Sir,
I have bought a new voltas air conditioner on 15.04.2018, which is not working since a-day. I have lodged complaint on your toll free vide complaint no.[protected] dated 22.04.2018. After a long chain of complaints, contact to various company personals, workshop, technicians the said complaint has still not resolved. My chain of complaints/contacts is as under :-
1. Complaint to dealer (From where i have bought) on telephone and personal visit.
2. As per his advice i filed a complaint on toll free vide complaint no.[protected] dated 22.04.2018, repeted reminders on 25.04.2018, 29.04.2018, 07.05.2018, 17.05.2018, and today i. E. 21.05.2018.
3. After various visit of junior technicians problem not resolved, then after i made a complaint through e-mail dated 30.04.2018.
4. Acknowledgement of my complaint received from mr. Akshay on 01.05.2018.
5. An another acknowledgement received from mr. Hufrish raisi on 01.05.2018.
6. As per advice of mr. Hufrish raisi i also contacted mr. Kailash chand sharma, mobile no.[protected], he assured to solve the problem, but no action.
7. On behalf of mr. Kailash chand sharma, one person mr. Abdul, mobile no.[protected] contacted me and assured to take action.
8. Mr. Abdul send a technician mr. Mahendra yadav, mobile no.[protected], but the problem not resolved.
9. Then again mr. Abdul send a technician named mr. Imran, he also showed his incapability to resolve the problem.
10 on my tollfree complaint dated 17.05.2018 the lady assured me that a senior technician will visit your premises, but no any person visited.
11. Today i. E. 21.05.2018 i again made a tollfree complaint and talked madam bindu, requesting her to provide e-mail address/postal address/ any contact number, where i can tell my problem to the company seniors, but she showed her incapability to provide such details.
Sir, i have bought ac for summer season not for winter season. 1month 6 days have been passed after purchase of new ac.
Sir, i have already installed a voltas ac in my house aprox. 7 years before.
Showing the performance of above ac i again encouraged to purchase
Another ac of the same brand.
I never expect such type of worst services by a branded company named voltas
Once again i made a humble request to solve my problem or replace the
Machine within 1-2 days, otherwise i have no other way except to take the
Shelter of consumer court or publish in media.
