I bought a window ac on 15 april 2017 from a s enterprises, from day one my ac was not cooling well, i called customer care but they said our engineer will come and c ur unit, any how i manged last year, but this year (2 april 2018) also it was not cooling than i approached customer care, they listen to me this time and arranged a vendor and he visited on first week of april and took my ac to work shop, and get back after two day and said gas was leaking and problem is solved, but from there my ac was not working no cooling and making different different noises, last nigh my ac was not cooling at all, today ie 05.05.2018 i called to customer care for my complaint, and promise to send engineer to visit my home, i want to ask from voltas that this is ur product and this is ur service.
