My request no.: [protected] dated 10th april 2019.
A based on the above a service boy from comfort solution, dwarka came to me on 12 th april and after checking said that the a/c needs refrigerant charging besides usual servicing and for that he has to take the unit to his work shop. The total expenses will be rs 2850 /-which includes refrigerant charging, servicing and transportation. He further said that in case the payment is made vide cheque then full amount check is to be given before taking up the work.
A full amount check bearing no.417550 dated 12.04.2019 was handed over to him.
It is regret to inform that till writing this complaint no one has turned up to take the a/c although he assured to send some by 0700 pm on 12th april itself.
You are requested to look into the delay and resolve the issue so that my a/c is put on operation.

    I purchased a window 1.5 ton ac voltas ac on amazon (Order[protected] dated 05 apr 19 and asked for a installation service request through voltas customer care with request no [protected] dated 07 apr 19.
    The technician allocated for the job was highly unprofessional and did the work in haste. He broke the front grill locking mechanism and somehow fixed it at that moment. But it came out after sometime.
    The technician was working in haste and not respecting what customer desires regarding location of stabilizer. He not even connect the earth wire to the plug. Instead cut it short which is such a important thing. This was done by myself later. The quality of job was pathetic.
    It is requested that the front grill cover of the ac replaced as it is under warranty and done by voltas technician during installation

      To voltas,

      I am writing this email to inform you that i have been appalled & disgusted with the way voltas is providing service to its users, i raised a ac servicing request & the person who had come to service the machine told me that the gas is leaking & he would be testing the machine to know from where the gas is leaking, it is been more than 10 days the machine is still not fixed & the person is delaying day after day by making false promises that he will be coming today & tomorrow. The person took the visiting charges by just looking at the ac & also without my concern the request no got closed.

      Abhijeet along with a person have come from voltas for servicing.

      I really did not expect such kind of service from a tata brand, i am regretting now that i have taken a voltas machine, i promise not to buy any tata product who does not care for its customer. Have attached picture of the incomplete work voltas servicing person has done.

        I have requested for warranty service from last one week. But there are negetive response. So i am not satisfied with voltas service. When i called the service station they said toady your service has been done but no serviceman is free to coming at our home for our ac service. I am thinking to buy 10 new ac for office purpose but due to this bad experience i am forced to change the brand from voltas to others.

          After my complaint on 10 apr 19 regarding installation, the installation of my 1.5 ton ac were carried out on 11 apr 19 and i have paid full installation charges. However, after one hr of running water started dropping down from the ac and i informed the same to the technician. They again came on12 apr and found that the drainage pipe fitted is improper. When i enquired about the same they refused to change the pipe. Voltas is simply fooling customers and only minting money without providing support. My problem has not been resolved till dt and i shall not be paying any additional charges.

            I have purchased a new 1.5 ton split ac of voltas on 04 apr 2019 through amazon. Even after a week the installation and warranty registration is still pending. I have been calling the custome care voltas almost everyday but they are just assuring it will be done tommorow. Also the number of technician which have been provided to me is unresponsive. This unethical behaviour on part of voltas is kind of harassment as i have already paid

              I have purchased 1.5 ton ac from r. A. Electronics in vadodara in oct 2017. I am extremely annoyed and unhappy about this product quality and lousy customer service by your company authorized service center. Within a span of 1 year, i had to get the gas recharged and also pay for that and the same problem continues every 15 days / one month. Your service center person (Mr. Aadil) in baroda had promised that if there will be gas leakage now, he will pay me back the money. However since two weeks he is not lifting my and my spouse's phone. I never had such a bad experience with any other appliance company. I find this very pathetic response from voltas and will never ever by voltas product and not recommend anyone else as well..
              Is there anybody to listen to the voice of customer or i go to consumer court nos???

                Dear team colts,

                This is to inform you that i have purchase voltas ac from vijay sales on 6the march 2019 and it was delivered at my home on 7the april 2019. When the delivery takes place delivery boy said that installation will be done in next 24 hrs. So i wait till 2 days but no communication received from voltas and vijay sales for installation. So i have called to cuatomer care of voltas and vijay sales respectively but i have received only assurance. After 5 days i have raised complaint to higher authority then she directly share the service dealer details and still i m waiting for installation of my new ac.
                This is pathetic service i observed from voltas. If i didnt take follow up then i dont think they will attend to install my ac.

