I had 2 ac uninstalled from my previous residence by the ac service center staff and now called for installation again. Voltas confirmed price per installation is 1500. I agreed. Got a call from the technician 2 days later on monday the 8th saying along with installation i need to have gas filled. Told him its not mandatory since gas will surely be there in the machine. The guy argued and then didn't show up untill called later on friday april 12. He confirmed again he will come on saturday 13th april but i need the gas filled in also. Told him im not interested in gas being filled. Just need installation done if its required will let him know. He came on 13th april with his team member. Fitted ac without putting the brackets inspite of having them and asking him to do it said it was not mandatory. Post fill it ac on he didn't even switch it on and then said he has to charge me additional 3200 per ac for filling gas. He said that there was very little gas in the ac and when fitting it on some bit leaked so now ac has 0% gas in it. This is not possible. I refused and sent him away saying i will file a complaint with vo, tas. I wrote to voltas on facebook and have received no help from them. An hour later i got a call from a other technician saying he will charge me only 1800 per ac to refill gas in it.
It is clear this is a sindicate into cheating people. They just want to make money for no reason. They have not done the job they were hired to do and now have not even sent me a receipt for the 3000 they collected from me.

I have registered a complaint on 7th April 2019, No technician has turned up till now (today is 11th April ) . When I call the customer care the executive tell me that within 24hrs the technician will visit your place. the service is pathetic and I will never recommend Voltas .

    Lodge a complain vide request no-[protected] to voltas register no regarding my ac which is unde warranty. After long follow up mechanic turned up and attended the problem and went back that some spare needs to be arranged. He didn't turned up more but the said complain got closed after one week claiming resolved.
    Waiting for few days one more complain lodged vide request no -[protected]. Again one mechanic turned up and inpected the a/c and went back that he needs to arrange some spare and gone and didn't tuned up till now. Still a/c is under breakdown but both the complain is closed claiming resolved.
    How to deal such fraud cases with service centre. Will lodging fir can serve the purpose. Kindly advice.

    I purchased 1 Ton 5 Star Inverter Ac from Tata CliQ. But I received faulty remote of Ac. Due to this some feature of Ac is also not working that's why I'm unable to judge that Ac is not working or only remote is faulty.
    Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

      We have been using voltas inverter ac from past 2 years and from the completion of warranty period we are facing the gas leakage issue.
      Nearly every 3 months we log a complaint and service engineer re-fills the gas identifies the problem with a component replaces the component and promises us saying that this issue would not repeat again. However, the issue repeats after couple of months. This is going on and on for almost 1 years now.
      Recently we got it filled on october-2018, and we started facing the same issue from december 2018. Every time we log a issue we are paying charges to fix the issue and service charge. Every time a support engineer comes home to fix the he says this issue will not be repeated again as the root cause has been identified and fixed.
      Once the service engineer changed the fan outside saying the gas is getting leaked from there. Next time they changed some pipe, next time they said the gas is getting leaked inside so they took out the coil and performed soldering after that they did the same thing again with the coil.
      After several escalations they took the complete equipment to identify the issue. Now this problem has started influencing my mind negatively and the company must take the responsibility for exchange of product. All of my family is suffering due to the mishappening done with the product from 2 years.
      I don't understand that how many times a issue should repeat to identify the problem and fix it. If it was first or second time then i would not even taken the pain to search for this forum and log a complaint. But this is 7th time we are facing the same issue.
      Most recently after they have taken the complete equipment the service engineer calls up and says that we have to pay additional prices to fix the issue.
      I would have happily paid this amount if the issue occurred was for the first time or second time but this is 7th time and i don't have confidence in your service team that this issue will not be repeated after few days/weeks.
      If there is a defective piece then you have to replace it for free or have a competent service engineers who can identify the issue at the very first time and fix it but not create consistent pain to your customers for years and years for making a mistake in buying your product.

