I have bought voltas 1.5 ton split ac from flipkart, after that installation done by the third party associated with flipkart, now due to improper installation gas leaks & repair work done on 20th may but still facing the same problem.
Ac is not doing proper cooling, faulty product has been supplied to me.
My area of worry is that faulty product has been shipped to me because within 3 days of refilling of gas i am facing the same problem.

    Dear sir,
    I was purchases voltas water cooler on 22/3/18 from nice engineers dcm jaipur.
    I thought voltas is one of top brand of india as well as tata.
    But my experience is very bad with voltas. My water cooler 20/40 fss was stop working on 9/5/18 complain no. Is [protected]. I complaint it and a person come from sheetal refrigeration and say sent this cooler to our workshop. This water cooler return us on 17/5/18. But it was not working its was as on same conduction after it i complain again on 17/5/18 and 21/5/18 and 23/5/18 but not result came out and my problem was not solved out.
    I want to know my problem was resolved or not. And why not i am take a legal action against voltas company to poor product selling and very bad services

      Hi team,

      This is to inform you that i have purchased voltas inverter ac 1ton capacity though online website "amazon" and was delivered on 02/04/2018.

      After 15 days of installation the ac started behaving abnormally throwing intermittent errors "error code e1" with no cooling/ not functioning.

      I raised the 1st complaint on 16/04/2018 with complaint no. [protected] and after multiple followups the technician visited my place on 30/04/2018. However the technician did not perform complete checks and mentioned that the issue was intermittent, which could have been because of inappropriate remote settings.

      I had again reported the issue on 02/05/2018 with complaint no. [protected], and after number of painful followups the technician visited my place on 11/05/2018. This time the technician informed again that there is not much issue with the air conditioner instead mentioned that the distance between the indoor and outdoor unit is too long causing lesser cooling.

      I had to re-open the issue again on 14/05/2018 as i again started facing issues with the ac with error code as indicated in the attachment. The air conditioner has completely stopped working throwing the error message. I have been doing multiple followups with the area service manager and customer care and had been given number of dates on technician's visit but till now no technician had visited my place.

      This is extreme painful as i had purchased the air conditioner specifically because of the hot summer, however my family had to suffer from past 45days with issues with the air conditioner and casual response from the customer service and technicians.

      Request you to please help on this matter as i have invested so much money on the air conditioner with out having any use of it.

        My Voltas Split AC stopped cooling and i requested for a Service (SR [protected]) on 2nd May' 18.
        The engineer came without any equipment/Gas filling Machine and suggested the Compressor is fine but there is some issue with the Gas leakage for which He/Someone else would come and check.
        Next day another engineer came and filled some gas and said there was no problem with the Gas Leakage as well. Now he said there is some fault with the PCB board and it needs to be changed.
        Now for the next 2 days no one from Voltas called or came with the PCB Board to be replaced.
        So I put up another Service Request ([protected]) on Dated 6th May’ 18. Every time I call the Customer Care/Service Center, I get to hear that the Order for PCB Board has been placed and it will be done after 7-10 Days.
        Its 23rd May' 18 today and now they are saying that the PCB Board is still not available and they are going to repair my ld PCB Board.
        They infact repaired the old PCB Board but still its not cooling and the Engineer is saying its difficult to get PCB of a 5 year old AC. They should have told me this statement 20 days back and not now.
        Its hot summer here in Delhi NCR now and i had to but an Air Cooler just as a stop gap solution. If they would have told me earlier that they can't find me a PCB Board even after 1 month, i would have bought an AC earlier itself.
        Its a mental harrassment for me, my wife and my 1 year old daughter who are facing the heat in this summer.

          I have purchased voltas 1ton split ac with stabiliser on 02.04.18. unfortunately the copper pipe was stolen from our house last month. So the ac was not working. I lodged a complaint on 11.05.18. local authorised dealer of voltas took the ac to workshop. Then after numerous phone calls and repeated mails, they have returned the ac. But during gas refilling they said that compressor is not working and should be replaced. Also to my utter surprise they told that I have to pay for compressor inspite of my extended 5year warranty...when I argued with them, they kept the defective ac and went. Since then nobody is coming to solve the issue.
          The customer care team is worthless.they don't even know what to answer.
          Buying a voltas product is the biggest mistake of my life..

            I have brought Voltas 1.5 ton- 3 Star Window Ac from Tata cliq on 12th may. The product delivered to me on 18th May but i am still waiting for installation and demo. Its more than 5 days but i have no updates on it. I called many times to Tata cliq customer care and they told me its pending from voltas end and then i called Voltas customer care and they informed me that they did not receive any request of installation.Its very depressing that I have product in my home but i can't use it.

              We had bought a 1.5t voltas ac and a 4 kva voltas stabilizer in my father's name on 18.4.2018 from u. S shoppe, b-3/62, janakpuri, new delhi. Invoice no. 76 is attached.

              After lot of follow up with voilas/ dealer, with great difficulty, the ac was installed after 7 days of purchase on 25/04/2018. Installation report 9650 dated 25/04/2018 is attached.

