Voltas is absolutely horrible. We bought the ac few months back, and "cooling is very very poor, inefficient". Everytime, they say that nearby drains are causing chemical interference. Isn't a company so inefficient as to overcome this? I guess voltas is. We have to get the gass filled every 4-5 months. And even after cleaning and gass being filled, we face the same problems. Very very inefficient. Worst company. Kindly improvise your products.

    Three nos. Cassette acs are installed in our control room. Servicing of same has been done by your service center in the month o feb-2018. Again one of the ac stop working, only red light glow and there is water leakage from another unit. Healthiness of acs in control room is essential for transmission grid operation.

      Hi,
      I am ashish. I have purchased a 350l deep freezer 1 year back and in the time spam of 1 year 3 times compressor has changed.
      Now just after 15 days from expiry of warranty i am again facing same issue.
      I called customer care multiple times but situation of voltas is like hell... There is no communication between service centre and customer care. Only illiterate service people sitting there who aims only to fetch money out of customer.
      Now problem is that compressor got replaced just before 30 days from expiry of bill also and they are saying that now they will charge 10k again as its out of warranty.
      My question is that why its happening again and agiain its technician inability to identify and also if compressor has changed in last 45 days then there smust be some warranty of that new compressor also... My faulty compressor should be replace without any charge

      This is not first time...last time when my compressor chaged they took 25 days to get it replaced.
      Now also i am chasing from last 5 days ..my request got cancelled automatically without my confirmation...this really shows the quality of the brand. And also i already have multiple concalls with higher authorities amd service centre.they just say that we will get back in 2 hour then i came to knw that request closed again...what a ### is this...mad mad service centre

        My name is chandan kumar lal, i have purchased voltas 1.2 ton 5 star bee rating 2018 inverter ac - white from flipkart on 22nd april 2018.
        After purchased voltas ac i go through many comment on product details from certified buyers. They have mention "please do not install ac from flipkart as voltas it self is giving free installation on all 2018 inverter ac till 15th april"

        Then i called to your customer care and asked for free installation then she told free installation was done but from 17th april 2018 you have to pay 499+gst. When i mentioned that i purchased it from flipkart then she told you have to pay 1500+gst. May i know why this partiality is done by volats.

        If others are also done with free installation even they have also purchased the same product from flipkart then why not me?? I also want my inverter ac to be installed free from voltas.

        First time i have showed my interest on tata product and they have let my decision down with there worst customer care services..

          I have purchased voltas window ac model no wac185dza from volcare enterprises, gl-15/3, jail road, hari nagar, new delhi-110064 vide their invoice no 783 dated 26/04/2018. I have been told that installation charges rs. 500 will be paid extra. But to my utter surprise the person who came to install the ac could not install it properly after trying to fix the set for approx about 2 hours. When i made complaint to the seller his attitude was not good. It seems that he has send some local boy for installation and not the person from the voltas company.
          I feel cheated by the company as i have purchased voltas ac from the exclusive show room of voltas.
          Keeping in view the above you are requested to kindly take suitable action against the dealer and send proper man to install my ac at the earliest.

            I have recently purchased voltas air conditioner (Model no voltas 183v czt (R-410a). The engineer visited the home for installation and was looking very inept is the process. He somehow managed to install the ac and did not wait for us to even check the proper working of ac. Now when we checked the functioning of ac, we came to know that the ac was blowing hot air while the outlet was blowing cool air. I complained regarding this to customer care and they registered my complaint.
            The engineer after looking at the problem conveys that the flare part of the ac was damaged. So i contacted customer care again and the reply from customer care firmly made me believe why i was getting suggestions not to purchase voltas ac.

            The customer care replied that they won't be able to help me out as i have purchased the ac from the shop. Does they mean by this that they will help me only when i purchase it directly from their factory. This is completely illogical from voltas.

            The customer care executive (Mr md shehzaad ali) was saying that they won't be able to help in this regard.

            So pathetic product and after sales service.

            The ac isn't working just after installation and the customer care is taking about warranty.

            They mean that the customer should be able to identify the working of the product just by looking at it.

