I would like to inform you that i bought a new visi cooler 320 ltr from abhinandan sales mau u. P. On 21st agust.
But i would like to inform you that cooler is out of work form very first minute of first day as its main door is not being closed properly.
2- upper fan is not running.
3- no cooling at all
No one is taking resposibilty nighter saler not servise center.

I bought an air conditioner on july 20, 2018 from a dealer in our city (Jorhat, assam) named shubham electronics. For the first week it was okay but after that the cooling decreased and now their is no cooling at all. We complained at the dealer but they didnt respond. Four months of purchase and four complain registered. Two of the parts are defective in four months, does not except defective product from voltas a reputated brand in electrical appliances. First time outdoor unit not taking start, contactor found damaged. Second time water leakage inside room. Third again water leakage and abnormal sound. Fourth time outdoor unit didnt off after switching off from remote. This product give me a big headache....

I have purchased an ac 1.5 ton on 13.06.2018, model is 183cza and it was installed at rayagada, orissa, my registered mobile no. My 1.5 ton ac's outdoor unit is not healthy, even after several complaints (About 7 times) no one is attending the problem. My ac is under warranty period and a technician has visited 2 weeks ago, after that compressoe is not running, only fan is is running. I have purchased volta's 1.0 ton ac on 30/4/16 from shah & co chennai. Within a week i faced issue with my ac and stabilizer later i had cooling issues every 6months.

Later part in oct "17 i had this gas leakage problem and your technician filled it twice and got twice the amount from me for there mistake of not arresting the leakage properly.

Now again within 7 months i am facing the...

Two years back one 1 ton voltas a/c was installed. Since then two times gas leakage taken place. I have filled the gas by your authorised service centre cryodil at trivandrum. Now as no gas is present, compressor is not running. It shows that your servicing persons are not competent to clear the snag. Every time i will pay from my pocket to fill the gas, and then leakage than... So on. Pls look into it...
