Hi,

This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased Voltas Window AC 183DYA on 25th April 2017.

After 3 months AC cooling problem started coming in, complaint was attended by Super Breeze Regd. these guys always took 5 days to reponse back on the complaints. cooling problem is shown after every 1 months of service.

I called the customer care around several time and they attended after 10 days and the issue was found as Cooling problem, i want to bring in your notice that this problem is again shown to me again and the AC is not working now. I have paid to the Super Breeze Regd. around 1000 Rs. while the service was free but still the cooling problem is not resolved yet.

Now the current stage is nor the service centre or the voltas customer care is attending the problem.

This cycle is going on from last couple of months these service centre people come and take the AC on bike and ask me to pay for my old complaints I paid to them but the problem is still not resolved. They completely destroyed my AC for money and i also submitted several complaints on mail to voltas but no action has been taken and i always get a reply stating please wait we are looking.

I just want my a new product or my money back and necessary action to be taken against service centre super breeze.

    This is regarding to the ac unit installed at residency road srinagar jammu and kashmir.
    While we made an official complaint as our ac unit was not working properly and your service provider came after much delayed time with an excuse that u need to pay for wet service when i asked him that this is the first service and this ac was merely bought a month ago they without saying anything ran away from site, While as i told them that i will speak to customer care about it, if they say its to be charged i will pay for it, but these guys instead of resolving the complain and ran away without telling us anything as they were here just to mint money from us. I am so disappointed with your service and would never recommend any one to use voltas product. There is no response from your company as well i made a call to your customer care support also.
    Now can u please suggest me what would i do with this ac unit of your company as i felt like i have bought it from a company who hardly care for there customers

      We been facing problem since we bought the voltas Ac n itz been 4 months that we bought this Ac to home from day we bought it showing problem in every 15 days and also its been repaird 4 times in 4 months...so we requested the replacement of our Ac after 4 times repairing of Ac, finally the 5th time technician arrives n took back the Ac with them for replacement with new one and itz been 15 days they taken Ac with new replacement. But til now they dint send any new Ac and we have been waiting for new Ac since 15 days and the response of the customer is very poor they are not cooperating with us as we expected with them...we dont need old unit to get reparired n sent back to us again coz it can again shows problems...so we need a quick replacement of Complete new unit ...we need new complete unit as soon as possible and kindly take this issue as a serious one...Thank you

        Our company purchased a 'voltas' split type a.c. machine (model no :1.50T voltas 182CYa) from' Parvoti Electric' on 7.3.2018. On 1st July, 2018 the machine stopped working, we lodged a complaint to voltas regarding this matter and as per our complaint a mechanic visited our company on 02.07.2018, who was sent by 'Weather Cool Services', a franchisee of 'Voltas'. He checked the machine and could find out a leakage in the pipe of the same. He also said that that there are some screws loosen and he tightened the screws and said the problem was solved. But next day i.e. 03.07.2018 the machine stopped working again. We again informed the matter to the said franchisee of voltas i.e.'Weather Cool Services'. The same mechanic on their behalf visited our company again and after checking the a.c. machine he told us to send the machine to their service centre. We therefore sent the machine to 'Weather Cool Services' on our own expenses on 07.07.2018. On 09.07.2018 we enquired of the status of our A.C. machine from the said 'Weather Cool Services', they informed us that the 'cooling coil' of the said machine is needed to be changed. Till date the scenario remains unchanged. They are still telling that they are yet to receive the parts from voltas company and they are unable to confirm us about time period of delivering the said a.c. machine to us. We are sorry to say that we never expect such irresponsible attitude from a franchisee of an esteemed organisation like 'Voltas'. So please look into the matter so that we can receive our A.C. Machine as soon as possible from the above mentioned franchisee of your company in good condition.

