I regret to inform that i have bought an ac from reliance digital dhanbad on 28/04/2017 and the after service is the worst i have seen ever. The first complaint (Call no-[protected]) was registered on 02/09/2017 and it is not resolved till date, after that i have called many a times but it is not done properly yet and also when i visited the reliance store there i got the information that my case is closed without being informed. The product has not been repaired yet so please do the needful.

Our AC unit which was fixed outside. Window AC fell down all of a sudden and our drainage pipe was broken. Irresponsibility shows. This may lead to some unwanted incident.

    I registered request to replace water drain tray of my split ac indoor unit on 22 sept 2017. (Order no. 1-[protected] and call no. [protected]) service engineer name is mr. Ashwinikumar and area service manager is mr. Amit. Till date my request is not attended. I followed up at least 25-30 times on phone with mr. Ashwini singh ([protected]) and mr. Amit ([protected]) & mrs bhawana ([protected]). Every time the reply is we are expecting the part within 1-2 days. On several occasions, they assured me that they will check the status and call me in half an hour. However, they never bothered to call me as committed. My ac is out of operation for more than a month. You can understand the level of discomfort caused during this period. I am very much disappointed with such treatment from service staff of an esteemed organization like voltas (Tata group company). Request you to look into the matter and help me getting this issue resolved.
    I am filing this complaint second time. 1st time i filled complaint on 31st oct 17. I received reply from mr. Jahangir, assuring me about resolving the complaint in few days. Thereafter i followed with him 5-6 times, but still the request is unattended. Please let me know whether my request will be attended? And when?

      We bought a voltas 1.5 tonne 5 satrac this on 26th april 2017 and within 2 days the machine stopped working. Ice started forming on the outer unit and we called the service center. They did something to it but again within 3 days ice was deposited on the outer unit pipes. Since then it has been a complete ordeal to just keep calling the service center people who are absolutely untrained and unprofessional people.
      Has been a continuous ordeal since purchase. Despite being in warranty period and repeated requests to change the piece, the faulty machine has not been replaced. Extremely disappointed with voltas and service people. This complaint is our second last resort and we are on our way to consumer court if this issue is not satisfactorily resolved by 07th september 2017.

          I have requested for ac service. Person named danish rana talked abruptly to me, said as per my conformability i have called him at 7 pm. After that he did not clean the whole machine, just the filter was cleaned with water.ac was not working when he switched on ac, he did not look into it, didn't see why its not working, just clean the filter and turned all the tapes which were in placed for wire setting.ac was not working and he was irritated as if i have forced him to come at 7 pm. Dont ever send these service mans at anyones house, they are just useless. They don't know how to talk, how to provide service.
          I want strict action to be taken against danish rana and give me proper feedback within 24 hrs asap.

            Everytime we calls up company phone attendee says wil be coming tomorrow and now it is said wil. Be coming and person will call you but still not came..

              My voltas split ac was not cooling properly.hence i registered a repair service on company number.
              They filled the gas and charged rs 400 for visit + 400 for transportation + 1800 for gas total 2600 rs. After 7 days the ac was not cooling hence I registered again a complaint. Now the company technician said that the condenser is not working and they changed and replaced the old aluminium condenser with new cooper condenser And charged 5000 rs for it. The compressor also was changed it was within warranty period hence no charge for that.
              I spent total 7600 rs for ac repair. The company technician said now there won't be any problem for next 3 to 4 years, but within next 8 days the ac stopped cooling
              I have registered 5 complaint on 15th september 2017 and thereafter . Till today I.e. 30th october 2017 no technician has visited. Even on calling on voltas toll free complaint number they are saying since last 45 days that we are looking after your complaint and your request has been forwarded to higher authorities.
              But it seems that they are fooling me as they have already received 7600 rs from me now no technician is coming because they won't be getting any money because as per company policy if ac stops cooling within one month of repair then no charge will be taken
              Hopeless service and rubbish and ignorant technician of voltas
              I would advise everyone never purchase voltas ac

                I bought one inverter ac of voltas company from maliekal electronics, kottarakara, kollam (Dist), kerala in 2016 march.. After 6 months it was showing "e5" in the display and not cooling.. When i complained in the shop they came and repaired it after 2 months.. Again after 6 months same thing happened.. This time they repaired it after 3 months and they charged us 3000rs/-. Again the same complaint happened last week.. I dont know what happened with this new ac which is nearly 2 ys old.. I suspect the quality of this product is very poor... I am fed up with your technician and the above mentioned shop.. If you can resolve my issue.. Please do it...

                  Complaint has been filed with the company as swing motor of ac was not working. It has been more than 6 months neither company nor any of employee who has come to install the correct swing motor. Has come to us despite of several reminder and personal visit to service station.

                  It a final reminder otherwise we would take this matter to consumer court against the company.

                    My complaint no [protected], which was given in the month of april 2017. And it was rectified only on 25 october 2017, such very well talented engineers are available only in voltas. They were trying to discover the problem for the past eight months. Even the higher officials were unable to identify the problems and rectify. Worst service, worst engineers, worst managers very very worst top officials.

