My 1.5 ton window a/c was taken by your guys on 29 may on account of gas leakage. I was told to get back my repaired ac on the very next day i. E on 30th may but it didnt go that way and they started to delaying the delivery by one more and one more day and one more day and they don't even pick my call easily dont give a specific time to me except for one more day. Today is 4th of may and i haven't receive my ac yet and they are still asking for 1 more day like they ever do and this is disgusting. I never have had this sort of experience in voltas. Please take appropriate action against these guys who took my ac and return my ac as soon as possible.

    We have purchased voltas 1.5 tonn split inverter ac on 8th april, 2018 from vijay sales branch ashram road ahmedabad in the name of mrudula modi.ac was installed within 4 to 5 days of purchase. Till then we have complained three to four times regrading water leakage from ac but every time person comes and does something but still the problem is as it is. No serious solution was being received. And still the problem persist. Sometimes there is a problem of water leakage sometimes voice comes from the compressor. I am writing this mail to you to take solution of the problem. The person who comes for installation is not doing proper work. Plz resolve the issue urgently. Mobile number is [protected]

      Complaint against : voltas ac

      Complaint : i bought voltas window ac 1.5 ton wac all weather on 23/06/2017 from shyam electronics suratgarh. Its not even a year and started showing problem, towards this we lodged a complaint to voltas customer care on 21 apr 2018 for under warranty service. Eventhough they promise within 24hrs response however their technician came after 4 days i. E 25 apr. He informed us that one part of ac is faulty and needs repair/replacement and carried it along. He had told to get the needful by next two days. We didnot get any responce from them, so we called service centre in ahmednagar on 28 apr2018 and didnot get any positve response so we called voltas customer care. Till then we are told that they will get it done by 30 apr. We called them again on 30 th but they again given us false assurance that it will be done at the earliest. Till today there has been no response and call from their side. I am staying in top floor and facing great difficulty im coping up with thishot weather. Voltas has cheated us by not providing required after sales support. 2. I want to get compensation in terms of refund of entire money (Rs 28000) paid towards this ac and the problem i faced by making numerous calls to customer care and due to non availability of ac.

        We have purchased new split ac units from m/s voltas for bsnl exchage/bts equipement. We are not getting free servicing for these new split ac units. Also some ac units are faulty in warrantee and registered complaint for faulty split ac units of bhusawal-3 bts, telephone exch. Savada & khiroda in jalgaon district are not attended from last four months.
        But it is not attended by voltas.

          I have taken ac in 2014 frm hyd &in 2015 i shifted in pune that time for installation i loged call in voltas but that time some made fault for the part chrges & gas filling charges i have to bear even though fault done by technician now this third time same thing is happen voltas technician came saw outer unit and recommended compressor os failure while other local technician find out only faulty wire now what should i think voltas technician dont know anything they only know to cheat customer. If this kind of technician voltas having its better we should not take voltas ac.

          I made a compliant about Split ac Voltas on 22/4/18. got a request no
          [protected] informed staff will attend on 23/4/18. None came again told me that will come on 25/4/18. Nobody came. I have repeatedly contacted customer care no results. Then I myself contacted Malta Agencies on 27/4/18 and technicians came on 28/4/18. good for nothing service.

            I escalated a problem to my nearest voltas service centre in tiruvannaalai, tamil nadu his name is balaji and his mob no [protected]. For past 35 day he made 8 visits and still not able to fix my ac. Why you keep such incapable person as your authorised service dealer. Every time he talks and makes fake promises. I feel very wounded and disappointed. I swear i won't buy your product again or suggest the same to others its summer here me and my family had sleepless night for past one month. Are you all humans.

              I am using voltas (Tata brand) split ac 1.5 ton and bought it from boisar, trapaur, mumabi maharashtra-401501 on[protected].
              Due to job transfer, i have relocate to gurgaon, sect-10 a122001.

              While dismantling ac from boisar, engineer told that, gas valve has locked well, however during transits it may get leakage, so instruct to engineer to check the gas while install in gurgaon.

