Please make sure that I bought 1 ton AC from you with 3 star rating to be installed...I have called dozens of times...please take care of your customers...kindly get my AC installed ...products we purchase are for use not as showpieces...let us use your products...kindly get it installed...we customers don't know how to install it...you have to take care of installation...it has been a week since I purchased this item...and I have been unable...

I purchased an inverter ac on 14.02.2018. after installation i did not operated much the ac as it was winter season. on 1st of april when i started the ac i found the compressor of the ac is not running for more then 2 minutes. start/stop is continuous. is lodged the complaint No.[protected] on 08.04.2018. after a lot of efforts by the service engineer it could not be put into work. since then i repeatedly in contact with the voltas service...

I purchased 1.5 ton voltas split ac from value plus on 20/6/17. It worked fine for few months and then was not not used until few days back. When we turned it on the was no cooling. I complaint for the same with service center on 26/04/18, after many calls the executive finally turned up on 28/04/18. After cleaning when he was ready to leave, not even bothered to turn on the ac to check its performance i asked him if he has sorted the problem....

I have just purchase a window ac on 29/04/2018 having the serial no as mentioned above and after the installation of the same at my house a very bad smell is coming from the ac when it start but after some time when compressure start it automatically going down but the smell remain coming when the ac swith off and start again

We have purchased new split ac units from m/s voltas for bsnl exchage/bts equipement. We are not getting free servicing for these new split ac units. Also some ac units are faulty in warrantee and registered complaint for faulty split ac units of bhusawal-3 bts, telephone exch. Savada & khiroda in jalgaon district are not attended from last four months.
But it is not attended by voltas.
