I was purchased ac on 27/05/18. But my ac is not cooling. I had raised a request for same today technician came to my room and he said

1. Within second days of purchased reply it's working fine
2.ac gas problem that's why it's not cooling
3. Parts problems that's why it's not cooling

Within 3 months of purchased continuously i'm facing the problems same

Please replace my ac

हमने मई 2018 में voltas inverter ac खरीदा था जो पिछले तीन माह में चार बार खराब हो चुका है defective pice हमको दे दिया गया है कई बार शिकायत करने पर भी वह बार बार खराब हो जाता है उसे ले जाने के लिए बार बार हमसे रूपये लिए जाते है हम बहुत परेशान हो चुके हैं कम्पनी की सर्विस बहुत खराब है कृपया इस एसी को बदलकर दूसरा एसी दें।

    2 persons from voltas customer care had visited my place for re-installation of ac. I had a very bad experience with these persons... They took almost 8 hours for re-installation... They made my place very messy... Neither they cleaned up the place and were arguing with me... Their behavior was very rude... No manners at all... They didn't have any seriousness about work being done... They were taking all the things very casually and kept on laughing throughout the day... Broke my furniture... Made my home really horrible for just fitting of 1 ac... After re-installation when they left home within 30 minutes water leakage started from the ac... My whole day was wasted behind these stupid people and it was in vain as they did not complete the work properly... I don't know why do such people are appointed for such jobs who really don't care for their customers and bring a bad reputation to company's name...

      I have bought 1.5 Ton Window A/C last year in April 2017 and I am now facing AC failure in such a short span. On lodging complaint to the Voltas customer care there was a technican visit who informed me that the cooling conditioner coil has a massive leakage due to which all the gas leaked and I will have to pay 5500+1500+ 350 = 7350+ GST for repair and that too they will give 3 months warranty .

      My question is why I shall pay such a huge amount to get repair my 1year and 4 months old AC. Even though I pay and there is no guarantee it work till next year.

      I will rather suggest or urge the people to avoid Voltas AC as they are now making substandard quality products. Totally fraud company.

            A complaint was made a month ago regarding a couple of ac's whose compressors were under warranty and meant to be replaced. No response was given for the first 15 days. A number[protected] was given. They claimed that this number could only be dialled through a mobile phone with talktime recharge and isn't accessible through unlimited warranty recharges. On calling from every number the number proved invalid. On further persuasion and lodging complaints through internet, they gave us a service request number sr#[protected] and sent a repairman who conducted visit and confirmed the problem. Still no service or information has been received.
            Kindly ensure that producers as big as voltas are required to furnish hasslefree platforms for receiving requests and updating status through both online and telephonic mediums. They provide numbers which are not accessible and there is no facility to lodge complaint online. Someone unfamiliar with the technology domain may remain stranded for weeks and may not even receive the right to complain and request for service at all.
            Please take this matter seriously and kindly apply some stringent rules to protect consumer rights.

              Dear Sir/Madam We bought an VOLTAS Air Conditioner in Aug 2017 from their dealer Yadav Enterprises, Distt-Rewari, Haryana 123401. First 3-4 months it was working good but after some time it started auto deep. For this problem we raise a complaint to service center they provided solution but it was for only 10 days. After the winter season in summer time Apr 2018 this AC was creating problem again then we contacted to customer service center and they provide the short term solution only. From Apr 2018 to Aug 2018, they repaired it around 10 times but they couldn't have fix this problem permanently. Now again this problem is coming and their customer service center is saying that your product is out of warranty now. Dear Sir It is very painful for us that we have paid whole amount to them and they supplied a defective product which couldn't have repaired by them. Why we should bear the repair cost from our pocket. Voltas just repair it to pass the warranty. It was totally intentionally by Voltas. Please help us. We will be very thankful to you.

                  This is regarding a voltas split ac i purchased from croma outlet in rajouri garden, new delhi 110027 on 25/06/2017 (Croma invoice attached).

