Hi

Due to a good quality of Voltas, I have purchased window AC in April last year.
Yesterday suddenly my AC is shut down, I have called to customer care, they send service agent.
Service agent said AC gas is over and the coil is damaged, we have to change it.

How is it possible? AC coil is damaged within a year
How it possible to gas leaked in this small period.
I had done my AC last service 3 months back that time nobody tells me about this issue, because that time product is under warranty.

What quality of product and service you have provided to the customer can you explain?

    I have purchased split AC model no: SPLIT 1.5T 183IZI 3 star on Dt. 29.07.2018 at 1 PM. At the time of purchase dealer Raj Electronics told they are sending persons for installation but till date no one is responding. It took me a lose of around 1 L as I have waitted for them 1 and half day. I will laudge one consumer case and it will cost to your company.

      In ref. of the post of 19th june no conclusion drawn till now.

      Dear sir i purchased an inverter ac last week which since then has not given proper cooling. Unit consumption as per co. Should be 3.81units in 8 hours but it is giving 16 units in 8 hours. Dealer refusing to help and is suggesting to go through toll free.ac was purchased approx 10 days back and in this scorching heat we could use it only once. It seems we have wasted our money. Registered complaint has been lodged, technician visited, could not satisfy us, we also refused giving him satisfactory code.
      No response from the company/Service Centre/Mohit Kumar sales manager

        Dear sir i purchased 1.5 ton ac with 5 yr extended warranty though the ac is installed & is running smoothly but i am yet to receive the warranty certificate. On my numerous complaint via telephone & email i hv yet to receive the required certificate. Though vide ur sms dated 25th april 2018 u hv informed that the warranty certificate issued under sr no [protected] and in case of non receipt i can contact customer care. I hv not received the mail and on enquiry i was informed that as per company policy it will take 90 days. I waited and on 11072018 i registered my complaint of not receiving the same. Yesterday i. E 26072018 i again talked to the customer care ur executive imfmd me that i hv to scan the invoice and mail to company to enable them to send the warranty certificate.
        I failed to understand the logic when u hv all the information with u why this formality. Ur left hand is not knowing what right hand is doing.
        I humbly request u to send me the warranty certificate immediately without waiting for further request

          Sir
          I had got your services for my four a/c window type in around mid april18 and two a/c needed routine services while two had problem where gas had to be recharged hence one a/c on 19/april and one on 20/apr/18 the gas where changed and the a/c where serviceable. Since i am a retired man and children are away so we use these two a/c sparingly however my mother can to visit us and we had to use the a/c and found both these unserviceable. Unfortunately this happened on 21/jul/18 night and i called you service center on 22/jul/18.

          I am happy that you have a very prompt service, and your service engineer came today before lunch, but just because it happened few days after your stipulated three months as told by your serve engineer. I will be paying for this maintenance

          I only wanted to express my unhappiness at the present reliability of such a company like voltas where we have seen the a/c working at our parents house without such regular problem. Kindly advise

          I am also an retired defence officer and b. Tech electrical from iit kharagpur and a professor in engineering college for seven years in the same discipline.
          I find this a very sad state,

          The a/c have been repaired t.there was gas leak in both a/c's and paid Rs.!800/-. one ac operation was not satisfactory and was again attended by your engineer. I satisfactory job was done. My complaint is why the charges after three months it should be for one summer season. and it should be spelled out in your receipt. the gas was filled on 19 Apr and 20 Apr and on 22 Jul I found them not serviceable, that is also because I required them on 22jul, Had I checked earlier kindly advise

            I would like to inform you that I have purchased Voltas 1.5 TR Split AC Inverter(Cool) 183V JY on dated 25-Mar- 2018 from Durga Spares, Near Shiv Sundri School, Kumar Kunj, GMD Road Moradabad and we're facing issues in the AC post 10 days of Installation from Voltas Service agents sent from Durga spares. First the AC stopped cooling and then we started to notice ice formation on the pipe attached to the outdoor unit. After complaining for the same one of the technicians visited and said that it is due to wrong installation and this has damaged the AC as well. Entire summer is gone and after purchasing AC also we had to sweat out with the agency and Voltas support as no one is willing to take care for this.

