I have lodge a request for service of my ac on dated 15/06/2018 with no - [protected]. But till now i haven't get my ac repair or that your engineer pick up the phone or inform me. Repeatedly i have lodge complaint with customer care in toll free no but i didn't get solution. Request you to solve my problem or i will take the help of law.

    Worst service ever i have been seen. I have purchased a split inverter AC from sargam electronic, najafgarh, new delhi branch on 14th June 2018 and no-one of voltas technician come for its installation yet now. I am complaint daily on customer care but still problem same and no one come to resolve. Technician from your side is not responding/takes on my calls. Even service center manager is also the same ridiculous guy/person. my resquest no is [protected], i have submitted two reminders, one top most urgent case but no one is found to resolve my problem in your company.

    thats why i have to say, same on you guys your 150 years of experience.

    Finally i had returned voltas split ac and replaced it with LG .

    i suggest people's not to buy any product of voltas bcs they have no incharge who can think about consumer rights.

        I had requested to check my split ac and you had sent a confirmation that your technician will be coming on 17th june 2018 but yet he has not come and there is no message regarding whether the technician would come or not. I am facing a lot of problems in this matter. The problem is that the air conditioner is not at all cooling the room.

        Please help me regarding this as soon as possible

              I purchased a. C few months back and got 2 free service.

              I call 15 times to service centre for service of my ac but no one reach us.

              Each time they said engineer will call you in 2 hours. But no one call back.

              Whenever i contact senior department - they put on hold for a long. I tried 30 minute hold in hope of getting response.

              I have recording of call as well.

                In the year may2016 ilodged my complaint at jammu center for non functioning of a/c which was sent to center but on repair they did not provide me bill and got the ch no 395477 for rs 7500 and clg from my account against a small slip.                   Dear sir (Customer support head),
                  The indian coast guard coastal surveillance system (Functioning 24 x 7 for national coastal security) located at udyog bhavan, gandhinagar is provided with voltas acs for ambient cooling. The service provided by your local rep ame chhiye under aiamc signed by m/s bel, bengaluru for voltas ac is very poor. Proprietor mr jignesh shah never sends service rep at time to rectify the defects and sometimes even does not take our phone calls. Overall response towards customer support is very poor. Several times the above said matter has been already brought to the notice of mr. Ankur thakor (Area service manager, ahmedabad region) and there is no improvement till date.
                  In view of the above, it is requested to solve the issue and arrange alternate aiamc service provider for indian coast guard.

                    Purchased voltas ac wac 183dza, hsn/sac code:84151090, sl no: 4011234b18ec08422 vide invoice no:new175 dated :01062018. Received call from service provider, who asked to get ac mounted in window from a carpenter. I was given to understand that commissioning charges of ac will be rs.500/-. I inquired, just to connect ac power incoming cable with vs output? I told him, being engineer myself i can do this job. Then i got sms from td-voltas; request no [protected]is resolved. Sms [protected]; 1 if happy else 2. I sent sms with 2. No response, thereafter.ac is working with abnormal sound in comparison to another unit of blue star in our house. May get the unit examined, if it pleases your organisation.

                      I have amc sogned with coolwave at howrah, wb. I have 2 split acs installed and both are malfunctioning for last 4-5 days. I already raised thos with the service provider and they promised to provide service on today, 19-june. Now today morning when i called to check the time for appountment they refused to send domeone today due to lack of technician’s availability. This is completely unacceptabke, situation in my my top floor flat is really horrible. How can voltas provide such substandard service!!! Please look into this with utmost priority.

                        I got a message from voltas saying free service of ac but actually they charged service charge from me.

                        This is the message received from voltas

                        Dear customer, warranty free service of your air conditioner is due on 17/jun. To confirm sms pm to [protected] or call [protected].

                        But actually when they came it is a paid service.
                        Please do not send these fake messages if voltas cannot maintain their customers purchase history properly.

                          tata voltas installation team and service team demand to service and installation charges when product is in warranty period

Now voltas engineer demanding for installation charges to fit. So i did installation but i was called many time for installation but not any support from tata voltas executive till now, its company mistake that installation is not done till now. And now i am calling many times...

                            Dear sir i purchased an inverter ac last week which since then has not given proper cooling. Unit consumption as per co. Should be 3.81units in 8 hours but it is giving 16 units in 8 hours. Dealer refusing to help and is suggesting to go through toll free.ac was purchased approx 10 days back and in this scorching heat we could use it only once. It seems we have wasted our money. Registered complaint has been lodged, technician visited, could not satisfy us, we also refused giving him satisfactory code.

                            I tried contacting the service manager several times telephonically but could not connect to you, due to signal problem or phone was not received by you.This is regarding the problem of my AC which is taking Too much unit consumption and poor cooling.where as company in writing gives assurance that 3.81 units will be consumed in 8 hrs.
                            I purchased my AC for Mohit enterprises Bareilly, when I approached him he directed me to talk to service centre, service centre people are not responding at all.I had a talk from the official in the Bombay head office where they directed me to talk to mr Mohit Kumar area sales manager.If their is any problem with the room where AC is installed we are ready to shift the AC with all the conditions of the Voltas company.we are going through mental trauma and psychological unrest.

