I have purchased voltas split ac on dated 18/03/2018.
Call awaited from customer care for extended warranty registration. Many times i tried to call to customer care but my issue is not resolved yet.
Also dropped a email but no response received. Again and again customer care is saying i will receive a call.
Please find the details and do the needful at earliest. Also let me know if any other details required.

    I purchased 2 votlas split ac in nov.2017 that is winter season. When the summer season is start from the 1 april 2018 when i used on of my ac there is some sound and noise came from inside ac. I called at voltas service center and they send engineer for reactify this problem.in one month 5 engineer came to my home for solve this problem but still the problems is as usual from the first day. Two time they changed gas, set swinger, clear filter, and so many repair things they did in one month. But the huge noise and sound is still come.
    Now what i do. I am totally fed up from my ac.
    Kindly solve this problem or change my ac unit as soon.

    Dear sir
    After my complain they came last friday at my home and check my ac.some time they told this is gas circulation sound, some time they told that swing blades are thin in this model, some time they told that dont run on low temparture.
    After this foolish talks power has been cut at my home and they went from my home and told me that we will forward this complain.
    I gave recording of noise whichbi taken in my mobile to that person
    Because the heavy sound come after 30 minutes from the ac starts.Due to power cut they could nt stay after 20 minutes.
    Still i am not getting any mail and result regarding this problem.
    I called again and again but they told wait some time.how much time should i wait.Alreday its one month over.
    Now tell me what should i do?
    Kindly resolve this problem as soon.

    Well i cant believe that Tata group can also providing goods which are inferior.I bought it in 18 th april and found a problem that it doesnt even provide cooling. I lodge complaints again and again but they do nothing to solve my issue. Again and they are giving me excuses.I prefer you not to buy voltas because of its bad service.THANK YOU

    I purchased voltas Air Conditioner 1year back. It is 5 star 1.5 ton ac. Water and ice comes out of it after 3-4 hours of running. Service center people filled gas and took 2500 but my problem is not solved.

      I serviced my AC on 28.04.2018. Service particulars is Service (SAC) for which Rs. 2200
      was paid. But after only 15 days time the cooling of AC is being not performed. I am very disappointed with such a bad service of Voltas.

      Kindly lodge the complaint and arrange to provide better service at earliest.

      I complained about my window ac remote which i purchased on 07/06/2017 to voltas their technician came and take remote with him for replacement but till date 14/05/18 remote not recd. under warranty, i complaint about it to voltas customer care many time but no result.

      My ac is not working
      so i request for repair

      but today its 5th day but no one care about my problem

        I have repeatedly taken up this issue of a faulty
        1.5 ton spilt ac that we purchased in apr 2016. Ever since the ac was installed the water starting leaking from pipe which was done by voltas engineers only. Now exactly 2 years after the ac was bought it has stopped cooling and the remote too is dead. When i approached customer care, the only thing they keep repeating is that service engineer would come, his charges are inr 400 if the gas has leaked then refilling charges are inr 1800.
        At the onset why should a top brand like voltas should not take responsibility of a faulty machine and either fix the problem with nominal charges as a normal service provider agency would cost half as much with no hassles. There will be no visiting charges and the refill with a 6 month warranty will be done within 1500.
        It's not just about money but the fact that the machine has been a constant headache from day 1. And now i am done with looking after and fixing it. Is there any workable solution? This ac has become a costly affair for me.

          I bought voltas 1.5 ton wac 183czp on 07 may 2018 from aan electronics sadar bazar delhi vide invoice no. Gst/a/ccr-157. The salesman told me that ac would be installed on 08 may 18 but no one told me that i am required to call toll free for installation. On 08 may when i called aan, i was told that i am required to call toll free number. When i called toll free number, i was told that someone would come by 1200 hours in the noon. When no one came then i called toll free again and this time i was told to call local representative of voltas. When i called on that number i was told that technician would come by 1600h with all material as per dimensions of my windows. When the technician came he had small piece of ply and he told that he would fit only that ply and the balance part of window can't be done by him. This is unprofessional. My relatives with small children were already staying with us and fitment of ac was essential. I requested if the ac can be fitted but the answer was same, that some portion of window would be left open. I therefore had to ask local technician to fit the ac. I was not aware that by doing this, my warranty would no more be valid. It is my request that your technician may check the fitment of ac but without any charges and warranty may be revalidated. For your information my first ac was also 1.5 ton window ac from voltas and the installation was done free of cost by your reps. Regards rajesh nag

