It seems my voltas ac problem never get solved. Is it that all voltas acs are same. If they cannot provide proper service technicians to repair their product? My ac was purchased in oct 2012 from harsha udupi for a price of 34000 rs. Within three years and very less use, ac started developing problems no cooling etc. After complaining voltas authorized technician from impra charged gas and i have to pay for that. With in a weeks time, the situation is same. Then the technician said there is leak in the condenser hence took the ac and advised me that the original compressor is aluminium and hence would change with a copper for a price of 8000. (Year 2015) i wondered how a reputed voltas would miss guide consumer with a aluminium condenser. Again within a year there was gas problem and i have to pay impra rs. 3100 (Year 2016). This was due to the negligence of impra technician as they failed to detect a leakage earlier.in 2018 there was a problem of worn out contacts and this was due to the earlier techician who did not rectified compressor heating problem. Instead he had blamed pc boards etc. And all that turned out to be false. Now the voltas authorised service center is given over to maha laxmi air solution s and within 4 months again no cooling complaint and this time advised that compressor is gone. Now it was like black mail for me. First of all a expensive ac and that too installed a new copper condenser hence i had no option other than going for a new compressor. For a cost of rs.12350. And now withing 4 months of installing new compressor again cooling problem and the compressor validity is over. I am afraid 10 days of no ac and calling technician and no reply. How much would be my bill.

My voltas ac is not working properly ..every season we have to fill the gas n after 2-3months...the gas became leaked. .so plz help in solving this issue..

    This is with reference to above subject I narendra kumar registered mob no.[protected] would like to give complain that after requesting many times regarding my invertor ac service to customer care...It is not resolved till ow...
    In this regard I would like to request to kindly look into this matter on priority basis..
    I have not paid my money to take so much tension ...Please try to understand...U peoples have given placed illiterate kind of customer care..Who r not able to solve any issue after even 15 days...I don't know why?
    How people will faith on this famous company voltas?
    I feel mentally torture after not getting response ...

      I have purchased one 1.5 ton Split AC on 15.04.2018 from Flipkart.
      Thereafter I lodged a compliant to Voltas Customer Care that there is no cooling effect of AC. On 01.04.2019 Voltas engineer has given report that there is no gas available inside AC and this has happened due to leakage for faulty installation. Voltas personnel is refusing to do the rectification as the AC machine is installed by Flipkart personnel. Now I am in deep trouble for not getting one year warranty support.

      I was purchased voltas ac 1ton in 2016, but after installation gass was leaked. I was make complaint regarding this issue, thereafter one service man was came from the company and checked after checking they said joint/gass was leaked. After that service man done that issue. That issue is arise in 2017. But know iam facing same problem.

        I bought Voltas1 ton Inverter AC on 30/03/2019 from Bajaj Electronics but till now there has been no correspondence from Voltas regarding the installation of AC.
        When I called the Customer Care several times and informed them about the installation, they provided me a number which was not reachable most of the time and only once the guy picked up the call and then gave some unsatisfactory answer.
        If this is the kind of service that Voltas provide, then it is highly shameful and unprofessional.

        I had requested to AC repair but didn't get replay from Voltas customer service. Though they told us there technician will call us back but not receive any call from them.

        It is very hard to connect with customer care numbers because all numbers are invalid..

          Dear sir/madam,
          I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac (Voltas eu 183 izi2) from the janki agencies in pratapgarh (Up) on 31.03.2018. Within couple of days after the installation of ac, it was not cooling properly and i compaint in this regard to the agency. Though, they looked in to this matter and refilled the gas but it got leaked and refilled again. This process was repeated for 3-4 time and when we were fed up with such things and came in mood of proper complain due to reluctant behaviour of the dealer. Then the dealer brought back the compressor and it was informed to us that compressor unit had manufacturing defect and a joint was opened somewhere that led to leakege of gas repeatidly. Also, we were informed that the problem had been resolved and we would never face this problem in the future.in the last summer it was functioned properly merely for 15 days and when with advent of this summer in 2019 as we started the ac we encountered the earlier problem once again and ac is functioning like a fan. Therefore, we request you to kindly have a look in this matter asap and replace the compressor unit otherwise we have to go for other options.

              I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton inverter 5 star copper (2019 range) 185v jzj split ac 1. Imei/serial number onreq[protected] on 26.03.19. Under 5 years warranty condition on entire product and 10 years on compressor.

              I had exhausted all possible ways as suggested by executives of voltas, i. E. Sms, mail, call and online registration process for getting warranty certificate. But, it is unfortunate to say that no positive response as well as warranty certificate i. R. O above ac have note been received till date from voltas. I have been put in trouble since purchasing of above ac for getting warranty certificate from voltas.

              I had tried umpteen times to get warranty certificate from voltas but i failed utterly to get the same from voltas.