              This is to inform you that recently our voltas ac split 1.5 got problem so called voltas customer care to resolve the problem, they have taken a request no : [protected] on 16th april 2018 and on same day technician came he said that in compressor moter problem and the next day 17th april 2018 i brought the new moter pic and technician has changed the part but charged rs 600/- from us but yours customer people said me to pay only 400/- but he said 200/- gst and they have given us a fake bill without gst no.,

              By trusting voltas we have giving a compliant even brand like voltas is cheating us

                    I had purchase voltas inverter ac 4 days back, and it is not yet setup completely as after installation we found that remote didn't work. Technician who done the installation told that remote is not belongs to modal which i had purchase. I raise complain to voltas however, it not yet resolve. I don't understand how they could made such mistake to provide wrong product and than not yet replace. I can't use ac without remote. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      The concerned service man did not turn up for the 2nd free service of our a. C.
                      And after contacting the authority they are charging for the service saying the product is out of warranty.
                      The error occurred from the company's part is not bare able by the consumer because it's not our fault that the service man did not turn up for the second service and the service man did not even bothered to contact as for reminder or any as such.

                        I have registered a complaint on 6/4/2018 with voltas customer care mentioning that my ac making erratic noise. They sent some one after few days and in order to fix the ac he broke the swing blade of the ac. He said he will replace it one or two days.

                        There was no call from voltas and after two days when i called the customer care they gave me numbers of area mangers devender ([protected]) and srinivas ([protected]). These guys never pick up their phone or call back.

                        So i kept calling customer care every day (Not to mention that every time a new guy picks up the call to whom i had to explain the whole story). After around a week they sent the same guy to replace the swing blade. He replaced that but after a day it broke again.

                        Now i am again calling customer care everyday to get my ac fixed. Its been 20 days and this has been horrible experience from every end of voltas customer service.

                        Is there anyone from voltas who can fix the issue?

                          Never buy voltas products
                          It's after sale service is worst than worst
                          The service person behaves very rudely at the visit and they want money for free service + extra visiting charge
                          Service request confirmation was on 10th april 2018 through sms and they visited on 25 april, after coming they said, we have requested from way so, it will be chargeable service, they said the right way is from call not from sms.
                          I don't know why voltas asked me to send sms 'pm' to[protected]
                          And by sending sms they came after 2 weeks
                          I don't know why it is the wrong way..
                          I think there is curruption in voltas company

                          I received sms from voltas regarding preventive maintenance of ac on 10 April 2018
                          In which it is written that "to confirm this sms 'PM' to[protected] or call on [protected]"
                          I have done sms on[protected] on 16 April 2018
                          On 17th April I received sms containing
                          "Dear Customer, Preventive Maintenance for your Air Conditioner is scheduled on[protected]. For assistance call Helpline [protected](24x7)"
                          And when the service person came on 25 April said that the AC is out of warranty so it will be chargeable Rs 590.

                            I would like to inform u that I bought a brand new 1.5ton 3 star split inverter ac from bajaj electronics store on 07 March 2018 and I was a happy customer but the response what I have got from ur employees which makes me unhappy, because at the time of installation ur so called technician damaged the split unit (broke the flopper and something went wrong with the swing motor. When asked to resolve it is was said to lodge a complaint with the customer care. Instead of lodging complaint the problem persists. Rather I had always been given telephone nos of technicians and area service manager of voltas hyderabad, he assured to get it repaired at the earliest but nothing has gone right till date now that I am a unsatisfied customer of voltas I would say that it's the wrost experience of mine of being an customer of voltas product.very very bad service

                              The product had started giving problems within the first year of purchase, but the technical services people used to attend and resolve the same since it was with warranty pd. Now when we complained they said to bring the machine to the shop for repair which may cost upwards of rs2500/-, that too for a product hardly 02 years old! This polyclinic caters to retired service people (Defence) and their dependants. Can you please help out?

                                I purchased the ac from amazon.in
                                The installation team that arrived made on drill hole in the wall and declared its a pillar.
                                I even explaned to them for a long time that it was a brick wall and not a pillar. But they refused to accept my evidence and insisted in stopping work.
                                When i asked for identification for lodging an complaint i found out that they were not voltas employees.
                                Voltas outsourced their work to a company who out sourced it to someone else and then these men without id or proof or anything arrived to install the ac.
                                Funniest part: next day i hire independent contractors to install the ac. Turns out the wall is brick and not an pillar.

