Hey. Our ac is not working from last 2 year its compressor is not working leaking from some places after some time of date of purchase. I am trying to voltas many times for the solution but no action to be taken.
This product is totaly useless from purchase of this ac.
Plz do something serious otherwise i’ll file case in customer court.

    My voltas ac is not working. I have registered complain no [protected]., the technician visited. His behavior was very rude. He said that the ac has to be taken to the workshop as there is a gas likage. But till no one has contacted us. The technician has denied to repair the ac. Please take necessary steps so that ac get repaired. As it is just 3 yrs old

      Dear sir/madam

      I was purchased window ac 1 ton on 25/04/2018 and after one month in the ac gas leakage and copper pipe issue said by the voltas engeeners after visiting at my home. I told that replace this ac with new one but they assured me everything is solved. Today i had a new issue about drainage system of ac not up to mark after reinstallation of ac and leakage problem of water starting now. Voltas technician was very unproffesional to resolving cutomer problem, i suggest you please talk to him and guide him for customer satisfactory, it is useful for voltas bussiness. My problem is that, now i am very upset about this kind of ac problem and tecnical support, please repalce my ac with new one.

        I have a duct machine of voltas ltd and we facing a problem since april and mid of april i have tried to intimate customer service such problem they inspect and sent me spare offer of rs 27000 approx on dt 18th may and i have deposit a money on dt 22nd may and they recommisioning a machine 8th june after service they told you pay more of compressor price rs43421 then this will continue.
        We have loose own clients, money, also mentally harras, and not get any benefits of warranty.

        Since 5th June I unable to generate complaint no. because at the time of register a complaint in customer service, then they ask about G.O.NO. and dealer told me we have deposited payment to Company at the time of purchase but they didn't provide me G.o.no. and at the time of supply a machine they didn't provide me a warranty, G.O.NO, and other documents and same at the time service we have paid you a spare and service amount on dt 22nd May through MTRNO. 18290BARBT[protected]
        SECOND 9321 BARBT [protected] but till now we have not received any new bill, voucher, G.O.NO and also not my duct machine running position in running psition by service centre but on dt 8th June your service team again visit in my site and the demand more amount and sent me a new spare and service quotation,

        Now I requested you may please replace or refund my duct machine cost with interest, service and spare cost is also refund then I will purchase another company and I will provide a good service of my clients

        Other then I will take legal action and also take claim on behalf of my 250 clients, and my gym machine cost whose suffer by you because am already touch with your employees

          Hi Voltas Team,

          I had purchase Voltas Inverter AC 1.5 ton (183VDZU) from Vijay Sales, Gurgaon.

          My Voltas AC has been stop working from last 6 days. I raise complaint to Voltas but as of now no response from your side. I follow-up many times but still no technician has been visited my house to check AC.

          Now, I don't want to continue with Voltas for extremely bad service and cheap quality product. Please refund my money and take your product back.

            Ordered the ac from amazon. It was installed yesterday. The fan is hitting the body. Tried contacting the company technician but he denied to come for installation. So we got it installed. After the installation was done we found out the fan is hitting the body. We tried contacting the company technician about the issue but he said contact your local technician who installed the ac.
            Need it fixed or replaced asap.

              It's been an year now, i have made many companies stating that the voltas split ac 1.5 ton i have bought from great eastern queens road showroom is not working efficiently however there's no hearing at all.
              I have mechanic from voltas, great eastern, managers area manager almost everyone about this issue but everyone who visits have different things to understand and manipulate. But no outcome.
              This machine is so bad that even after running it at 18 it works like placed on 30... Feels like only fan is running.
              All of them being together make silly excuses to clarify and justify their part without understanding the consumers issue that we have paid the while amount and still being an year this machine is not working.
              Jaipur area manager volta's manager showroom manager everyone has there personal excuse to safeguard themselves but no one agrees that machine is defective which is the reality.
              People involved in this are great eastern queens road showroom from where the ac was bought. Manager and employees are all aware.
              Area manager... Complaint manager... Sales... Everyone is aware but no resolution.

                I committed the biggest blunder in buying three voltas 1.5 to split ac. On 2.6.2018 when my daughter woke up she found a pool of water in her bed room on account of water leaking from ac. The ac was installed by voltas only in march 2018. I lodged the captioned complaint but since there was no response from voltas for four days in sweltering heat of delhi with above 45 degrees temperature, i got the ac defect rectified on 6.6.2018. Then voltas woke up from your slumber and a technician rang up. Now to wriggle out of their warranty voltas has sent an message that we have got the defect rectified by third party. Voltas has to respond that whether a customer has to suffer because of their inefficiencies?