            I bought 1 ton voltas inverter a. C. For. Snehanjali store who offered n claimed to give installation with 499 rs n extra charges to 5500 rs. However i read some review online n decided to get installation done through voltas only so my warrenty does not get void in case if i have opt snehanjali installation. I have booked installation through customer care n she said it's free installation 4 inverter a. C.. Next day when technician came he asked from where i bought n then he asked for 1500 rs for installation. I again called to customer care n she registered complain n later again called c care n they asked that it's 499 rs but guy was not ready n he called to his serive centre. This took 45 min so later he asked n convinced for 499 rs. However i booked installation which was free n i got msg from customer care that your request is resolved n u paid 0 free installation... This was not correct.. I paid 499 plus gst... N other stand n pipe charges. Such a poor communication n service. I saw ad in paper that it's free installation n hence i opted 4 voltas installation...

                Their service engineer comes and collected the sum of rs 350/- by invoice no. Ms1027, tcr no. R3860a/0000, sac code 998715 but as usual the problem is not yet resolved afer that i have called him daily for the problem till today 13.05.2018 but he has not interested for the problem.
                Please solve the problem of my product soon.

                  Earlier when ever a servcing person had came to my house for ac serviceing...he had never ever had clean that outer unit...and when we use to tell him also to clean that he never does and now they are telling that problem is in the outer unit only and they had given a bill of 4 k sir please do anything to my problem because i have invested a lot of money in dat ac. And now i cant pay anymore so just change my ac...

                    Purchased voltas 1.5 ton inverter 18 vly split airconditinor in 2016 from sterling aircon, new delhi.
                    Ac stopped working very next summer & mechanic who came to repair told that due to poor installation, gas has leaked. We had to pay for the gas refilling because of warranty was over by 15 days.
                    Now after that every summer we have to get the gas refilling done that too twice in a season. Every time there is new mechanic coming and telling that last service wasn't done properly. Have also paid extra money for coating on condenser pipes which was futile.
                    We're fed up with this ac and now thinking of throwing it out & go for a window ac. Sitting in hot chamber today due to ac being repaired and gas filling done.

                      I had brough new voltas split ac at 10/05/18 1.5 tone from bhawal appliance at parel bhoiwada i have given hard cash on 35000 rs to the shop and he send ac at my address and installion on evening 2 guys came and they have no manners so they fitted ac and gone till that night ac was working and another day in morning the ac had stopped cooling i dont know why since 2 days i have call severals calls to that guys i have inform them about cooling the person who recieves call he is telling that i am coming in half an hour but he doesnt come from last 2 days and today i repeat to call the same guys and they send me another mobile number of third person today i am calling him from morning 9:00 am and he telling that send me your ac remote control photos on his whatts app number so i have send them pic after 4 hours he came at my home and he checks ac and he tells that some thing wire has been broken from inner unit and he tells that i will repair but i have no tools with me so i requested to him that how could u do that when some one is in problem and he replied manner less so i think that the voltas ac company and its techision are fraud and arreogant now i think that it was my mistake to buy this companies ac any one who buys this company ac think befor u buys ac

                          I have purchased 2 voltas split ac 1.5 ton model vertis premium 3s at vivek showroom vadapalani on may 2010, recently i have shifted my home and raise for instalation in voltas, ac technician told one ac is copper coil and another is aluminum becauseofthat gas is leaking, now only we came toknow that difference in coil but we paid same pricefor both ac, we contact vivekshowroom they told it's not our mistakes it's voltas showroom mistake.
                          Replace copper coil and do the needful at earliest.

                            I have a voltas 1.5 ton split ac, the problem with the ac was leakage of water from indoor unit, so i booked a service from voltas customer care with request no. [protected] on

                            Date[protected], i choosed a plan of wet service (Water wash) worth rupees 500/-

                            And it was serviced by voltas technician on date[protected].

