I have just purchase a window ac on 29/04/2018 having the serial no as mentioned above and after the installation of the same at my house a very bad smell is coming from the ac when it start but after some time when compressure start it automatically going down but the smell remain coming when the ac swith off and start again
Please solve it as soon as possible

    Two weeks back i have given a complaint to voltas service center regarding ac is not cooling properly. Yet now i didn't receive any assistance from the local dealer.

    I made so many calls to customer care, every time they are saying same stories to me.

    Finally, they have given this local operator number ([protected]) even this guy is not responding properly.

    I didn't expect this type of delay from voltas company. Kindly improve your service.

    Please speedup my request ([protected]) and do needful.

    I have purchased a Voltas 1.5T a/c & after installation in 45 min the a/c started smelling very bad I have even informed the dealer & the Voltas services provider but they are not taking seriesly & still my problem is not solved so pleaake some action on it even after three days of purchase I am not able to use my a.c

      I bought a voltas 3star 1.5 ton split ac this month through amazon website. My registered mobile number is [protected].
      The installation charges and the process were really poor. Initially i got a call from voltas for installation and i was told an amount of rs.1500. Then, when i called voltas customer care, first they told that the installation is free, afterwards they told an amount of rs.500. I called the customer care around 10 times and it took 3 days to confirm the amount.

      What do you people think of your customers? Don't we have any other work other than bargaining with you? More over, for some of my friends who purchased voltas ac, the installation was done free of cost.

      But i was charged rs.600 and i wasn't given any receipt for that. I want the amount to be refunded. Voltas should drop gaining money through these sort of fraudulent action. I have attached the service report filled by the technician. No receipt/gst bill was given for the installation amount.

          I bought a window ac on 15 april 2017 from a s enterprises, from day one my ac was not cooling well, i called customer care but they said our engineer will come and c ur unit, any how i manged last year, but this year (2 april 2018) also it was not cooling than i approached customer care, they listen to me this time and arranged a vendor and he visited on first week of april and took my ac to work shop, and get back after two day and said gas was leaking and problem is solved, but from there my ac was not working no cooling and making different different noises, last nigh my ac was not cooling at all, today ie 05.05.2018 i called to customer care for my complaint, and promise to send engineer to visit my home, i want to ask from voltas that this is ur product and this is ur service.

            I own a window 1.5 ton ac from voltas.
            My ac is covered under amc since last 5years.
            It frequently keeps getting breakdowns, technician from voltas along with local amc providers are a bunch of crooks.
            They take ac to workshop do nothing till i make calls and escalate my complaint.
            Then they come and say ur ac is done for the time being but get a new one.
            This keeps happening every alternate month from last 5 years.
            And this season is no different, my ac is down again, it's not cooling and there's ice formation on its grills.
            I'm really frustrated and regret buying voltas.
            Consumer court writ seems to b the only hope.

              We recently purchased 2 spilt ac and both of them are defective.
              It's so hard to believe for me, i spent so much for two defective pieces which don't even work for one day that too from such a reputed company voltas. We recently purchased the ac from the chandigarh, paras enterprise, sec 35b. Model r-410a, 1 ton and 1.5 ton and after the fitting, they just don't work. They can't do the work of cooling, which is all they supposed to do. We have registered the complaint and even call the shop, they told us they can't just replace the unit as it's opened. They failed to take any responsibility of it. Can anyone in voltas tell me if you can find the fault in ac just by looking at it in packed version and without the fitting?
              Engineer came and told us sensor is not working for one and for other they didn't even able to find the fault. If i am spending a fortune just for defective boxes then i like to have a refund please as you can't provide a replacement. Repair is not an option here, i am very disappointed and like to have this issue address at the earliest please.

                I purchage a cooler in last month, but wheels not given with unit dox. Your service center executive given big size of wheels. It in not fit in cooler so given return to your service executive.
                After so many followups and call your service persons not picking my calls also not responding on whats app.
                Currently there is some another problem in coller. Tank alarm showing amber light when it is full with water and pump not working. Pls resolve both problem urjently

                  I purchased the ac on 29th march and each n every day i have called customer care to register for extended warranty but no affect at all!!! If you guys don't want to give extendend warranty you should not give such attractive promising statements to the customers! Such a poor service from voltas. I wish to return the ac looking at this pathetic service and would never recommend voltas ac to anyone!!