                  I've booked a request for the gas filling by calling tata voltas customer service on june 6th 2018. My request no. Is [protected].

                  They said they'll send the technician in 24 hrs but the technician came after two days i. E on june 8th, 2018, 3:00 pm. Though i mentioned in my complaint that gas refilling is needed the technician informed me that he did not get the gas as he thought it was just service request. Hence he will come again tomorrow with the gas.

                  On call with voltas customer care, i inquired the cost for refilling which they told me was 1800rs with taxes. But the technician and his boss said it will be rs 2500 and also they were suggesting to replace two brass nuts for the ac pipes for 450rs. I think 450rs for two small brass nuts is too much. I checked the price for the nuts online and its around 12rs only.

                  They are looting the customer just because no one is asking them. Serious action needs to be taken against the voltas and the service centre workers as they are not providing proper service and charging more than required for the simple parts and service.

                    29 मार्च 2018 को गर्मी सीजन के लिए हमने वोल्टास का 1.5 टन का ऐरकंडिशनर value plus नाम के स्टोर से जिला बस्ती उत्तर प्रदेश से खरीद था। इंस्टालेशन के एक महीने बाद 12 मई 2018 को airconditioner खराब हो गया।कंप्लेंट करने पर इंजीनियर आया उसने बताया कि 1 pcb खराब हो गई है।कंपनी से आर्डर करने पर आएगा तो लग जायेगा उसने अपना मोबाइल नंबर भी दिया।उसके बाद दुबारा फ़ोन करने पर वह बदतमीजी से बात करता है तथा कहता है कि आएगा तो pcb लगेगा न।आजिज आकर हमने डीलर value plus स्टोर विवेक कुमार से बात किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि वो कुछ नही कर सकते है सर्विस वाले जाने ।महोदय समान बेचने के बाद क्या उनकी जिनमेदारी खत्म हो गई। फिर हमने वोल्टास एरिया मैनेजर आशीष से 3 बार बात की हर बार उन्होंने यही कहा कि आपके कंप्लेंट नंबर के संबंध में आगे बात नही हो पा रही है बात होते ही आपको स्थिति के बारे में सूचित किया जाएगा । महोदय ये एक सप्ताह पहले की बात है उन्होंने न तो आज तक कोई कार्यवाही करी न आज तक मुझे कोई फ़ोन किया।गर्मी में 27 दिन से मेरा ऐरकंडिशनर खराब है गर्मी की वजह से मेरे बच्चे की तबियत खराब हो गई तथा मुझे भारी परेशानियों से गुजरना पड़ा ।तथा परेशानिया अभी भी बनी हुई है । अतः मेरा एयरकंडीशनर बनवाने हेतु संबंधित को आदेशित करने का कष्ट करें तथा कार्यो में शिथिलता बरतने के लिए संबंधित डीलर सूरज, इंजीनियर सूरज तथा एरिया मैनेजर आशीष को दंडित करने का कष्ट करें ।

                        With due reference to my dispute with Voltas regarding the poor service, I again raised a request for technician visit which was cancelled by the system. Kindly refer the request cancellation message (screenshot attached).
                        After the cancellation, I tried to contact Voltas Customer Care where a representative named Ankit picked my call and didn’t listen to the issue and hung up; rather he misbehaved with me on the call. I am also attaching the call log here.
                        Please follow the in-line to get idea about the whole issue. This time if the problem has not been sorted out by the concerned authority then I will have to file a complaint in the consumer forum.

                          The AC was purchased on 28/8/17 and the AC is not cooling upto the mark.
                          3-4 times I complaint about that at customer care technician visit and provide excuses like room is big, direct sunlight from window, ect
                          The service is done but no cooling
                          The AC gas is changed no cooling
                          Now on 30/5/18 the technician taken the indoor AC and outdoor compressor with themselves for repair they asked for 4-5 days but not it's been 7 days and still AC not repaired
                          I called the technician he said AC is not repaired we ll call you when repaired.
                          It's been so long we suffered
                          Hope you do something on this else we take some other action

                            Myself is dr. S. S. Malik and my mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday (Dated june 6, 2018) i had registered a complaint in your service center having mobile number [protected]. A man (Named mr. Shubh with mobile number [protected]) had been assigned the complaint. He came and noticed that the fault is in stablizer. He was charging rs. 800 for its (Stablizer) repair. Instead of its repair, i had preferred to buy a new stablizer. Already he had taken rs. 400 as service charges. Today, i brought a new stablizer fro the market and made a call. He refused to install it because he has not repaired it.

