I purchased a 1 Ton Voltas Window AC through Croma at Prabhadevi. AC was promptly delivered yesterday morning and today morning I received a call from #[protected] appears on Truecaller as Fahim )for installation @ 10.50 am. I explained that there was no one living in that house and I could get there by 1.00 pm and the technician agreed to meet at the house at that time. He called up at 11.04 to inform that he could only make it by 2.00 pm, by which time I was already on the way. Thereafter I got a call @ 11.40 from #[protected] shows on Truecaller as Rooplalanoop) enquiring about the installation and I informed him that someone else too had called regarding the installation and he informed that window Ac's are done by his team and they would be there soon. I waited long and called Volta's service at 15.59 who informed me that someone would be coming...when..not sure !! Thereafter I received a call from[protected]appears on Truecaller as Mohd Azhar) who tells me that the technician who was assigned the job, apparently some Javed informed him that I had asked him to come tomorrow !! Would I have been crazy to travel two hours under the circumstances ? This gentleman then suggests why don't we do it tomorrow, knowing I have travelled far. On my refusal to accept no...he informs me that he had arranged for a team but it would take about two hours !! I have arrived at this house at Prabhadevi at 1.00 pm and it is 5.45 pm at the time of writing this complaint and I have been cooling my heels here and still do not know if or when your people will come.
I bought a Voltas AC hoping I would get good service but I am already having misgivings and would hesitate to recommend to any one, in fact would advise against buying.
This is very unproffesional and I request appropriate action be taken on the erring parties and me being advised of action taken...hopefully so that others may not suffer.
I shall wait till 6.00pm and then head home.
The AC is bought in the name of Kuldeep Sapat for installation at Prabhadevi and registered phone no is[protected]

    Dear team,

    I have ordered a ac in urgent in last saturday from reliance dig -

    Address: liberty plaza, h. No: 8-1-346/1 (3rd floor), reliance mart building, shaikpet tolichowki, hyderabad, telangana 500008

    They have committed that installation will finish by sunday looking into my critical condition for urgent ac installation.

    But there is no istallation till now also no phone call picking instaed saying there is a issue with voltas and customer care and not going to istallation.

    Please help me on this issue asap

    I had been installed 4 ACs at our guest house, but your service engineers said gas has been finished, Without usages, how it is possible..

      On 18.4.2018 your service man came and dismantled /removed, my voltas ac at my home and next day only he came take to pick it up. And in that day he told me it takes 2 days to return it, but still now i have not received my ac. The response over phone is "very poor". If i am not receiving my ac by today kindly provide me a standby ac and make my ac serviced as early as possible.

        I was purchased voltas ac last year 1-4-2017. After 10 days ac gas leakage found so we had raise complaint in customer care. After that voltas technician came to my home rectified the fault but again after one month same problem occured in my ac. Again his technician came and rectified the fault.
        Again in march 2018 same problem occured and his technician came to home rectified the fault.
        But after few days again same problem occured.

        Now i have take my ac to repair my local service provider after opening front panel of ac, all cooling coil has damaged & repair.

        Now i have to replace coil from new one.

        Now i am fed up of these things. I need my money back/ exchange the ac another new one.

        I m going to consumer court for selling faulty ac and mentally harrasement.

        Now wait, you guys pay for that all things which i had suffered in these because of you.

          Purchahwed a ac and was waiting for installation. It's been a week now that there has been no contact from the customer care team or any representative about the installation of the ac. Its getting hotter day by day.. But the company has no interest in consumer satisfaction and after customer sales. I am still trying to contact the customer team n there is no response

            Hi,

            Bought a new voltas ac on 19th of april in hyderabad with tirupathi electronics. Till now no one has came to installation the new ac.

            To install a new ac how much time will voltas take?? Never expected this kind service problem with a big brand tata.

            Let see, how much time will they take for installation, going forward will never ever recommend tata products to anyone.

              Sir my ac is not working fine hardly one month before it got serviced but again the same problem is coming water leakeage, water is leaking from the front side of the ac and coming into the room.
              We are facing the lot of difficulties for that as there is a summer season going on and the ac is having the problem it is the terrible situation sir try to fix it as soon as possible.

