Dear concern
I would like to inform you that your local service person & area service manager mr saksham response is very poor. I have called more than 40 time to local service person on [protected] but didn't get any response after that called to mr saksham on [protected] but he also disconnected my call every time. I am very much surprise that how valtas can appoint such irresponsible person in service industry.
I had complaint for ac noise, i called local technician many times but every time he is saying i am coming just in one hour. But thay have not come. What is this?
I warn you that i will do the case in consumer court for harrasment.
And every buddy pls do not purchase the voltas ac because that service is very poor.

    I have purchase a voltas 1.5 t split inverter ac from e square tinsukia assam on 19.06.2018. But till date on 22.06.2018 installation pending due to poor voltas service in this area. I have been continuously communicate the voltas tinsukia office for installation of the ac but no proper positive response from voltas. E-square, tinsukia also try to contact with the voltas service center tinsukia but fail to complete the installation.

      Respected sir/ma'am

      I would like to say that i have purchased an ac on 20/6/2018. The sell executive lock an installiation request [protected] and assured that on 21/6/2018 u will use your ac. I got a message from voltas too. So that i was on leave. On 21/6/2018, i have been waiting for 3:30pm, i decided to call on [protected], the executive assured me your installation will be complete today. About 6:30pm a person (Name haider) called and told me my technician will be reach by 8:00pm at your door step. It was 8:30pm i called him again. Finally the technician reached at 9:35pm. He visited the install location and told me some spare needed such as extra pipe, stand and for that u have to pay. I was ready to pay, i told him please install the product and take all the prices. He insisted to pay in advance and tomorrow will be began installation process. When i refused, he misbehaived. I told him please show me your id card issued by voltas. How could i trust you, he told me karwana hai toh karwawo nahi toh mai ja raha hu, and he went, he did not show the id card. It all happned at 10:00 pm.

      I again called at your toll free no and lock a complain reg no [protected]. I wanted to share some points

      1. Wrong commitment
      2. Ruin my whole day
      3. Misbehaving
      4. Mental disturbance
      5. Argument
      6. Missing card for identification

      Respected sir / ma'am,
      Could you tell me where is my fault. Perhaps i do believe in voltas, i have already ac and refrigerator of voltas. I never expect these experiences happen to me specially the most trusted brand.

      Therefore i request you kindly resolve my issue asap.

        Aditya vision limited eb star market club road mitha pura muzaffapur is a fraud shop. It' s varn is 10aaeca0801e1zs. I purchased the above product on 19.06.2018 at 9 pm. My product is yet to be installed despite repeated request. Ravi pandey who is handling customers there is psychopath who does not know how to behave with customers. I had told him that i have to take leaves from office to get my installed. My three leaves have been wasted. I also called on voltas customer care. One person named vinay harassed me and gave me wrong contact details. He also told me that i will get a call from senior executive but the call did not materialised. I will have to take resort to social, electronic and print media to solve my problem it seems.#is voltas also a cheat campaign? Is also on the cards

          My AC is not working properly.sometime cooling start later after we on the AC. The Timer of the AC is not working. The main problem is Cooling AC is not cooling properly and the timer doesn't working.
          I think that gas of the AC is finish. The setting of AC is also effective. The remote of the AC is not working.
          The Timer is not working properly and the sometimes the AC start cooling slowly and later .

            I dharmendra golecha own 2 1.5 ton window ac of voltas company (Tata product.) in the first week of may i registered complaint for ac not working. From that time to today three times different service engineer came to my home. They take out some parts from ac to repair... But still they cant find out problem. I have make hundreds of phone calls to engineer and also to so called head mr wali. But all in vain. My parents who are aged and are unable to bear this hot season... Are suffering.
            Here i am giving mobile number of that totally foolish and un educated service engineer who came to home and dont have manners to talk with customer.
            Mr wali [protected]. Mr. Mahendra and i more person mr mohammad. One of them mr mahendra also broke down ac grill inner side. I never found these type of foolish engineer of any company who even dont know to open ac.. I will never suggest to any one to buy any tata product. Please look at the matter and register my complaint.

              This is dhanasekar from chennai, i have recently purchased voltas ac 2 ton from flipkart on[protected]Order id:od[protected].
              I have contacted the voltas ac customare care to inquire about warranty details, voltas ac technicians came up with a reason stating that since the ac was installed by flipkart technician, they will not give warranty for products.

              When i called up flipkart, they are saying that voltas will be responsipible for warranty.

              Please help me to fix this issue, i had a good trust on voltas due to tata product.

