My ac was not working properly, so i placed a request at the customer care support of voltas at 20th june 2018. Two guy from their service center came at 22nd june 2018 and took my ac, it had been eleven days no information had been provided from service center.
When i am contacting customer care they are saying that they cant contact the service center. One more thing sir one of their customer care executive provided me mobile number of their zone manager name saksham bhatnagar, when i contacted him he talked very redely.
Sir please do something.

There is a leakage in pipe in our AC and icing in the compressor fan. Please provide us the technician.

    It’s been a really very bad experience dealing with voltas service center of bisrakh greater noida (West). As i have purchased a new ac on 12 june 2018.
    During installation it was found that outdoor unit of air conditioner is not working and they (Installation engineer) filed a complaint on 17 june 2018. Then was attended by next technician service engineer and found that pcb is defective so he made a new complaint regarding replacement of pcb on 20 june.
    Even after my regular follow ups from the complaint date. Service center just for once picked my call and said that the required part has been ordered but still not available.

    I have been left with no other options, so i am writing this to you. Please coordinate with service center and get it resolved on priority basis. This air conditioner is now lying idle since last 20 days.

      I bought a 60l cooler as on 28.6.2018 afternoon but at the night when i stated. His on / off switch not working...
      Im complain in 29th june morning but stii today's 1 july 2018. But no any tech person contact me..
      I'm 3 time follow up on 30 june. Also contact on local service center no but i'm not getting any solution. This type of service and product not acceptable from tata product.. Really i'm very surprised..

        Its a very bad experience dealing with voltas service centre of janak puri as i have purchased a new ac on 25/5/2018. Duting installation it was found that ac grill balde damged in pakaging and same complaint was logged and attended by service engg and report made on 28/05/2018.

        But even after my regular follow ups from date of the report made for faulty grill blade to till now the service center reply that my grill is ordered but not still came to the service center.

        So kindly revert that is this way tha voltas company deal with the customer. And when would i get my new grill hanged.

          We bought ro water purifier 100lph in july 2017 from ultramech systems, ghatkopar west. But the installation was done in the month of january 2018 after follow up with ultramech system. After installation we made full payment. Now our machine is lying idle. The water is not coming out from the tab which is suppose to get. This we bought for our workers in factory.

          Please sir, we don't have left other solution, so we are writing this to you. Please coordinate with ultramech and get it resolved on priority basis. This machine is now lying idle since last 2 months and ultramech is least bothered to do anything on the same. We agreed to pay the consumable expenses also still they are not sending their engineer. If you have any reliable engineer please ask them to call me on my mobile number [protected] and get it resolved.

          We had taken this machine for the sake of voltas brand. Now we are repending after purchasing this machine.

ON the day of purchase I contacted your costumer care to register our AC for extended warrenty and have sent and sms stating WTA to the mobile number given by them. but till date my AC was not registered for extended warranty. i have made number of calls to your customer care but no action has been taken to register our AC. in connection to this I request you to kindly do the needful.

              I bought a new voltas ac from amazon but the remote was not working they said they will give new remote in 2 days bt it's been a month still they ddnt provide or replace the damaged remote.. We have spoken to the ac fiter so many times but still no proper response really fed up with your product and services i wanted my ac remote to change in less than a day i have given so many days i can't wait anymore then u will face the consequences do u think people getting ur products are nuts and ur being so clever, stop dreaming and change it immediately

                The complaint was registered on 21.6.18, it was closed without attending. It was reopened and only today a mechanic came and said it is noice problem. You have to complain again because it was installation problem, new stand not fixed. My complaint was same. The mechanic said somebody would come tomorrow and he has reopened the complaint. Wheresa thehe call center registered correctly and adviced the repair should be done today itself as per senior executive instructions. Please do take immediate steps for reddressal. The s. R.                     I noticed problem in main motor from the day i bought it, but didn't give much attention to it. Later after a week motor stopped working. Voltas sent the technician, he said motor is faulty and told to wait till motor arrives. One week passed but motor did not arrived. What is the use of buying cooler if i have to live in hot weather condition after buying a cooler. How can a cooler motor become faulty in just a week. It seems voltas product are of cheap quality, did not expect such things from company like tata.

