I have issue in ac on 10/03/2018 regarding cooling facility and fan of ac is not working. As par the your voltas service man, the ac motor is not working and as par his direction we change motor of ac fan and i paid the amount rs. 2000. I don’t have receipt of that money.

Again i have given the request for the same issue on 12/06/2018 with sr no [protected]. The same voltas service man come two times at my home again check everything and tell me will check and let you know and after one day i received message on my mobile your sr no [protected] ac repair cost is amount rs. 2150 for motor of ac fan.

I am also working in service industry since 10 years.

If you people think that i am fool just sending message on my mobile you will be free. Is that is the way to handle the customer.

You know there is so many company’s are there in the market and there is strong competition in the market.

Kindly take the matter on priority.

Otherwise will take another way to do the work done.

    Dear voltas,

    I am extremely dejected with your customer care - rather the lack of it!

    While a technician did come, he took away the outer unit at the instance of one mr sanjay who is your rep here in patna (Mobile no. : [protected] and [protected]). This gentleman does not even care to take calls!

    Am told there is a gas leakage but that's about all

    Till date the equipment has not been repaired a pity really - had i known of this callous attitude, i would never have opted for voltas. A week, you'll agree is too long a period to service an ac complaint

    Please note that although i have been patronising your product so far and indeed procured bulk supplies for my bank for voltas split and stand alone acs, from today i will be a poor ambassador for voltas

    Enough is enough - i don't see you succeeding here in patna with your lackadiasical approach to after sales service

    Hope you will take this feedback in the right spirit and do something about it, in your own interest

        Dear sir/madam,
        Our window a. C model no. 182cy - 1.5 ton 2 star sr. No.020750 compressure stopped working from 4/5/18. We have registered complaint refrence no.[protected] and sent the a. C to voltas service station as the technician said its compressure has to be changed but they only refilled the gas of the compressure. It worked for 8 days the again started to trip after 5 minutes we have continued to register the complaint refrence no.[protected] and [protected] on 25/5/2018 again service person visited and said that they its compressure is not working and gone back by saying they dont know anything weather they will change the compressure or not. After that we are keep on calling serive station but they are ignoring us, not picking our phone calls so again we are registering the complaint refrence no.[protected] on 12/6/2018 but there is no responce from voltas company.
        Todays temprature is 45 degree celcius, its difficult to stay in this heat, we are suffering from 1.5 month caused by voltas company.
        We have amc done for this window a. C dated 9/3/18 sr no. 340 but voltas company is not doing anything do anything so far.
        So we just want to know if the company is going to repair our a. C?
        If yes its ok if no its also ok
        We just need the answer.

          I purchased voltas cooler for my son sanam suri from croma on 9th april and within a weeks time i had to make complaint about water pump not working. Again on 30th of i raised complaint through voltas customer care and got complaint # [protected] from shalini and barkha customer service executives and was informed that it will be sorted out within the next few days. On 4th june i checked with voltas customer service and got to know that complaint has been closed without attempting. I again registered for complaint and got new no [protected], from sai prasad and mr tarsem senior officer customer service and was again asked to wait for another 3-4 days to complaint to be resolved but unfortunately it was disappointing and i got mobile no of saksham bhatnagar area manager voltas but he too was unable to resolve the problem. I again called cs team of voltas on 6th and spoke with kartik and he got me spoke to roshni cs officer voltas, she too assured me that complaint would be attended.
          Again on 8th june i spoke with customer service executive ranjit singh and he transferred my call to bhargavi another senior who also assured that complaint would be done by saturday 9th june.
          I again call customer service voltas on[protected] and spoke with ratna who again transferred my call to sanjay bhargav and he made conference call with mr saksham bhatnagar area manager voltas and he said that my complaint for defective cooler will definitely be attended and part will be replaced by 14th june. But unfortunately today is 15th june and 16 hrs and i had even spoken with cs voltas and mr bhatnagar is not picking up my phone also. It is very disappointing and disgusting. I am feeling cheated by voltas company that my hard earned money has been wasted on such a fraudster company.

            Unit purchased on 28.05.2018 from lucknow. It has not been working since 23.05.2018. I lodged first complaint with no [protected] which was serviced on 26.05.2018. Second with complaint no [protected] on 5 june and again on 6 june 2018. Still it is not cooling. Further there has been no response to my complaint lodged on 12 june with reminder on 13 june 2018. The service people just come and go without solving the problem saying that it’s working properly. It works for 2-3 hours after they leave and then again stops cooling. Kindly redress the complaint effectively

                  Hi,
                  I have purchased a window ac in 2017 of voltas with 1 year on product and 5 year on compressor warranty. After 1 year ac compressor stopped working.
                  When i asked for service under warranty. Voltas told i will be charged 2200 for gas filling and 350 for visiting charges. However gas is full in ac.
                  I asked him why i will pay for gas if it is full and your under warranty part is faulty.
                  Voltas told while replacing compressor we have to empty gas.

