I have lodged a request for shifting my ac to new address (Req no:[protected]). I mentioned that i need them tomorrow (9/9/2017). Engineer was supposed to call me yesterday (8/9/2017). I called him more than 3 times and till now i didnt get a call or response from voltas. I feel so stressed and i need to vacate my house today. Am stuck because of this issue. So please take the needy actions....

I have registed compaint on 23rd aug'17 and they have taken my pcb nxt day but haven head from their side from last 20 days.

I had made 10 calls to their customer care.

My family is not able to sleep and suffering because of voltas careless and no response.

I want my ac to be repaired within next 24 hours and need claim for my family suffering

Many times we have submitted the service request for the voltas ac but nobody has reached till now. My earlier service request no are following. It is a free service call but such type of response from such a big company is highly unresponsable.

Here is a classic case of 'bad after-sale service'.

I have a 1.5 ton split ac purchased 4 years ago and its out of warranty.

On 24th april '17, i got it repaired at mathura service center for (Internal) leakage, gas filling, motor change and was charged rs 5000+. Around second week of aug (4 months after service) it again stopped cooling.

On 25th august a technician from voltas attended the complaint. He changed the capacitor of a. C and also cleaned the a. C, at that time a. C compressor wasn't tripping and a. C was working well.
But from the night of 26th august the a. C compressor again started tripping again and again with in 5 min. (7-8 times/hr). The problem again started in the a. C.
So you are requested to please sort out this problem as...

After horrifying experience, finally it got resolved on 14th august, cooling gas had leaked due to faulty installation of my new ac. Not a week passed and again my ac stopped cooling. We were informed that careless installer service person did not fitted all parts...

I bought voltas mini water dispenser for my office 2 months back.. I bought it on[protected] after usage of 5 days it didnt work.. We already took this into the vendor that where we bought alpha aircon but after servcing of 5 days also it doesnt work... This was cheating... We purchased for the rs. 10000/- but it doesnt work atleast 10 days... Again we are calling to the vendor but the vendor doesnt respond......

2. Stand:650/-

And the market installation charge is:

I want to bring an immediate notice to everyone that, how the customers are getting harassed by the dealer and service staff.

I have brought the voltas ac 1.5ton on 30th of july 2017 from ranjeet electrical & electronics uttam nagar, which got installed on 1st aug 2017.
Since the beginning when it was installed we were feeling that the temperature is not getting as cool as the space or the covered...

I brought voltas 5 star split ac from govind nagar kpr on 26/04/17.
It was out of working on 04/08/17 from dt of purchase. I have regd. Complained on 04/08/17 vide compl. Reg. N.[protected] (Mob. N[protected]) then next day vendor came from company and taken away pc of ac.
I contineously remind to customer care. It is subject to very regret and hurrashmentable that 16 days
Elapsed in extreme summer weather but problem...

I have lodged complaint regarding my ac 2ton window, in the month of may 2017 that ac was tripping again & again (3-4 times/ hr) not cooling the room. On 31 may technician attende and filled gas also charged rs 2250 gas +350 attending charges. He also told that it will take 2-3 days to come in full cooling mode. But the ac didn't come in cooling mode and the compressor was also tripping as said above. Again i lodged complaint to customer...

Our 4 split ac are not working at union bank of india mandi ahmedgarh teh malerkotla distt sangrur punjab. Complaints no are [protected], 6581, 6588, 6599. Voltas offers the worst service for it's acs. Voltas ac doesn't work without having to be serviced every month. The service guys that voltas send don't know a single thing about acs, let alone fix them. All they know is how to fill the gas. On top of that they are rude and ill mannered.
My voltas ac is just 2 years old and has required 30 service visits i. E more than 1 visit every month.
At times i have felt like not calling...

I have lodged complaint regarding my problem in my window ac 1.5 tonn a dozen time in last month, after the many visits of the technician the problem still persists, the support staff of voltas at jalandhar is very unprofessional after my continuos complaint they are not showing any sign to resolve the issue seriously, take this as last warning other wise i will have to lodge this complaint at the consumer court.

Sir we bought a brand new split voltas ac and on installation it has been found without coolant. Company has forgot to fill the coolant in air conditioner. We did complaint on 11 aug 2016 with voltas customer care and till date 16aug 2016 1542 hrs the coolant has not been filled. The service centre are just delaying in attending the compalint. Sir this is the mistake of voltas company that we are feeling harrassed by intense heat of delhi...
