At telephone exchange kaithamukku 28 nos inverter 1.5 tr 3 star s/t ac units have been supplied and installed by voltas. These units replaced the erstwhile 7tr pac units used to cool telecom equipments. The units are under warranty. The cooling capacity of these units especially the 4 units in nib room is found much below acceptable limits. Accordingly the complaint was registered through toll free. Nos [protected], [protected], [protected]. Without me rescheduling messages are coming that this sr no proposed for cancellation reason customer reschedule. This has happened previously also. Three free services are stipulated for these acs as per the agreement made. Kindly arrange to carryout at least 1 water servicing for these acs in addition to attending the fault.

    Reference to my ac maintenance request no. [protected] dated - 09.02.2019 and the one that was done previously as well.in both the case, your technician did not come on time that was fixed by the voltas customer care executive and told me "it is not possible to come before 10:30 am and after 5:00 pm as well as if he has 3-4 complain from that area than only he can pay a visit and not for single complain". Next day when i call them they told me your service request has been cancelled and i have re again book a maintenance request.
    This is a unsincere approach of work on their part. The customer has to face lot of problem because of these. So i request you to look into the matter and see that such kind of irresponsible behavior from technician of voltas may not persist.

      Service request no [protected] and [protected].
      for voltas AC, Dhariwal Trading Pali bill no 581 dated 19/5/18 and bill no 697 dated 9/7/18.
      The persons sent for servicing were untrained. they did just eye wash. opened the air dispencer, removed the two small mesh, washed it and placed it back. Is this the servicing. In summers I do this washing every month.
      Enquire who had been sent for servicing and check when they were trained for servicing at any of your centres.

        Hi team,

        4 year back i purchased 2 voltas ac. Now one of the ac got complaint and we complaint to our nearby voltas centre and the voltas service men come and check 2 months back and they told like outer part got complaint and we need to replace the entire part. So we ask them to replace and they told now they don't have stock, when the stokc cam they will do it and they will keep us posted. After that no reply from them and not updates on that. So we called them 2 days back and they are not giving us a proper answer/reply. We asked them what is the problem they are not sharing a proper reply with us. They are not are not interested to talk with us also. Is this how you are treating a customer. We have ac with other company also if we post a complaint they will take necessary steps and comfirm if the issue is resolved or not. Only from voltas we got a bad reply and experiance. How can a company like voltas can neglet a customer like this. This is not fair. I want my ac to be fixed soon if you cant fix i want a proper reply or else i will move with the next step.

          I have bought a voltas washing machine recently and it has been showing some problems from the past few days. It is making weird noises when i switch on it. Not only i have tried to reduce the load of the washing process by reducing the clothes, still, but i also face the same problem and an led keeps blinking and it stops working..               I bought Voltas beko 7 kg top load washing machine 1 month back. Every time E1 error occurred. At least 5 times your technician visited our home but in vain. I mailed you several times but problem is same.
              Recently they visited on 12/01/2019 but problem still unresolved.
              Your customer care executive are also not replying properly and always linger on.
              It's became very pathetic for a big brand name.

                I had bought voltas split ac 1.5 tons in march 2018.
                Spoilt in june - repaired after lots of follow up with customer service.
                Again got spoilt in august - repaired.
                Again got spoilt in oct - repaired 5 times in 1 month.

                From november end no response from customer service.
                Condenser replaced, fan replaced.
                Still ac not working & customer service not responding.

                  Sir, we bought a voltas ac in sept 2018 and soon faced a machine failure in nov. We logged a complaint regarding failure of ac. Technicians have visited and told that compressor will be replaced and then they left. After that no one contacted back. Then i again compalined about the issue. Nxt time they visited and then taken some photos of machine number. And assured us to complete task within 10 days. But its more than 20 and no one came to replace the compressor. Please consider our application and provide us the service asap. Help us yo resolve our problem from voltas ac.

                    Dear team,

                    Exact issue: ac is displaying e6 error code

                    On nov 27th 2018 i logged a complaint in voltas customer care. Technician visited the place based on my availability on 6th dec 2018. As per the initial observation technician recommended that it may have problem with indoor board and blower and they took the indoor board & blower with them for repair. Till date i follow up with the service centre and not getting any update on the status of the repair. They not even know where or what the status is. When ever i called these people they will request me to explain what happened. This continued for more than 1 to 2 weeks of time. As a customer i feel very bad with the approach and service from this service centre. Going forward i request all my friends not to purchase voltas since customer service is very pathetic and disappointed.