          I had purchased a 320 litres visi cooler in the end of March.When the machine arrived it was not functioning, on complaining ur company representative arrived and on checking he said the compressor has a problem and the machine had to be taken to the workshop.It was shocking to hear that a new machine is not functioning and I asked them for a replace which they did not agree.After 10 days the machine comes back telling me the compressor had been replaced.Within 2 days I noticed the cooler was not chilling yet again on a complain ur man comes and gives the verdict that the compressor again got spoiled.Once again the machine goes to the workshop and comes back after 12days.Again my request for a exchange for anew machine was defaultered.Recently a day ago I realised the machine is not chilling, I complained and ur man once again come and checked and said the compressor again has a problem. Now Sir, enough is enough it has become intolerable.           My new visi cooler purchased in the end of March was delivered to me in a non functioning conditions
          On complained the compressor was spoiled. Within these 4 months the visi cooler has been 3 times to the workshop on the same excuse - compressor spoiled.Once again 2 days ago the cooler is not chilling .On complain once again compressor spoiled .ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.             This is regarding the Voltas windows AC which we bought recently this year on 13th May 2018 from 's.r.a retails pvt ltd'. The very next month we started facing the cooling issue and thus raised the complaint with the Voltas. Complaint request No is - [protected]. Voltas technician visited u and suggested us to get the stabilizer replaced with the dealer. We got it replaced, but issue still remains unresolved.
            We called them again, they again visited and took the AC to the workshop for the further analysis and this time they replaced the compressor and AC remote both .After new compressor we are not happy with the cooling and also facing two new more issues with it i.e noise level is significantly high now and also the indicator that tells the compressor running status is not working.We Raised it again to the voltas (Complaint Request No is - [protected]) and they said they will come back again and check, though still awaiting their visit.Our point is how can new product has so many problems, compressor, stabilizer and remote they already replaced still having so many issues in it.If it was the old product we could have understood but its hardly 2 months. We can not afford it and thus expect the Voltas to fully replace the AC .I have been the Tata employee for more than 10 years and know how important is the customer satisfaction for them, having said that expects the positive response from them.

              My Product is in 5 Year warranty, but voltas is still charging money for it.

              I also got following mail
              1) 5 year comprehensive warranty ( 1 + 4 year extended) on functional parts, Gas Charging & labor ( for Repairs or replacements except plastic parts like grill, louvers. Etc, of the air conditioner for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase)

              I registered SR [protected] on 6th July 2018, But they cancelled it b/c I refused money they are asking, The I again registered complaint on 9Th july [protected]. They have now again cancelling citing same reason .

              According to them gas filling is not covered in warranty, I have got mail that clearly specify that gas charging is covered in warranty.

              It have been since 6th July, I am suffering, all days I spend 6-8 hour speaking to voltas AC customer care,

                In the age of quick response and customer service one company called VOLTAS is living in fools paradise.
                I wonder why Voltas manufacturing 3rd class AC which they cant service. Actually the AC is not even 3rd class but NO CLASS.
                SHAMELESS service team. They will take away AC in the name of repair and return after minimum 60 days because parts not available.
                Voltas will take money from you in the name of AMC and never respond because the money is already in their pocket

                Either the parts are issued by company and the service team is selling them in market OR may be company has no spare parts. In Both the cases Voltas and its team is robbing customers.

                The directors and management should do some other respectable work like sweeping floors, picking garbage etc as these professions are responsible enough and making the society better

                Beware of Cheater VOLTAS.

                  I have bought an Inverter Split AC and Sent an SMS 'WTA' to [protected] with in a 3 days of purchase for warranty extension but got no response from your side. Alternatively i have registered my product on http://voltasac.com but got no warranty extension email from your side .It has been more that 40 Days but nothing from your end. Its very frustrating and never expected this thing from TATA Brand of product.

                  I have mailed to [protected]@conneqtcorp.com and talked to voltas customer care as well but still situation is same.

                  Please let me know what else needs to be done from my end.

                    Purchased split AC and lodged request to installation on 29/june/2018, till date no body has come for its free installation as promised by company. daily they are saying today or tomorrow the person will come. the same response from service centre and toll free number and sending messages that your complaint has been rectified even though installation still pending.

                      I had purchased Voltas Inverter AC 1.5 T 185 VH vide invoice no. SLA[protected] from Croma Faridabad on 24/03/2018 amounting to Rs 59489/=. The AC was installed during last week od Apr.The ac is not working properlr since installation. and i have been facing issues with this. The cooling is not sufficient. The ac is very loud. There is water coming in the indoor unit of the ac

                      I registered a complaint and had to follow these people contineously almost daily., The technician visited my house several times bur issue not resolved. . Technician said every time there is nothing wrong with this and just the filter requires cleaning. But during last visit he told that some plate inside the AV had broken and it will take 10 days to replace.

                      It means that damaged AC was supplied to me, Therefore it is requested to replace the defective AC at the earliest.

