I purchased voltas ac 123cza (3 star) 1 ton spl pn 5th april 2018. It was installed at my place on 5th april 2018.

Unfortunately this ac has not worked well and before less than a month of installation it stopped blowing cool air completely. I complained regarding the same. I called on customer care for multiple times before getting someone to check at my place. I was told gas has leaked and some other person will come to fill the gas. Gas was filled later.

All of this happened because outer unit of ac is faulty.

To resolve this issue satisfactorily replacement or refund. If required i would provide invoice and give list of call i have made to customer care.

I have made repeated complains on voltas social media handle on twitter (@myvoltas) and i have got similar reply of my complain being looked or being escalated.

On social media i have received repeated messages like "we apologise, kindly give us more time, we are working hard, we assure you". I get same reply daily.

I am looking for reply in this matter.

    installation charges - looting by the name of warranty

    I have bought 1.2-ton split inverter ac from flipkart for 35k. Flipkart arranged jeeves service for installation for 1599 (Inclusive gst). As discussed with voltas customer care if ac installed by other than voltas technician warranty will not apply.         Dear sir,

        I am to submit the following few facts for your kind consideration and immediate action please :

        1. That i have purchased a voltas split ac sac 183 szs3 1.5 ton 3* from m/s bhasin brothers, new market begum bridge, meerut – 250 002 (U. P.).

        2. That the model is - 4512350.

        3. That the serial no. Of this a. C. Is – 451230d18ca0562.

        4. That i have purchased the above said split ac on 27.4.2018.

        5. That the invoice no. Is 00663 and supplier’s ref no. Is 649.

        6. That the said split ac is having a total of 05 years warranty (4 years extended), vide warranty certificate registration no. – [protected].

        Now, i am again draw your kind attention towards the sequence of events and bad experience, since purchase of this a. C. :

        1. The above said split ac was installed by a mechanic sent by your authorised service provider – m/s star air conditioner, gupta colony, transport nagar, meerut (U. P.).

        2. At the time of installation of this ac, the same was not fitted properly and water was leaking from the inner unit of ac, inside the room. After 02 or 03 visits, the mechanics did some temporary arrangements.

        3. From the day of installation, the ac is not working properly and its inner unit is making irritable and irresistible noises, which is causing a lot of trouble in sleeping.
        4. I immediately told this fault to the your authorised mechanic, who in return told me that this sound is related to ac gas and is very common in some model of voltas split ac. Strange statement.

        5. Since the purchase of this ac, i have made several complaints to your toll free no. About this fault.

        6. The complaint nos. Are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and recently on 15.5.2018 vide no. [protected].

        7. It is point out that every time; new untrained mechanics are being sent by your authorised service provider m/s star air conditioner, meerut (U. P.).

        8. It is also pointed out here that every time, these untrained technician come and go and do not solve the problem and in spite of carried forward the problem to their senior, they send their report mentioning the problem has been resolved. Interestingly, these technicians never asked for the post job completion – satisfaction code. Thus, every time, no further correspondence is taken by the company and i have to register a fresh new complaint, and thus, wastage of my valuable time.

        9. I have also made several calls to your authorised service provider m/s star air condition, on their telephone nos. [protected] and [protected], but no fruitful action was taken place.

        Sir, i have purchased this split ac from my hard earning money and with a view that your company is an indian company, but, i am informing you with very heavy hearted that your product as well your service is not satisfactory.

        In view of the above facts, i am to request you kindly to replace this faulty split a. C., immediately, so that i may not suffer on account of this fault.

        Please take immediate action.

Their was noise problem & cooling problem in a. C. I complained in service center & service man come on 8th may, 2018. & after checking the problem he agreed that their is a problem, we will slove the problem within a day. This complain information also given to prerna electronics-sector-10. Till date their is no responce by the company or the dealer. I want that company take the necessay action and replace the product immedately, otherwise i have no option to go consumer court.

              I have purchased a inverter model of Volta’s and I’m facing issue since day one they have replaced the outdoor unit and the cooling issue remains same

              Dear sir,
              I would like to thank Voltas team for replacing the unit
              but now the cooling issue has started again
              I asked the Voltas authorised technician (Bhaskar )to please visit he is saying last time the person serviced was not good and gas leakage occurred
              Now he is asking me to give a chance to repair it and charging 2500rs
              Please help me to replace the unit or else I want a total refund for which I will approach legally.

                I have purchased cooler of voltas, but just after 11 months its motor got burnt out. After lodging complain, the action was taken very slowly. But after motor replacement, the cooler makes noise and the technician says that it is normal noise and cant be eliminated. I am frustrated as no action is taken from voltas for its remedy.                   The fan motor of the above voltas ac vertis elite 1.5 ton is not working. I am not available of original spare of fan motor. Please arrange to supply me thanks.
                  My ac was supplied by the sathya agencies, vilathikulam, thoothukudi dist. I approachedthe agency and the voltas company customer care at thoothukudi. But noone can help me to get a spare part.

                  Book complain before 3 days no respond.
                  the problem start before 10 days when my ac installed by voltas.
                  service center respond only where higher charge claimable without receipt.