                      2 voltas 1.5 ton 3 star ac bought 3 years ago for rs. 30000. Each. It's hardly used for 6 months. Now before 2 months gas leaked and no cooling on both acs. Charge gas and used for 1 month since last few days there is no cooling in one of them, after checking, the ac mechanic is saying gas is leaking because of aluminium coil and it needs to be replaced. The second ac also cooling reduced. I have not experienced such a low quality ac. How can a reputed brand like tata voltas cheat people like this. Replacing the coil is going to cost rs. 15000 for 2 acs.

                        I have called 6 times to service station for 1st free service of ac, the only reply they have given me is that they will send me technician and none has arrived till date. I lounged the request on 23rd june 2018 amd i got sms regarding confirmation on 25th june but still no action. Pissed off with this unprofessionalism. This is reality of tata voltas i guess.

                          I want to say that i bought voltas ac 8 years back and for 3 to 4 years mine ac works correctly. But from then mine ac is not working properly as it make formation of ice...
                          We was also called the service centre recently from there a person come and he said that your ac motor is not working properly and suggested to change the ac motor so we done the same thing we was changed the motor by company so after 15-20 days again there is formation of ice...
                          I need help... Please claim us that motor because no change is seen from new motor... So i need proper guidance...

                            I purchased a split Inverter A.C. 1.5 ton on April 27- 2018 from Tara Electronics Faridabad. Bill no is 086 and amount paid 35500/-. After 10 days of purchasing problem starts in cooling. I complaint to customer care and after 4 visits of Voltas engineers they changed outdoor unit. But same problem again. At that time Voltas engineers told for a separate electric line for a.c. I do the same. But no improvement and problem remain as it is. I call again customer care on 14 June 2018. But till 20th june. nobody comes from Voltas. I also complaint in consumer forum for this. Complaint no is 763824 and my cell no is [protected]. Voltas customer care service also not respond good.

                            Please change this ac or take it back and refund my money.

                              1. I have purchased a 2 ton ac in jul 2015 and have opted for 5 year extended warranty through voltas.
                              2. The ac started malfunctioning from apr 2018 for which gas charging was done on payment of ₹2200/-, since then gas charging has been done 4 times as the problem reoccurred after ever 15 days on an average.
                              3. On 25 jun 2018 the visiting technician informed to change the piping of ac on payment of ₹600/- per meter which is contrary to the extended warranty certificate issued to me by voltas but the technician was adamant for payment despite showing the warranty certificate documents.
                              4. The warranty certificate clearly states that except gas charging and plastics parts all parts are covered in extended warranty.
                              5. Therefore may i request you to kindly intervene to direct concerned personnel to honour the warranty terms.

                              I was charged ₹1800/- for copper pipe citing reason as ' not covered in warranty' as the part is doesn't come under functional part.
                              I have spoken to Area service manager Mr Gaurav Kumar Kavi and sector 63 service branch manager Mr Nitya but nothing fruitful came out.
                              I think voltas should desist from false promises made during offering extended warranty certificate.

                                The above said ac was purchased on 16thdecember, 2017 from m/s bharath electronics & appliances 383, 100 feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore 641012.

                                When the equipment is switched on there is no cooling effect. It is not at all cooling the room. Simply it is running.

                                  Subject: defective outdoor unit and poor dealership experience

                                  Respected sir/madam,

                                  I would like to bring to your notice the following facts and would request your kind intervention:

                                  My name is meghna maji resident of flat 4c, naskar towers, ad 124, rabindrapally bazaar kolkata 700 101. On 16 june 2018, i purchased a voltas 183pzy-r/1.5 ton split ac-3s worth of rs 35000 on a finance mode from great eastern retail pvt ltd. Having its registered office at 20 old court house street & 21, hemanta basu sarani, kolkata pin:700 001, west bengal. A copy of the order receipt dated 16 june 2018 is attached herewith for your kind perusal.

