I bougt voltas ac from a dealer from paonta sahib in 2016
Its compressor is not working and i have complained about it on 26/5/18
Techician came and said that the compressor would be replaced withi 4_5 days
But no action taken yet so far
And moreover they are not recieving my call... Such poor response from your company not expected😡
Please replace my compressor as soon as possible

    Compressor my voltas ac had gone unserviceable in april 18. I contacted manager moradabad area regarding same, the technician came on 22nd may and took away the compressor saying that they will get back with the new compressor next day (Ac is 2016 model and compressor is in guarantee till 2021). However nobody has looked into this matter since then. I have not received any information till date. It is becoming more of mental harrasment for me, as temperatures these days are quite high. Kindly take appropriate action.

      I bought a window ac from reliance digital (Shipra mall, indrapuram, ghaziabad.) in march 2018. This ac had water drainage issue because of the small tray placed behind. Offcourse, i was not told about this issue by the sales person and now because of this problem, water drains out from the body of the ac instead of coming out of water tray.
      I have raised atleast 4-5 complaints in past one month and whenever the engineer comes he always gives this excuse that this is a manufacturing defect and we need to replace the tray. Just by giving this stupid answer they feel that their job is done and close the complaint without even asking customer.

        Worst service ever i have been seen. I have purchased a split inverter ac from authorised sales centre on 7th mar 2018 and ac not cooling and i am daily complaint form last 13 days on customer care but still problem same and no one come to resolve.
        Same on guy's your 150years of experience please return my amount as soon as possible
        Other wise i will go every were for justice either consumer forum or court.

          Just unpacked my ac and its blower was defected, filed a complaint on 5 june 2018 its 14, no action has been taken soo far and by a close look it was found that the blower was broken it came to our concern when two of agents from boltas came to check it but they only checked it.
          Now they are not even taking our calls..
          Total waste of muney its better to buy product from other companies atleast it will worth money

            I call voltas customer care lot of times & every time they said soon technician wl visit ur factory, but no body has come yet or no call from any technician of voltas.
            I call on one no. for AC installation which i got from voltas.
            last 2 days he is saying he wl send technician but still no response from his side also.

              Bought an ac from dealer abtrade links from kollam on 26/04/2018. It was delivered with such poor quality checks that the sensor cables inside were cut by rats and air flow direction flap pin broken. The complaint number is xxx[protected]. After that a technician came and checked the a/c and found the complaint is genuine and left. After that since that day no response or action. Never thought the voltas is delivering products to customers with such poor quality checks and pathetic service response.

              The issue is still not solved. There is no response from Voltas like replacement of defective parts or AC.
              Other than the reply here by Voltas online team on 13th June, nothing is done.

              Without doing anything and without solving the problem the complaint is closed as resolved by the online team. Excellent. Looks like I have to take up the matter with the consumer court and drag them to court.

                  I have purchased an ac from tata cliq, and it stated that free installation. But when i contacted customer care they told that it's free of cost, and when the installation boy came, he told 3000rs to be paid, but i refused and he has gone back without installation. And now i have to write customer care for forcible return.
                  Moral of the story.

                  Dnt buy from tata cliq and dnt buy voltas
                  These are big # toghter looters and making money only.

                      I had purchased an AC (1.5T Split) on 8th June, 2018, which was delivered to my present address on 9th June, 2018. On 8th of June 2018 itself, I received a call from Voltas Customer care no [protected] and I was informed that installation was booked on 11th June, 2018. I also received a SMS stating that Request No [protected] & appointment was scheduled for 11th June, 2018.

                      However, no service crew of Voltas has neither visited to install the same, nor made any contact with me. I have called customer care six times till now and the only response I get is that service guy will contact me within an hour, which has not happened till now.
                      So, kindly look into the matter ASAP.
                      If you don't wanna install, then it's fine, I will return the AC and will buy AC from some other brand. At least, I won't have to get embarrassed every time I call your customer care & live in this hot summer with newly purchased AC in packing box as a showpiece.