              After only one day the ac stopped working. Twice the complaint was lodged with voltas customer care. After lot of follow up voltas representative visited on 04/05/2018. After inspection it was told that the voltas stabilizer is defective and needs replacement. The representative assured that the stabilizer shall be replaced within 3-4 days. Inspection / service report 19440 dated 04/05/2018 is attached.

              Till date the stabilizer has not been replaced. We are continuously ringing customer care and authorized representatives but to no avail. The standard answer is that it shall be replaced soon. Tempratures in delhi have touched 46 degree c and we are not able to use the ac.

              We don't think that a reputed company like voltas needs more than 20 days to replace such a small item. There must be some problem at their lower level. We solicit your help in resolving the issue at the earliest.

                This air-conditioner was installed on my room on 19 april and i was given a guarantee for 1 year. Exactly after one month air conditioner did not functioned properly (Cooling effect was nil). After that i have to call the voltas customer care, they told me within 24 hour your query will be resolved. The next day after calling to customer care again mechanic arrived - he told me "sir there is no gas in the condenser it must have been leaked" so he checked all the connection from outside and found no leakage when he opened the ac then he found that the coil was leaking from inside. So this is not my fault or mechanic fault who came to install my ac this is completely voltas fault, that your dedicated quality team didn't checked properly.
                I just need my ac should be exchanged if i have invested some amount on a brand with trust then i expect the same from brand like voltas. Its been a month and i have to face such a huge problem, if its been a year then i should even thought of repairing it.
                Kindly take some action on replacing the ac or refunding my whole amount.

                  It unfortunate to inform your management that your customer care executive are prolonging the voltas split ac installation. Alongwith your technician are also keep customer on hold and not providing serving past 10 days. I am conerned customer of crpf organisation twice booked my compliant regarding installation of voltas split ac. Compliant no. [protected] dtd 18/05/2018 & [protected] dtd 22/05/2018. Both time gave me a technician no. And that mobile no switch off or does not exist. The ac was purchase at yr company due to this hot summer and heavy humidity at bijapur chhattisgarh. This is the way you treat your customer. If your executive does not install ac by 24 hrs, we are booking case against yr company in consumer court for this lapses.

                    I complained for ac repair at voltas customer care as my ac is not working i registered complaint on dated 17 may 2018they said your issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours but till today dt 23 may 2018 no technician is visited at my place and sms is coming at my mobile phone that your problem is resolved in phone.
                    Wat kind of this service is tata voltas is giving to there customers. I also called customer care many times every time they said we have forwarded your request to technician at any time he will call you for your ac repair. But no technician visited.
                    I m very disappointed by voltas services in fact they are giving worst services. Very very bad voltas, very poor

                      I have registered my request for ac service 1 week ago and after waiting for some days i again made a call to customer service but no one came to reapir ac after assurance that ur request has been registered on high priority on urgent basis.. But still after 1 week i didn't get any solution... Please take strict action against them because ur dignity name of voltas is demolished..                       Still not resolved i purchased the product last month and this is my 3rd complaint in 3 weeks, as even after technician refilled gas it is stops cooling after 3 days. Now I wppant to replace the sapme. Please do the needful at the earliest. This is really a matter of concern because the product is from a reputed brand tata group.                         I requested for the installation of my 1.5 ton ac on 19 may 2018 and they said it will take 3-4 days to install the ac and finally they gave me date[protected], 3:00pm for installation. But unfortunately no one came to the given date and time. Service engineer said that your village is far away so we did not came on given date. So i want to say that why you gave me that date of installation if this is not possible to came on that date. It is very bad service i faced from voltas. Very disappointed.

                          I purchased a voltas 1 ton ac on 9th may, 2017 from great esatern show room sinthir more, kolkata. During warranty period we faced cooling problem due to leakage in the machine an it was repaired by you. Now this year same we are facing facing same problem. So we book a call through your customer care and sent one service man and he told that some leakage problem is there and he took the ac machine last to your factory for repairing and told that the ac will be delivered on saturday i. E. On 19th may. Now today your people are informing that we may get the ac after this month. What the hell is going on? I thought voltas is a very reputed company in india. But sorry to say i was totally wrong. Please take neccessary action to complete the task within one day or i will issue a case against voltas. My number is [protected].                             There have been several complaints since we purchased it on 18th may 2016. Complaints were on 23.5.16; 14.6.16; 13.7.16; 15.7.16; 4.3.17; 9.5.17; 28.6.17;

                            Latest complaint on 8th may 2018 was that the ac was leaking inside the room & cooling not adequate. On 9th it was attended. Problem not solved. Then on 10th it was attended. Temporarily the problem was solved. Again on 16th it started leaking once again. We called nafees on 17th who had earlier attended. He didnt come. Again on 18th we registered complaint to reopen. It was attended on 19th. He was unable to solve. Since then we made several calls. Nobody is attending. We are told that due to ramzan complaint is not attended. We are going to consumer court now.