                            These people are doing fraud with the customer. I have already fed up from the votal's product.

                              Dear sir

                              I have purchased split ac 1.5 ton 4th june 2018 from usha emporium railway road. They provide me th appointment on 6th of june, but firstly they visit on 7th of june.. After that they demanding 250 rs per feet for extra pipe to be install.
                              I have said that i will buy it from market then they said they will take 200 rs per feet for installation charges.
                              Total extra pipe to be install was 10 feet that is they need 2500 rs for installation... Even they were ordering to do this and that.. Pick up the ladder and all. And i dont know what are they for???
                              The worst service i have seen on ac installation.
                              Never again purchase voltas.

                                It’s is really very shame for you that i am your existing customer, who is following you for last 15 days for the ac repairing in this summer session which cant be avoided by and your services department. I am from delhi and living on the top floor.

                                I am seriously fed up with the response and i don't care attitude of voltas customer care team.

                                The problem started on 14th april when the technician from voltas refilled the gas of my ac, it was told that if within 3 months of refuelling, i face any issue related to the gas then the gas will be refilled without charging any fee. On 24th may, i started facing some issues with the ac gas and lodged the complaint accordingly (Request id: [protected]). The company executive came for a visit on 1st june (I was told he would visit with 2 working days) and charged rs 400/- visiting charge (It was supposed to be free) and also did not solve the issue. I have been following up to date with no proper response.

                                Tell me how do i move forward (Also if you have the expertise or talent to solve the issue) or tell me on my face that have i made a mistake buying ac through such a terrible company. Is it really a brand services which are you offering to the existing customer?

                                With due reference to my dispute with Voltas regarding the poor service, I again raised a request for technician visit which was cancelled by the system. Kindly refer the request cancellation message (screenshot attached).
                                After the cancellation, I tried to contact Voltas Customer Care where a representative named Ankit picked my call and didn’t listen to the issue and hung up; rather he misbehaved with me on the call. I am also attaching the call log here.
                                Please follow the in-line to get idea about the whole issue. This time if the problem has not been sorted out by the concerned authority then I will have to file a complaint in the consumer forum.

                                I don't think voltas is the no 1 brand. I purchased 1.5toninverter ACon 17th June 2018. On the next day I complained regarding the cooling issues.

                                You sent ur experts to solve the problem but the problem is they are not experts because they don't know how to solve the issue and told 4 different solution for 1 problem.. Your service quality is worst.

                                2nd thing is that they told us if you don't provide us ladder then we will not solve your problem and left without solving issues..

                                3rd thing I call customer service to again complain but the customer executive held the phone call before listening to my problem.. They do it 2 times in a row..

                                    I bought the AC from Thrissur, Kerala on 14th April 2018. The details are given below

                                    Since then I have been issuing experiences of not getting cooled properly. I had informed the representatives who came to our house to check the installation and they didnt do anything about it. I had registered a complaint on 1st June since the AC stopped working due to some loose connection. The technicians who came resolved the issue.

                                    But the issue of not getting the room cooled persisted and I brought it to their attention. They just ignored it telling that this is the maximum cooling I can get! This is the 3rd AC we are installing at our home and this is the first time we are buying a Voltas AC. Both our other ACs are over 13 years old and those are working really good. Now since the weather is hot, we are unable to use the room where this new AC is installed even when both the AC and fan are working continuously for hours.

                                    I need an immediate solution for this and the failure of which will attract legal actions against the company.

                                      I, Rajneesh Madhok, Advocate, Office at Railway Road, Phagwara made installation of above mentioned machine at my office but the Service team has defrauded me and has not provided receipt of Rs 3, 700/- charged from me and the defective installation made at my office. Most regretfully, it is being informed that Voltas AC 123 CZA Classic installed at my office has defective installation. Despite getting Rs 3, 700/- from the customer for installation the machine has been installed at lower level and outlet pipe has been installed at upper level but the staff who come to install AC is in-cooperative.

                                      It is better to engage a private mechanic than to get misbehaved with in-cooperative staff. It is 100% sure that on not getting outlet of drain water the water will back to machine and certainly the defect occur.

                                      I am really shocked to get such a humiliating behaviour from your Service team who is concerned with money only and least bothered about the complaint of the customer.