                        I have bought a new Volta's Ac around 2 months back and it is not cooling for last 20 days I have 20 times lodged the complaint but till now the issues is as it is.I am totally harassed and dissatisfied with the voltas customer care.I have lodged my complaint no [protected] around 18 days back and the technician visited my home twice but every time the technicians made some pretext and went away. I daily call the customer care and they make fool of me on daily basis saying that today the issue will be resolved but that today never comes-

                        So i humbly request voltas to resolve the issue otherwise I will have to take other measures to get the issue resolved

                          Mu hardly one year old 1.5 ton window airconditioner stopped cooling so I contacted their customer service center as it was covered under comprehensive AMC. They sent their authorized agent from agency called United Nation for repairs. They said it was a case of gas leakage and they will have to take it to their shop for repairs. After they took it and after two days when they returned airconditioner, I noticed severe damage to front and back cooling coil and compressor coil. When I questioned the technician who had come from United Nation, he accepted this damage saying it could have happened either while transporting or at the workshop.
                          I obviously again lodged complaint with Voltas customer service center and they again sent Voltas technician to assess damage. He took photographs of damage to be sent to his senior. In the meantime, on the advice of Voltas, united nations technician again came to visit me just to convince me that such damage is normal and I should withdraw my complaint as it would cost him money. And next day I received SMS from Voltas saying my complaints would be closed as repairs were done by an outsider or unauthorized agency!! This was shocking as I didn't expect this kind of cheating from Voltas as they had sent this agency for repairs.
                          Till now despite several visits by United Nations agency and Voltas technician, my airconditioner coils are not replaced.

                          This kind of harassment by a well known and reputed brand like Voltas is not expected

                              We have been calling the Voltas service centre and following up with our complaints everyday since 11th June.
                              We had bought 3 Inverter AC's, all 1.5 Ton.

                              It gives an Err message in the display field and would shut down after 10 mins o[censored]sage. A complaint was raised, the technician visited but he later said that he has changed the wrong card and till has not come back with the new one. It has been a month now.

                              I logged another complaint with the ASM Noida.

                              The technician visited after 2 days and said that the controller of the outer unit is not working and will have to be changed. This is something that we knew already but it has been more than a month which has not been fixed. Everytime we call, they would say that the controller is not available in stock and will let us know. But they never do.
                              This is the level of incompetent service your team gives.
                              A number is always given by your Representative sitting in the call centre- [protected] for Apprehensive Service Centre, Ghaziabad. Nobody has ever answered this phone. Totally useless!!!

                              Please send someone with a solution to the problem and not just come to visit and check and never come back to fix your machines. Please re-direct this to the correct person and fix this.

                                I purchased an AC from TATA Cliq and the AC was delivered 4 days ago. The request for installation was given. When the technician called he said he will only put the wire in place and start the AC. then who will put the AC in the window and the supporting wood and ply covering... he said its not his job. Contacted the helpline... the helpline was only interested in putting me through the technician and no one else. On much insistence for was connected to My Gupta... he said that the technician will do the fixing of the AC in the window... but again the local technician said he will not do it. Voltas is playing football with installation of the AC.

                                Please ask someone senior from Voltas to talk to me... this is probably the worst service I have received from any agency till date.

                                  Complain lodged vide complain No-[protected] on 30.06.2018.Mechenic visited same day and declared that compressor is defective and M/C is to be taken to service center for compressor replacement as compressor is under warranty/C purchased date verified as April 2016.
                                  Service center called up and asked to pay a sum of Rs.4600.00 against the replacement of accessories of compressor. Since compressor is under warranty, I have decline to pay .After that every day I used to get a auto generated message to cancel the complain as customer is not responding.
                                  For me it is difficult to digest how come a Tata Group company can indulged in such a fraud who claims words most ethical company. Secondly which type of warranty is this where you need to pay against compressor replacement.
                                  Till now M/C is with service center and without further update.Kindly advice whether I should move to police station for lodging FIR against service center or consumer court against voltas company to settle this.

                                        Sir...i am totally harassed and dissatisfied with the voltas customer care.I have lodged my complaint no [protected] on 27/06/2018 and the technician visited my home and taken Rs.2200/- from me for resolving the issue but from the second day the problem was as it is.

                                        After trying many times i have again lodged complain via complaint no [protected] and again the techincian visited my home and confirm that the issue resolved but again on 06/07/2018 my AC not working properly and non cooling problem stand as it is.

                                        So i am requesting voltas that as an esteem customer please help so that my family not suffer this inconvinence.That this as very urgent matter.