                              I bought new voltas split a/c on 13th may 2018 from flipkart. Since there weee many negative reviews on jeevas installation service which the flipkart is providing, i got installation dine by voltas technicians directly.
                              After installation done the a/c worked for one hour and then stopped.
                              I called voltas cust care and raised the ticket. The voltas technicians attended and said that the mother board id defective and suggested for replacement of complete piece.

                              When i called flipkart they simply said they cannot do any thing because i got installation from voltas. When i called voltas cust care they said that they cannot help and i have to deal it by myself with dealer.
                              Do u ppl undersatant that i paid 30, 000 for ac and i received a defective piece.
                              Flipkart fraudsters what is the meanong of flipkart assured products.
                              Voltas product and company cannot do any thing? Didnt use ac even for a single day
                              Installation took 3 hrs and it didnt even work for an hour.

                              I am raising this issue again as the voltas a/c has again stopped working.
                              I raised compaint Request No [protected], which was resolved on 14th may as they have placed new pcb board.
                              The a/c worked for few days and stopped working again.i have reopened the above raised ticket.
                              This time i dont want any part to be repaired or replaced but instead need replacement of the entire product with new one( defect free) or refund.The air conditioner is just one month old and now i am not willing for any other repair .

                                My request no [protected]. I requested on 12may 12.30pm. I was told it will be rectified in 24-48 hrs. But nobody came till 24 may end. Ac cooling is stopped within one month of installation and nobody is serious.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have bought a new voltas air conditioner on 15.04.2018, which is not working since a-day. I have lodged complaint on your toll free vide complaint no.[protected] dated 22.04.2018. After a long chain of complaints, contact to various company personals, workshop, technicians the said complaint has still not resolved. My chain of complaints/contacts is as under :-
                                  1. Complaint to dealer (From where i have bought) on telephone and personal visit.
                                  2. As per his advice i filed a complaint on toll free vide complaint no.[protected] dated 22.04.2018, repeted reminders on 25.04.2018, 29.04.2018, 07.05.2018, 17.05.2018, and today i. E. 21.05.2018.
                                  3. After various visit of junior technicians problem not resolved, then after i made a complaint through e-mail dated 30.04.2018.
                                  4. Acknowledgement of my complaint received from mr. Akshay on 01.05.2018.
                                  5. An another acknowledgement received from mr. Hufrish raisi on 01.05.2018.
                                  6. As per advice of mr. Hufrish raisi i also contacted mr. Kailash chand sharma, mobile no.[protected], he assured to solve the problem, but no action.
                                  7. On behalf of mr. Kailash chand sharma, one person mr. Abdul, mobile no.[protected] contacted me and assured to take action.
                                  8. Mr. Abdul send a technician mr. Mahendra yadav, mobile no.[protected], but the problem not resolved.
                                  9. Then again mr. Abdul send a technician named mr. Imran, he also showed his incapability to resolve the problem.
                                  10 on my tollfree complaint dated 17.05.2018 the lady assured me that a senior technician will visit your premises, but no any person visited.
                                  11. Today i. E. 21.05.2018 i again made a tollfree complaint and talked madam bindu, requesting her to provide e-mail address/postal address/ any contact number, where i can tell my problem to the company seniors, but she showed her incapability to provide such details.

                                  Sir, i have bought ac for summer season not for winter season. 1month 6 days have been passed after purchase of new ac.

                                  Sir, i have already installed a voltas ac in my house aprox. 7 years before.
                                  Showing the performance of above ac i again encouraged to purchase
                                  Another ac of the same brand.

                                  I never expect such type of worst services by a branded company named voltas

                                  Once again i made a humble request to solve my problem or replace the
                                  Machine within 1-2 days, otherwise i have no other way except to take the
                                  Shelter of consumer court or publish in media.

                                      First the request was cancelled by tashlin[protected]
                                      Your request no [protected] has been cancelled. Reason customer reschedule please call at helpline [protected] (24x7) for further assistance.

                                      Second - the another request was raised with high priority, only servicing was done but the engineer denied to install the window ac and i have called many times to the region head - danish[protected]

                                      The engineer took 500 rs i have receipt of that and i got msg of 400.
                                      Request no [protected] is resolved, fee collected rs 400. Call [protected] for assistance or sms 1 if happy else 2 to [protected]. Sms charge apply

                                      This is highly disappointing service provided by voltas. I am doing the written compain of the engineer tashlin and head danish, as after calling the customer care they don't know the escalation policy and asked to compain regional head for which i am complaining.

                                      Please escalate to the high manager, it was been 2 weeks and no action taken except ac service.

                                        Hi,

                                        We have bought voltas 1.5 ton split ac. After installation it was working fine but after few days it stops cooling due to compressor problem. We have resister an complain to the voltas customer with complain request number [protected] on 4th of may. But still no one has came for the service after so many calls. When ever we are calling they are telling our technician will come in 2-3 days, also few other excuses giving. Now we are realizing that to go with voltas product is our biggest mistake. I am posting here with a hope.
