Ac cooling was very less. Service person not coming from dealer place.
Dealer also not response properly. I contact with dealer for 45 days but still now not arrange service person. So many times i directly walked with our dealer prices. But he does not action. Please kindly resolved my problem.

I bought Voltas beko 7 kg top load washing machine 1 month back. Every time E1 error occurred. At least 5 times your technician visited our home but in vain. I mailed you several times but problem is same.
Recently they visited on 12/01/2019 but problem still unresolved.
Your customer care executive are also not replying properly and always linger on.
It's became very pathetic for a big brand name.

I had bought voltas split ac 1.5 tons in march 2018.
Spoilt in june - repaired after lots of follow up with customer service.
Again got spoilt in august - repaired.
Again got spoilt in oct - repaired 5 times in 1 month.

From november end no response from customer service.
Condenser replaced, fan replaced.
Still ac not working & customer service not responding....

But the technician who visited at my place for both the service says company doesnt gives any wash service for free. Its paid and u have to pay 1500 for wash service extra.

I recently ordered a AC from voltas and I have been facing issues for the past 2 weeks. The customer care executive has not even visited once to fix the issue but I received a message saying it's fixed... Such level of cheating is unacceptable.