                                      A LEGAL NOTICE IS BEING SERVED UPON YOU AS THE INSTALLATION IS DEFECTIVE AND YOUR SERVICE TEAM IS NOT COOPERATING, VERY SOON THE AC WILL START MALFUNCTIONING DUE TO INEFFICIENT STAFF’S INSTALLATION. VERY SOON THE AC LEAKAGE PROBLEM WILL OCCUR.

                                      WATER WILL NATURALLY DRIP OUT THROUGH THE MAIN UNIT AND IT WILL NOT WORK.

                                      MY REPEATED REQUESTS THAT AC AND THE DRAINAGE PIPE IS NOT PROPORTIONAL, SO IT WILL DISRUPT THE WATER-FLOW OUT OF THE DRAINAGE PAN DIRECTLY TO OUTLET DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, BUT YOUR SERVICE TEAM IS NOT LISTENING TO THE PLEADINGS OF THE CUSTOMER.

                                      IT IS CLEARLY VISIBLE THAT THE OUTLET PIPE IS NOT AT LOWER HEIGHT COMPARED TO MAIN UNIT BUT AT THE UPPER HEIGHT. SO, LET ME KNOW HOW THE DRAINAGE WILL BE MADE. DUE TO BLOCKAGE OF WATER IN THE DRAINAGE PIPE ON NOT GETTING IT OUT THE DIRT AND DEBRIS WILL CREATE ADN WILL BLOCK THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM COMPLETELY.

                                      I AM 100% SURE THAT THE WATER CAN’T FLOWW OUTWARDS THEN OVERFLOW OF WATER WILL GO TO MAIN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, AND WILL LEAD TO AC LEAKING WATER. I REGRET THAT YOUR SERVICE TEAM IS NON-COOPERATIVE.

                                      With the serving of this Legal Notice, you are requested to fix the drawbacks of installation and get AC properly installed according to the specification. All the Service Centre employees provide Service free of cost, if there are charges for any Service then the Company charge from the customer not the Service provider. In your case the Technical Service provider charges on the pretext of Free Service and misbehave with the customers.

                                      You are requested to provide reply to the above mentioned facts and details of Service manual in which it has been written that the outlet pipe will be installed at the higher level from the machine.

                                      It was heard that the private persons can dodge the customers but the Reputed Company having the Chairaman from Jamshedji Tata will befool the customers it is really strange.

                                      Sir, it is a violation under Section 409, 406 and 405-- Vicarious liability--- Complaint under Section 406, 408 Indian penal Code against Chairman of the Company will be lodged because the company is straightaway dodging the customers by playing gimmicks with customers. The company is dishonestly making frauds with the public by charging exorbitant charges. The role of accused company is self expalanatory that how they people are playing gimmicks.Dishonesty of Votas is proved, but the matter of grievances is that the company of this repute is playing gimmicks with the customers to extort money. This is Under 405 of IPC regarding Criminal breach of trust. On the first part Voltas is sending the Engineer and now Voltas is befooling the customer that the installation has not been made by Votas but by a third party. This is criminal breach of trust, Rest assured Votas Team let the matter be unfolded further.                                       I think either you are befooling the customer or you think that you are concerned to extort money from the public by hook and crook.The Service Engineer provided by you. You made me aware that this is your work order and it will be completed. After your message the phone call I received from the Service provider. The dealer Rikhy Enterprises Chadha Market Phagwara-144401 registered installation request from my Mobile Phone[protected] and provided Pin code 144632 (Chachoki adjoining to Phagwara) instead of Phagwara's Pincode of 144401. In my presence made call to that Chachoki based Service engineer that you will get Order for installation at Rajneesh Madhok Advocate, Railway Road, Phagwara's address tomorrow and take care. What is this code word, I could not understand. On the next date the process of installation started from the message received from TD-VOLTAS AND ON OBJECTING TO INSTALL AC, I CONTACTED TO THE DEALER AND HE CALLED TO THE SERVICE ENGINEER. AND ALSO TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND THE LADY WHO ATTENDED THE CALL PROVIDED THE DETAILS THAT YOUR CONTACT NUMBERS ARE THESE TWO. AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS THIS ONE. AND HE WILL COME TO YOU SHORTLY. NOW THE COMPANY IS BEFOOLING THE CUSTOMER ON WRONG INSTALLATION AND EXTORTION OF RS 3, 700 FOR INSTALLATION. GREAT COMPANY GREAT SYSTEM OF LOOT IN CONNIVANCE WITH DEALER AND SERVICE PROVIDER. Sir, when a customer bring a complaint about your deteriorated working conditions and criticizing the company then it is nerve-wracking exercise. You are not behaving like a problem solver. Today I got a call from O General Service from Ludhiana [protected] and enquired about the matter and assured me to call back to me but has never responded. The nexus between Volats- Dealer-Service Provider (technician) can not be denied as all the three joints have joined hands to loot customer by hook or crook. Company should appreciate the feedback from the customer but it is strange that company don't reply to the E-mails sent to them. If you will continue this malpractices then the day is not far that the people will spit on the name of Ratan Tata and Jamshedji Tata whose company is involved in befooling the customers. The name and reputation which Mr. Ratan Tata has earned in the country will be tarnished with such unscrupulous exercises of the concerns belong to TATA. All the matter is in the knowledge of Voltas but Voltas is in a hurry to close the matter. I solemnly affirm and declare on oath that the matter is in the knowledge of Voltas and to save themselves to ruin their reputation it is better to say that third party installation has been made. You don't have solid reasoning that why the problem should not be addressed and the matter should be stopped by a single line that it was third party installation whereas the Service technician had been provided by Voltas. Now let me know which cable in India costs Rs 250/- per feet that has been installed at my place. Why not the receipt has been provided by Voltas till date. The company wants that the customer should shut his eyes like a cat on feeling danger that nothing bad will happen. God is great, keep in mind. Don't make day light robberies with customers. You are getting business from customers and by looting them it will one day provide you echoes in the slumbers of misdeeds you have made with customers.