        I was purchased 1.5 ton split type Inverter air conditioner on 11/4/2019 from Nandilath G mart, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, Kerala.
        Installed AC on 14/04/2019 and after installation they showed me the operation of remote control and they took installation charge and the left.
        today (15/4/2019) i was checked Out door unit and found unit secure with stand with two bolts instead of four bolt and electric wire not secure properly and blank nut not tight. Inside the room stabilizer one of stabilizer connection was loose ( 14/4/2019 evening my electrician connected properly ) I am attaching the photos which is i found wrong things. please instruct service centre to clear all the wrong things which is showed in photos. my another air conditioners are no problem for the installation ( different company air conditioners )

          My tata voltas freezer got a complaint according to the low gas and a block in copper tube, i send the freezer to the hi cool service center, trivandrum.
          They have discipline, bad in customer service, irresponsible. 5day's before i send my freezer but till i don't get any information about my product. They are not attending any phone calls. Shame about the customer service

            This is request you to kindly check my issue, I'm very sorry for sending Mail to you, i know you're very busy in your

            towards 0. i think no issue if product reported Problem but service and support maybe very important.

            Dear Sir/Ma’am, Provided Product fault, when I purchase and installed in my shop then found it’s not working. Then informed to dealer about it and he’s saying replace product ASAP. But after 15days saying Kindly contact to Service Centre then I call to Service helpline and raise complain: Case ID: [protected] then service request Resolved without solution then re-open request with CASE ID: [protected]. 4-5 times engineer visited but Freezer not repaired Due to Manufacturing Issue Like (Chep dena) Number of times I called to service helpline and mail send to escalation team Reference mail also attached. Now my business area totally hampers and facing Losses in Business. I’m not purchase freezer for Service or repair.

                I have purchased above model from cool world patna, bihar on dated 20/04/2018 and have done the servicing in due time by the company representative. Now my ac is not cooling properly and i have made a complain in company 15 days ago after that service engineer has visited and told that gas has been leaked reasons not know and refilled the gas again it is not cooling so, kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                    My request no.: [protected] dated 10th april 2019.
                    A based on the above a service boy from comfort solution, dwarka came to me on 12 th april and after checking said that the a/c needs refrigerant charging besides usual servicing and for that he has to take the unit to his work shop. The total expenses will be rs 2850 /-which includes refrigerant charging, servicing and transportation. He further said that in case the payment is made vide cheque then full amount check is to be given before taking up the work.
                    A full amount check bearing no.417550 dated 12.04.2019 was handed over to him.
                    It is regret to inform that till writing this complaint no one has turned up to take the a/c although he assured to send some by 0700 pm on 12th april itself.
                    You are requested to look into the delay and resolve the issue so that my a/c is put on operation.

                      I purchased a window 1.5 ton ac voltas ac on amazon (Order[protected] dated 05 apr 19 and asked for a installation service request through voltas customer care with request no [protected] dated 07 apr 19.
                      The technician allocated for the job was highly unprofessional and did the work in haste. He broke the front grill locking mechanism and somehow fixed it at that moment. But it came out after sometime.
                      The technician was working in haste and not respecting what customer desires regarding location of stabilizer. He not even connect the earth wire to the plug. Instead cut it short which is such a important thing. This was done by myself later. The quality of job was pathetic.
                      It is requested that the front grill cover of the ac replaced as it is under warranty and done by voltas technician during installation

                        I am writing this email to inform you that i have been appalled & disgusted with the way voltas is providing service to its users, i raised a ac servicing request & the person who had come to service the machine told me that the gas is leaking & he would be testing the machine to know from where the gas is leaking, it is been more than 10 days the machine is still not fixed & the person is delaying day after day by making false promises that he will be coming today & tomorrow. The person took the visiting charges by just looking at the ac & also without my concern the request no got closed.

                        Abhijeet along with a person have come from voltas for servicing.

                        I really did not expect such kind of service from a tata brand, i am regretting now that i have taken a voltas machine, i promise not to buy any tata product who does not care for its customer. Have attached picture of the incomplete work voltas servicing person has done.

                          I have requested for warranty service from last one week. But there are negetive response. So i am not satisfied with voltas service. When i called the service station they said toady your service has been done but no serviceman is free to coming at our home for our ac service. I am thinking to buy 10 new ac for office purpose but due to this bad experience i am forced to change the brand from voltas to others.