                  Last summer voltas charged rs 3200 to fill the gas. This summer i called voltas for maintenance service and now they say that the gas leaked and i must pay again for the gas filling. Why a customer has to get gas filled every year if the voltas people didn't fitted and sealed properly after refilling it last year. I strongly believe that gas is required to be filled once in a 5 or 7 years and not each summer.

                  The problem hasn't been resolved yet. They must compensate for their below mentioned statement.

                  1. They lied that my warranty has expired and I need to pay for service.
                  2. When I asked for supervisor, over the phone to one of their representative, the transfered to another representative, who portraid herself as senior supervisor.
                  3. Supervisor promised that he will call us back next day with solution, but no called back.
                  4. Long hold on the call without any prior disclaimer and then hung on me

                  This is not good service of Voltas. Please don't reply for apologize. I want solution and compensation for the time I had wasted on call

                    I have purchased new window ac from electronics desire palam delhi they have taken charges of installation and assign the person anish but he gives time 6.30 pm for installation of ac but did not reached on given time and when i have talk them he is speaking abuse things which was not accepable so i m also not accepting from your company.
                    I am really disappointed from your services, i have taken ac for urgent uses not for packed in box so please process refund which i have already paid i will go some other company who will provide good services to client.

                      We had got the voltas air conditioner in 2016 in noida and for one whole year it had not any problem. After shifting to visakhapatnam, the ac would not give cold air. We called up for getting it repaired, so the person who came said that the gas had leaked. So after 4 days the ac was given back and it started cooling. After a few months the same issue came up. So we called up and the same process was repeated. This happened 4 times after we shifted. After the fifth time the people who were contacted came twice but did nothing. For 2 days we were not in contact. So we were fed up by it and we thought to put up a complaint in here in hope that we can get the ac repaired. We don't get it, we give the ac for repair we expect that the issue is resolved but if we get the same issue for a number of times then there is no use of giving it. The money used in repairing the ac could have been used for getting another ac instead. We are starting to think that the repair person deliberately makes the gas valve loose so as to make the gas leak from time-to-time. We would like the responsible authorities to look this problem up to resolve it.

                          Called but failed to give an appointment. He was insisting that he will call before visit.
                          When i was insisting him to give roughly appointment, he disconnect the call. Bad behaviour.
                          Without appointment means i have to stay at homewhole day. Then i called voltas service center. They assured
                          Me that the technician will visit next day morning at 10am. Until 3:45pm i did not receive any call or direct
                          Visit.

                          Reminder on 4th apr morning with service center. They promised that they will send the technician before 12:30pm.
                          I am still waiting.

                          Called again on given number to me
                          Service center: [protected], he promised that he will come.
                          4th apr at 16:14pm

                          Called again on
                          Service center: [protected], he promised for tomorrow 10th april and assigned two engineers
                          By sms
                          9thapr at 05:57pm

                          Received sms as resolved on 11apr at 6.53pm
                          Then i called on their service center # [protected] requested them to send
                          Their technician and keep open my complain until resolved. They promised me as usual will send tomorrow early morning hours 12th apr.

                          Further requested them to keep open my complain until resolve.
                          11apr

                            Bought 2 premium Voltas inverter AC on 22/09/17. It was cooling for 20 days in Ist season and 6 months in next season 2018. This season on starting ac one of them was not cooling. Made a complaint at customer care. Visiting service executive told me that the cooling coil is badly damaged and leaking gas from multiple sites. So my Rs 37500/ inverter AC needs expensive repair (Rs 13000 for gas filling and coil replacement) after 1 just season .Indeed a poor quality product from Voltas.

                            Now my ACs Carry comprehensive 5 year warranty so I should have got repair done free of cost. But company refused to honour warranty saying that although inverter ACs sold during 2017 and 2018 carried 5years warranty but the customer has to register the product by sending a message within 7 days of purchase which I haven't done. Neither the company executive giving demo nor the dealer explained the warranty procedure at the time of purchase. so I am suffering because of no fault of mine.

