My request was raised on 15/07/2018
Compressor needs to be changed as per service centre it is to be applied with 2 3 days but it has been more than a week. After so many escalations and talking to managers delivery head Mr. Gaurav. I got date 21/7/2018 that by 11 -1 pm technician is going to come. But now they say that compressor is not available with them they need some more time.
Ridiculous service by Voltas team. Always customer has to call multiple times to check status. No response or any return call from team to give status to customer no online track as well.

    I bought Voltas AC which is not working properly. Despite complaining, many times to the voltas customer care nobody is able to find out the problem. The voltas customer care sent the local executives for repairing who always take money for gas filling. After 10 days the AC comes back to zero cooling. The Voltas is very irresponsible company and make mockery of their customers. In this scenario what should i do.

    I got the communication from Voltas. The technician visits the AC and say that the condenser should be replaced and around 8 K is needed for that. I said that no problem but i need guarantee that it will work for at least one year. Then he said there is no guarantee of that. If the AC will not work then we will check the compressor. Now my question is that should i will spend 10 k more in replacing condenser without any guarantee. My wife suggest me to sell this bakwaas Voltas AC and switch to Hitachi.

    Yes i am getting calls from the voltas company. But the executives who are calling me are very junior in the company and admits that they having nothing in their hands.

      I Purchaged a voltas deep freezer (320 l ) on 26/05/18 from COOLER ENTERPRISE, RANCHI, (jharkhand).After 2-3 days i noticed the following defeacts as well as problems in it.
      1/ There is a gap in between the two sliders at both the end where sliders overlap which is resulting in low cooling and less back up.(photo attached)

      2/ It does not give back up for more than one hour contrary to 5-6 hour, as assured by the dealer.

      I complained the matter many times to the customer care (complain no [protected]).After complain, a technecian came, took photographs of the machine and suggested to talk to some Mr Danesh(the service provider in Ramgarh, Jharkhand) but he did nothing other than giving assurance.then on suggestion of the dealer (cooler enterprise, ranchi) i talked to Mr Rajeev who is the senior of the service provider(Danish)but he did not give importance to me and my problem at all.
      now, after almost 2 months, even after complaining again and again, my problem is still as usual.i am fade up with the poor service of voltas and irresponsible behavour of the service provider.i have no other option left than to move to the consumer court.

        On 15th of June 2017, I purchased Voltas 1.5 ton window ac (185 DY, White)from Amazon website. Within a year gas leaked from the ac. After repeated call and follow-up with the local service center of Voltas, technicians refilled the gas on 9th June 2018.

        After one month and 9 days, gas leakage problem occurred again and on 18th July 2018, I called to register my complaint ( [protected]). On 19th July technician visited and charged visiting fees of Rs. 400.
        I live in New Delhi and its summer season here, I requested to the customer care that the problem is of gas leakage so please send the technicians prepared but knowing the process of Voltas they came unprepared and I don't have a choice but to wait. My only mistake is that I bought a Voltas product.

        If your AC is not up to the mark or your technician didn't fix the problem properly in his last visit then please replace this with a new product. I am facing this problem of gas leakage from ac twice within 13 months of purchase.

        Customer care and service center say we understand your problem but actually, they don't understand our problem. This is harassment.
        I never expected this from a reputed brand like Voltas (TATA).
        Please replace this product. I want a new product. I can't suffer and pay Rs 400 every month in the name of visiting charges. Why should I pay?

          On[protected] we have purchased voltas 1.5 ton split ac. On the next day evening i.E., on[protected] the same was installed. On 28th morning we found some swing problem and we inform to tollfree number. On 30th june he visited and he found motor swing problem and he stated the swing motor to be replaced within four days. My request no. Is [protected]. After one week we approached guntur service centre no.[protected] they did not respond properly. When we are asking simply they told your request is on process it will take two more days. The service person visited this site on 30th, so far there is no proper response from them. Today my manager phone to them but they respond irrespectively. So we request you please rectify the above said problem as early as possible.

              We have bought an Voltas Wac 183 Ezm A/C on[protected], from the jyoti electronics, star plaza, baccha park meerut 250001.
              and some how its been 3 month we got a lot of issue with the AC that its having a drainage issue and even the water is not coming out from it.
              we have complaint a lot to customer services but they denied that we cant help it out and asking for bribe for the work.
              why shoud we have to pay if the product is still in warantty.
              we want a solution asap.

                Hello Sir
                I have purchased 1.5 ton window AC 183CYA on 01.02.2018 from Sagram Elrctronics, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi. and installed on the same day at S-348, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi-110048.
                We started using AC from 1st April 2018, After two months AC stop working, I called customer care, after 2-3 days technician came from K.M Service, Chirag Delhi -110017 on 12 th June and told there is leakage in Gas and they took AC to their workshop to 13 th June. After 2-3 days they fitted the AC and working properly.
                Again after 20 days same problem and AC was not cooling, I called on 11 th July to customer care but technician came on 14th July after calling again to customer care. Technician told the same story, and took AC to workshop 16 th July, and AC was not installed again.