                I have registered complained about water leakage on 21st march 2019. The technician who came for the service was completely unknown to the product. He doesn't know how to open the ac and he used sheer force to open and close the unit. Due to that, the front blower blades are also damaged now. I asked him to please fix that then he said it will automatically adjust when the ac will work for an hour. But when i run the ac it was again draining the water constantly more than before and blades are also kept breaking. After my constant calling the technician came again and did the same thing with ac unit, and this time he didn't even close the unit properly when i asked him, he said he cannot fix this and he will send some senior person to look into this issue. After that, i called voltas service station and the technician 10 times and no one responded back and with each call, they are opening a new request, without understanding the concern.

                Please do the needful and fix the issue asap.

                I have video as evidence that the technician was using force and do not have knowledge of the product and if this request is not being taken seriously i will register complained in consumer court.

                  I am using voltas window from last 2 year. The air condition is super i suggest people use voltas ac for best cooling. Bt i m regret about voltas service centre "nahur enterprise"worst service center. They giving fake promises for repair of my window ac every time there technication giving different amount to repair ac. I didn't cancel my request for repair of ac bt the service centre send me massages i already upload pic of cancellation of ac request

                    We had purchased a voltas split ac as per attached details in november 2016.

                    We have been trying to contact voltas on [protected] /[protected] without any success.

                    We could conclude that voltas is interested in selling ac but not bothered about the utility of the unit to the buyer.

                    Considering this indifferent attitude, we had to depend on urban clap for servicing as the unit was not cooling.

                    We have been informed by the service personnel that there is a leakage in the aluminium condenser used by voltas which is of inferior quality and needs to be replaced by a copper condenser.

                    We would like to know :

                    1. Why aluminium condenser has been used instead of copper.

                    2. Can voltas supply spare condenser for the unit preferably of copper

                    3. If yes what is the cost.

                      It is very painful to inform you that the material delivery arrangement of kaydee noida from its warehouse is very poor. I have purchased a AC Voltas 3 star, from kay dee noida, Mr RAWAT has committed against my repeatedly confirmation regarding timely delivery, but they failed to deliver my 3 star Voltas AC on scheduled time 8:30 pm. I am a regular customer of kay dee noida since 15 years, but it is my very bad experience with kaydee. Please look into the matter seriously as it will go to the jurisdiction level, hence please try to make any compensation

                          I borrowed a voltas 1 ton window ac on 25/march/2018.. Within the use of 1 year, its compressor leaks, no cooling done by ac, its sensors not working.. When i complaint it the customer care told me that your product goes out of warranty.. From now i never suggest anyone to use voltas ac.. They provide the worst service and there customers support behaves very rude.. And now i'm going to complaint it to higher authority against their services

                            We purchased new air conditioner on last saturday. (24/03/19)... During installation we came to know that remote was repair. That service guy took all the proofs and photo and assure that he will replace within two days... But still now we didnt receive... We registered the complaint in purchase centre (Reliance digital) and also in voltas centre... They both not responding properly... Very poor service and customer care... We very much disappointed with that reliance digital centre and voltas service... Please provide the new remote or take your product and return money... Do anything as soon as possible...

Complaint attended on[protected], reported gas not enough, gas refilled on[protected], paid total rs. 2800/- : ac not cooling again and show message in display "ec". I complained again on[protected], attended next day, technician told me to observe and call him if any problem. Still ac not cooling instead i am getting hot. What i see is the compressor not work, only fan is running. Voltage in my area is average 200 to 230. I am continuously calling the service center "arctic air sys" [protected] and [protected], which is the authorized service center in tirur, kerala.
                                The ac is purchased on[protected], but not used even for 10 days, i was in dubai. The 2 free service also not used. Now i want to use this ac. I don, t care about the warranty period is finished. I want use it now. I need support from you and i am expecting a good customer service that i am thinking you will take care your customer at the top priority and not like this nobody take care or tell me always like tomorrow they will send technician, but nobody coming at the site.

                                  I am from meerut city (Up).
                                  I registered a request for split ac servicing and when technician came he was totally untrained and don’t have even idea of servicing. He did the service very badly even didn’t remove the dirt properly and the behaviour was also not good. My request is to please look into this issue asap. And also my ques is why untrained people got service center franchise who don’t know the process and show unprofessional behaviour. I think you should take or transfer the ac service center and give it to some professional people. Due to their behaviour company’s image got affected.
                                  My first service was also not good and none of you took any action regarding that.

                                    A) we brought the ac on 2018 april and the installation was performed by voltas field technician and paid around 4000 rs for the installation and copper cable.
                                    B) from the day this ac was installed we have not used it every time we on the ac we get only the fan no cooling, we were suspecting this is an voltage issue with our apartment. By then the first summer went even without using because we do not stay in this house for long time.
                                    C) just few months back since the summer was starting we thought of fixing it and raised a complaint with voltas and some technician came and said the gas is over and we
                                    Need to refill it. The gas was over so soon since the initial installation was not done properly we paid 2000 rs. But the issue remains the same.
                                    D) since we are relocating from the current place to another place we raised a request with voltas for uninstall of the ac and paid 1200 rs for voltas technician charges.
                                    E) during the unistallation the voltas technician informed that the copper pipe is broken during the initial installation and the guys who did this have covered with form to cover up the damage to the copper pipe. That is the reason we were not able to get the cooling
                                    F) now voltas technician is asking for 8000 rs for fixing the ac and for installing it in new location. And took the old copper cable along with him. Telling me that he will check if this pipe can be used again or we need a new one.