                    We bought a voltas aircooler from bajaj electronics, kompally hyderabad on[protected]. We have been getting a problem of water flowing out of the cooler and filling the room for which we have complained on 25-04-18. After nearly a week of complaint and follow up, the technician came the cooler worked for half an hour and once again the same problem cropped up. Once again we have been complaining for it but nobody responds.
                    With peak summer right now the service given to the consumer by voltas is pathetic and it is quite irritating that they keep promising but nobody actually comes to take care of our problem.
                    We believed in tata and invested but now we are repenting. Kindly help

                        My 1.5 ton window a/c was taken by your guys on 29 may on account of gas leakage. I was told to get back my repaired ac on the very next day i. E on 30th may but it didnt go that way and they started to delaying the delivery by one more and one more day and one more day and they don't even pick my call easily dont give a specific time to me except for one more day. Today is 4th of may and i haven't receive my ac yet and they are still asking for 1 more day like they ever do and this is disgusting. I never have had this sort of experience in voltas. Please take appropriate action against these guys who took my ac and return my ac as soon as possible.

                          We have purchased voltas 1.5 tonn split inverter ac on 8th april, 2018 from vijay sales branch ashram road ahmedabad in the name of mrudula modi.ac was installed within 4 to 5 days of purchase. Till then we have complained three to four times regrading water leakage from ac but every time person comes and does something but still the problem is as it is. No serious solution was being received. And still the problem persist. Sometimes there is a problem of water leakage sometimes voice comes from the compressor.                             Complaint : i bought voltas window ac 1.5 ton wac all weather on 23/06/2017 from shyam electronics suratgarh. Its not even a year and started showing problem, towards this we lodged a complaint to voltas customer care on 21 apr 2018 for under warranty service. Eventhough they promise within 24hrs response however their technician came after 4 days i. E 25 apr. He informed us that one part of ac is faulty and needs repair/replacement and carried it along. He had told to get the needful by next two days. We didnot get any responce from them, so we called service centre in ahmednagar on 28 apr2018 and didnot get any positve response so we called voltas customer care. Till then we are told that they will get it done by 30 apr. We called them again on 30 th but they again given us false assurance that it will be done at the earliest. Till today there has been no response and call from their side. I am staying in top floor and facing great difficulty im coping up with thishot weather. Voltas has cheated us by not providing required after sales support. 2. I want to get compensation in terms of refund of entire money (Rs 28000) paid towards this ac and the problem i faced by making numerous calls to customer care and due to non availability of ac.

Also some ac units are faulty in warrantee and registered complaint for faulty split ac units of bhusawal-3 bts, telephone exch. Savada & khiroda in jalgaon district are not attended from last four months.

                                I have taken ac in 2014 frm hyd &in 2015 i shifted in pune that time for installation i loged call in voltas but that time some made fault for the part chrges & gas filling charges i have to bear even though fault done by technician now this third time same thing is happen voltas technician came saw outer unit and recommended compressor os failure while other local technician find out only faulty wire now what should i think voltas technician dont know anything they only know to cheat customer. If this kind of technician voltas having its better we should not take voltas ac.

                                I made a compliant about Split ac Voltas on 22/4/18. got a request no
                                [protected] informed staff will attend on 23/4/18. None came again told me that will come on 25/4/18. Nobody came. I have repeatedly contacted customer care no results. Then I myself contacted Malta Agencies on 27/4/18 and technicians came on 28/4/18. good for nothing service.

                                  I escalated a problem to my nearest voltas service centre in tiruvannaalai, tamil nadu his name is balaji and his mob no [protected]. For past 35 day he made 8 visits and still not able to fix my ac. Why you keep such incapable person as your authorised service dealer. Every time he talks and makes fake promises. I feel very wounded and disappointed. I swear i won't buy your product again or suggest the same to others its summer here me and my family had sleepless night for past one month. Are you all humans.

                                    I am using voltas (Tata brand) split ac 1.5 ton and bought it from boisar, trapaur, mumabi maharashtra-401501 on[protected].
                                    Due to job transfer, i have relocate to gurgaon, sect-10 a122001.

                                    While dismantling ac from boisar, engineer told that, gas valve has locked well, however during transits it may get leakage, so instruct to engineer to check the gas while install in gurgaon.

                                    I have contacted customer service ad raise the request for installation. One engineer came (Deputed by mr. Vinod - contract engineer out source by voltas) and install. But neither he fill properly nor check the gas level

                                    I have contacted further to customer care to raise the complaint, and get shocking news that the contract engineer has cancel my request and charges has gone to his pocket. I lost 4 k but had more pain when lost trust on tata brand.

                                    I would strongly recommend to concerned department to take necessary action on out source vendors, and make sure that the lets have trust on tata for many century.

                                        Dear all,

                                        I have raised a breakdown request no: [protected] on 21st april 2018, two different service associates called and tried to repair one each time but they failed. First guy said it was a leak and failed to find leak in pipe, next guy concluded that the valves might have failed but he was unable to replace them.

                                        There are no standard rate card for repair the 3rd party guys can charge exuberant prices and we have to oblige, i agreed to all their terms but they are not technical enough to deal with the problem.

                                        I request voltas to kindly consider and get my ac repaired at the earliest within summer.