                            So in nutshell Voltas have sold me poor quality inverter AC which lasted just one season for Rs 37500/ now they are also refusing to honour warranty.

                            Its 16 days already and no attempt made by Voltas customer care to even contact me on the phone. Pathetic 3rd rate company. This shows the reason why TATA as a company has never grown since independence and we are still dependent on American/European/Chinese companies to provide quality products and after sales service.                               Hi, i purchased a premium inverter ac 1.5 tonne from one of your authorized dealers in gurgaon on 31.03.2019. The serial no. Is 4552140a17hc06145. The product got delivered the same day and installation was booked for 02.04.2019. I got a call from the installation team on 3rd april that they will come on 4th (2 days delay already). But upon my insisting the team came on same day. 2 amateurs came late in the evening and they installed the ac. Upon starting the ac it started to show "e6" error. They literally opened youtube to check what the issue was but as expected couldn't solve it. They did not charge me anything and said that they will come again tomorrow as it was 11.45 pm already. Next day i got a call from voltas and i specifically told them what happened yet i got the message that my installation has been done successfully. After repeatedly calling the person in-charge of installation again he finally sent 2 different people this time on 07th april. They tried there best but seemed incapable of solving the issue. They also said that they'll come again the next day and they never showed up. Now like a fool i'm trying to contact the installation team but to no avail. It feels cheated and humiliated. If there is anything you can do i'll be grateful (Even though i paid for the ac, it feels as if i need to beg for your attention). Thank you.

                                  I had purchased 2 ac from tatanagar electrical s sambalpur odishadt 27.03.2019, vide bill no 73, till date 11.04.2019 the ac is not installed. The voltas instlation team is not responding to me. This type of service is not expected from voltas. Now i am mentally prepaired to return the same to dealer and purchase new one from samsung.                                     Hi,
                                    We purchased 1 ton ac of voltas last month (Invoice attached). The installation was done on 22nd of march. The same day when we turned the ac on in night, it was giving heavy smell of burning. The smell was so much that we immediately turned it off. We purchased this as in this hot weather, we may get relaxed but we were very much disappointed by the this ac. We have earlier used godrej ac but it never gave any complaint. We felt, trusting voltas was our biggest mistake. It is totally a waste of money and time. We both are working and we don't have time to be at home and do complaints every day. Please send your technician on 17th april to check the problem.
                                    Please resolve the issue and if it always smell like this then take the ac return and refund our money.

                                    Costomer satisfaction is the base of any company. So we hope that your company believes in costomer satisfaction and resolving the issues at the earliest possible to show them that your services are very good.

                                    The AC is not only giving burning smell but the cooling is also not working. It is not giving any cooling.Voltas, you have spoiled our money, space, and more over our metal peace in this summer. As in this situation, hot weather and investing in useless AC, trusting Voltas was our biggest mistake. PLEASE COME AND TAKE YOUR AC BACK. WE WANT OUR MONEY FULLY REFUNDED. Why do you sell such useless products? SHAME ON YOU.

                                        I purchased a voltas split ac last year. After 2-3 month's of installation, It started less colling as compare to when i installed it. But i thought it will be fixed in next free service. Now 12 day's before i called to customer care center and fixed a appointment for my ac service.
                                        After 2 days a technician came and just washed its filter and said now your ac is ok. I was trying to make him understand that colling of this ac has been decreased but he don't want to understand.
                                        After 10-15 Minutes he started to check it properly. After some time he said gas need to be filled in this ac. Now at that time i do not have ac gas. But will fill it with in 2 days and went out. I waited him for 2 day's but he did not come, after that i called him to come. He told me still we haven't ac gas stock in our office. However stock will come, i will fill your ac.
                                        After 2-3 days later i called him again he told me same thing over phone.
                                        Now around 10 days has passed but he did not come. Even now he is not picking up my call.
                                        Now i am feeling, what mistake have i done. Honestly this is my first and worst experience ever with voltas. Neither I will never buy any voltas product in future nor will recommend to anyone.