                I am fedup with the very bad services of Voltas. Why same thing happen again and again ?
                Is the new product was damaged or not good ?
                I am putting complain against voltas to consumer forum for bad service quality and damaged product.
                Hope you will understand my problem.

                  Customer ID No. [protected]. We purchased Voltas Inverter AC 1.5 TR 185 VDYE DC on 15 May 2018 thinking that & it was installed on 19 May 2018.

                  We have been facing a lot of problems since we bought the AC. It has been repaired two times in two months.

                  On 28 May 2018 the AC stopped working showing F4 error. I sent a complaint mail to [protected]@conneqtcorp.com. The tech came on 29 May 2018 and said there is no gas in AC (report attached).

                  On 31 May 2018, the techs replaced the gas cylinder. Then they found another fault at the outdoor unit - the copper pipe had a hole. They cut the defected part of the copper pipe and welded a joint as temporary solution (Pic attached). I demanded the replacement of AC immediately as there was a major defect in the AC.

                  On 02 Jun 2018 the AC stopped working showing F4 error again. On 03 Jun 2018 the techs came and said the wiring between the indoor and outdoor units has been wrongly done by the tech who installed the AC. They changed the connections and it is ok now and the problem will not reoccur. I did not the sign the service report as I wanted a replacement. YOu see I purchased this AC on EMIs at a price of 38, 880/-. and I have been given a defected AC I need replacement. Voltas Customer Care told me to speak to Mr Jitender Chariya. I spoke to him and he refused saying that the defect in the copper pipe is does not come under manufacturing defect. I do not understand the definition of manufacturing defect of Mr Chariya. The defect was in the outdoor unit. It was his tech that came and opened the outdoor unit, found hole in pipe, then cut it and welded it.

                  On 17 July 2018 the AC has again stopped working showing F4 error again. Now, I neither want to get the AC repaired nor replaced. I want a full refund of my money because the Voltas has given us a defected AC.

                  Though I had wanted refund, Mr Sandesh of Voltas convinced me for replacement. So, I have once again put my faith in Voltas and accepted replacement. The AC has been replaced on 26 July 2018. I hope this time I do not have to call the customer service people.

                  The AC stops working when its raining and shows different errors at different F4, F2, C8, E4.

                  The Voltas online team has been assuring me from 29 May 2018 that the problem will be solved. But every time there is a new problem with the AC.

                  I want to be refunded the complete money so I can buy a some other brand AC ASAP. We bought the AC as a relief for hot summer but by giving us a defectrd AC our summer has become much hotter.

                      I purchased an 1.5ton Voltas 03 star air conditioner from Reliance Retail limited CIN number U01100MH1999PLC120563 dated 09/05/2016. My Purchase ID is 60054503. Only after one month of installation the gas leaked and we complaint about it at the customer care. An engineer from Reliance Resque visited my house on 09/06/2016 and told that the AC is having gas leakage problem. Then he filled the gas. After that in every month we faced the same issue and we complaint to the Reliance digital that we have been given a defected product and we asked to replace it but they didn't do it. They even took the AC for repairing for one month saying that they will replace the tube which is defected due to which gas is leaked every time. Sometimes the customer care says that they will send the executive but nobody comes. We have to regularly complain and after complaining 5 to 6 times in a month the executive comes and says its gas leakage problem another person will come to fill the gas. This goes on and on. But after that also we are facing the same issue again and again. Some complaints numbers are[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. But till date the defects has not been removed and inspite of spending money on purchase of AC I and my family is compel to bear the onslaught of summer from 09/06/2016 to till date. It is prayed to direct the Reliance Retail Limited to replace my air conditioner and also impose heavy fine on both the firm for this harassment

                        I had submitted my voltas water cooler 40/80 in Varanasi, the reducing coil was damaged and they said they the coil would be of 3500, their will be gas refilling charge of 1500 and 500 service charge and the said if you don't take statement we will charge you only this much and if you take statement their will be extra 12-18% GST please tell me the real price and also tell me about this GST tax as I think so that GST is included in the price.

                          As I have lodged a complaint on 9th of July (Complaint no [protected]). it has not been resolved yet. Technician came on 10th and told me that the spare part has to the ordered from Chandigarh.
                          I just want to know that will it be resolved in near future. Really sorry to know that the company like Voltas is not up to the mark.
                          And the tone of your local people here is not good while interacting with customers.