                I believe may be this an eye opener mail for you and you will take some strict action at the position sitting at your level,

                1) First off all you have taken right decision to go with PAY TM MALL ( modern trade), initially they have mention that product will installed with in 48 hrs from delivery time,

                2) We have waited beyond 72 hrs and contacting on your toll free no and they are escalating to their seniors also you can check our records from my no [protected], that how many times I called to them in this Hot and humid season

                3) Finally they gave me supervisor No [protected] at evening at 7 O'clock he is requesting that product cannot be installed at this time but will be installed on priority at 10 O'clock in morning on my appointment already fixed on 18th of June consequently, I have taken leave on 18th from my office for installation purpose only but no body turned Up

                4) I was doing continuously follow-up but nobody was picking my Phone

                5) However again I have taken leave on 19th and doing continuously follow-up with you customer care and supervisor as he committed on top priority that your installation will be done in morning on 19th of June but never turned up as he is not responding to my calls and I got some Sr. supervisor number [protected] and found more irresponsible Person, who behaved very badly switched of his number at 2 O clock and open at 4 O clock, when I called him two three times at 4 o clock he replied that technician will come at 5 o clock after continues calling his junior given me no of technician [protected] who is out sourced technician told by him, no dress not wearing any badge or employment card. Nor having any knowledge of Product also not given demo and explained about product features

                6) I came to know that some racket is going within these people they don't allow official technician and doing some private job and earning underhand money in this heavy season

                7) Resulted he spoiled my AC installation with all sort of R&D which is not allowed and continuously Drops of water are coming out from both the sides continuously as he damages blockages came by factory settings( photos attached), He used some burning instrument also which is closed vent and done some JUGAD.

                RESULTED MY AC IS PERMANENTLY DAMAGE AND FROM THIS MAIL YOU MAY EXPERIENCED HOW PROFESSIONAL VOLTAS ARE SOME PROOFS I AM ATTACHING FOR YOUR REFERENCE SEEMS MY HEARD EARNED MONEY IS GOING TO BE IN GARBAGE.

                IF YOU ARE REALLY CONCERNED WITH YOUR REPUTED COMPANY GOING IN SOME WRONG DIRECTION KINDLY REVERT TO MY MAIL,

                OTHERWISE I WILL NOT LEAVE ANYONE DON'T TAKE THIS AS THREAT TRY TO IMPROVE AND OPEN YOUR EYES AND INVESTIGATE WHAT IS GOING ON

                SALES People ARE DEPENDENT ON SERVICE PEOPLE ONLY THEY CAN DESTROY OR CAN MAKE COMPANY REPUTATION

                I want My Indoor unit to be replaced and to be installed by company professionals this time not some third party people.

                  Hello,

                  There has been a huge disappointment in using your voltas 243 zyi model.

                  Let me share few details regarding the same:

                  We had purchased voltas ac model no 243 zyi from aone electronics, maninagar, ahmedabad on 11th may 2018
                  We had payed a cash amount of rs 45500/- for the same
                  Installation date was 12th may 2018 in the morning.
                  It stopped working @ 17:05 pm, we complained and mr. Vijay had come to repair the same. It was not at all convincing as the cooling was still very low and not upto the mark.
                  Still we thought we should try and took it positively
                  Again to our great disappointment the ac stopped working on 22nd may 2018, we complained and again a different guy called mr tejas came to repair it. We kept our patience and thought that it will work this time.
                  With no proper cooling we kept on emphasing to store that we need a replacement for the same but we never had a proper reply, they kept on lingering things.
                  Again on 02nd june 2018 it stopped working and after various & multiple follow-ups the guy (Tejasbhai) came up on 05th june 2018.
                  There is no cooling, no powercut we need replacement now for the same.

                  Its been highly highly irresponsible of voltas not looking into this matter seriously.
                  Your ac is been purchased by a senior citizen and she has taken such efforts to to go to the store every now and then to complain and get things resolved.

                    I purchased a split ac on 17.06.2018 model no - 183v dzu 1.5tr 3 star inverter (Invoice no - dpjv/18-19/223) and it was installed on 18.06.18.

                    But its a matter sorrow just after one day it is unable to cool. I complained at store (Dew point). Then the technician visited and replaced the stabilizer as the corrective action. After changing the stabilizer the technician found issue in compressor unit and remarked that the compressor is not working properly. But he did not state the exact reason of the malfunctioning of the product and he left.

                    From a brand like voltas we cant expect such a terrible experience and it leads to a very dissatisfied feed back for both the product and service.