                        This is Chetan Sethi, resident of Gurgaon Sector -23. I had bought a Split AC of Voltas in the month of October-17 and installed the same last month on 3rd May-18.

                        As soon as the AC was installed, with in 5 days it stopped working, no Cooling and it started throwing water back inside from the AC itself, due to which we Called on customer care number of Voltas which is [protected], on which next day I got a message that your request number is this, which is as Mentioned in the subject line of this mail and your appointment is fixed for 07-Jun.

                        Next day I got a call from technician that they are coming with in half an hour to check and see the issue, I got a call at 10 and Till 1-30 no body came, even no body came for that whole day that is 07-Jun. Next day, since I have the number I again called those guys are you coming today, they said yes he is coming by 10:30 AM, I waited for those guys and called back on 12:30 as no body came till that time and when I called them they said this is there prayer time, they will come tomorrow, due to which I said to come today only as we are suffering just because AC is not working and due to which these guys came, they came at 12:45 and with in 10 minutes they said that there is no Gas in the AC, a separate engineer will come and see the issue and they left with in 10 minutes.

                        From that day i, e 8-Jun, no body even had tried to call and come to see what is the issue, we have called customer care number like six times and every time they said they are taking it on priority and you will get a call.

                        My request to you is that it's been 5 days we are roaming here and there and AC is in warranty period, how come its gas was vanished as its a new one, If this is the issue why no body even came once to check is it really the issue and have that resolved.

                        Is it the services the voltas provided to the customer who are spending there hard earned money, is this team support people at the time of issues raised by the customer, so fed up by the pathetic service of Voltas, I want my AC to be replaced as it is under warranty.

                          We ask to voltas servicing center for servicing for ac in rajveer infracon pvt. Ltd., eastern mall dangratoli, ranchi the local service center of voltas temperature control, blue lane kalal toli, main road ranchi send some person to repair the ac but after 1 months ac dose not work again and after several of call and reminder the local service center of voltas (Temperature control does not send any one to repair the ac please suggest what can i do for that.

                            This is with reference to the complain number [protected] i bought voltas inverter ac 1 month ago and the service is pathetic. The machine is not functioning properly. Cooling is not satisfied and power consumption is maximum and i bought inverter ac. Outdoor unit is giving shock even the technician came for the visit and he got a shock. The same has been conveyed to area service manager, voltas, rdc raj nagar ghaziabad he reverted as we are unable to repalce the machinery what we can do we can provide technician and electric team in this regard.                                 We made a complaint against our 1.5 ton voltas ac for not cooling problem then their technician came but they didn't resolve the problem and when today i had a word with service dep they said they filled-up the gas in the ac but they didn't filled the gas. They are very unprofessionally even voltas not provided their own verified voltas technician they are sending unprofessional third party agents there is no safety of our family member's they don't have any voltas id-card.

                                We didn't signed the job sheet also and they are saying they have a proof when we asked a for a proof they said let supposse gas was not filled by us if you want to fill the gas you have to pay otherwise i will disconnect the call and voltas saying pal is area manager.

                                Mr. Pal directly making our fool just b'coz we are using ac first time.

