Dear sir,

I purchased voltas ac in 2016 and they informed compressor warranty is for 5 years. Latter in may 2018 gas in from compressor leaked and they changed me 2200/- even warrenty of compressor is 5 years. Latter on with in a month gas is again leaked and we contacted to their service center at ramgarh on july 2018 regarding cooling problem then they visited and said gas is leaked. Latter on they didn't visited. Then on november we again complain to voltas customer care and they said it will change 2200/-. We complain so many times latter on but they don't solve my problem.

    Is voltas company involved with technicians in fruading and looting customers.

    Voltas gives 2 free services
    1 wash service
    1 dry service

    But the technician who visited at my place for both the service says company doesnt gives any wash service for free. Its paid and u have to pay 1500 for wash service extra.

    This is how voltas is fooling customers in association with salaried technicians. If this is going on on daily basis then m sure voltas is going to shut down soon.

        I have purchased voltas split ac on 10 june 2018 from very first i am complaining about its cooling. I have requested to replace the product but they keep sending there technicians to sought out the solution but till now my complaint doesn't resolve. They keep on experiment like voltage problem, ac dc problem and they are saying problem is in your pipe. I have purchased two acs at a same time one is working properly and another one doesn't. Kindly help me out so that they can replace my product as soon as possible.

          Voltas ac — service issue


          I had purchased a voltas vertis premium 1.0 ton ac model few months back on 9.07.2018 from a dealer kohinoor telivedio pvt ltd from thane, mumbai.

          Just in few months its stopped working then i complained to customer care,
          Complaint number - [protected] on 6.10.2018 after one week the complaint automatically got cancelled by jamnagar service center executives. With out attending the complaint.

          After one week again i raised new complaint,
          New complaint number - [protected], then jamnagar executives attended the complaint after few days, then they removed some parts in the ac unit and till today no one turned out.. They are telling ac spare parts are not availing at showroom... From last one month i am following with team but unfortunately my issue still not resolved...

          However since nothing was happening from more than one month i again called up the customer care and the agent then con-called the service center and escalated the issue again and told by one week service will be done. To the disgrace of the customer satisfaction nobody called me up from the service center, so i called the service center again after one week for inquiry now they told me that the details were not updated and since as they got the updated details the service will be done the next day, however i am still waiting for a response from their side as nobody had turned up yet from their side.

          I would like to know how such a big brand company like voltas is functioning with such disgraceful working culture where a customer is made to wait for 45 days for a service which is promised in 3-4 working days and how pathetic is the customer care cell where the customer contact details are not updated on request and shared with the authorized service agents.

          I am highly dissatisfied with the service and behavior of the voltas ltd in this issue and would like to escalate this issue.

            Sir, i purchased new water dispenser through amazon online shoping on 14-10-18, invoice sata-6008, it was delivered to me 24-10-18. I unboxed packing 26-10-18 then try to use but it was not working. So, i complaint to voltas customer care, then they give compliant no : [protected] and told me will clear with in 48 hrs upto 05th nov.18 not respond and i m also followup through mobile number of times, call will closed automatically reason of not reachable. 6th nov i talk seriously voltas customer care sr officer, he do conferance call to me and guntur service cetre person, then he booked new call : [protected], and came service boy then he told this item came with out gas filling by the company. So, i filled gas tommarow. 6th nov problem resolved with 0 fees message came. I asked service centre person, he told we resolved, we fallowup him he send a person 8th nov, service boy came and ask 500/-for repair told my sir, i told him i purchase recently 10 days back with onsite warranty so, i am not paid, finally i paid 100/-. Then repair not seriously, finally he repair and gone. After 30 min it not working i called service boy and center person you come to guntur for repair, i said i purchased new item with onsite warranty. He told ok will arrange. Daily i fallowup customer care and some times services centre person still now 20th nov not respond. I asked and told more and more and more times this item purchased buying group of numbers decission is mine i refere to voltas is the best so we purchased, now remain members what brother new item purchased but facing neglect company how to refer. Then told voltas we clear 48hrs and 24 hrs . Still now.

              Hi,

              I have registered a complain number [protected] against water leakage from ac indoor system on 21th oct 2018.

              The voltas registered service centre moonlight refrigeration bhubaneshwar has taken our indoor ac system assuring me that they will fix the drainage with a new one.
              Since one month has been passed they have not repaired yet. They are not calling me to give status about our ac. I am the person who follows up with them.

              Whenever i am asking about the status of repairing they are saying the drain tray stock is not available and you have to wait for next week. This process has been continuing since 1 month.

              Yesterday i called the voltas customer care and narrated the whole situation. But still i have not received any communication from the moonlight refrigeration service centre.

              I am shocked how could voltas provide such kind of third grade /worst service to their customer who blindly believe them.
              By doing this voltas is loosing credibility.

              So i therefore request you kindly provide me the solution and assured me when should i get my account repaired.

                I have purchased a new split inverter ac (1.5 ton) on 31/03/2018. My ac remote or screen is not properly working. I have many messages to convey technician & many calls to pass company. Every time company response, that our technician will visit in 48 hours. My complaint is registered on dated 02/11/2018 but still today my complaint is pending.

