This is request you to kindly check my issue, I'm very sorry for sending Mail to you, i know you're very busy in your
daily work. but right now i don't have any option.
My concern is: I purchased A freezer from Gurgaon Store on date : 15th March, 2019 after next day Freezer
stopped working and then I inform to dealer but he's saying we trying to change it, But after 15 days dealer reply
kindly contact to service center.
then regular i'm following with customer care, 4-5 times technician visited but not able fix the
issue.

In that case my concern point is:
1. i'm a professional shopkeeper so freezer purchase for business purpose Now My Business hamper and
facing large amount of losses.
2. New product purchase from Voltas Because your company is Very reputed and trusted but i think now I'm
ready to think this is my mistake.
3. New Product Not Purchase for put it on Servicing mode OR not for using after repaired Product and for
learning/Researching for Voltas Technical Team.
4. Kindly focus on it, this is a new product that creating issue that mean customer sanctification is going
towards 0. i think no issue if product reported Problem but service and support maybe very important.
Please Check my concern and try to Fix it ASAP as your best way.
Because now no one picking phone or responding us

Updated by kumarvijayg15 Dear Sir/Ma’am, Provided Product fault, when I purchase and installed in my shop then found it’s not working. Then informed to dealer about it and he’s saying replace product ASAP. But after 15days saying Kindly contact to Service Centre then I call to Service helpline and raise complain: Case ID: [protected] then service request Resolved without solution then re-open request with CASE ID: [protected]. 4-5 times engineer visited but Freezer not repaired Due to Manufacturing Issue Like (Chep dena) Number of times I called to service helpline and mail send to escalation team Reference mail also attached. Now my business area totally hampers and facing Losses in Business. I’m not purchase freezer for Service or repair.
