On march 28th i have reinstall my ac from cuddalore to nagercoil. The installation was held and there was a gas leakage problem which i have giving complaint from may the customer care giving correct notification and the service company giving wrong details and they are not coming to take the service
The gas leakage warranty is 3 months given by customer care and they are saying no need to pay the amount for the gas, but company saying you have to pay the amount and warranty is only for 1 month, if you pay means only they will come and take the service
Very very bad service from the company
Kindly take action to the company & management for there bad service.

    first complain no. on 24/4/2018 - [protected]
    I want replace of my outdoor unit of my voltas ac.
    Gas leakage in outdoor unit of voltas ac, two times service man repair it and fill the gas and he make me sure now there will be no problem, at that time i ask for replacement of outdoor unit. but he took responsibility for any further issue and go away. After fifteen days cooling problem was started again and he repaired same issue of gas leakage in outdoor unit. From 21/5/2018 my Ac give not cooling and the issues come again and again.
    now i am completely fad up, i complain for that on 23/5/2018 but no one come for see it. my complain no. is [protected].

    your serviceman can not do anything and said that you ask for replacement to Croma where you purchase it. Than we contact to Croma, they said you contact Voltas we are not replacing your outdoor unit. WE are suffering from hit from ten days. and no one take any step for solving problem, both are blaming each other. Today 29/5/2018 voltas technician came due to your response and check the problem and give same issue of leakage in output unit. In one year three or more times leakage problem rises how we can bare it? So please take some strict steps against Voltas and Croma.

      Myself dr. K. Arunodhayam,
      I've lodged a complaint on 14th december-2017, regarding e2 error in our split ac, service person came and changed the sensor but of no use, error 'd" appeared again. Again they came and taken our mother board twice and made repairs but the problem was not solved. Again they have changed the sensor, but of no use again. Now our machine room temperature shows 17, and the least that we can set is 16, so the compressor works only for a minute and quits. The service person also took our blower for checking. Th service person took our sensor which was inbuilt when purchased.
      Our area dealer for service is sreenivasa cool services who is not responding at all. Even our problem was not solved they are asking for service charges without bill. And even they are misguiding our parents in a threatening way that your ac is working. Seeking quick response and service.

        I hv purchased two nos ac 1.5 n 2.0 ton capacity in march 16 with the assumption that voltas ac are also equivalent to best ac available with best post take care to the best customer satisfaction but regret to write about dissatisfaction in working since beginning.in every season i hv called mechanic to rectify problem in gas leakage etc. You can check from records. Kindly send a person to solve problems permanently considering gurentee period

          I purchased voltas inverter ac on 31st march 18 and it installed on 11th march but compressor was not installed property and it's screws from one side has gone out and it is very risky. I have complained regarding this on 21st may vide request no. [protected] and your engineer visited on 23 and refer the complain to other engineer and my complain closed without resolve. So please resolve my complain.

            I am purchased voltas 1.5 tan split ac but due to poor service provided by voltas ac installation team gas leakage problem started and now installation team fill the ac gas again but i want to replace the my ac beacuse only 1 month gas leakage problem started there is no guarantee that it works more than 6 month.. Please provide training to your installation team and replace my ac again.

              I have brought voltas split inverter ac (Voltas vlzk 123) from lakshmi aircon, paschim vihar, new delhi on 20th may 2018 and till date ac has not been installed. At first company send their installation guy on 23rd may and that guy was selling all those items to us that are provided by company free of cost (Like ac coil 3m, drain pipe and etc) also when we said that these items are provided by company free of cost than he was showing rude behaviour to my parents and also didn't installed ac even without confirming from voltas company after which company guys called us and apologised for his rude behaviour and promised us to send another guy next day, so we made again booking for 25th may 2018 on 4pm. At 4 pm when i called installation guy than he said he was busy so he will coming by 5:30 pm, which was ok but when i called at 5:30 pm he was not coming instead another guy was coming to which i made call to company what the hell was happening they said their guy was busy somewhere else so some other guy was coming so i was ok with that too but till 8:30 pm no installation guy came and my entire day was wasted, so i called lakshmi aircon again and they said that your ac will get install positively by 26th may 2018 at 11:00 am sharp, now my question is even after paying rs500 for installation of ac which is provided free of cost by tata cliq and after wasting my entire day that costs me around (Rs1500) why should i buy ac from volatas again and who will pay from my loss (Either company or dealer or installation guys), also this type of irresponsible, immature behaviour was not expected from voltas, kindly take strong action against these guys so that comany's reputation will stay entact.

                I am residing at varanasi, i have purchased a split ac in may 2014
                After 2 year there was a problem regarding cooling of ac, i have contacted your toll free number and they suggest to me to call our local aurthorised service center m/s mahaveer cooling services, lanka, varanasi. They have visited our house and informed to that gas was leaked and it was refilled and charged amounting rs. 3500.00 vide their bill dated[protected].in april 2018 i have called them for servicing of ac and they informed to us the coil was leakingand suggested to me for chenging of coil and charged to me rs. 4800.00 vide bill no. 153 dated[protected] on account of replacing of coil. Now after a month the ac was further not cooling properly and i called them but they are not giving any response to me.

