    I. Bought 1.5 ton split ac of voltas from bajaj electronics hyderabad on 12th march 2019 company sent me a very inefficient and irresponsible installation mechanic who even did not have basic tools like screw driver and drill machine. He came and simply told me that this ac installation is not possible in your room. He told me a very hefty amount of work for the installation. When i told him that there are other flats in the same apartment with ac installation in the same bedroom location he did not listen to me and very hastily closed the call and went away. Why voltas is sending such a responsible and stupid mechanics who did not know how to deal with the customers. Plz plz, stay away from this crooks and don't ever buy anything from voltas. When i complained to the store manager,, naseem, he promised to visit me but never turn up. They cheated me in the name of tata brand but don't fall for that. Rotten tata is not going to attend your problems here. Buy a good imported brand from trusted stores.

      I purchased volta's 1 ton ac product on 18th feb 19 through tatacliq. Delivered on 22nd and installation done on 23rd. Problem will start on 5th march 19. Out door fan is not working. Service engineer said board problem. They said we put a request for board on that day. Uma service center owner will told to me, the problem will be solved on 11th evening. But they did not contact me till today. I put several requests on volta's services and make calls to customer care and emails to social media also... Uma service centre said board is not reached us, customer care said with in 24 hours our team will contact you, volta's social media said give some time our team will contact you... These dialogues were repeated from 11th march 19. How many days you want to solve my problem. Today i will make a calls to asm narendra reddy also. He said i will talk with uma service point and close it soon... Whatever day after tomorrow i submit written complaint to mumbai head office... New ac with in 10 days the problem occurred, the quality of the product not good. It's totally volta's mistake.. But still now you consider my case in regular warranty point of view. My name is p.       I am already mentioned regard about your repeated dialogue... Don't worry sir, i am giving very long time to your team and at the same time half of the March month is already completed... i think this is not sufficient to your team... take one month after completion of the march.. may be your team is supporting me... Thank you sir to all of your team for supporting me till now from 8th march... Your voltas service center "UMA SERVICE" is very poor service... They give quick response regarding complaint with training students. They have no experience regarding Inverter ACs and at the same time they are using my NEW AC is useful to them for learning the experience... Today i write a written complaint to Mumbai Head Office regarding your services and day after tomorrow i went to the consumer court for justice. Thanking you so much for your support. I have all request mails, warrant bills, Invoice, When i make a complaints and what you are replied time, Regarding Uma service point and your ASM T. Narendra Reddy (he said after one week (its wonder) i don't know regarding your complaint, i talk with uma service point and resolve your problem. Still now he is also not solve my problem... Why you are taking more time (11 days)... Board is ordered on 8th (Uma service engineer said).. Even AC is coming with in 5 days to my home. But Board is not still pending... Uma service also having the same ODU (service engineer said). But they are not solve my problem. main problem with Service point... Thanking you for your support to solve my problem (after 11 days of time they ask allow us some time)... very nice.. take your own time... it is not old ac... Its NEW with in one week the problem will started (first of all you know that one)... Ok sir day after tomorrow I lodge a complaint in consumer court...

      One call is coming from VOLTAS (he said refund is sent to your account, please send the details).. But i bought it for 29990 on 18 th February.. He take old AC from my home and fit to New AC... But what about my installation charges (1500/-)... and at the same time now the same ac is 31800 (aprx)... That about the difference... i am asking please replace the ODU with new one. Why it is not possible... So much time is wasted... what about this...

      Today i got a call from Uma Services, Guntur.. Please tell me the out door unit Sl.No and we put a request for Board. I am asking what about 12 days. You are also said we ordered board on 8th March 2019. Why you are asking now. They said "we are receiving a call from Voltas thats why i am asking"... I am said what about 12 days what you are doing till now regarding my AC and why you cancel my request due to phone is not reachable... Today how my phone is reachable... Please give proper instructions to Uma Services, Guntur (They are not giving respect to the customers)

        I purchased voltas split ac twice. First from kohinoor malad west mumbai shop on march 3rd 2019 i was despatch 2018 unit. This i returned to the showroom.

        Second time i made purchase on mar 9th, 2019 from croma malad west mumbai. Post enquirying with sales personnel. He confirmed 2019 unit will be despatched. But to my dismay, 2017 unit was sent.

        Want to know whether voltas has stopped manufacturing new units. Why the dealers are despatching only old units.

        Are voltas brand not saleable hence dealers are holding only old inventories. Why one would pay price of 2019 and buy product of 2017. Is voltas fooling consumers by selling only old unit. This is not accepted by tata, who are tarnishing their image.

        Due to Voltas pathetic approach. I have decided to purchase other brand of Split A/c.
        I am really thankful to Voltas to help me make my decision and change my mind to some other Brand.

        I will urge on the customers to beware of Voltas A/c. Customers make purchase in 2019 and they despatch unit of 2017.

        Pls check the date of manufacturing.

            I purchased a voltas inverter ac 1.5 ton on 13.03.19 and the technician installed it on 14.03.19. While checking the motors coil got burnt and ac is not working. Today 15.03.19 technician came and unfit the motor. Need a proper motor without any complaint. My job card no.is [protected]. Here with i attached my bill and the pics of faulty motor. Without even a single day usage i got this complaint. Just get me a good one without no complaints.