                                  I live in pilani, 250 kms away from my parents who are both old and sick. I bought a voltas 122cy 1 ton split ac from flipkart.com.in the initial phase after delivery i faced a lot of problems with the installation of the ac. I chose to ignore the matter assuming it to be a one off triggered by the on setting summer. However, this year while servicing the ac, the service boy comes and tells me that the ac has no gas and i must re-register a complain this time for gas fill up. He did nothing but charged us 500 rupees as visitation fee. To make sure i don't end up paying again and again i registered a complaint for complete check up of the ac along with gas refill. So after this complaint another guy comes and he just fills up gas, charges 3000 rupees for the gas refill and doesn't even check if the ac is working or not. He almost pushes off my mother and walks away. The ac still did not work and i had to register the complaint again. This time i made sure i was there. Two mechanics come and fill up the ac with high pressure to check for the leakage and advice us not to touch the system for at least 5 days. After this, a mechanic comes on[protected] and tells my mother that the condenser coil is leaking and that they must take the outdoor unit to their station and the repair would cost me another 8500. On[protected] they call me telling that they are bringing the outdoor unit. We wait for them whole day cancelling our doctor's appointment for my father and they do not turn up. Today, on monday,[protected] when i rescheduled with the doctor they call again to tell me they are bringing back my outdoor unit. My parents wait for them whole day again, meanwhile they have been calling me every 10 minutes to confirm my address since 12 noon. And now at 5pm in the evening they have turned up. After entering my apartment they are calling me and telling me that nobody is answering the door. I called my mother and she is telling me they are already there. Now when i called him back to confirm he says that he is already inside but when he pressed the bell nobody was answered for "2 minutes". Who the hell is fast enough to answer the door leaving whatever they have been doing within 2 minutes given that they are very old. Even if a young athlete was there in my house he too would have taken some time to answer the door. These people lie, dupe customers into paying extra money by making things worse and increasing visitation. Hell, my mother's oncologist doesn't charge as much visitation fee as a voltas ac mechanic. And then they keep calling you all day not letting you do anything else while they themselves have no intention of coming.

                                    Have brought 1.5 ton ac on multi brand show room a couple of weeks back while we are buying they talking like baby but once we brought it they are totally changed. I am really dissatisfied with the installation people who came from voltas. This is not at all acceptable. They installed the ac at first in a conjuncted area as because of that there is no cooling it and have monitor it for week. Though this was known to them they have not highlighted to us. This clearly shows that their intentions his only money. Then also i have comely raised a request with them but the engineer who came post rasing a request have advised to move the ac to a place where it gets ventilation which would help to improve ac performance. So again have raised a request on this friday with them but the engineer who assigned to the replacement request takes my complete saturday but no one came till 6pm. At last for namesake someone came without the required tools and told me like he will on monday. Again i have called voltas on monday then an engineer came for reinstallation. Now they are asking 1400 rs for reinstallation again. I am fully fed up with voltas and i didn't expect such kind of service from them seriously. My incident is a lesson to all.

                                      I have bought the ac on 02-june-2018 and from the day of installation i am having complaint about its cooling. The machine is not at all giving satisfactory cooling. Upon complaing at the customer service the person say that the machine is working proper however each and every day i have this issue of cooling. It is not at all satisfactory. I demand for replacement of the machine with other 1 ton machine. 1 ton machine is ideal for my room size. However i would also be comfortable if the machine could be replaced to other upgarded capacity (1.5 tone) machine. Kindly consider the matter at the earliest as even after repeated communication with our dealer still the matter has not been resolved and me and my family is facing serious issues with it.

                                        I have bought voltas inverter ac which was installed by your service provider sahil. On the very next day the ac stopped cooling. We have registered a complaint regarding this on 4 june with the complaint details as follows-
                                        Your request no. Is [protected].
                                        The person who was given task for this job did nog responded for two days. After so many calls he came on 7 may and told us that there was some problem due to wrong installation by the service boy and gas has been leaked. Then he told us he will come tomorrow. Next day he refused to come and told us that invert ac are being taken care by another branch. We again filed a complaint with voltas service centre they told us that some other technician will come and then after one more day the technician reached us to tell us that he does not have gas of invert ac and somebody else will come. We have called at voltas main office also and contacted mr. Om prakash (Area service manager) but there was no response from that side. As a customer i feel high unsatisfied by the behaviour show to me from the company. I have no idea weather you will provide me service or not because all have been listening from you is that your complaint has been forwarded from our side. I will be filing a case against this matter in the consumer court. Such a poor service really very saddening and disappointing.