                  In july 2018, i raised a request at customer regarding my ac not giving a proper cooling. They sent an executive and confirmed that he will charge rs. 400 for a visit since my product was out of warranty.

                  An executive came he said their is some part is not working and he has to replace it for which he charged rs.1600 (Ac repairing invoice attached).

                  After a week i faced the same issue and raised the complaint at both voltas and croma customer care. Again an executive visited this time he said compressor of my ac is not working it need to be replaced and compressor is under warranty their will be no charge for it. But company will charge extra around rs. 2400 for gas refilling.

                  Now i have following complaints:

                  1. Why did first executive replaced the part and charged rs.1600 if issue was with compressor? Executive which came later confirmed their was no need to change the part.
                  2. Its been only 1 year and compressor has stopped working and if gas was leaked due to faulty compressor than why i am liable to pay for refill? In total because of faulty compressor which is as per company is under warranty for 5 years i have to pay total rs.[protected] + 2400) just after 1 month of product warranty expired.

                    I have purchased voltas invertor ac on 31st august 2018 and dealer has informed 5year full warranty and 10year compressor warranty for product purchased before above mentioned date and hence rushed my purchase.

                    But on product installation, warranty card was checked and observed only 1year plus 5year compressor warranty. On enquiring with dealer, it was informed we have to register online within a week of purchase to avail same.

                    For registering online i dont find any website link, only option found was sms 'wta' to [protected]. Even after repeated sms no calls where received and seven days will be over in another 3 days. I feel voltas and dealer is cheating customers with offers which they dont intend to provide...

                    Neither the dealer or company has mentioned anything regarding warranty registration within a week to avail same and was informed for all warranty service invoice is only necessary. Its because i had gone in detail to check warranty conditions came to know about same. Majority customers will not be checking same and customers are knowingly cheated by company and dealer..

                      Hi,
                      I purchased ac on june 24th 2018
                      But after 7 days of installation the ac started issues.
                      1- the flap make noise after continuous use for about 3- 4 hours. It make (Tic - tic) noise might be something stopping it.

                      2 - the water is leaking now and cooling stopped.

                      The engineer who visited said i want to show when this is happening.
                      Every time i am getting stupid reasons.

                      I am really disappointing by voltas.
                      I believe choosing voltas was my wrong decision.

                        Last three days there were very low cooling but on 26 aug night ac not started cooling .Company service center sent person on 28 aug and checked that there were no gas and were leakages.On saturday 01 sep 2018 another person came and do their job and cooling started .But on the same night no cooling on ac .Again complained but till date no one came.
                        Probably gas leaking or something which can't rectified and facing a lot of problem.
                        Please guide your representative to immediately done the job and make functional.

                          Sir,
                          My complaint no [protected] is being registerd by me on 27.08.2018 to your company, one of your visiting officer visited my air conditioner on 28.08.2018 and charged us 400 rs as visiting fees and told us that our problem will be resolved by 24 hours.
                          But till date no one from your company has came to repair our air conditioner.
                          On calling your call center they are just saying "sir we are forwarding your concern and the problem will be resolved in 24 hours"
                          And when we are calling your service team they are just delaying in repairing the issue.

                          We have register the same problem 2 approx 2 months ago having complaint no [protected] and at that time also we call and registered our problem and with in 24 hours our problem get solved and we paid total 3500 rs for issue fixed by your service team.
                          Since as per your company policy if same issue came with in 3 months your company claim to be fixed the same without any charges, and our issue has occurred with in 2 months.

                          So we are guessing the delay is being done intentionally and we are not satisfied with the services provided by your company.
                          We request you to kindly resolve the matter on urgent basis and keep our faith in the brand name "voltas a tata product"

                            I would like to inform you that i bought a new visi cooler 320 ltr from abhinandan sales mau u. P. On 21st agust.
                            But i would like to inform you that cooler is out of work form very first minute of first day as its main door is not being closed properly.
                            2- upper fan is not running.
                            3- no cooling at all
                            No one is taking resposibilty nighter saler not servise center.
                            My rs. 30000/- went in garbage.