                          Whenever AC is switched on, it started making noises. I think fan in the compressor is not working. I called the service center people but they are not responding. The Voltas AC is in warranty period as well but we are facing a lot of problem in getting response from the service centre.

                            ac thermocol not available at any service centre

                            My AC wasn't cooling from a month or so. I registered a complaint, Voltas Engineer visited and told me that AC thermocole was torned off by rat and need to be replaced. It's more than a month, thermocole is not available at any service Centre. I have made numerous calls in service Centre but no satisfactory answer. All the time the register complain and say that a senior will call. Neither a senior nor any other person from the company call...

                            I have bought voltas cooler on 3rd May 2018 (copy of bill attached). Around June, its pump sensor started malfunctioning and one of the tyre was not rotating. On complaining to the voltas customer care, a technician came after one week and said the parts will be replaced. Then, he never appeared. I again called customer care on 30 June 2018 and there is still no technician.
                            I mailed on the above issue on 6, 9, 13 July 2018 to customer care and has still got no assistance from their support services.

                                Hi,

                                This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased Voltas Window AC 183DYA on 25th April 2017.

                                After 3 months AC cooling problem started coming in, complaint was attended by Super Breeze Regd. these guys always took 5 days to reponse back on the complaints. cooling problem is shown after every 1 months of service.

                                I called the customer care around several time and they attended after 10 days and the issue was found as Cooling problem, i want to bring in your notice that this problem is again shown to me again and the AC is not working now. I have paid to the Super Breeze Regd. around 1000 Rs. while the service was free but still the cooling problem is not resolved yet.

                                Now the current stage is nor the service centre or the voltas customer care is attending the problem.

                                This cycle is going on from last couple of months these service centre people come and take the AC on bike and ask me to pay for my old complaints I paid to them but the problem is still not resolved. They completely destroyed my AC for money and i also submitted several complaints on mail to voltas but no action has been taken and i always get a reply stating please wait we are looking.

                                I just want my a new product or my money back and necessary action to be taken against service centre super breeze.

                                  This is regarding to the ac unit installed at residency road srinagar jammu and kashmir.
                                  While we made an official complaint as our ac unit was not working properly and your service provider came after much delayed time with an excuse that u need to pay for wet service when i asked him that this is the first service and this ac was merely bought a month ago they without saying anything ran away from site, While as i told them that i will speak to customer care about it, if they say its to be charged i will pay for it, but these guys instead of resolving the complain and ran away without telling us anything as they were here just to mint money from us. I am so disappointed with your service and would never recommend any one to use voltas product. There is no response from your company as well i made a call to your customer care support also.
                                  Now can u please suggest me what would i do with this ac unit of your company as i felt like i have bought it from a company who hardly care for there customers

                                    We been facing problem since we bought the voltas Ac n itz been 4 months that we bought this Ac to home from day we bought it showing problem in every 15 days and also its been repaird 4 times in 4 months...so we requested the replacement of our Ac after 4 times repairing of Ac, finally the 5th time technician arrives n took back the Ac with them for replacement with new one and itz been 15 days they taken Ac with new replacement. But til now they dint send any new Ac and we have been waiting for new Ac since 15 days and the response of the customer is very poor they are not cooperating with us as we expected with them...we dont need old unit to get reparired n sent back to us again coz it can again shows problems...so we need a quick replacement of Complete new unit ...we need new complete unit as soon as possible and kindly take this issue as a serious one...Thank you

                                      Our company purchased a 'voltas' split type a.c. machine (model no :1.50T voltas 182CYa) from' Parvoti Electric' on 7.3.2018. On 1st July, 2018 the machine stopped working, we lodged a complaint to voltas regarding this matter and as per our complaint a mechanic visited our company on 02.07.2018, who was sent by 'Weather Cool Services', a franchisee of 'Voltas'. He checked the machine and could find out a leakage in the pipe of the same. He also said that that there are some screws loosen and he tightened the screws and said the problem was solved. But next day i.e. 03.07.2018 the machine stopped working again. We again informed the matter to the said franchisee of voltas i.e.'Weather Cool Services'. The same mechanic on their behalf visited our company again and after checking the a.c. machine he told us to send the machine to their service centre. We therefore sent the machine to 'Weather Cool Services' on our own expenses on 07.07.2018. On 09.07.2018 we enquired of the status of our A.C. machine from the said 'Weather Cool Services', they informed us that the 'cooling coil' of the said machine is needed to be changed. Till date the scenario remains unchanged. They are still telling that they are yet to receive the parts from voltas company and they are unable to confirm us about time period of delivering the said a.c. machine to us. We are sorry to say that we never expect such irresponsible attitude from a franchisee of an esteemed organisation like 'Voltas'. So please look into the matter so that we can receive our A.C. Machine as soon as possible from the above mentioned franchisee of your company in good condition.