                                  First of all it is a huge disappointment that the dealership completely lacked in its services to provide a customer friendly atmosphere. They absolved themselves from all their responsibilities once the finance procedure got over. The contact provided for isd i. E. [protected] did not provide any cooperation after the invoice was generated.

                                  Other astonishing fact would be the fake assurances made by the dealership that the free installation coupon would not be required in original, however on the date of installation the installer refused to complete the installation without the original coupon. I had to leave my office in between to reach the dealership to collect the original coupon and from there to my house which is approximately one hour in distance. It is pertinent to note all that to avoid a installation charge of rs 1500 i had to invest 700 rs extra in conveyance.

                                  However on the way the installer informed me via phone that the outdoor unit is defective in nature as the condenser is damaged from inside. I informed great eastern right away however their callous behavior took me out of guard. They completely denied to exchange the outdoor unit and said that the outdoor unit shall be repaired by the service centre person. This is completely not acceptable on the ground that the product was completely new and the defect was found by the installer. The product was not even used therefore the role of service centre do not come in the way.

                                  I therefore request you to intervene and direct the dealership to replace the damaged outdoor unit with a new one within two days from the receipt of this complaint or take the entire product in entirety. I shall not finance a repaired product which has not even seen a day in my house.

                                  This kind of experience was not expected from a great brand like voltas and a renowned dealership like great eastern. Also kindly take steps to reimburse my travelling expenses along with a compensation of rs 5000 for the harassment caused to me and my family members.

                                    Good morning,
                                    Matter today i am discussing about the service of a. C in the area of rewari, haryana. I have purchased a tata voltas split 1.5 ton a. C. On feburary/march 2017.
                                    After impressed from the advertisement and media promotion of this a. C, i were decided to purchase the tata ac also i were became first time customer of tata voltas a. C.
                                    My a. C. Was installed in feb 2017.in the first year i have seen problem many times related to leakage of water many times from the ac.
                                    After the winter season when i wanted to start my ac again then according to the procedure i had called to the customer care for the first service of my ac, after that they came at my home.
                                    After that when they were doing service i was shocked because they were using a toothbrush to clean the indoor unit of my ac and for the outdoor unit they were throwing water by a cup. When i asked to them that why are you not using proper instrument which are provided by tata voltas a. C. Than in answer they told that we are not authorised persons of voltas ac's. And our boss has not provided a single instrument to us.
                                    At the same time i had arranged the number of area manager of tata voltas and discussed the same problem. Than he told that we would arranged the instrument next time. I asked again to him that is that service is proper than he told that it is not proper but you will not see a single problem after service.
                                    Now i am facing problem related to the cooling of a. C.
                                    Problem what i have faced till now only pertinent to the service as tata has not perfect trained service engineer in this area. I request to voltas that please send authorised tata voltas service engineer this time and as my previous service was not done properly so this service will be free of cost. I hope that you will resolve my problem at urgent basis.

                                      I bought this air-condition last year from voltas which is under 5 years warranty. I had cooling issues from day one. On several occasions i had called your office regarding gas leakage problem and i have realised that your team is not capable to fix the problem as i was given lot of run around, even after technician home visit no resolution was given. Last time in april 2018 teachnician have come 2-3 times to resolve the cooling issue and post their visit i had to call again after it stopped working later they replaced the compressor which took 7 days to come and now again 2 months later there is no cooling. And j have to sleep under the fan in 43°c temperature in delhi. Kindly refund the money so i can buy a new aircon as j didn't pay for the defected aircon. You guys have not been able to fix the problem. Response eagerly awaited.

                                      It's a request if you can please do something as i am highly disappointed.

                                      I dont know if i eill be able to recommend voltas to any of my friends and family.