              I am totally surprised with you after sales service, no one is bothered.
              Our AC is not giving cooling and hence we had lodged a compliant on 12/03/2019 complaint number [protected].

              When we called the customer care, we were told that will attend in 24 hr. Yesterday, when we called the customer care centre, we were informed that will be attended and gave number of m/s Vinayak Industries. We were frantically calling M/s Vinayaka ind. but was lifting the mobile. In the evening around 5 pm lifted the mobile and he said as it is late he will come tomorrow. Today since morning we have called-up customer care three times and was assured that problem will be attended.

                My ac installation was due on 3/12 at 10:00am. The service center and the technician kept pushing the time by 5-10 minutes every half hour i called giving some irrelevant reason every time. I have wasted half my day and eve after 72 hours of receiving the product from amazon my installation is not done.
                Absolutely rude and uncouth behavior by service center and the technician.

                  We used them for AC repair and unfortunately, this was one of our biggest blunder. They kept on sending new person on every visit ( 5 so far I) who found new mistakes everytime..There is absolutely no coordination amongst them internally. Today, I gave up on them as it looks like they have damaged my working AC.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

                    Dear sir,

                    I purchased voltas 70 l water cooler with remote control. There is a tank alarm system in this unit. Even if there is sufficient water level it gives an alarm due to which water pump will not work. Every year i cont change the sensors for tank alarm unit. Please ask them to give a parmanent solution for this issue or change the unit which doesn’t have this system.

                      I have purchased voltas ac from flipkart on 08th march 2019 with order id od[protected]. Currently voltas is running extended warranty program in place of 1 year to 5 year for all the ac purchased. When i contacted voltas customer care for the extended warranty they said flipkart is not their authorized seller and they cannot provide the extended warranty. If flipkart is not the authorised seller, why voltas is allowing them to sell the product. Many of consumer like me will be filling looted here by voltas or flipkart here.

                          From last 3 month we requested to repair our voltas ac. Request no. [protected], looked by durga enterprises engineer (Engg - naushad - [protected] and engg - akhilesh - [protected]) first they said we will repair your pcb then they say we lost your pcb we have order new one. This happening from last 3 months. I don't know how company like voltas who is pioneer in ac will do like this to thier customer.                               Regarding this complaint already contacted voltas service center and one of the tech today visited my home and he found out there is less gas as per him there is leakage somewhere he cannot pin point the origin of the issue and charged 500 /-rs. Now i want to know why i should pay these amount without fixing my problem. Then if your service center send tech to anywhere for field inspection he should be going to fix that problem at any cost that means he should caree with proper tools.
                              Your tech told me it will take time about 3 to 4 days.

                                I have purchased new voltas ac on 05 feb 2019 with serial no - 4512378d18db01365 from vardhman electronics (Op) at the time of installation outdoor unit was faulty.
                                Now company person saying we can not replace this faulty machine we only change the part and new joints will come in this.

                                How company can sold this faulty machine without quality check.
                                I really disappointed.

                                I want to change my outdoor faulty unit and i already too much time from last two weeks there are making excuses.

                                    I had purchased this ac last year on 23 feb 2018, firstly the ac itself was delivered faulty with the problem in compressor and thereafter was installed saying that leakage in the pipeline.
                                    After installation it never cooled and with numerous complaints to voltas, only response we've been receiving was compressor problem, burnt coil etc etc.. Technicians were experimenting on the unit just by repairing the joints, changing the coils rather than changing the entire unit and putting a new one as it was under garranty. At the end it never got fixed.
                                    Infact the last complaint was lodged on 19 feb.
                                    The technicians on there visit fixed a joint in the faulty compressor and convinced us that now it's perfectly fine and who not trouble, but as usual it just gave up in less than 24 hours.
                                    Since then we are chasing voltas and there technicians which now are not even responding to us and refusing to help
                                    The harrowing experience which we are going through from last year can't be explained.

                                    I am writing here as a last resort, and in case not getting a response from here i'll just throw this crap out of my house and ensure that no other person in my society purchases a voltas product.

                                      I have purchased two 1 ton voltas ac units on 23 mar 2016 out that one unit not working.. Shows error code e5. After the usual free service.. Last november general service was done. According to voltas technician the pcb not working and it costs almost the cost of the ac... The above unit was vfery well preserved and rarely used. Voltas being a tata product thought it was trustworthy and never expected such a bad experience from such a reputed company. Authorised technician left after checking was unsure of the cost and what exactly to be done. He said he will call after talking to his boss voltas service head.. But never called even after two days in this summer.

                                        I have purchased 1.5 ton inverter ac through amazon in june 2018. This ac stopped cooling in sept 2018. After complaint, service engineer filled the gas. The ac is giving cooling but it started making hissing sound. I again made complaint. Voltas service confirmed me in oct 2018 that they will replace the unit. Till date i. E. 02.03.2019 in spite of follow up, the ac is not replaced.
                                        I request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as hot season is approaching.

                                        We recently bought a new voltas AC with free installation by the company option. The concerned person who came for the installation charged extra for the cable which was free with the package.
                                        The amount charged is unduly and unlawful.