                                      Today again msg received : Sunday, 10 June 2018, at 12:14 Dear Customer Your SR No. [protected] proposed for cancellation, Reason: Job Done By Third Party. Call on[protected] to stop cancellation. Sir, the question of third party installation does not arise as the Service Engineer had been sent by Voltas. All details are on record of Voltas that who has come to install the Ac and it was in respond to the request made to Voltas. My order was confirmed and Voltas made me aware about the installation to be done today. When Voltas dodged the customer and extorted Rs 3, 700/-without providing receipt came out with a new formula that the installation had been made by third party. Dear Voltas team kindly stop dodging customers and make day light robberies to befool customers.

                                        Would like to inform you that nobody turned up till now and the twist here is that today when I called up Mr Shreenivasa Sreeni in the morning, he said it is his colleague who had spoken to me and not he as his mobile was with his colleague due to he being in meeting……

                                        Again after hearing my lengthy story, he said will get it addressed today…..Till now none of your team members contacted and your BSM also not picking calls…..

                                        Will there be any end to this ?

                                        Hi,

                                        With ref to the subject cited, I would like to putforth hardships I’ going through due to this product and its service……..

                                        I’ve brought 2 nos Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter AC dt 12th June’18 from Croma – AS Rao Nagar, Secunderabad ( Invoice attchd ) which we noticed to be having performance issues almost since beginning….
                                        When complained to the Technician during his free service visit, he could not resolve the issue….Later when we raised issue with Voltas on Tollfree no, the visited technician said both of them were not properly installed due to which there is gas leakage resulting in less cooling…..
                                        He attempted some repairs and refilled gas after which we noticed improvement in one unit and same issue in the 2nd unit……

                                        Upon raising another service request, another technician visited and said he external condenser unit has problem and needs replacement for which he’ll raise request. After hectic persuation with your service centres and toll free nos, they said External unit not available and they’ll attempt repairs / grazing of the external unit which they attempted and still the issue remained same.

                                        We raised one more request on your tollfree for which they sent one more technician who visited us and said will get the external unit which he brought after hectic persuation and replaced. Even after this, cooling issue remained same.

                                        We re-opened the ticket on 21st May’18 after which one technician visited and said gas leakage problem and will get the gas and refill the next day…..

                                        We are still awaiting the said “Next Day” as the technician not turned up till date even after continuous persuation with your local service centre aswell Tollfree…..

                                        I’m seriously worried for having invested on Voltas which I felt carries Good Brand Image and reputation being TATA’s organization which somehow found to be totally wrong…Croma, during purchase of this product said this has 5 years comprehensive wty and later when I called the tollfree to register the same, they denied this claim stating that 5 year wty is only applicable subject to registering this on the day of purchase which none of the executives at Croma informed me…….

                                        Pl share with me your escalation matrix as I wanted to share my grievance with your Management to make them understand the hardships a Voltas Consumer had to undergo having brought your product…..I’m infact exploring the option to complaint this in consumer forum if this is not addressed to my satisfaction immdtly………
