Dear voltas,
I am extremely dejected with your customer care - rather the lack of it!
While a technician did come, he took away the outer unit at the instance of one mr sanjay who is your rep here in patna (Mobile no. : [protected] and [protected]). This gentleman does not even care to take calls!
Am told there is a gas leakage but that's about all
Till date the equipment has not been repaired a pity really - had i known of this callous attitude, i would never have opted for voltas. A week, you'll agree is too long a period to service an ac complaint
Please note that although i have been patronising your product so far and indeed procured bulk supplies for my bank for voltas split and stand alone acs, from today i will be a poor ambassador for voltas
Enough is enough - i don't see you succeeding here in patna with your lackadiasical approach to after sales service
Hope you will take this feedback in the right spirit and do something about it, in your own interest