                            After my complaint on 10 apr 19 regarding installation, the installation of my 1.5 ton ac were carried out on 11 apr 19 and i have paid full installation charges. However, after one hr of running water started dropping down from the ac and i informed the same to the technician. They again came on12 apr and found that the drainage pipe fitted is improper. When i enquired about the same they refused to change the pipe. Voltas is simply fooling customers and only minting money without providing support. My problem has not been resolved till dt and i shall not be paying any additional charges.

                              I have purchased a new 1.5 ton split ac of voltas on 04 apr 2019 through amazon. Even after a week the installation and warranty registration is still pending. I have been calling the custome care voltas almost everyday but they are just assuring it will be done tommorow. Also the number of technician which have been provided to me is unresponsive. This unethical behaviour on part of voltas is kind of harassment as i have already paid

                                I have purchased 1.5 ton ac from r. A. Electronics in vadodara in oct 2017. I am extremely annoyed and unhappy about this product quality and lousy customer service by your company authorized service center. Within a span of 1 year, i had to get the gas recharged and also pay for that and the same problem continues every 15 days / one month. Your service center person (Mr. Aadil) in baroda had promised that if there will be gas leakage now, he will pay me back the money. However since two weeks he is not lifting my and my spouse's phone. I never had such a bad experience with any other appliance company. I find this very pathetic response from voltas and will never ever by voltas product and not recommend anyone else as well..
                                Is there anybody to listen to the voice of customer or i go to consumer court nos???

                                  Dear team colts,

                                  This is to inform you that i have purchase voltas ac from vijay sales on 6the march 2019 and it was delivered at my home on 7the april 2019. When the delivery takes place delivery boy said that installation will be done in next 24 hrs. So i wait till 2 days but no communication received from voltas and vijay sales for installation. So i have called to cuatomer care of voltas and vijay sales respectively but i have received only assurance. After 5 days i have raised complaint to higher authority then she directly share the service dealer details and still i m waiting for installation of my new ac.
                                  This is pathetic service i observed from voltas. If i didnt take follow up then i dont think they will attend to install my ac.

                                    Last summer voltas charged rs 3200 to fill the gas. This summer i called voltas for maintenance service and now they say that the gas leaked and i must pay again for the gas filling. Why a customer has to get gas filled every year if the voltas people didn't fitted and sealed properly after refilling it last year. I strongly believe that gas is required to be filled once in a 5 or 7 years and not each summer.

                                    The problem hasn't been resolved yet. They must compensate for their below mentioned statement.

                                    1. They lied that my warranty has expired and I need to pay for service.
                                    2. When I asked for supervisor, over the phone to one of their representative, the transfered to another representative, who portraid herself as senior supervisor.
                                    3. Supervisor promised that he will call us back next day with solution, but no called back.
                                    4. Long hold on the call without any prior disclaimer and then hung on me

                                    This is not good service of Voltas. Please don't reply for apologize. I want solution and compensation for the time I had wasted on call

                                      I have purchased new window ac from electronics desire palam delhi they have taken charges of installation and assign the person anish but he gives time 6.30 pm for installation of ac but did not reached on given time and when i have talk them he is speaking abuse things which was not accepable so i m also not accepting from your company.
                                      I am really disappointed from your services, i have taken ac for urgent uses not for packed in box so please process refund which i have already paid i will go some other company who will provide good services to client.

                                        We had got the voltas air conditioner in 2016 in noida and for one whole year it had not any problem. After shifting to visakhapatnam, the ac would not give cold air. We called up for getting it repaired, so the person who came said that the gas had leaked. So after 4 days the ac was given back and it started cooling. After a few months the same issue came up. So we called up and the same process was repeated. This happened 4 times after we shifted. After the fifth time the people who were contacted came twice but did nothing. For 2 days we were not in contact. So we were fed up by it and we thought to put up a complaint in here in hope that we can get the ac repaired. We don't get it, we give the ac for repair we expect that the issue is resolved but if we get the same issue for a number of times then there is no use of giving it. The money used in repairing the ac could have been used for getting another ac instead. We are starting to think that the repair person deliberately makes the gas valve loose so as to make the gas leak from time-to-time. We would like the responsible authorities to look this problem up to resolve it.