                              I bought Split AC from Giriyas, Rajaji road, Tambaram, Chennai on 28-May-17 and installed on 29-May-17

                              After buying the AC, Voltas does not take initiatives to check the quality of the AC with customer. Rather, we have to call the Toll free number for initiating the free service request and multiple followups, the service person from "Chennai Cool Care" has attended the Service on 11-Nov-17 and did some basic cleaning and said the AC is fine.

                              Recently in March, the person named as Ram from "Chennai Cool Care, Tambaram Contact:[protected]/1139" attended for the 2nd free service request and said as the AC is fine.

                              Now, after March, in the June month i.e after Warranted expired, I am getting the "COIL AND GAS LEAK PROBLEM".

                              When called the toll free, Voltas customer care team is not cared about the problem of a AC in which with in a year, there is a COIL AND GAS LEAK problem. And, also when checked with "Chennai Cool Care" they are saying like they cannot help.

                              Finally, we found through my brother who is also a AC technician named as Raja (+91 [protected]) as the GAS LEAK is made to happen by making some adjustments in the "FLARE NUT" from the ex employee of the "Chennai Cool Care". Recording of the call is also there with us as evidence.

                              Also, wishing to progress this issue in Consumer court in Tambaram if a remedy is not received for this issue from Voltas for repairing the AC as if with in Warranty period and ensure no further repairing will happen.

                              I called the Toll free number several times for service but got no response later when a service person came he told me that gas and cooling coil is not working and your warranty period is over on 10 days back, how such technical problems come within 1 year in a company like Voltas (Tata Brand) ???

                              I hope you rectify a genuine problem by a customer like this..

                                I am holding 2 nos of voltas window acs since close to last 3 years but unfortunately the service centre assigned for post sale service maintenance has taught me a lesson of charging the service cost before being the issue is resolved... This only impacts one of the trusted brand of tata enterprise... Only worth the trust on this product i choose the acs... How can a customer is charged with service charges before the issue is addressed nor resolved... And the acs still lying at home with a condition to repair it within next 2-3 days after the same will be taken to the workshop at the cost of the poor customer... The area manager and the authorised service centre owner were communicated several times on this... This brings a sorrowest affair for me as a customer who believed this brand as one of the image creator inour country... Where ever this message goes... Please do revert with a logic to find out solution for a customer

                                  I purchased an inverter ac from voltas model number123VDZU/183VDZ from voltas authorised dealer in my town Shivpuri (Madhya Pradesh).It worked for 7 days after installation in most efficient condition but than it failed to cool my living place.I filed a complaint on the phone number provided and the serviceman came with a device measuring the air temperature and told me that it is inverter ac and it will work like this only but I was not satisfied and I said to bring y ac in the initial condition he inserted some gas in the upper unit than it was again working well for 2 days but after 2 days it again failed to work. I again called the costumer care and submitted my complaint but than also the serviceman was unable to repair it.In the period of 2 months of purchasing ac I have complaint 5 times and again my ac is not working well.Now I am going to the consumer forum for the complaint of my ac to appeal for replacement of the device.I appeal all the consumers to not buy these fake products.

                                    I have got the ac serviced and gas filled on 14 april 2018, however within a month it started giving the same problem of very poor cooling, multiple calls to your service centre has given no result so far, finally one technician came on 14th jun, he saw the ac wasted my time and said i will send the person who had repaired it earlier, till today no news, calling the agency cooling control in hyderabad has no meaning as they dont pick up the phone itself
                                    In short i feel that i made a mistake in buying a tata product with such horrible after sales service

                                      2 nights back my parents were sleeping in the room and AC was ON (Voltas 1.5 tons). Around midnight, my father heard a loud noise and when he opened his eyes he saw that the AC had caught fire and flames were coming out. The room had smoke. Luckily the curtains were pulled to the side and he put the MCB off before dosing off fire with water. Two of them stay alone and it was a lucky escape. I haven't got good response from consumer care. When I told them about this issue they said OK we will take 72 hours and you have to pay 450 rs for the visit. I told them I cant wait for so long and need a report. Today your representative called and said that I will take 450 rs for coming and your AC is out of warranty so you will have to pay for everything. Note we get Ac serviced regularly and stabilizer has not gone and working fine
                                      My question is following:
                                      1. Is there any responsibility of company in this case
                                      2. Do you mean to say that after warranty period we should consider that anything can happen to AC even a blast
                                      3. Is this the service level we should expect from a reputed company

                                      Please note that I also am a Senior Management person in a very reputed MNC. Never such a response is given to a consumer. We pick packets even after the shelf life is crossed if a consumer complaints and look into the reasons how it got to him. Finally its our product in the market and we are responsible. Hope same standards applies to all companies.

                                      Expect a proper investigation from company's side that is in line with company's name and trust we show to the brand.