                            Before servicing i told the service technician about the water leakage issue from the indoor unit, he assured me that it will be done after cleaning the condenser coil with water, and in case it is not done he will check again.

                            Sir, after servicing the ac all day and night water was leaking from the air conditioner and it was not cooling properly after servicing, and when next day i checked the air conditioner myself, i saw the coils of air conditioner filled with huge amount of dust as it was not cleaned properly,

                            I am very disappointed with the service quality, from the next day of service i have called voltas customer care many times, they always assured me that it will be done within 24 hours, but no one came to solve the issue, after 2-3 days voltas send a new technician, he told me that water leakage will not stop as ice is coming on evaporator,

                            My air conditioner is not cooking properly after service.

                            Voltas second service technician broke my air conditioner cover while servicing,

                            I have also made a video of my air conditioner in which you can clearly see voltas service, boltas service technicians are fooling customers, i will never take the services of voltas and i will also tell other people not to take services of voltas.

I have seen lots of ads on television about voltas ac and thought it was very good brand as i was mistaken. Now every one says that why you go for voltas as it is not a good brand.                                 I bought Voltas air cooler 2 weeks ago.The air pump stopped working after 2 weeks.I called customer care 4 days ago and they said they will send a technician within 24 hrs.No one showed up till now.Called customer care multiple times regarding the same thing but all they say is they’d send a technician.Most pathetic service by Voltas truly.Never thought i’d face this much trouble for this damn cooler.

                                  I'm not at all satisfied with the service man who cam for installation. They are so unprofessional don't even have enough knowledge to handle Indoor/Outdoor unit.
                                  There is lot of gap left between wall and indoor unit, you can see same in the attached pictures.
                                  When I questioned them regarding gap between wall and indoor unit, they didn't even responded.
                                  I need to repaint the whole wall because of the unprofessional installation made by your service man. It costs me for the damages happened.
                                  Expecting a reply how you can solve my issue in less time.

                                    I am lodging this complaint to convey poor after sale services by voltas, i have registered a complaint regarding some issue with my window ac on 4th of may 2018.
                                    I have called their service centre many times however no action has been taken, finally one visit has been scheduled on 10th may 2017.
                                    Their representative/ engineer visited and changed a part (Capacitor) of ac.
                                    He has taken 1100/ - rs. For visit and for new part.
                                    He has left site by saying that issue is resolved but when i have switched on my ac and after 15-20 minutes it was showing same problem.
                                    Post that i have called voltas customer care but as usual they have not taken my complaint seriously.

                                    Voltas as a company is just focusing on making money by planning engineer, no resolution, no call, zero customer satisfaction.

                                    I am loosing my money, time and trust.

                                    Would request to take immediate action against such fraudulent service providers and oem.

                                      We bought the above mentioned in SC Shah & Company P ltd at adyar, Chennai vide bill no -AD 3532 on 10.10.2016 .The machine installed was a faulty one and from the beginning we started complaining to Shahs and they were sending the authorised technicians of Voltas .So far we have done more than 10 services within a span of 1 year and it was not done good by any of the technician .By this time the warranty also got over and we are very much fed up with the services of Voltas. Hence we want to throw the machine once for all .Now we purchased another brand and fitted in place of Voltas machine . We want your immediate action for replacement or repairing of the machine permanently . Otherwise we will take up this issue with the appropriate forum for resolution. Look forward for your favorable action and reply.

                                      Still text same iaaue I purchased the product last month and this is my 3rd complaint in 3 weeks, as even after technician refilled gas it is stops cooling after 3 days.                                         I bought voltas 1.5 ton 3 star (2018) split ac (185jy/183jzj1, white) online from amazon in pune city and received and old and damaged unit. The wires were missing in the box. It was such a disappointment after this disheartening experience from amazon. I never hoped that a voltas seller would do such kind of cheating with customer as it belongs to tata group.

                                        I purchase voltage AC ON 14 APRIL 2018 . AC did not working from day 1. I try to contact voltage costumer service they visited my home 5- 6 times to my home but not able to fix isssue. I am suffering from last 15 days beacuse of this defective AC and feeling helpless.
