Hi,
We purchased 1 ton ac of voltas last month (Invoice attached). The installation was done on 22nd of march. The same day when we turned the ac on in night, it was giving heavy smell of burning. The smell was so much that we immediately turned it off. We purchased this as in this hot weather, we may get relaxed but we were very much disappointed by the this ac. We have earlier used godrej ac but it never gave any complaint. We felt, trusting voltas was our biggest mistake. It is totally a waste of money and time. We both are working and we don't have time to be at home and do complaints every day. Please send your technician on 17th april to check the problem.
Please resolve the issue and if it always smell like this then take the ac return and refund our money.
Costomer satisfaction is the base of any company. So we hope that your company believes in costomer satisfaction and resolving the issues at the earliest possible to show them that your services are very good.

The AC is not only giving burning smell but the cooling is also not working. It is not giving any cooling.Voltas, you have spoiled our money, space, and more over our metal peace in this summer. As in this situation, hot weather and investing in useless AC, trusting Voltas was our biggest mistake. PLEASE COME AND TAKE YOUR AC BACK. WE WANT OUR MONEY FULLY REFUNDED. Why do you sell such useless products? SHAME ON YOU.