              I have contacted customer service ad raise the request for installation. One engineer came (Deputed by mr. Vinod - contract engineer out source by voltas) and install. But neither he fill properly nor check the gas level

              I have contacted further to customer care to raise the complaint, and get shocking news that the contract engineer has cancel my request and charges has gone to his pocket. I lost 4 k but had more pain when lost trust on tata brand.

              I would strongly recommend to concerned department to take necessary action on out source vendors, and make sure that the lets have trust on tata for many century.

                  Dear all,

                  I have raised a breakdown request no: [protected] on 21st april 2018, two different service associates called and tried to repair one each time but they failed. First guy said it was a leak and failed to find leak in pipe, next guy concluded that the valves might have failed but he was unable to replace them.

                  There are no standard rate card for repair the 3rd party guys can charge exuberant prices and we have to oblige, i agreed to all their terms but they are not technical enough to deal with the problem.

                  I request voltas to kindly consider and get my ac repaired at the earliest within summer.

                        I have been using cooler from past one month. On 28thapril. It stopped working and on the same day i registered a complaint by calling voltas customer care. I was told that technician will call back and will follow up the issue. Within 24 hours. But till now.. Crossing more than 72 hours still no technician called me. On contacting customer care several times, they are still saying technician will contact me and cannot help more than that. I purchased voltas product as they have after purchase support service. But their response is horrible and hopeless..

                          From 6/4/18... I have been complaining about leakage in inlet of my voltas split ac. The call centre has not provided any help since then. No one has come yet for the repair of ac. The ac was bought just an year ago. Its more than 40°c in chandrapur. At this season such inconvenience is provided by the company. Such careless attitude is shown by the company. Its almost a month and the company has not resolved my problem rather more trouble has been caused to me and my family since then. Daily we are contacting the customer service and they are giving us false hopes of repairing the ac on the same day but nothing of such kind has happened. I have the recording of all the calls, prooving their carelessness. Kindly resolve the issue sooner or i will be moving legally for the inconvenience cause.

                            I have complained two times about my ac not working properly they have refill my ac gas two times but is not working properly. My ac is registered under wta scheme. I have already pay them 2400 rs to company and they have change the wall also free of cost. My sr no [protected] and request no [protected] and [protected]. They have provide me 3 month warranty but they are not doing there work properly. They always do the temporary work. So i want to tell u that if my ac is not working properly i will not pay them again after 3 months also and u have to extend my 3 months warranty also again from the same date they have complete the work.

                            Sir not resolved till today. Called many times to the contact person but not getting any satisfied respose. Gas reffilled 4 to 5 times but not working properl . Present stage is ice is coming on high pressure pipe.

                            No one is listing to me everytime they say that ac is ok but ac is cooling like a cooler not chilling like a ac censor are not working properly. Compressor is not tripping on the temperator set if compressor trippes then its not starting in 5 to 10 minutes i[censored] press the feeling button then compressor starts and sometimes compressor makes badly loud noise. This problem I show to Mr rajat many times everytime he tolds me that ac is ok everytime he comes and update the gas and go. Mr Gaurav is also looking in this matter but no one wants to do their work properly. My ac is registered under wta may be that's why they are ignoring to change parts that are not working.

                            Suction pipe is not cooling on the same time when compressor is on it cools after 2 to 4 minutes but pipe is not chilling. My another ac is also from voltas its cools on the same time and its chilling in 5 to 10 minutes when the compressor is on.

                              On 25th april installation done

                              We have used my ac on 28th april

                              Romm is not getting cooled
                              We have raised a complaint and service man visited, told that installation not done properly due to that gas was leaked

                              Issue still not solved,

                                This is to inform that we are filing a suit case against your company which has supplied a duplicate material against brand voltas.
                                Issues listed here
                                1. Indoor model no & outdoor model are different on material but same in box cover.
                                2. Remote is not voltas and it is some local one.
                                3. Fins have been damaged during installation (Pics attached).

                                As we have purchased the items on new ones and paid for the same this kind of hidden fraud approach by dealers questions genuinenity of the brand.

