I'm contacting from one year. But no body is responding properly, just receiving acknowledge like robo reply. Today is the day we feel regret for buying tata products. You can't resolve a small issue from one year?
Why the hell you are stil in business? I'm struggling contacting you everyday.

I just receive robo reply, and your shameless bsm won't contact me/answer my call/ reply to my msgs. Will you keep me waiting...

I have called service center, talab tillo, jammu many times but even after their assurance none of your employee has turned up for servicing. It has been over 10 days now and the service here is too poor. The service center only says that we will come tomorrow and all i am doing is wait for them but in vain. Such kind of service only will result in losing your customers which was not expected from such a good brand manufacturer....

I have purchased new voltas split ac from amazon on 10/4/18 but till today it's insolation can't do till today so kindly see my below details for better service...

Hi,

I had my voltas split a/c 5 star 1 ton, serviced day before yesterday[protected] evening by your authorised centre.

It was working perfectly fine till then and it was a routine service for cleaning.

After the service, the a/c started showing problems while working. There are abnormal sounds like something sparking...

I was purchased 1.5 ton split ac in year 2013. Recently i. E on march 15 the 2018 we switched on the ac some noise along with flames heard from indoor unit and it was completely burnt the indoor unit. The fumes spread all over the house and we called fire engine and then it was controlled. Luckily it was happened during day time. If it was in the night then damage will be more....

I have purchased voltas 1 ton window ac on 21/03/2018 from hariom retail pvt. Ltd. Ashok vihar, delhi, wide invoice no. Avg1594/1718.
At the time of installation it was found that internal thermacol block was broken. At the time of changing the broken thermocol by voltas mechanic on 24/03/2018, fins were damaged badly while replacing the thermacol by the volatas mechanic, so i requested to replace the damaged ac by new one but till...

I'm from delhi. Rohini sector 3. I purchased voltas window ac in may 2016 through lakshmi aircon paschim vihar.
But now i registered for servicey ac. But nobody is coming for that.. And when calling they are not reply properly.

So customer service is very poor of voltas. What is the use of purchasing voltas ac when they are not giving proper service....

I have purchased a Voltas inverter AC on 07.04.2018, even after 72 hours the item is not installed. I have tried to contact many times the service technician, but the phone is unanswered. Service Request No: [protected].

Our ac has not been working for the past 2 weeks...we have called and registered our complaint multiple times but there is absolutely no response from the store..honestly, now we are considering changing our ac...worst customer care ever...totally disappointed..

I had purchased an airconditioner (1.5 ton) from vijay sales prabhadevi on 24th march 2018.
1. There is a lot of water draining from the small holes in the back cover instead of the normal drainage outlet.
2. The front panel locks normally on the left but not on the right side.

I have registered a complaint on the number mentioned at the reverse of the remote and a technician was dispatched today in the morning....

I have purchased one ton window ac from new pankaj electronics, shop no. B-6, main road, mayur vihar phase 1, near jeevan anmol hospital, new year's delhi-110091. At the time fitting, the display panel of the ac didn't work. I had raised the said issue with the store, but the concerned person gave no heed to my concern and was too rude... I had so much trust on the voltas brand, but this act has shattered my believe and faith in the brand....

I first received an sms stating that the pm is scheduled for this month. Subsequently, nobody contacted me but i kept receiving messages stating that my sr is under cancellation as my phone wasn't reachable. This is absolutely false as my phone is fully functional and i tried contacting you also. My mobile number...

Voltas technician are very bad . They are charging money but not giving satisfactory reply . We have lodge complaint so many times regarding ac . One of the technician told us that compressor is not working properly. N u need to change it. We want to change the compressor but when they came to know that compressor is in warranty . Dey denied the fact of compressor is not working properly. Infact his technician farzan is very rude person....

We have been using since 3 years an voltas deep freezer purchased from qrs pathanamthitta. It has stopped working since yesterday. I have our electrician checked the electrical wiring and confirmed, it is a problem of the freezer. I would appreciate if you would kindly send a mechanic to check the freezer as soon as possible.

We normally stock freezer items for 1 month. All getting spoiled. Kindly send someone immediately....

Sir mene ac 30 mar 2017 ko purchase kiya tha kuch din chalene ke baad cooling krna band kr diya tha jiski complaint 29/7/17ko ki sahi kr gye aake phr kharab ho gyi jiski comp. Ki 20/9/17 ko uske baad phr kharab hui 18/10/17 uske baad phr comp. 24/12/17 ko ki jiske baad aapke mechanic mere pass dec se dirct march me aaye pcb kharab thi to daal gye par ac avi v baar baar restart ho rhi h.. Mechanic bhejte h to baar wo aata h or yah kahkar chala...

Everytime i call them they ask for the address.

100 times i have updated...

Sir we purchased your company ac last year in delhi but this year it is not working. We complained in your delhi office but they person come for suggestion not for work. They given insurance policy of ac since my ac is in guarantee period.
So please take correct action against them person and solve my problem as soon as possible

I purchased this product in april 2016 from an authorized dealer in trichy. Within few days the motor to dishcarge air was failed. After several attempts i could get the techniican and they replaced the motor. Again now the product fails and the complaint is same. I registered a complain with a local service provider. Complaint no. 8583. For the past one week i am waiting no one attended....

I mr vibhin rane with complaint no[protected] with my mob no [protected] has called customer care no[protected] and even on this no[protected]. The lady speaking on the phone no [protected] was so rude she doesn't even have etiquette of talks and she gave me wrong no of technician which was out of service and inspite of telling her the no is out of service she told me 'me kya kar sakti hu'.
