Good morning,
Matter today i am discussing about the service of a. C in the area of rewari, haryana. I have purchased a tata voltas split 1.5 ton a. C. On feburary/march 2017.
After impressed from the advertisement and media promotion of this a. C, i were decided to purchase the tata ac also i were became first time customer of tata voltas a. C.
My a. C. Was installed in feb 2017.in the first year i have seen problem...

I bought this air-condition last year from voltas which is under 5 years warranty. I had cooling issues from day one. On several occasions i had called your office regarding gas leakage problem and i have realised that your team is not capable to fix the problem as i was given lot of run around, even after technician home visit no resolution was given. Last time in april 2018 teachnician have come 2-3 times to resolve the cooling issue and...

》the complaint was registered on 16/06/2018 complaint no:[protected]. After that service boy came & checked refrigerator for 45min & said some spares have been gone & we will order that parts he named it as a relay.

》on 21/06/2018 we called to local service centre...

Your rep came to home for service of window AC in may 18. But the service provided by ur rep is not satisfactory n cooling is also not sufficient. The installation done by dealer rep was also not suitable so it was not working efficiently. It seems that the AC is not cooling efficiently . From the First day itself AC is not giving sutable performance. But as a customer we can't easily comment that the appliance is not working....

I purchased split ac on april 4 2018... Right from that date there is 2 gas leakages.. Indoor unit sound... And turbo not working even if the remote and description on website said so... The technician visiting to check are telling no problem with the unit... I told them so many issues with the unit... Please look into the issue and get my unit replaced... Tata itself is brand whom we trust... And the same customer are being cheated... U...

I would like to inform you that we are facing critical issue continuously in our split ac (183v sy). This is very pathetic as there is no appropriate support on resolution of my complain. You can trace my complain record since first month of purchasing. As soon as my first issue get resolved second issue arises.

I purchased voltas 1 ton ac on 30th may an i was told that installation team will do formalities of warranty registration as i was not aware of the procedure but they didn't do it, instead thy told me to contact customer care so i did same and followed the procedure of wta but since then its been more than 15 days i hvnt received any call from voltas and my warranty registration is still pending so kindly take necessary actions to resolve...

Dear sir and madem I am not satisfied you service and your Voltas company because your service not be better and The customer has to face many problems again.I will not give opinions from anyone to buy goods from this company.(‘y dispenser defers time was spoiled and those people have not given up till date, and for 1 month we have to face a lot of problems....

I have raised this complaint (Sr. [protected]) 3 times in 3 months. Technicians from r. S enterprises new delhi came and said this is the problem of gas leakage and they fill the gas on ac, then after 1 week ac was again starts problem, cooling was nil, then again we raise the compliant and again technician come and refill our gas again. This process repeated 3 times but no result... Plz tell me where to go...

My voltas split inverter ac is not giving cooling upto the mark.
I had complaint about that 5-6 times.
But nothing changed.
Now i simply want an replacement or the refund for that.
Else i should go to consumer court.
Just give me the complain number for this complain.
I don't need want any repairs in my ac

I bought voltas ac in[protected] but installation is not done[protected] till 10 pm and your shopkeepar says always 15 minuets or 30 minuets in reach installer boy in your house again and again this word use 20-06-18 to till[protected] pm night. So i finally result and says shopkeeper to return the ac for very very very very bad service. And 23/06/18 morning return ac completely and purchase other ac other company surely. I have bought one voltas 1.5 ton split ac from prerna electronics on[protected] and we got our request number through text message from voltas, they commit in their msg that installation will be completed with in 24 hrs. But today is 22nd of june 2018 and no one come to my office for the same. I think so voltas should shut down his company, this is best option for voltas...

I have purchased VOLTAS SPLIT INVERTER AC from GARIA KHOSLA. Kindly I beg you people don't buy fron Khosla Electronics. They are there to make you fool. Becaue post sales they are very ignorant. The AC was not installed for three days inspite of the fact that they promised to install it the very next day of delivery. I would like to inform you that your local service person & area service manager mr saksham response is very poor. I have called more than 40 time to local service person on [protected] but didn't get any response after that called to mr saksham on [protected] but he also disconnected my call every time. I am very much surprise that how valtas can appoint such irresponsible person in service industry.

I have purchase a voltas 1.5 t split inverter ac from e square tinsukia assam on 19.06.2018. But till date on 22.06.2018 installation pending due to poor voltas service in this area. I have been continuously communicate the voltas tinsukia office for installation of the ac but no proper positive response from voltas. E-square, tinsukia also try to contact with the voltas service center tinsukia but fail to complete the installation.