                Hello voltas,
                We have purchased Volta's 1.5 ton air conditioner from jaipuriya mall voltas showroom (KM group) . They promised free installation (5 year warranty) and installed ac on our glass window . AC is making very bad noise and we complained to customer care . One service engineer came and conclude that this noise is generated due to glass window . Why voltas brand shop installation person installed it over glass window, perhaps we have another window available .We called again voltas to reinstall in another window, they asked explained charges for this as 900 . We agreed as there is no other option .
                Today, one person uninstalled the AC and said that another person will come and install it . We have explained him, that this AC will be installed in Another window and show them the place . He agreed that it will be installed their without any issue .
                Now installation guy came and after seeing the place they say that to remove glass you need to pay 1000 extra . Why person who uninstalled the AC did nt utter a word about it .
                Now tell me, why customer is going to pay 2000 extra for new AC without any of his fault ?
                I feel that voltas, their dealer and technician all are fooling customer with their Advertisement, otherwise product and services are bad

                  The service provider's staff was very non co-operative and not installed properly. Very rude staff damaged household things.On complaint customer care no proper handling.
                  Service provider erode area.
                  We end up paying heavy amount for purchase of addl pipes n wire as most of company are not providing sufficient pipes and wire.installation staff mobile no [protected]

                    free installation of inverter ac

                    My name is bhupendra, i have purchesed voltas 1.2 ton 5 star inverter ac from flipkart on 15th april 2018.
                    After purchased voltas AC i go through many comment on product details from certified buyers.They have mention "Please do not install AC from flipkard as voltas it self is giving free installation on all 2018 inverter AC till 15th April"

                    Then i called to your customer care and talked with many customer care executive...

                    It's too bad experience from your services please do flaxibal a 10 day ago my friend buy your ac an installation charge was 1500 and now also i ordered another ac and got call from your executive nilesh bhut from rajkot hi told me the charge is 2500 what is this even i offer him to give my own car for home services it's too bad now i will cancel my order from voltas i think i should buy onida or lg but i will never buy voltas

                      window ac 1.5 ton getting error code df

                      I bought ac last year (7th may 2017) and this my second complaint ([protected]) in last 2 month about cooling issue.

                      First place for this complaint appointment was schedule for 18th april 2018 but no visit from technician till 20th april 2018)

                      Also every time technician just do the cleaning of ac and issue do reoccur after month.

                      I also want highlight that this time after ac run for 3-4 hours with...

                      Dear team,

                      Greetings!!

                      I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac from paytm on 29/03/2018 (#[protected]).

                      The technician from voltas had come on 8th april, without checking the ac he installed it and after that he found that ac is defective, pcb card is faulty.

                      First of all the technician should have checked it before installation he installed and claimed 1800 and ac is not working at all.

                      Secondly, i have called voltas and service center many a times in 10 days, while complaining the service centre was unprofessional and the staffs are incompetent and they just apologize instead of giving any solution.

                      I had requested a return from paytm but as tha ac was installed the voltas team said that they would take care of it but i do not see any progress.

                      It is highly unacceptable. I request you to kindly look into the problem immediately and take suitable action.

                      Note: please replace the ac asap.

                      I bought a new split ac last year, its gas leaked within six months, and after that I was not satisfied with the performance, now after winter when I started it, there is no gas again.

                        I am purchased a voltas air conditioner from sree elactronics, nenmmara po, palakkad dist, kerala state, pin 678508 on 13/4/17. A free service done by company dec 2017, now 26 march i log a complaint regarding sum problem company no take any action till date already company got three year warranty
                        In view above it is requested that kindly take suitable action against dealer/company warranty card and cash bill will submit when is required.

                          Greetings!!

                          I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac from paytm on 29/03/2018 (#[protected]).
                          The technician from voltas had come on 8th april, without checking the ac he installed it and after that he found that ac is defective, pcp card is faulty.
                          First of all the technician should have checked it before installation he installed and claimed 1800 and ac is not working at all.
                          Secondly, i have called voltas and service center many a times in 10 days, while complaining the service centre was unprofessional and the staffs are incompetent and they just apologize instead of giving any solution.

                          I had requested a return from paytm but as tha ac was installed the voltas team said that they would take care of it but i do not see any progress.

                          It is highly unacceptable. I request you to kindly look into the problem immediately and take suitable action.

