Hello Sir
I have purchased 1.5 ton window AC 183CYA on 01.02.2018 from Sagram Elrctronics, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi. and installed on the same day at S-348, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi-110048.
We started using AC from 1st April 2018, After two months AC stop working, I called customer care, after 2-3 days technician came from K.M Service, Chirag Delhi -110017 on 12 th June and told there is leakage in Gas and they took AC to their workshop to 13 th June. After 2-3 days they fitted the AC and working properly.
Again after 20 days same problem and AC was not cooling, I called on 11 th July to customer care but technician came on 14th July after calling again to customer care. Technician told the same story, and took AC to workshop 16 th July, and AC was not installed again.
I am fedup with the very bad services of Voltas. Why same thing happen again and again ?
Is the new product was damaged or not good ?
I am putting complain against voltas to consumer forum for bad service quality and damaged product.
Hope you will understand my problem.

The Voltas online team has been assuring me from 29 May 2018 that the problem will be solved. But every time there is a new problem with the AC.
I want to be refunded the complete money so I can buy a some other brand AC ASAP. We bought the AC as a relief for hot summer but by giving us a defectrd AC our summer has become much hotter.