            I would like Voltas to take back this unit and arrange for a new unit as such customer support and quality from a reputed brand is definitely unexpected. I would also file case against Durga spares for not entertaining this leading to a extremely bad situation of the brand.

              I wish to complaint about voltas water dispenser, it is not working fine

              I am complaining because i am not able to use the water dispenser since last 1 month due to water leakage.

              I had already gave a complaint before 3 months, then your person came and told that one of the part has to be purchased at online only he also said that he will place an online order for that part and he will come witthin 1 week, till now that person didnt came and closed the compliant (Compliant no [protected]), fees collected rs 300/-.

              Request you to kindly look into the matter with almost urgency and send your person at the above mentioned address.

                I bought voltas split ac 1 ton in may 2018. This is a very bad experience in my life. On july 19, 2018, i filed a complaint of burning in ac (No-[protected]). On the same day the engineer went to my house but he did not get any fault in the ac. I told him that sometimes he smells of burning, he said, no, everything is fine and i have to sign a job sheet. Today at around 3:30 am, my parents were sleeping in the room suddenly ac started burning. Who is responsible for any incident.

                  Hi,
                  Our split ac was not working so we made an online complaint at voltas. A person visited us from customer support repair service saying that he is from the authorized dealer, after checking the unit he said that gas needs to be reffiled and also did so. Once he had finished his job we noticed that cooling was still not their and thus we asked him to check again so he said wait for some time and went away and now we had been calling the person repeatedly, he is not responding and unnecessarily charged us rs.2500/- our ac is still not working. Voltas being such a big brand should not fool its customers, this is just not at all expected.

                    I want to say that i have a problem in our ac motor and fan. The ashish gupta mechanic of your service centre 152b/4 mudgal complex, bal udhyan road uttam nagar new delhi-59 visited my house on 13.7.2018. He assure me to repair my ac motor and fan within 2 days but till date he never visited my house. Also he takes 1000 rs in lieu to repair the ac motor and fan. Kindly instruct him to repair the ac motor and fan as soon as possible.

                      ये मेरा विण्डो ए सी है लगभग 1 हफ्ते पहले ए सी मे बर्फ जमने लगा था हालां की मेरा ए सी चल रहा था फिर मैंने टोल फ्री पे शिकायत की, engineer आया, ए सी को पूरा साफ किया फिर वापस उसने install किया। install करते समय light नही थी तो engineer चला गया जब light आयी तो ए सी on किया but on नहीं हो रहा था फिर मैंने engineer को बुलाया और उसने दोबारा खोला तो कहा की गलती से wiring होने की वजह से motor fan burnt हो गया है। 3 दिन होने के बाद भी मेरा ए सी खराब हालत मे पड़ा है। कृपया इसमें intervene करें अन्यथा मुझे forum complaint करना पड़ेगा। मैं चाहूँगा की भविष्य में भी आपका एक अच्छा customer बना रहूँ धन्यवाद।

                        4 july 2018 i bought a new 1 ton voltas ac from narela delhi. And they give me a broken grill. I have done a complaint on the spot to the shopkeeper then he told made a complaint to the company. And i have done a complaint in voltas company. Two boy came and took the image of broken grill in their mobile and took photocopy of my receipt. They said after 3-4 days your grill will be replace. But today 22 july 2018 no body come yet and no phone calls and i didn't get replaced my ac grill. Please suggest me how can i get replace my broken grill.

                            My request was raised on 15/07/2018
                            Compressor needs to be changed as per service centre it is to be applied with 2 3 days but it has been more than a week. After so many escalations and talking to managers delivery head Mr. Gaurav. I got date 21/7/2018 that by 11 -1 pm technician is going to come. But now they say that compressor is not available with them they need some more time.
                            Ridiculous service by Voltas team. Always customer has to call multiple times to check status. No response or any return call from team to give status to customer no online track as well.