                            My Name is Saurabh Garg, my voltas AC is not working.
                            We have purchased 25 nos of 1.5 ton split ac of voltas and verry sorry to say that after sales service is very very poor and service people dose not care to listen the problem after complaints so many times
                            not worth to go for this brand

                              I was purchase a 1 ton split ac as on 12/07/2018 from Aerovision Electonics, Abohar, Distt. Fazilka (Punjab) Pin code 152116. Some time ago i complaint to distributor regarding low performance of New AC. But everytime they gave me satisfaction words against my complaint. But yesterday when i remove the rappers of AC then i saw this is a used ac and it had joined screw or painted on front of wind flow strip. There's some paint spots of AC's another part.

                              Issue is still not resolved, any type of response from your side is still not taken. problem is still as it is. According to me this is a refurnish product, which we buy from your distributor. please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                              My deep freezer new purchase do din ke baad over cooooling karne laga temperature ko control nahi kar raha hai company mein complaint dali hui hai 19/08/2018 reg mob. [protected] hai company ki taraf se koi response nahin araha hai

                                Please let us know that we bought 7 split a. C as per my friend reference that voltas service are perfect but really shocked to face today he said that its not free of cost. Its chargeable @1500 plus gst. Is it??? We took it on project rate. We thought to get good service but really disappointed.in the beginning, its happening so what will be in future about service.. This is thing that the people doesnt like to any indian product due to lackof service and good distributor, our near distributor volta the brand shop gaya

                                  Voltas 1 ton 3 star invester split ac purchased through amazon. Invoice no. Sbob21525 dated 17/7/2018. As per the condition, installation was free. Your man came and installed the ac in july, 2018. He asked us to give stand for ac. We bought it and given a fitting charges of rs.300 to him. Now 2 men came here yesterday asking us to pay rs.1500 as installation charges. They said your company sent them. After one month, sending representative for collecting money is the right way of the policy of a company like voltas. One of the person was rajesh yadav, mob [protected]. He said he wants to see the ac and came inside to watch it. Don't send any people to home without proper communication through my email id [protected]@hotmail.com

                                    I have placed my complaint on 26 august 2018 (Sunday) they said executive will come on monday 27 aug. No one appeared that day. So i called voltas again for seeking information about my complaint but then they told me there was no complaint registered. Then the person said that he will register my complaint and he will send the executive in 24 hours to 48 hrs. 27 aug gone nothing happened about my complaint then on 28 august i again called voltas customer care then again he provided me with me a number of the person who would come to resolve my ac problem. I called him at 4 pm he picked the call said would come 1 hour now i think at 11 pm 1 hour would have been over. Today 28 august gone nothing happened and still my ac not working. Excellent service by voltas salute

                                      I bought an air conditioner on july 20, 2018 from a dealer in our city (Jorhat, assam) named shubham electronics. For the first week it was okay but after that the cooling decreased and now their is no cooling at all. We complained at the dealer but they didnt respond. I assume a very bad ac was given to us or they didnt put the gas while installing properly. Extremely disappointed as we recently bought it and it is completely useless now. I want it either to be replaced or checked properly as soon as possible. Within less than two month ac stopped working and this is no joke. We want full value for our money. Please look into the matter.

                                        Hello,

                                        A 1.5 ton ac has been purchased (Invoice no:- w2924/1819/03015) on 09/06/2018 from (Gstin: 19aabcg1740k1zm cin:u65921wb1998ptc086421) for the purpose of serving my brother who is a patient. The product after installation itself seemed to be defective. It does not cool the room even after running for more than 4 hours. Multiple requests has been lodged where the service boy visited for once or twice but with no positive response. My brother is still suffering as the rooms get heated up and does not cool. We have made many requests to exchange the product. Kindly help with priority considering the urgency. This has been a very frustrating experience with voltas.
