Hi,
I had booked my appointment for my voltas split ac in the month of august'18 in voltas customer care. They have assigned he 3rd party which is "om sai service centre. Technician came to visit my home and they saw the there is a problem with pcb. They told me that they will repair the pcb which will cost 2200rs & 400rs (Total 2600rs) for service charge which i agreed. After few days they install the pcb which work only for 1 day and again it got problem. Again these guys visited and said that they will install new pcb because it's not working which will cost 4500rs which i agreed on the same. After few days they came with different pcb which they were not able to install and was pushing in ac which they were not able to fix it and damaged some of the parts. I told them it's you guys are not able to push it then are you damaging the products (They replied, please don't say anything to me. Do you want to install or not. They were threatening to me and using abusive language). I didn't say anything because i am staying with my family and i don't know what action they will take if i will not be available.
Now, the problem is whenever i called om sai service center they say that it will take 2 days, 1 week or we have send the parts to warehouse to check, once they confirm will inform you the same & it took almost more than 2 weeks which they are not able to fix it for more than 2 months.
Day before yesterday, i called them to check the update what's happening. Their reply was don't call us again & again. Do whatever you want to do & said come and take your parts. I have already paid 2200rs for nothing.
I called customer care department, they said that your complaint is closed which i am not aware & i didn't get any call. What a customer service it is. They don't bother to call & check whether the things has been sorted or not.
Now, i am afraid to call again because the way they used the abusive language & harassed me i don't know what to do. I am not going to install this ac. I want new ac from voltas anyhow. If something happens to my family then voltas & om sai service center will be responsible for it.
I am attaching the current picture for voltas split ac. They have taken all the parts which has not given me any receipt. I only have receipt for 2200rs which they repaired earlier. Kindly take an action immediately before any action will taken place.