                                Kindly take back the whole equipment and repay the amount with interest.
                                Neither the material not taken back/not paid the return shall never stopped for suiting a consumer complain within 7 calendar days of this email.

                                  I have purshased 2 split ac's for my home last year. I have 6 voltas ac's installed at 3 different locations in delhi. Last year i bought 2 new split ones for address a-3/12 mianwali nagar, rohtak road, new delhi-110087. I lodged a ac service request for the same split ac on 14 th march and then on 21st april. My request no. Is [protected] for 21st april. I am not sure for request no. Of 14th march. I clearly mentioned it in my calls that the service is for split ac. And since then no technician has visited my above mentioned address, instead they were visting my different address for ac service. And then aftr reaching different address they are promising me to transfer the service request to some other technician in my area.. I am going round in circles as a result my split ac free warranty has beeen lapsed. Now today customer care executive saying that you have registered request for window ac on 21sst april which is totally rubbish.. You can listen the voice recording logs on 21st april and on 14th march. And the advisers are also saying that i have to give rs 500 +gst for each service... Because of going round in circles my free warranty has been lapsed.. And now i have to pay 500.. This is such a poor service i have ever received.... Could you please help me what should i do now??.. I have 6 voltas ac's and being a customer for over 5 years.. I am receiving this service.. Please help me with solution and also revert me at the earliest..

                                    I have purchase my 1.5 ton voltas window AC 3 year back from sargam Electronics Faridabad and last year i take the AMC from Voltas and that time voltas give me Glaicer Services Faridabad AMC .
                                    From 15 April 2018 onward my window AC Display is not working so on 17.04.2018 I log my first complaint on voltas customer care but till now it has not been rectified and I log 3 SR for the same, below are the SR No :-

                                    Everytime I lodge a complaint, I get a message & phone call after which they cancel or reschedule it without my requesting it.
                                    They ask me to register it again & the same cycle repeats.
                                    So I log the Complaint in consumer forum (complaint no:-701802) and they suggest me for writing the email to volats and Glacier services but till now my problem is not resolved.
                                    I am very disappointed with the service of voltas and never suggest to anybody for purchase any Product from voltas.

                                    From 15 April 2018 my AC temperature sensor is not working so i log the complaint(18041721594) on Voltas customer care on 17 April 2018 and 18 April 2018 Service Engineer visit my place and do some temporary solution on the sensor and advice me for filling the gas on Ac compressor and same day close my complaint. After that i log second complaint (18042320440) for filling the gas in compressor and after three days engineer visit my place and fill the gas on AC Compressor and suggest me temperature Sensor is not working please co-ordinate with the Voltas concern team and replace the sensor . After that again i log a fresh third complaint (18042600236) on Voltas for resolved the Temperature Sensor issue but till now nobody will come for check this issue and closed my all complaints and i get the message from Voltas request cancelled customer reschedule. Last year i take the AMC from Voltas and that time Voltas Engineer give me the Glacier Services Company Faridabad AMC. 17 April 2018 onward daily i follow up with Voltas and Glacier Services but every time they told today we visit at your place and resolve your complaint but till now nobody visit my place. I already drop a email for both company for the same.                                         The ac was purchased from amazon and the team that came to install charged us double the rate of other providers for items used in installation, they did not even asked for our consent and made the bill of 4, 598 for installation however standard installation was free of cost for our purchase.
                                        This is absolutely cheat from voltas by making up money in the name of installation. We have complained to voltas about the same but they are not willing to do anything about it making it a issue of the instalaion team, whereas the bill is on voltas letterhead.
                                        Thus, a proper solution of the case will be a refund of rs.2000.

                                        In reference to my detailed discussion with representatives from Voltas, I have discussed with them all the issues we have faced and brought to their knowledge the differences in Installation Charges of theirs and of companies like LG & Carrier.
                                        I hope that highest authorities in Voltas take this matter or I will be forced to place an Case against the looting material charges from Voltas.
                                        Looking for earliest reply and solve of this case.