                  Issue is that why i will pay for under warranty part repair process. I am not asking them to refill gas. They are emptying that on their understanding. I just want under warranty part to be repaired.

                    Worst experience: service [protected] still open (Voltas AC) Customer care number [protected]
                    Summary:
                    23rd may 2018: Date of complaint: complaint number [protected].
                    24th: Technician Vipul visited +1 person: told to change the main circuit (PCB) as they felt there is fault in the PCB and which needs to be replaced. as per vipul main circuit includes main pcb+display pcb.
                    Vipul called his superior Jignesh to order Main PCB, he informed me it will cost around 1550 Rs. i told him to go ahead with the purchase.
                    the product arrived at service center office on 26th, i have to go to office to pick up the main pcb. and jignesh told me he will send some technician to my home directly.
                    26th: Technician Tahir visited +1(+91 [protected]): Fraud Attempt: he checked my ac and directly told me that you have to repair your main pcb which will take around 2 to 3 days and cost your around[protected] rs. AS the new PCB will cost around 9500 Rs. So it is better to repair the existing PCB. When I told him that jignesh gave new pcb to me in 1550 rs. he called jignesh 3 to 4 times, he tried to convivence me for not installing the new PCB but to repair this one by telling that I will not take any warranty if there is any problem again. You have to bare the cost if anything happen.
                    I request him to install the PCB, finally he agreed and installed it and showcased us like that the PCB is not working and I have to purchase the display PCB as well. Which will take another 2 days.
                    (so we called Vipul, the first technician to know that why he didn’t order this display PCB. So he said PCB includes both main pcb and display pcb)
                    So I ignored all the things happen and called Jignesh to order display PCB as well, he told it will cost around 480 Rs. I Agreed and told him to order ASAP.
                    28th: Many follow up taken regarding the Display PCB. As per Jignesh the PCB was planned to reach him by 27th. So I took follow ups, but Jignesh told he has not received the display PCB till 5pm on 28th. So planned to visit their office to check I found that it is available with them at around 5:30pm. So I took that display PCB with me and I requested Jignesh to arrange the technician ASAP.
                    He told me that technician Sagar will visit late evening to install it but no one visited on that day.
                    29th: Technician Rajesh +1 person visited, (as they informed me that they are not from voltas but Jignesh told him to visit). The main shocking information I got from this technician is that. The Main PCB which Jignesh sent and tahir installed and made me fool is not for this model. There is no chance that even a single socket can fit into this PCB and even told me that display PCB is also not for this model. So he tried something fues, i.c., and told that I will get it repaired and installed it by tomorrow evening.
                    31st: 2 Person visited to install the main circit, but they bring some other circuit without any prior information. They installed the other circuit and returned my old circuit. Cooling was ok, Indoor blower was not blowing as it was blowing before the problem.it was slow and suddenly get stopped and start than stop. And humidity function was not display in the display. I asked him that, it was showing humidity prior to the problem but now it is not showing. They are unable to solve it. I asked Jignesh for the same he said I will send technician tomorrow to check the problem of blower and display humidity.
                    Till 4th No one visited.
                    05th: Technician Kalu +1 person (+91 [protected]) visited and told me that indoor machine needs to be uninstalled and needs to be taken at the workshop for problem identification. He told that one person will come to take the indoor unit.
                    05th: Technician Punit +1 person visited: who uninstalled the machine part from the indoor unit: main PCB, display pcb, blower motor, and electric box and remote they took with them and told me that by evening they will install it again.
                    But Jignesh and team took 05th, 06th, 07th and 08th to solve the problem.
                    08th: Technician Punit +1 person visited to installed and blower was working ok but any how after one hour, compressor trips automatically. I called Jignesh about the same.
                    09th: Technician Nimesh +1 person visited to take out the outdoor fan and motor and took it to his workshop and installed it after 2-3 hours. But the problem is same and not solved. Display unit is not showing humidity and compressor trips automatically.
                    All these above mentioned technician handled by Jignesh Sunil Zaware & Ankur Thaker who are coming and experimenting on my AC. In some cases even I have to guide them as they are not able to understand how to install/uninstall and fitting places.
                    Just Because of your carelessness, False commitment, fraud attempt, and 22 days of harassment. I believe that my work is intentionally getting delayed because I raised my voice against them from 28th.
                    Now I am forced to buy a new A.C, as voltas is not able to solve the problem in past 22 days and there is no hope I see as the approach is the same. I requested them to please refund the money of the A.C and money I have paid during the services and price for new A.C which I have purchase OR replace the existing unit. (As you are not in position to solve the issue).
                    Status As on date: I have uninstalled the a.c. and sent both indoor and outdoor unit to voltas workshop.
                    As a customer I reached out to calling customer care several times, calling Jignesh several time, Sunil zaware and Ankur thaker several times and tried reaching out to all the email ids provided on your web address who can help me out. But there is no initiation seen in the response or services.
                    *Sunil Zaware and Ankur thaker are Brach service manager and area service manager Ahmedabad region whose contact details is shared with me when I started my email conversion with voltas. But they are least bothered in this and they also ignored this. As this problem is escalated to him on 28th of may but no solution is provided.