                We bought Volta's AC 1.5 ton(18354) on 31 May, 2017...From the starting, it's not cooling properly...We had filed complaint 3 times..(2 times last year and 1 time now).Every time they just fill the gas...Even after filling gas for 3 times, it's not working ...We are not satisfied with ur product...It's in warranty...

                  Hi, i have purchased 1 ton window ac on 19/05/2018. From the sangam audio video, sector 18 noida, 201301 and complete all process to extend warranty. Also received sr no-[protected]. And message that extended warranty certificate has mailed, but not received any kind of mail yet for the same. Kindly check and do the needful asap.                     We have 1.5 ton splut AC in our office.Lodged the complaint on 4th May 2018..Not yet got the compressor replaced.Contacting your office since 4th May 2018..No resolution yet.No calls from service centre too

                      I bought a Voltas AC on 24th April 2018. It got delivered on 27th April 2018. I requested an installation and demo.

                      Then when on 27th I got the product I requested installation. Their system botched up and they send my request to Chandigarh service centre, instead of Panchkula and I had to wait until 2nd May (9 pm) to get product installed. Then the technician botched up the installation and I got an error instead of cooling.

                      They had put in the wires incorrectly. I again had to complain and then on 3rd May night the technician visited and corrected the installation, they had botched up.

                      Now the AC was working but no one came for Demo. We waited for sometime and waited. I then called for demo which happened on 14th May. Note that they installed the product but did not do any demo or arrange one by themselves. I expected that. Anyways, on 22nd May the AC stopped cooling. I thought it might be something wrong on the remote settings. I checked and when still wasn't cooling, and started leaking ice and water, I raised a complain on 23rd May morning. I was told technician will visit on 24th. The technician visited said all was okay. We said it starts cooling and then stops. We had been told by a LG technician, who was at our home for a fridge installation which I had recently bought that the AC was leaking gas as far as he could see from what was happening. So we told the Voltas technician the same. He didn't do anything. Asked us to keep the non-cooling AC running for 4 hours and told us he will return within 4 hrs to check. Now it is almost 7 hours and they still did not show up. The entire pipe/ cable going from AC to compressor is covered in ice. I have pictures. And when I call Voltas I can't even speak with a manager, as they are too busy according to their reps.
                      I have struggled for almost 1 month with bad post sales support. When I compare my experience with Voltas with that I have had with LG I feel sad that I did not choose LG for an AC too. Voltas support sucks. Having a good product is no use unless you support your customers.

                      I want extended warranty on this shi*** product for all the issues I have had. This is the season when I need the AC. It will be useless in winters. I have already had so many issues with this product I feel like just flushing it. That's where sh** belongs. I am not sure how many more issues I should expect in the coming days.

                      The guy who showed up for service call on 24th May 2018 around 1 pm under request number [protected] was also rude and accusing. My parents were told to show where's the ice (in a very rude and disrespectful manner). At that time the AC had been off for over 1 day. So there was nothing as was to be expected. They told him he can wait and check for himself. The guy told them he will be back by 5 pm. He came at 8.50 pm.

                        Highly disappointed with cust service team of voltas. Its been a month now i have been complaining about voltas window ac remote not working. My husband called cust service someone came and asked to change batteries that we already did. Remote dis not work. Technician who came said he will order for new remote but did not do so. Again we called him. He never picked up our calls. I called cust service again he said someone in 24 hrs will come and change the remote. No one came. Even that liar not even registered my complaint in system for records. I had to call again cust service someone else again said gavd me complaint number but again no one came in 24 hrs. I again called the next day he again said me the same. I asked him to let me speak to his supervisor but he denied. Extremely humiliating service. No remote change for 30 days and dont no where to go. Worst and disgusting services of voltas.

                          I purchased a Volta's split AC from Amazon on 13 May 2018 and recieved that product on 18 may 2018. After delivery no one was came for installation even after calling many times to the customer care. On calling to customer care every time they answered that they will send tomorrow but their tommorow were never come. I have proof of all, as I record all conversation between customer care and me. I frustrate after purchasing the product. Take some strict action on the company and ask them to give penalty also.

                            I have bought voltas 1.5 ton split ac from flipkart, after that installation done by the third party associated with flipkart, now due to improper installation gas leaks & repair work done on 20th may but still facing the same problem.
                            Ac is not doing proper cooling, faulty product has been supplied to me.
                            My area of worry is that faulty product has been shipped to me because within 3 days of refilling of gas i am facing the same problem.

                              I was purchases voltas water cooler on 22/3/18 from nice engineers dcm jaipur.
                              I thought voltas is one of top brand of india as well as tata.
                              But my experience is very bad with voltas. My water cooler 20/40 fss was stop working on 9/5/18 complain no. Is [protected]. I complaint it and a person come from sheetal refrigeration and say sent this cooler to our workshop. This water cooler return us on 17/5/18. But it was not working its was as on same conduction after it i complain again on 17/5/18 and 21/5/18 and 23/5/18 but not result came out and my problem was not solved out.
                              I want to know my problem was resolved or not. And why not i am take a legal action against voltas company to poor product selling and very bad services

                                Hi team,

                                This is to inform you that i have purchased voltas inverter ac 1ton capacity though online website "amazon" and was delivered on 02/04/2018.