                                    We have brought voltas ac on dated 08.04.2018 (Voltas 1.5 ton 4 star inverter split ac copper, 184v szs)& same had been delivered on 11.04.2018. My order no was[protected]. After the installation, the ac has worked for maximum 5 hrs to till date. The reason is, (On fisrt day) when we were switch on the ac, its cooling only for 10 mints after that its heating & the outer fan not moving. So we were not used ac from that time. We raised the complaint for same, my complaint no [protected], your executive has came & check the ac, & said the outer inner part (Compressor) has problem, so it will be replace. But after 2 3 days we called continue to customer care, they told us the replace part has not come yet.
                                    We again raised same complaint & the complaint no is [protected]. Till date the same part was not replaced & same things we are listening from your executive the part has not come.

                                    Today is 24th april, we brought ac on 11 th april. Now we have realised that we have done a big mistake to by your product. We are fed up now.

                                      I was purchased voltas ac last year 27/06/2016. After 30 days ac gas leakage found so we had raise complaint in customer care. After that voltas technician came to my home rectified the fault but again after one month same problem occurred in my ac. Again his technician came and rectified the fault.
                                      Again in april 2018 same problem occurred and his technician came to home rectified the fault.
                                      But after few days again same problem occurred.

                                      Now i have no option to take my ac repair to my local service provider for opening front panel of ac.

                                      Now i am fed up of these things. I need my money back/ exchange the ac another new one.

                                      I m going to consumer court for selling faulty ac and mentally harrasement.

                                      I will be filed for mentally harassment, time killing, kindly pay for that all things which i had suffered in these because of you.

                                        I am very disappointed with the product of Voltas that has been sold to me by Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd.(Address: 19/2, GARIAHAT(SOUTH), KOLKATA, PIN-700031, WEST BENGAL)

                                        The AC is not cooling as expected.

                                        I have lodged a complaint on[protected] on Voltas Customer Care via phone.

                                        Junior technician Mr Jamshed visited my home on[protected] and tried forcefully to make me understand the AC cooling is Okay and insisted me to sign the papers, I refused first, then signed after making a change in the paper that AC is not cooling properly. What Jamshed did was very unprofessional, he crushed the paper and thrown it in front of me showing his temper.

                                        I re-logged a complaint to send a senior technician, who(Sanju) visited our home on[protected] and discover fault in the AC, so he requested the AC to be taken to service center for fixing it.
                                        Grill temperature of AC: 14.6 DEGREE CELSIUS AFTER 2 HOURS OF STARTING THE AC WHEN THE AC TEMPERATURE IS SET TO 16 DEGREE CELSIUS(measured by Sanju, Senior Voltas Technician on[protected]
                                        Room temperature: 23-25 DEGREE CELSIUS AFTER 2 HOURS OF STARTING THE AC WHEN THE AC TEMPERATURE IS SET TO 16 DEGREE CELSIUS(measured by Sanju, Senior Voltas Technician on[protected]
                                        Standard Grill temperature of AC: 9-10 degree Celsius

                                        The AC was taken by Voltas Service Centre on[protected]. They said they need 2-3 days time to resolve the problem.
                                        AC was re-installed on[protected].(PFA for reference)
                                        Grill temperature of AC: 13.2 degree Celsius DEGREE CELSIUS AFTER 3 HOURS OF STARTING THE AC, WHEN THE AC TEMPERATURE IS SET TO 16 DEGREE CELSIUS(measured by Tanvir, Voltas Technician on[protected].
                                        Room temperature: 21.5-23.5 DEGREE CELSIUS AFTER 3 HOURS OF STARTING THE AC, WHEN THE AC TEMPERATURE IS SET TO 16 DEGREE CELSIUS(measured by Tanvir, Voltas Technician on[protected].

                                        After servicing of the mentioned AC machine failed to provide the standard grill temepareture. : 9-10 degree Celsius

                                        I have hardly used the AC, and it has started giving problems.