                    They are still experimenting on my A.C.

                      This is regarding complaint no[protected]. It is enough from my side to follow up day by day and Voltas is making fool of me.
                      I will log a complaint in consumer court and I have all the proofs with recording and I will drag you guys in court and will do upto what an extreme a customer can go.

                      I have tried all other ways and will drag you in front of media. I never see such behavior of dealing with the customer that they are daily asking me for bill and saying that your complaint is not registered.

                      Persons from voltas service centre near rajnagar extension are very rude and they are making fool every day. They never picked the phone and make fools that your complaint is not registered or they will come tomorrow and will check the AC. Technician is already visisted and told that AC is faulty and it should be replaced as I purchased the faulty AC on 26 may 2018 from Harie Electronics Navyug market and no one is listening.

                      There service is worst and never purchase Voltas products as they are selling faulty products and they will never provide you the service, Just sending reminder day by day but you will die with telling your issue and they will never bother about it.

                      My 30, 000 Rs just gone in Vein and they will never care about your money. They are beggers in just to cut your pocket and let you to hell.

                        I rajinder singh registered a complaint on 9/6/2018 with contact no [protected] regarding my voltas ac. Your mechanic visted my residence on 11/6/2018 in my absence and took rs250 and said that he will visit in the evening and repair the ac. It has been 4 days he has not returned back nor he is picking the phone. Is this how your company and employees are making money by frauding your consumers. I have emailed you regarding this earlier also but no reply has come from your side. I want my money back. Take immediate action otherwise i will go legally against your company.

                          I bougt voltas ac from a dealer from paonta sahib in 2016
                          Its compressor is not working and i have complained about it on 26/5/18
                          Techician came and said that the compressor would be replaced withi 4_5 days
                          But no action taken yet so far
                          And moreover they are not recieving my call... Such poor response from your company not expected😡
                          Please replace my compressor as soon as possible

                            Compressor my voltas ac had gone unserviceable in april 18. I contacted manager moradabad area regarding same, the technician came on 22nd may and took away the compressor saying that they will get back with the new compressor next day (Ac is 2016 model and compressor is in guarantee till 2021). However nobody has looked into this matter since then. I have not received any information till date. It is becoming more of mental harrasment for me, as temperatures these days are quite high. Kindly take appropriate action.

                              I bought a window ac from reliance digital (Shipra mall, indrapuram, ghaziabad.) in march 2018. This ac had water drainage issue because of the small tray placed behind. Offcourse, i was not told about this issue by the sales person and now because of this problem, water drains out from the body of the ac instead of coming out of water tray.
                              I have raised atleast 4-5 complaints in past one month and whenever the engineer comes he always gives this excuse that this is a manufacturing defect and we need to replace the tray. Just by giving this stupid answer they feel that their job is done and close the complaint without even asking customer.

                                  Just unpacked my ac and its blower was defected, filed a complaint on 5 june 2018 its 14, no action has been taken soo far and by a close look it was found that the blower was broken it came to our concern when two of agents from boltas came to check it but they only checked it.
                                  Now they are not even taking our calls..
                                  Total waste of muney its better to buy product from other companies atleast it will worth money

                                      Bought an ac from dealer abtrade links from kollam on 26/04/2018. It was delivered with such poor quality checks that the sensor cables inside were cut by rats and air flow direction flap pin broken. The complaint number is xxx[protected]. After that a technician came and checked the a/c and found the complaint is genuine and left. After that since that day no response or action. Never thought the voltas is delivering products to customers with such poor quality checks and pathetic service response.