                                After 15 days of installation the ac started behaving abnormally throwing intermittent errors "error code e1" with no cooling/ not functioning.

                                I raised the 1st complaint on 16/04/2018 with complaint no. [protected] and after multiple followups the technician visited my place on 30/04/2018. However the technician did not perform complete checks and mentioned that the issue was intermittent, which could have been because of inappropriate remote settings.

                                I had again reported the issue on 02/05/2018 with complaint no. [protected], and after number of painful followups the technician visited my place on 11/05/2018. This time the technician informed again that there is not much issue with the air conditioner instead mentioned that the distance between the indoor and outdoor unit is too long causing lesser cooling.

                                I had to re-open the issue again on 14/05/2018 as i again started facing issues with the ac with error code as indicated in the attachment. The air conditioner has completely stopped working throwing the error message. I have been doing multiple followups with the area service manager and customer care and had been given number of dates on technician's visit but till now no technician had visited my place.

                                This is extreme painful as i had purchased the air conditioner specifically because of the hot summer, however my family had to suffer from past 45days with issues with the air conditioner and casual response from the customer service and technicians.

                                Request you to please help on this matter as i have invested so much money on the air conditioner with out having any use of it.

                                  My Voltas Split AC stopped cooling and i requested for a Service (SR [protected]) on 2nd May' 18.
                                  The engineer came without any equipment/Gas filling Machine and suggested the Compressor is fine but there is some issue with the Gas leakage for which He/Someone else would come and check.
                                  Next day another engineer came and filled some gas and said there was no problem with the Gas Leakage as well. Now he said there is some fault with the PCB board and it needs to be changed.
                                  Now for the next 2 days no one from Voltas called or came with the PCB Board to be replaced.
                                  So I put up another Service Request ([protected]) on Dated 6th May’ 18. Every time I call the Customer Care/Service Center, I get to hear that the Order for PCB Board has been placed and it will be done after 7-10 Days.
                                  Its 23rd May' 18 today and now they are saying that the PCB Board is still not available and they are going to repair my ld PCB Board.
                                  They infact repaired the old PCB Board but still its not cooling and the Engineer is saying its difficult to get PCB of a 5 year old AC. They should have told me this statement 20 days back and not now.
                                  Its hot summer here in Delhi NCR now and i had to but an Air Cooler just as a stop gap solution. If they would have told me earlier that they can't find me a PCB Board even after 1 month, i would have bought an AC earlier itself.
                                  Its a mental harrassment for me, my wife and my 1 year old daughter who are facing the heat in this summer.

                                    I have purchased voltas 1ton split ac with stabiliser on 02.04.18. unfortunately the copper pipe was stolen from our house last month. So the ac was not working. I lodged a complaint on 11.05.18. local authorised dealer of voltas took the ac to workshop. Then after numerous phone calls and repeated mails, they have returned the ac. But during gas refilling they said that compressor is not working and should be replaced. Also to my utter surprise they told that I have to pay for compressor inspite of my extended 5year warranty...when I argued with them, they kept the defective ac and went. Since then nobody is coming to solve the issue.
                                    The customer care team is worthless.they don't even know what to answer.
                                    Buying a voltas product is the biggest mistake of my life..

                                      I have brought Voltas 1.5 ton- 3 Star Window Ac from Tata cliq on 12th may. The product delivered to me on 18th May but i am still waiting for installation and demo. Its more than 5 days but i have no updates on it. I called many times to Tata cliq customer care and they told me its pending from voltas end and then i called Voltas customer care and they informed me that they did not receive any request of installation.Its very depressing that I have product in my home but i can't use it.

                                        We had bought a 1.5t voltas ac and a 4 kva voltas stabilizer in my father's name on 18.4.2018 from u. S shoppe, b-3/62, janakpuri, new delhi. Invoice no. 76 is attached.

                                        After lot of follow up with voilas/ dealer, with great difficulty, the ac was installed after 7 days of purchase on 25/04/2018. Installation report 9650 dated 25/04/2018 is attached.

                                        After only one day the ac stopped working. Twice the complaint was lodged with voltas customer care. After lot of follow up voltas representative visited on 04/05/2018. After inspection it was told that the voltas stabilizer is defective and needs replacement. The representative assured that the stabilizer shall be replaced within 3-4 days. Inspection / service report 19440 dated 04/05/2018 is attached.

                                        Till date the stabilizer has not been replaced. We are continuously ringing customer care and authorized representatives but to no avail. The standard answer is that it shall be replaced soon. Tempratures in delhi have touched 46 degree c and we are not able to use the ac.

                                        We don't think that a reputed company like voltas needs more than 20 days to replace such a small item. There must be some problem at their lower level. We solicit your help in resolving the issue at the earliest.