                    Hi this is for company information that i am living in jalandha (Punjab). My name is ajay kumar and my address is 838 urban estate phase 2 jalandhar city. I purchased two window a c last year in july. This season i approach service centre for the services of a c which is in warranty. Inspite of several reminder the r not ready to do the sevice of a c.                       We have purchased the inverter ac of 1.5 ton in the month of july 2017.in the end of month of apirl i start the ac but it is not working. After compalint with customer care a technicain came to our office and he told that pcb is not working. But after passing more than 15 days it has not been resolved. I am trying daily with customer care number and technician. Both of them are not responding properly.

C from vijay sales rajouri garden new delhi. From day one there a very bad smell coming from a. C when compreser is cut down, i compiled that also. They came and say no there no problem. And now still there is same problem and one problem is added a. C takes 10 min to state a compreser and its cuting down in 5 min. Ples sir help me i am not reach person. And i done to any repair ples change my a. C.

                          We have purchased voltas air cooler recently (March-2018) first we have faced the problem with motor service team changed fan & motor after 15days of compliant given. After 20days again fan was broken when cooler is in running condition given a compliant again on 29/04/2018 still part replacement was not happened. Service center authority persons are not responding properly.in total 2 months cooler was run only 20 days... Please look into this matter seriously..

                          I have bought a split ac on june 2014 from bancsal electronics panchkula, from that only we started facing issues regarding gas leakage and i made complaint with voltas with complaint number [protected] which is of 2015 .After that same issue happend after two years in 2017 and i made complaint against this number [protected], and now again this issue happend.So i request you to please change the ac as we are not here to complaint every year and give 5000 rupees for gas.i think the unit has some problem and we dont want to bother you again and again Year after year we are spending 5000 rupees which is of no use.Please look into this probkem as soon as possible and please don't fill gas this time as this is third time.Please change the ac unit as it would be good for you and us .

                              I dr. Ashish darawade, purchased voltas split ac (Sr no.4552238a18bc00449) from maharashtra electronic tilak road on 17/3/18... My ac stopped working exactly 15 days after installation so i called to maharashtra electronic people many types.. But they didn't cooperated at all... So i called voltas toll free no. (Complaint no. [protected]) and sent there engineer (Sr. No 3765..). Who blamed t weather and dust for no cooling and assured t problem will resolve in 2 to 3 days but situation got worst then after... I m really upset with voltas company and then maharashtra electronic as well for a poor service to new coustomer...

                                I have bought new Voltas AC (1.5 Ton, 3 star) from Paytm and I have received it. Why I am not getting free installation if I have bought this expensive AC from you?
                                Most companies like LG, Career etc were giving free installation but I only wanted to buy TATA product as I have trust on TATA product & I also thought you will also give free installation along with this. This is just insane.

                                  I have purchased a voltas window ac 183 dz o the 6th of this month.
                                  With 5 years full warranty has been promised at time of sale..

                                  This has been delivered by kohinoor on saturday the 12th of this month.
                                  This was purchased at the exhibition in bandra kurla complex organised by kohinoor.
                                  All billing was done by kohinoor.

                                  Since purchase i have been chasing kohinoor for installation.
                                  This has not happened to date however in the meanwhile i got a call for voltas for demo.
                                  I responded that installation hasnt happened.

                                  Now, voltas called me up today and says i have not raised an installation request.
                                  I have said that i have not raised any request and kohinoor is managing everything.
                                  Now i am told that if kohinoor does the installation then the warranty is void.
                                  This was stated by mr baskar today at approximately 14:00 hours

                                  Kindly clarify what does your partnership entail and when you know that kohinoor provides an install service that voids your warranty why do you not explicitly state this?

                                  How does voltas take part in an exhibition with kohinoor and not provide in writing that warrant will be void if kohinoor installs the product?
                                  How does voltas accept demo requests if install is done by kohinoor?

                                  I am an end customer who having paid in full and sitting with an uninstalled ac 15 days after payment and not clear on the way ahead.
                                  And am the victim of kohinoor / voltas partnership.

                                      I purchased 2 votlas split ac in nov.2017 that is winter season. When the summer season is start from the 1 april 2018 when i used on of my ac there is some sound and noise came from inside ac. I called at voltas service center and they send engineer for reactify this problem.in one month 5 engineer came to my home for solve this problem but still the problems is as usual from the first day. Two time they changed gas, set swinger, clear filter, and so many repair things they did in one month. But the huge noise and sound is still come.
                                      Now what i do. I am totally fed up from my ac.
                                      Kindly solve this problem or change my ac unit as soon.

                                      Dear sir
                                      After my complain they came last friday at my home and check my ac.some time they told this is gas circulation sound, some time they told that swing blades are thin in this model, some time they told that dont run on low temparture.
                                      After this foolish talks power has been cut at my home and they went from my home and told me that we will forward this complain.
                                      I gave recording of noise whichbi taken in my mobile to that person
                                      Because the heavy sound come after 30 minutes from the ac starts.Due to power cut they could nt stay after 20 minutes.
                                      Still i am not getting any mail and result regarding this problem.
                                      I called again and again but they told wait some time.how much time should i wait.Alreday its one month over.
                                      Now tell me what should i do?
                                      Kindly resolve this problem as soon.

                                      Well i cant believe that Tata group can also providing goods which are inferior.I bought it in 18 th april and found a problem that it doesnt even provide cooling.                                       I purchased voltas Air Conditioner 1year back. It is 5 star 1.5 ton ac. Water and ice comes out of it after 3-4 hours of running. Service center people filled gas and took 2500 but my problem is not solved.
