Dear sir,

I purchased voltas 70 l water cooler with remote control. There is a tank alarm system in this unit. Even if there is sufficient water level it gives an alarm due to which water pump will not work. Every year i cont change the sensors for tank alarm unit. Please ask them to give a parmanent solution for this issue or change the unit which doesn’t have this system.

    I have purchased voltas ac from flipkart on 08th march 2019 with order id od[protected]. Currently voltas is running extended warranty program in place of 1 year to 5 year for all the ac purchased. When i contacted voltas customer care for the extended warranty they said flipkart is not their authorized seller and they cannot provide the extended warranty. If flipkart is not the authorised seller, why voltas is allowing them to sell the product. Many of consumer like me will be filling looted here by voltas or flipkart here.

    Hi,
    I have purchased AC as per details shared earlier from Flipkart. I am looking for free extended warranty upto 5 years which is mentioned on your website. When I checked with your customer care, they said Flipkart is not authorised seller and we cannot provide this free extended warranty to you. Please provide me the extended warranty or confirm on the forum that Flipkart is not authorised seller. So that I can take the matter with them.

        From last 3 month we requested to repair our voltas ac. Request no. [protected], looked by durga enterprises engineer (Engg - naushad - [protected] and engg - akhilesh - [protected]) first they said we will repair your pcb then they say we lost your pcb we have order new one. This happening from last 3 months. I don't know how company like voltas who is pioneer in ac will do like this to thier customer.             Regarding this complaint already contacted voltas service center and one of the tech today visited my home and he found out there is less gas as per him there is leakage somewhere he cannot pin point the origin of the issue and charged 500 /-rs. Now i want to know why i should pay these amount without fixing my problem. Then if your service center send tech to anywhere for field inspection he should be going to fix that problem at any cost that means he should caree with proper tools.
            Your tech told me it will take time about 3 to 4 days.

              I have purchased new voltas ac on 05 feb 2019 with serial no - 4512378d18db01365 from vardhman electronics (Op) at the time of installation outdoor unit was faulty.
              Now company person saying we can not replace this faulty machine we only change the part and new joints will come in this.

              How company can sold this faulty machine without quality check.
              I really disappointed.

                I bought voltas window ac (Voltas window ac 185 dza (Deluxe) on 17th feb 2019 and still i have not received the extended 5 year warranty ceritificate. I got a message which said the warranty has been mailed, but i haven't received it yet.

                Kindly see to it that the warranty certificate is mailed asap.

                I Purchased deep fridge from VOLTAS company after few months stopped cooling, several time technician visited but unable to trace the fault also one time taken to work shop with my own cost. Even one year is not complted.I suffer great loss in business also lost my Peace

                  I had purchased this ac last year on 23 feb 2018, firstly the ac itself was delivered faulty with the problem in compressor and thereafter was installed saying that leakage in the pipeline.
                  After installation it never cooled and with numerous complaints to voltas, only response we've been receiving was compressor problem, burnt coil etc etc.. Technicians were experimenting on the unit just by repairing the joints, changing the coils rather than changing the entire unit and putting a new one as it was under garranty. At the end it never got fixed.
                  Infact the last complaint was lodged on 19 feb.
                  The technicians on there visit fixed a joint in the faulty compressor and convinced us that now it's perfectly fine and who not trouble, but as usual it just gave up in less than 24 hours.
                  Since then we are chasing voltas and there technicians which now are not even responding to us and refusing to help
                  The harrowing experience which we are going through from last year can't be explained.

                  I am writing here as a last resort, and in case not getting a response from here i'll just throw this crap out of my house and ensure that no other person in my society purchases a voltas product.

                    I have purchased two 1 ton voltas ac units on 23 mar 2016 out that one unit not working.. Shows error code e5. After the usual free service.. Last november general service was done. According to voltas technician the pcb not working and it costs almost the cost of the ac... The above unit was vfery well preserved and rarely used. Voltas being a tata product thought it was trustworthy and never expected such a bad experience from such a reputed company. Authorised technician left after checking was unsure of the cost and what exactly to be done. He said he will call after talking to his boss voltas service head.. But never called even after two days in this summer.