                                      I would like to submit this petition for your kind consideration and favourable disposal.

                                      On[protected] I had purchased an Inverter Voltas Air Conditioner @ the cost of Rs.34, 200/- (Unit Sl. No.4551741A14E002618) from M/s. QRS Ltd, Ernakulam, considering the opinion of my kith and kins that Voltas is one of the best option A/C among the A/Cs in India, as it gained vast experience because it is one of the oldest Companies in the field of Air-conditioner in India.

                                      Since the A/C had shown inadequate cooling, upon my request, on[protected], your authorised Service Agent of Voltas, Ernakulam, M/s. New-Tech Cool Solution, Ponjasserry, Perumbavoor, vide (Invoice No.3092 dated[protected], Voltas Call No. [protected] dated[protected] had attended the A/C and tried to rectify the defects. Although they claimed that they have rectified the defects, the defects prevailed even after their rectification report as stated above. Since the A/c has produced inadequate cooling, yet again, I had reminded the Agent/Mechanic on several occasions all through this one and half years, and although they had attended the A/C then and there, no proper and rightful rectification of defects has been carried out by them, resulting its original defects persists till date. Fed up with their lackadaisical attitude, I on 09/02/2019, formally complained to Mr. Manzoor, Service head of M/s. New-Tech Cool Solution, authorised of M/s. Voltas, Ernakulam. In response, one Mr. Rejit, Mechanic/Technician of M/s. New-tech Cool Solution attended the A/C unit and reported to me that the PC Boards are defective and hence PC Boards have to be replaced. Accordingly, he brought back the defective PC Boards to his service House for repair, but he on next day came back and refitted the same in the AC Unit, telling me that the PC Boards are in irreparable conditions. Based on that, Mr. Mansoor, Service Head, telephonically informed that new PC Boards have already booked and to wait for one month which may cost around Rs.10, 000/-. Over and above, on[protected], I received, a mobile message which I am reproducing hereunder for your reference and guidance. “Dear Customer Your SR No.[protected] proposed for cancellation, Reason beyond repair Machine. Call on [protected] to stop cancellation.”

                                      Accordingly I waited for one month for the new PC Boards. Unfortunately, since I have not been received the new PC Boards, I, on 1st week of March, contacted Mr. Kumaraselvam, Area Sales Manager of M/s. Voltas Ltd, Ernakulam about the whereabouts of the PC Boards. He informed me that “since the Company has stopped production of this type/model of AC Unit, and hence this PC Boards are not-available in stock or in as spare parts in the Company, he suggested to go for under “buy-back” policy a new Branded inverter A/c Unit provided I pay a sum of Rs.15, 000/-“
                                      Later on, after innumerable number of tele-conversations with Mr. Kumaraselvam, he again asked me to send an e-mail to the District Manager also, with copy to him, stating all the facts as stated above, for any variation in buy-back amount. Accordingly, on[protected], I sent an e-mail to Dist Manager, (BSM one Pradeep) and Mr.Kumaraselvam, in this connection, copy of which is enclosed for your ready reference and follow-up action wherein I have offered a sum of Rs.10, 000/- as a settlement of this ‘long pending issue’.

                                      To my dismay, on[protected] evening, in an volte face approach Mr. Kumaraselvam, telephonically informed me that he had consulted with his higher authorities regarding the issue and accordingly, M/s. Voltas would provide a new Branded AC provided I pay Rs.22, 000/- contrary to his earlier ‘offer’/‘promise’ of Rs.15, 000/- being a ‘punishment’ of purchasing an Inverter A/C and for the perseverance I and my family have undergone all through this 2 and half years. This type and kind of somersault from the part of Mr. Kumaraselvam and M/s. Voltas is in simple words not a customer-friendly approach. However, I reserve my anguish and further course of action, waiting your reply in this regard.

                                      I would like to draw your kind attention that from the very installation date itself, (10.04.2016) the A/C has displayed inherent disability/manufacturing defect to produce adequate cool, and your rectification efforts has miserably failed, due to which I and my family have been suffering during the 2-3 summer seasons.

                                      In this connection, I hereby point out that I am aware that the A/c has only one year guarantee except its Compressor which has 5 years warrantee. The defect has arisen in the A/C Unit within the guarantee period of one year itself which you would convince with the proof of evidence I have referred in the foregoing paragraphs and from the tele-con./ Records kept in your ‘computer system’.

                                      However, considering the essentiality of the service of AC during this heavy summer season, and in order to settle the issue amicably, I extend my whole-hearted support by offering a sum of Rs.10, 000/- for the replacement of AC, eventhough, I am entitled to the replacement of new branded A/c free of cost, in the wake of the occurrence of the defect in the AC a manufacturing defect well within the period of one year guarantee period.

                                      Hence, I would request you to kindly look into the matter sympathetically and action may be taken to replace A/C with new one, which, I am ready to raise/pay Rs.10, 000/- as has been already agreed to.
