I bought Split AC from Giriyas, Rajaji road, Tambaram, Chennai on 28-May-17 and installed on 29-May-17

After buying the AC, Voltas does not take initiatives to check the quality of the AC with customer. Rather, we have to call the Toll free number for initiating the free service request and multiple followups, the service person from "Chennai Cool Care" has attended the Service on 11-Nov-17 and did some basic cleaning and said...

I am holding 2 nos of voltas window acs since close to last 3 years but unfortunately the service centre assigned for post sale service maintenance has taught me a lesson of charging the service cost before being the issue is resolved... This only impacts one of the trusted brand of tata enterprise... Only worth the trust on this product i choose the acs... I purchased an inverter ac from voltas model number123VDZU/183VDZ from voltas authorised dealer in my town Shivpuri (Madhya Pradesh).It worked for 7 days after installation in most efficient condition but than it failed to cool my living place.I filed a complaint on the phone number provided and the serviceman came with a device measuring the air temperature and told me that it is inverter ac and it will work like this only but I was not...

I have got the ac serviced and gas filled on 14 april 2018, however within a month it started giving the same problem of very poor cooling, multiple calls to your service centre has given no result so far, finally one technician came on 14th jun, he saw the ac wasted my time and said i will send the person who had repaired it earlier, till today no news, calling the agency cooling control in hyderabad has no meaning as they dont pick up the...

2 nights back my parents were sleeping in the room and AC was ON (Voltas 1.5 tons). Around midnight, my father heard a loud noise and when he opened his eyes he saw that the AC had caught fire and flames were coming out. The room had smoke. Luckily the curtains were pulled to the side and he put the MCB off before dosing off fire with water. Two of them stay alone and it was a lucky escape. I haven't got good response from consumer care....

Uthis is quite upsetting that a reputed name as voltas such a big name is unable to provide the quality product and after sales services.

It’s shocking that service head as mr. Gaurav don’t bother to pick a customer s call who tried at least 30 times, but i continued on trying and at last he constrained to speak this time. Got my address and mobile number and assured to resolve the issue on urgent basis. But no body have...

There have been installed a 1.5 ton 1 star AC at my village home almost one and half month ago.From the installation day the AC is not working properly. After so many complaints one technician visited and said us about voltage issue and didn't provided proper solution. I think low voltage issue is common in all over rural India.
if possible please allow to replace it with higher star AC with whatever extra charges applicable.br...

Request no is [protected] for installation of split ac. Your technician was installed my ac and i was rs. 1293 but he was not proper installation in roof of balcony. I was compliance many times in your customers care no. But no one called/ contact after the issue. Sir, please settle my grievance as early as possible.

I have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton split ac from great eastern, benachity, durgapur, west bengal.
Ac is installated by dealer's private agents. Due to gas leakage the machine stopped working and nobody responded quickly to check the same inspite of several calls to dealer and customer service. Process is too slow, still the issue persists. The time we have purchased the ac it has been told that the standard installation is free but...

One person visited our home & told that he was from voltas & that your ac is short of gas which they filled only on 28/05/2018. We told him to do needful. I have purchased a voltas ac on 03/06/2018 from electric center applicances, hall bazar, amritsar.ac is installed vide ref no [protected]/[protected] but gas is leaked within half hour of installation and no body comes to chk the same inspite of several calls. I have purchased a ac from vijay sales rajori garden on 12june 2018.. I am still waiting for someone to install the ac. I am getting calls to get it installed but no one comes.. A guy from voltas called me and asked for some amount of money to install the ac as it is not his working zone. The time i have purchased the ac i have been told about the installation as the standard installation is free....

I have issue in ac on 10/03/2018 regarding cooling facility and fan of ac is not working. As par the your voltas service man, the ac motor is not working and as par his direction we change motor of ac fan and i paid the amount rs. 2000. I don’t have receipt of that money.

While a technician did come, he took away the outer unit at the instance of one mr sanjay who is your rep here in patna (Mobile no. : [protected] and [protected]). This gentleman does not even care to take calls!

Our window a. C model no. 182cy - 1.5 ton 2 star sr. No.020750 compressure stopped working from 4/5/18. We have registered complaint refrence no.[protected] and sent the a. C to voltas service station as the technician said its compressure has to be changed but they only refilled the gas of the compressure.
