We gave complaint on worse condition of ac, for it's maintenance, but simply registering the complain took 3 days.. 1st customer care put our call on hold... For 1hr.. And when we messaged... Through sms, we got informed that "our customer care executive will attend to you, after 60 mins". And several "60mins"... Passed yet no call or email or message..
Then we emailed to voltas... But after 1 day... They called us to register our...

I purchased fresh ac voltas 1.5t window ac 185ly (5s) (Outdoor) hari sharan & sons kamla nagar delhi bill kn/2018-19/0463 date6 june18 till date no requisite action either been taken for issuing of my original warranty card for lodged many complaints

I have lodge a request for service of my ac on dated 15/06/2018 with no - [protected]. But till now i haven't get my ac repair or that your engineer pick up the phone or inform me. Repeatedly i have lodge complaint with customer care in toll free no but i didn't get solution. Request you to solve my problem or i will take the help of law.

I had requested to check my split ac and you had sent a confirmation that your technician will be coming on 17th june 2018 but yet he has not come and there is no message regarding whether the technician would come or not. I am facing a lot of problems in this matter. The problem is that the air conditioner is not at all cooling the room.

Please help me regarding this as soon as possible

I purchased a. C few months back and got 2 free service.

I call 15 times to service centre for service of my ac but no one reach us.

Each time they said engineer will call you in 2 hours. But no one call back.

Whenever i contact senior department - they put on hold for a long. I tried 30 minute hold in hope of getting response.

But actually when they came it is a paid service.
Please do not send these fake messages if voltas cannot maintain...

I have purchase voltas ac before 11months, i have complaint many times but they dont gives proper support. Installation team and service team too did not come till now. Now voltas engineer demanding for installation charges to fit. So i did installation but i was called many time for installation but not any support from tata voltas executive till now, its company mistake that installation is not done till now. I lodge a service request on 13.06.2018 and got a sms for schedule for the visit on 14.06.2018, one technician came on 15.06.2018 and check the problem and charged 400/- as a visit charge and told us that on 16.06.2018 your problem get resolved.