                          Note: please replace the ac asap.

                          First of all the technician should have checked it before installation he installed and claimed 1800 and AC is not working at all.

                          Secondly, I have called Voltas and service center many a times in 10 days, while complaining the service centre was unprofessional and the staffs are incompetent and they just apologize instead of giving any solution.



                          I had requested a return from paytm but as tha AC was installed the Voltas team said that they would take care of it but I do not see any progress.



                          It is highly unacceptable.I request you to kindly look into the problem immediately and take suitable action.



                          Note: please Replace the AC ASAP .

                            I have purchased two acs on 26/4/2016 and i was said that company is offering 5 years extended warranty, wherein if any problem arises all the problems will be sorted free of cost.
                            But now after so many calls and messages to voltas company, the executive came and said company is not liable for any such kind of problems. Company has not given any such warranty. And in the bill its clearly mentioned that we have purchased an extended warranty of full ac. And have paid an extra amount of rs. 4434 for extended warranty for 2 acs.

                              I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton ac on 30th july, 2017. I am facing issues with the ac since last year. Within 2 days we found that there is some issue with the ac as we tried to on it. We registered a complaint with the customer care and within 1 day a technician visited our home. He said that its pcp is not working and we should get one coating done so that there will be no issue with the ac for atleast for 5 years. We paid him rs 500 for that coating and got it done. The technician then asked subordinates to take the ac along with them.

                              We got the pcp replaced and coating done within 2 days. We switched on the ac to check and found that the pcp is still not working. Then again the technician took the ac with him and assured that he will again replace the pcp. I requested one of your customer care executives to replace the ac as within 2 days of installation we were facing with these issues. The customer care assured that they will help us and will get the defected part replaced.

                              The next day, the technician got the pcp replaced and installed the ac at my home and it was working fine. We used it for a month and switched it off as the climate was changing. After one or two months we requested for the ac service and it was done from your end and the technician visited and got it done.

                              As one service was due, i called up the customer care executive and requested for the servicing to be done. The technician visited the same day, ie, yesterday and told my parents that we need to get the coating done as it will save the ac life and the ac will work well for atleast 5 years. His words were "sir, aapke ac main leakage hai and iski coating karwalo toh sahi rahega and iska pcp bhi kharab hai. Aap yeh sb sahi karwalo aur nishchint rahiye sir, aapka ac coating k baad bilkul sahi chalega."

                              Again to higlight "he said, there is leakage with the ac, coating needs to be done and pcp is not working. Now, i would like to ask you guys a question, when we got this coating done, your executive said it will work well for at least 5 years and we got the pcp replaced twice after purchasing it and now again the pcp is not working and we paid him rs 800 yesterday.

                              It's a new ac and i am facing the issue since i purchased it. I have earlier requested your customer care executives to replace the ac and they assured that there is no need to replace the ac only pcp will get replaced.

                              I have used 1.5 lg ac earlier for 8 long years and never faced any issue.

                              Now, in the month of april, 2018, again there is some fault in the capacitor. Now the technician is saying to change the capacitor.

                              I have shared these issues with the customer care executives, have sent a mail and even got the issue posted in their website, but still have not received any mails/follow up calls from any senior managers/customer care executives.

                                This is for information that recently my voltas ac 10 ton got problem and we given compliant to voltas customer care and they said they will send the technician.

                                The technician is a third party he is not authorized voltas technician has charged rs 600/- from us and company said that we have to pay only 400/- and he said that 200/- is a gst, please find the photo see regarding gst everybody is cheating us please slove the problem asap

                                  Today a trainee called to find out the address for the complaint lodged yesterday. The is not cooling after replacement of condenser of outer unit and gas filling. The inner unit is not throwing air. So a person inside the room feels sweaty and humid. Pl take action immediately or else we will meet at consumer court to file a suit against the company. Two persons have visited from your authorised service station on 16.4.2018. The ac was repaired on 24.2.2018.

                                    I bought split ac last year on 4th march 2017 and technician attend the free service under warranty but he broke the front panel lock, which was not known to me for month but after a month i open the panel to clean the filter, hence i found the panel lock is broken, i made a call to customer care, the said that the damage part is replaced free of cost but you need to pay service charge, it's okay but here in service center they said that you have to pay for replacement of broken panel...