                              I bought Voltas AC which is not working properly. Despite complaining, many times to the voltas customer care nobody is able to find out the problem. The voltas customer care sent the local executives for repairing who always take money for gas filling. After 10 days the AC comes back to zero cooling. The Voltas is very irresponsible company and make mockery of their customers. In this scenario what should i do.

                              I got the communication from Voltas. The technician visits the AC and say that the condenser should be replaced and around 8 K is needed for that. I said that no problem but i need guarantee that it will work for at least one year. Then he said there is no guarantee of that. If the AC will not work then we will check the compressor. Now my question is that should i will spend 10 k more in replacing condenser without any guarantee. My wife suggest me to sell this bakwaas Voltas AC and switch to Hitachi.

                                I Purchaged a voltas deep freezer (320 l ) on 26/05/18 from COOLER ENTERPRISE, RANCHI, (jharkhand).After 2-3 days i noticed the following defeacts as well as problems in it.
                                1/ There is a gap in between the two sliders at both the end where sliders overlap which is resulting in low cooling and less back up.(photo attached)

                                2/ It does not give back up for more than one hour contrary to 5-6 hour, as assured by the dealer.

                                I complained the matter many times to the customer care (complain no [protected]).After complain, a technecian came, took photographs of the machine and suggested to talk to some Mr Danesh(the service provider in Ramgarh, Jharkhand) but he did nothing other than giving assurance.then on suggestion of the dealer (cooler enterprise, ranchi) i talked to Mr Rajeev who is the senior of the service provider(Danish)but he did not give importance to me and my problem at all.
                                now, after almost 2 months, even after complaining again and again, my problem is still as usual.i am fade up with the poor service of voltas and irresponsible behavour of the service provider.i have no other option left than to move to the consumer court.

                                  On 15th of June 2017, I purchased Voltas 1.5 ton window ac (185 DY, White)from Amazon website. Within a year gas leaked from the ac. After repeated call and follow-up with the local service center of Voltas, technicians refilled the gas on 9th June 2018.

                                  After one month and 9 days, gas leakage problem occurred again and on 18th July 2018, I called to register my complaint ( [protected]). On 19th July technician visited and charged visiting fees of Rs. 400.
                                  I live in New Delhi and its summer season here, I requested to the customer care that the problem is of gas leakage so please send the technicians prepared but knowing the process of Voltas they came unprepared and I don't have a choice but to wait. My only mistake is that I bought a Voltas product.

                                  If your AC is not up to the mark or your technician didn't fix the problem properly in his last visit then please replace this with a new product. I am facing this problem of gas leakage from ac twice within 13 months of purchase.

                                  Customer care and service center say we understand your problem but actually, they don't understand our problem. This is harassment.
                                  I never expected this from a reputed brand like Voltas (TATA).
                                  Please replace this product. I want a new product. I can't suffer and pay Rs 400 every month in the name of visiting charges. Why should I pay?

                                    On[protected] we have purchased voltas 1.5 ton split ac. On the next day evening i.E., on[protected] the same was installed. On 28th morning we found some swing problem and we inform to tollfree number. On 30th june he visited and he found motor swing problem and he stated the swing motor to be replaced within four days. My request no. Is [protected]. After one week we approached guntur service centre no.[protected] they did not respond properly. When we are asking simply they told your request is on process it will take two more days. The service person visited this site on 30th, so far there is no proper response from them. Today my manager phone to them but they respond irrespectively. So we request you please rectify the above said problem as early as possible.

                                        We have bought an Voltas Wac 183 Ezm A/C on[protected], from the jyoti electronics, star plaza, baccha park meerut 250001.
                                        and some how its been 3 month we got a lot of issue with the AC that its having a drainage issue and even the water is not coming out from it.
                                        we have complaint a lot to customer services but they denied that we cant help it out and asking for bribe for the work.
                                        why shoud we have to pay if the product is still in warantty.
