pump and charge the customer literally to be killed, for part and labour, also otherwise. I am sure that is enough to introspect that this is what is called German Engineering and went in for it though I was happy for other technologies used so far. The purpose of this mail is to send a word of caution as such negligence on the part of such a reputed company is not desirable and you should check, correct yourself and promise to not repeat the same thing again. I don't have time to got to the court or media for such an act as I am more worried about my reputation having selected this model. Never ever heard from Volkswagen in the last 2 months. Hope to hear from you in this regard and also to ensure what corrective & proactive measures are taken by you having taken learning from this incident. Thanks! HARSH JUNEJA
                              Seen many of the such complaints on different sites about Volkswagen Vento Diesel Car giving trouble to the consumers. The company must admit this fault and compensate to the users who are being illusioned by the so called German Technology.

                                I bought my Maruti Ciaz in Bengalure during first week of January KL01 ML8086 chassis nbr 105037 engine nbr 2453637 Now before it reach 17000 Kms the problem with the car is break pad has worn out and replaced with new one and the car wobbles in first gear The GPS is outdated and even the Maruti service people could not upgrade it The car never met with an accident except the original pure plastic radiator changed when the car was on top of a small stone Bimal Yelahanka ciaz technican told the cluth pad has gone

                                  My Jetta car no ORO2AY2828 is servicing in dt13.10.15.my car condition is ok.ac is not cooling.and my front glass in breaking.when delivered my car ac is cool ok.in the next day my car is not running in 1st and 2 nd gear.and pollution in cilensor pipe .my ac is ok but my engine in car is not ok after servicing in my car.before servicing my car all condition of engine is ok.after delivery my car condition is bad due to work in ac in engine in bad due to work in ac.kindly request please action the service provider's.

                                    I had taken a loan for buying a volkswagen polo car from their own financing company for rs. 100000 (Loan account no. [protected]). All the emi's were paid without default, and the account was closed in august 2014. I was issued an noc too for cancelling the hypothecation on the registration certificate. On submitting the documents to the rto, the office wrote to the financing company for a direct confirmation. The company is adamant that they will not write to the rto, but keeps giving me the statement of accounts showing closure of the account etc. The rto refuses to accept these but demands a direct reply from the company. My papers are pending with the rto for over a year. Who is at fault here and how can i proceed further in the matter?

                                      In just 3 months o[censored]se clutch plate of new Volkswagen zetta car burns and company says it is not covered under warranty as it is wear and tear item. It is really surprising that how the wear and tear can happen in 3 months. I am driving various cars since last 25 years and found no such issue. I think it was very wrong decision to go for Volkswagen brand. I regret buying new zetta, it is total waste. company does not stand by to it's customers.

                                        I think the problem i came to know from news that Volkswagen cars are heights on its polllution( i even felt sum times and sumtimes) and i feel sound of engine is quite louder as compared to other polo. And suspension problem also is there in polo If any help mail me [protected]@gmail.com
                                        My car make is 2011and since then no help has been done by company people and service centre also.