                      I have purchased 1.5 ton inverter ac through amazon in june 2018. This ac stopped cooling in sept 2018. After complaint, service engineer filled the gas. The ac is giving cooling but it started making hissing sound. I again made complaint. Voltas service confirmed me in oct 2018 that they will replace the unit. Till date i. E. 02.03.2019 in spite of follow up, the ac is not replaced.
                      I request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as hot season is approaching.

                      We recently bought a new voltas AC with free installation by the company option. The concerned person who came for the installation charged extra for the cable which was free with the package.
                      The amount charged is unduly and unlawful.

                      Kindly look into the matter as soon as it leaves a very wrong impression of the company.

                        No service done one guy take the appoinment for free service but he didnt came for service. Later some one called for feedback i informed how you ask for feeback with out doing the same. Later he re opened the case but still now no care for the products and service. Very bad service very very cheap service. Its real hate for tata branding. Please service at the earlist am not responsible for any warrenty issues.

                          My voltas ac was not cooling since few days and while contacting service provider of voltas, they told gas needs to be refilled which will cost around 2600 rs. But my ac is still under warranty period. I would like to raise my concern that why company is charging this much of amount even in warranty period.

                            Hi sir,

                            We raised a service request on[protected]. One service technician came on[protected] @4:43pm and said he required another technician, so he went by saying “tomorrow i will come with another technician”. We tried to call home but no response, today it’s[protected] but still issue not yet resolved.

                            We never faced issue with the others brands for the first time feeling regret on purchasing voltas ac.

                            Please need any of your interventions and solve the problem in immediate basis.

                              Votlas service centre called me yesterday saying be ready for ac installation our team will be there in one hour but no one appeared.
                              Voltas service is just mental tourchar.
                              Repeatedly i followed up for my ac installation. Made more than 20 calls to service center and call center. They just gave me assurance but no results in practical. It's been 3+ from my ac purchase and still waiting for installation.
                              To be honest voltas is worst service provider in market.

                                Why are voltas ac service technicians aren't able to produce their identity cards? Each time i've asked for their identity cards, they have said, 'it hasn't been issued from voltas yet '!!! It is quite ridiculous that whenever your technician comes, he asks for every details of the product i have purchased, including the model no., date of purchase, my address etc etc in writing or through recorded phone calls, but when the customer asks for the details of the technician, he is unable to produce his details!! Please explain, why customers should, at all, entertain a technician at his/her home without confirming his identity?

                                  I had registered a complaint with my voltas ac on feb 18th 2019, complaint no s9c1802002. My complaint was attended by a person sent from villivakkam, chennai branch. They had identified a gas leave for which i paid an amount of rs.6700 for the repair as well as 3yrs amc. He didn't give me a bill stating that it will e mailed to me. 2 days have gone by and i have not received the amc copy nor the service guy attending my calls. His no is [protected]. I want my amc copy and it's very rude on the service partner to reject the customers calls.

                                    We are facing an issue (Oily smell and taste) with a newly bought water dispenser (1/01/2019). We have lodged complaint umpteen times but no complete solution has been delivered as of yet which resolves the issue. And we are still facing the problem. This has to be taken seriously and the product has to be replaced on an urgent basis. We have attached the invoice as well and hope voltas authorities take an immediate action.

                                        I purchased 3 x 5* voltas split acs worth rs 1, 26, 269/- from, reliance digital, genesis mall, alwar bypass road, on 09 feb 2019.

                                        All kinds of assurances and kindness shown by sales team of reliance digital, before the purchase but have not provided any assistance whatsoever, for its installation, even when i visited their showroom in person on 13 feb 2019.

                                        Team of installation arrived on 12 feb 2019 and after discarding all possible options for placement of out door units, picked the most convenient & costly one and gave me the estimate of rs 23010/-!!! By their head, mr brijesh sharma ([protected])

                                        Can someone from voltas or reliance digital intervene to save us from such fleecing???

                                        Can someone responsible enough visit the site and see for himself as to how other flat owners have put their acs??? (I am one of the last occupants of well known society of ashiana utasav in bhiwadi!!!)

                                        Installation charges are itself equal to the cost of another new ac!!!

                                        Please look into the matter and save our souls from likely unethical and greedy practices