                      Dear sir,

                      I purchased voltas ac in 2016 and they informed compressor warranty is for 5 years. Latter in may 2018 gas in from compressor leaked and they changed me 2200/- even warrenty of compressor is 5 years. Latter on with in a month gas is again leaked and we contacted to their service center at ramgarh on july 2018 regarding cooling problem then they visited and said gas is leaked. Latter on they didn't visited. Then on november we again complain to voltas customer care and they said it will change 2200/-. We complain so many times latter on but they don't solve my problem.

I have requested to replace the product but they keep sending there technicians to sought out the solution but till now my complaint doesn't resolve. They keep on experiment like voltage problem, ac dc problem and they are saying problem is in your pipe. I have purchased two acs at a same time one is working properly and another one doesn't.                               Voltas ac — service issue


                              I had purchased a voltas vertis premium 1.0 ton ac model few months back on 9.07.2018 from a dealer kohinoor telivedio pvt ltd from thane, mumbai.

                              Just in few months its stopped working then i complained to customer care,
                              Complaint number - [protected] on 6.10.2018 after one week the complaint automatically got cancelled by jamnagar service center executives. With out attending the complaint.

                              After one week again i raised new complaint,
                              New complaint number - [protected], then jamnagar executives attended the complaint after few days, then they removed some parts in the ac unit and till today no one turned out.. They are telling ac spare parts are not availing at showroom... From last one month i am following with team but unfortunately my issue still not resolved...

                              However since nothing was happening from more than one month i again called up the customer care and the agent then con-called the service center and escalated the issue again and told by one week service will be done. To the disgrace of the customer satisfaction nobody called me up from the service center, so i called the service center again after one week for inquiry now they told me that the details were not updated and since as they got the updated details the service will be done the next day, however i am still waiting for a response from their side as nobody had turned up yet from their side.

                              I would like to know how such a big brand company like voltas is functioning with such disgraceful working culture where a customer is made to wait for 45 days for a service which is promised in 3-4 working days and how pathetic is the customer care cell where the customer contact details are not updated on request and shared with the authorized service agents.

                              I am highly dissatisfied with the service and behavior of the voltas ltd in this issue and would like to escalate this issue.

I unboxed packing 26-10-18 then try to use but it was not working. So, i complaint to voltas customer care, then they give compliant no : [protected] and told me will clear with in 48 hrs upto 05th nov.18 not respond and i m also followup through mobile number of times, call will closed automatically reason of not reachable. 6th nov i talk seriously voltas customer care sr officer, he do conferance call to me and guntur service cetre person, then he booked new call : [protected], and came service boy then he told this item came with out gas filling by the company. So, i filled gas tommarow. 6th nov problem resolved with 0 fees message came. I asked service centre person, he told we resolved, we fallowup him he send a person 8th nov, service boy came and ask 500/-for repair told my sir, i told him i purchase recently 10 days back with onsite warranty so, i am not paid, finally i paid 100/-. Then repair not seriously, finally he repair and gone. After 30 min it not working i called service boy and center person you come to guntur for repair, i said i purchased new item with onsite warranty. He told ok will arrange. Daily i fallowup customer care and some times services centre person still now 20th nov not respond. I asked and told more and more and more times this item purchased buying group of numbers decission is mine i refere to voltas is the best so we purchased, now remain members what brother new item purchased but facing neglect company how to refer. Then told voltas we clear 48hrs and 24 hrs . Still now.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have registered a complain number [protected] against water leakage from ac indoor system on 21th oct 2018.

                                  The voltas registered service centre moonlight refrigeration bhubaneshwar has taken our indoor ac system assuring me that they will fix the drainage with a new one.
                                  Since one month has been passed they have not repaired yet. They are not calling me to give status about our ac. I am the person who follows up with them.

                                  Whenever i am asking about the status of repairing they are saying the drain tray stock is not available and you have to wait for next week. This process has been continuing since 1 month.

                                  Yesterday i called the voltas customer care and narrated the whole situation. But still i have not received any communication from the moonlight refrigeration service centre.

                                  I am shocked how could voltas provide such kind of third grade /worst service to their customer who blindly believe them.
                                  By doing this voltas is loosing credibility.

                                  So i therefore request you kindly provide me the solution and assured me when should i get my account repaired.