                    It's been one month i trying to get my AC registration. Send many message, call but did not get any call from your side or any warranty document. Very dissatisfied from Voltas service. Hope i did not choose wrong company product.

                      Kindly refer to my call log for ac break down registered on 16th jun from my registered mobile no. [protected]. I was assured engineer will visit within 24 hrs. However its been almost 5 days now but nobody from voltas has even contacted me, leaving my issue unresolved. This is not the post sales customer sevice expected from brand like voltas. I am calling daily twice or more to customer care but only to take false assurance.ac is not working at all and i am thinking useless purchase of voltas as the same water sipping problem occured earlier also and it took 5-6 times engineer visit to solve the issue. The same problem started again and still no resolution provided. I am feeling hapless with the company service and will not recommend voltas brand to anyone in future.

                        We would like to inform you that your techinician service is very poor why.
                        I had complaint for Ac gas refilling. Your techician were came and check the problem but till date your techician not come for gas refilling and i called him many times but everytime his saying i am coming just in one hour. But thay have not come. What is this?
                        I warn you that i will do the case in consumer court for harrasment.
                        And every buddy pls do not purchase the voltas AC because that service is very poor.

                            I have purchased two window acs each 1.5 ton volt from one of the renowned dealers viz. Rathna cools private ltd. (Rathna fan house), chennai-17 in the month of march 28, 2018 and may 26, 2018 respectively.
                            The acs were purchased using the name tata which is held in high esteem in the eyes of the public. Right after the installation, after some days both started giving troubles. We, the senior citizens have to suffer in this hot summer.
                            Now, one ac unit, which was purchased on march 28, 2018 is completely non functional from[protected] onwards. Complaint booked to call center on 13/6/2018. Complaint no:[protected]. The other ac unit is also not giving satisfactory out put. The complaint no for the other one which was purchased on may 26, 2018 is [protected]. On 18/06/18 one mechanic visited and checked both units, telling me that the unit purchased on march has lost its gas and so cooling is not there. He further said that the matter will be reported to his boss (Rite aircons). We have five years guarantee for the units. But the unit became faulty within two months of its purchase. As of now nobody has turned up for further action. Six days are over, after booking the complaints. Now ii need the unit to be replaced with a good unit. I dont want any fault repairing on that unit. Can you send this letter to the concerned authority and do the needful at the earliest please?

                              I purchased my ac before 2 days.. Till now no installation done by the company... I was fed up with doing call to customer care nd service centre.. They all are of no work.. They dont understand prblm. I hate voltas company.. I am going to change to ac.. Going to buy bluestar. Nd will recommened everyone to select other company because thier service is very very bad at all.

                                I have registered complaint regarding service of my window ac on 13-06-18 and the product is under warranty. The customer care representative assure me that service of your product should be done within 48 hours but till 15-6-18 nobody contact me about the same and i have contacted again to customer care and the csa replied that its should be done in 48 working hours your service engineer contacted me on 17-06-18 at 18:30 pm and that time i was out of station i confirm him that you come on 18-06-18 and he came and service done by him. He did not done service properly the grill of ac not fit properly and the noise issue is continue with ac. My service request no. Is [protected] and registered mobile no. [protected].                                   We gave complaint on worse condition of ac, for it's maintenance, but simply registering the complain took 3 days.. 1st customer care put our call on hold... For 1hr.. And when we messaged... Through sms, we got informed that "our customer care executive will attend to you, after 60 mins". And several "60mins"... Passed yet no call or email or message..
                                  Then we emailed to voltas... But after 1 day... They called us to register our complaint. That event was 3days from now... And still we are waiting for service..
                                  Is it justified that being a customer, we will receive such amount of negligence and pain in this hot season. When we try calling the care, they say monotonously that "we received your complaint, and we will be sending a person..."
                                  Whom the voltas company doing justice...

                                        Worst service ever i have been seen. I have purchased a split inverter AC from sargam electronic, najafgarh, new delhi branch on 14th June 2018 and no-one of voltas technician come for its installation yet now. I am complaint daily on customer care but still problem same and no one come to resolve. Technician from your side is not responding/takes on my calls. Even service center manager is also the same ridiculous guy/person. my resquest no is [protected], i have submitted two reminders, one top most urgent case but no one is found to resolve my problem in your company.

                                        thats why i have to say, same on you guys your 150 years of experience.

                                        Finally i had returned voltas split ac and replaced it with LG .

                                        i suggest people's not to buy any product of voltas bcs they have no incharge who can think about consumer rights.