                      I have purchased 2 ton non inverter air conditioners from a dealer in srinagar . I am myself a contractor who supplies items to hospitals and other institutions.i purchased six non inverter AC'S.But since their installation, they are not giving the heat as expected. They don't even heat up the room of size 12*12. The engineer has visited twice. Still it's not working. I want the company to replace it with some other model.the hospital I supplied these AC'S to, has called a customer care executive, the non sense executive told them, you have made a wrong decision of choosing this model. You should have bought some other model.is this what he should have said. Please do something as earlier as possible. And replace the air conditioners.

A 1 ton split a/c was purchased on 24/08/2017 from m/s jss ac world, kottayam, kerala 686001. A request for second free service was made before the expiry of one year. Though the dealer called me once to assure that he will come, no one turned up.in the interim, i was busy with other important issues. On 30/10/2018 i called the customer care requesting to do my second service. I am told that "i should have reminded them before[protected]. This"cut-off date"rule has not been made known to me by voltas. It is something"known only to them." i believe that the failure at their end to close/resolve my request made within time cannot be saddled on me by technicalities or rules not made known to me. So, i request that they honor their promise. Thank you.

                              I recently ordered a AC from voltas and I have been facing issues for the past 2 weeks. The customer care executive has not even visited once to fix the issue but I received a message saying it's fixed... Such level of cheating is unacceptable. My entire bed room is filled with water due to water leakage and water is dripping in electrical outlets... I have 2 kids at home and am constantly scared of fire or some accident due to this issue.. Forget using the air conditioner in such heat, there is constant fear of life. I am Filing this consumer complaint against voltas because of defective product and defective service. This is unbelievably disappointing service. My mattress is completely ruined. I would like to lodge a complaint to claim compensation so that I can buy a new AC from a reliable company which provides better service.
                              I bought this AC from an Indian company so that the revenue the company makes will stay within India and will not be repatriated outside India but I was wrong in ordering from an Indian company. Please accept my complaint and take appropriate action against voltas and help me get refund of the entire amount I spent on this useless AC and compensation for the damage caused to my mattress and mental torture.

                                Last month we had lodged complaint for gas leakage which was attended by your authorised franchisee voltas ltd, fast air conditioning, 621 murad ali lane, cant road, lucknow up. Complain attend vide service report no 3575 dated 27.09.2018 and 3578 dated 28.09.2018.

                                Now again cooling is down and your service engineer has reached to our office and told us that agains gas is leaked.

                                This is the second time when gas leakage with two month after purchased of new window ac during aug'18.

                                We request u to kindly arrange to replace the deffective product supplied to us.

                                    I bought an inverter air conditioner from authorized seller of various electronics appliances, indralok vaniradio kendra (Pp road, near hdfc, buxar-802101). I had purchased one voltas split ac, model - voltas eu 183v mzj3 (R-410) on 15/06/2018 worth rs. 34, 700/- abide with bill no. 2307.

                                    While purchasing the said air conditioner, i was with a fond hope that the product will be of premium quality and i would be provided wonderful service. Just within one month of purchase, my ac stopped cooling and the fan made terrible noise that it became almost
                                    Impossible to switch on the ac. I made a complaint on the customer care no. Of voltas and i was given service. A kit was replaced in the ac almost after 20 days of registering complaint and after that, it was working well. The same happened again after sometime and again the kit was replaced.

                                    Keeping in mind the weather conditions, not much use of the ac was made. And, when i switched it on in the first week of october, again the same occurred and there was no cooling effect. I again registered a complaint on 2/10/2018 and nothing has been resolved as of now. I received a call and they are delaying the process due to puja holidays, and said that the technician has to be called from patna for the repair of ac. But the bitter truth is that till now i have not received any proper service.

                                    That, it is my legitimate right to avail good quality service as the product is in warranty period. You people are only trying to waste my time in the assurance of repair and subjecting me to mental agony and harassment.

                                    I request you to please look into the matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible else i will have to opt for legal resort. All i feel is that i was supplied with a defective product and it would be the best if it is replaced.

                                      I purchased this voltas ac split from flipkart on april 16 and installation was done on 19th of april. After the installation from jeeves there was water leakage and they did something to the pipe and fixed it. And the problem dint end there. The water started leaking from the indoor unit once in a while and used to call flipkat, jeeves and voltas to fix my issues. Yesterday (23 october 2018) mayur from voltas came to my address checked the device and said its because of the pipe, as soon as he fixed the pipe and left there was no water leak. After an hour or so. It started again. And i called him back he came checked again and said the tray has to be changed. And he said it will be done in a day or two. And i called them today to check the status. And i was informed it will take 5 to 6 days and the technician or anyone from voltas was able to give me a solution for this.

                                      This has been a hectic issue as its been there from last 7 months and they havent fixed any thing yet. First flipkart sent me a faulty product. And the people came for installation was dumb and stupid who dint know how to do their work and now from voltas.

                                      Please tell me what am i supposed to do??

                                      Im in a situation where this has gone too far, and i am ready to take it to consumer court as no one is ready to take responsibility and fix my issue. And the product is still under warrenty.
