Dear sir,
I am to submit the following few facts for your kind consideration and immediate action please :
1. That i have purchased a voltas split ac sac 183 szs3 1.5 ton 3* from m/s bhasin brothers, new market begum bridge, meerut – 250 002 (U. P.).
2. That the model is - 4512350.
3. That the serial no. Of this a. C. Is – 451230d18ca0562.
4. That i have purchased the above said split ac on 27.4.2018.
5. That the invoice no. Is 00663 and supplier’s ref no. Is 649.
6. That the said split ac is having a total of 05 years warranty (4 years extended), vide warranty certificate registration no. – [protected].
Now, i am again draw your kind attention towards the sequence of events and bad experience, since purchase of this a. C. :
1. The above said split ac was installed by a mechanic sent by your authorised service provider – m/s star air conditioner, gupta colony, transport nagar, meerut (U. P.).
2. At the time of installation of this ac, the same was not fitted properly and water was leaking from the inner unit of ac, inside the room. After 02 or 03 visits, the mechanics did some temporary arrangements.
3. From the day of installation, the ac is not working properly and its inner unit is making irritable and irresistible noises, which is causing a lot of trouble in sleeping.
4. I immediately told this fault to the your authorised mechanic, who in return told me that this sound is related to ac gas and is very common in some model of voltas split ac. Strange statement.
5. Since the purchase of this ac, i have made several complaints to your toll free no. About this fault.
6. The complaint nos. Are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and recently on 15.5.2018 vide no. [protected].
7. It is point out that every time; new untrained mechanics are being sent by your authorised service provider m/s star air conditioner, meerut (U. P.).
8. It is also pointed out here that every time, these untrained technician come and go and do not solve the problem and in spite of carried forward the problem to their senior, they send their report mentioning the problem has been resolved. Interestingly, these technicians never asked for the post job completion – satisfaction code. Thus, every time, no further correspondence is taken by the company and i have to register a fresh new complaint, and thus, wastage of my valuable time.
9. I have also made several calls to your authorised service provider m/s star air condition, on their telephone nos. [protected] and [protected], but no fruitful action was taken place.
Sir, i have purchased this split ac from my hard earning money and with a view that your company is an indian company, but, i am informing you with very heavy hearted that your product as well your service is not satisfactory.
In view of the above facts, i am to request you kindly to replace this faulty split a. C., immediately, so that i may not suffer on account of this fault.