                        We bought a voltas 1.5 ton split ac on 17 april 2016 from nutan electronics, dilshad garden delhi and within 15 days the machine stopped cooling. We called the service centre. They refill the gas without examine the reason of leakage. After 30 days the machine stopped cooling again, we again called service centre. They again refill the gas without examine the reason of leakage. Very unfortunate that same thing happened on third time also they come and refill the gas. It was our only one year experience with voltas and how they complete successfully one year warranty period with three gas refills. The story doesn’t stop here, the machine stopped cooling again fourth time but now machine became one year old and hence out of warranty. At that time when temperature was too high, i was not having other option except calling service centre again. Voltas service people came and refill the gas fourth time, since machine was out of warranty they charged rs 3400 (Gas charge, visit charge, one component). This is too horrible to have such experience and how voltas dealer sold out a faulty machine and completed successfully the warranty period with repeated gas fillings. The machine still is not cooling and it is well understood that how much discomfort and pain we got since this faulty product sold out to us.
                        After continuous follow-up with voltas customer care, neither the faulty machine being replaced nor any action taken till date. Extremely disappointed with voltas and it was not expected that one day we have to write this complaint letter with respect to a product under my most admired tata group. This complaint is our last resort and we are not far away to approach consumer court if this issue is not satisfactorily resolved as soon as possible.

                          I bought voltas deep freezer. The compresor is over heating and ice cream in the fridge is melting. I call the voltas consumer service for solving problem
                          Their technicians came and see the problem but they do not do any thing. I purchased fridge april 2017. I make a complaint two time. First time technicians came and said it was normal and they go back. Next day company send me message your problem has been solve. They also call me and i told him the problem was not solved they told me to recomplaint. I made a complaint again and our technicians come within 24 hours. Now it takes one month no one was come. My complaint no is [protected]. The company waiting for warranty expires and looking for paid service. Plz take a action as possible as thanks

                          We would like to bring your kindly notice that we have Purchase one Voltas CH HT 200 SD Floral from Capital Electronics on 03.08.2022 and installed the same at GMCH Campus at our commercial Sites and on 5th of Aug'22 there were some technical fault raised and we had called to Guwahati Customer care No,[protected] on 6th Aug. But the technician visited our sites on 11th Aug and told us that its Compressor issued and it must be change, it will take 4 to 5 days. But sites like our it is not possible lying ideal New Machine with defect, so hope you will change the same.

                              I panchali dasgupta have purchased a voltas split ac - eu 183 ly - m on 11th june'17. This is in reference to complaint no: [protected] dated 13th oct'17 we have complained about the non functioning of our ac, technician visited our residence on 14 oct'17, but unable to provide any solution however the status of the case id shows : resolved, the same is yet to be resolved as on date.
                              As such we have lodged another complain with reference no - [protected], dated - 16 oct'17 and technician reported on 19 th oct'17 after several reminders but remained unable to provide any solution. The technicians informed that we shall receive a call back from the company but till now we are yet to receive any update of the same. As such we are very much dissatisfied with the product and un professional service of your company. Kindly arrange to attend our complain with product replacement immediately on receipt of this communication. Please note that if any resolution is not provided within 3days of this communication, i shall be bound to approach consumer forum for proper resolution and compensation.

                              Since I have purchased the ac from Kolkata Ultadanga capital electronics ... the ac is giving trouble now it seems it is not working at all Asin cooling is not happening even after renewing gas... this is the worst experience with voltas ... rediculous service every time engineers come they just take the money and good for nothing ..

                                I purchased a new voltas 125 eyr ac from amazon.com. When contacted for installation amazon said we need approach the company. I then approached voltas for installation. It was informed that rs.1500 would be the installation charges. However, the service man who came to our home gave a atrocious price of around 3000. The customer is stripped off by the company. I regret purchasing voltas as there is no help from the company.

                                  I purchased voltas split ac 1.5tonn in march 2017. And it started getting gas leakage problem from the second month of purchase. Every time i register a complaint and they send technicians who aren’t capable of detecting the area of leakage. Anybody has any idea how to replace it??? It is the worst product.                                     Sir i ve complained about non cooling of ac window 1.5 ton & the switching problem ie faulty on & off of ac. My complaint no [protected] dt. 25.09.17. After approx 1month of complaint my problem haven't resolved yet the summer season has been ended. This type of fake & bad service is not expected from voltas. This is my 2nd experience with voltas & at both the time i got such an response that i ll never purchase any product of your co. Nor i ll suggest any one to purchase. This time only 3 months of purchase & the ac is very bad performance from the beginning. I want complete replacement of the unit.

                                      It is a pathetic service from voltas, it has been only six months since i have purchased the voltas ac 123lye bearing serial no 4551674a17bc05672 and the remote circuit has conked off. Subsequently a service guy came (Complaint no [protected]) and took the circuit saying it is a common problem with this model and many of the units of the said model has reported the same problem.
                                      Moreover he did not give any service report while taking the part. It has been a week now but still there has been no response. Since it is a six month old purchase only i want a replacement of complete unit.
                                      Earlier i had a videocon ac and must say their service was of quite high quality compared to voltas, also the machine gave problem only once that too after 3 years if i remember correctly
                                      With the overall experience till now, i would surely would not recommend anyone to purchase voltas products, neither would i be purchasing any.

                                        I bought 1.5 ton 3 star voltas ac from reliance digital in apr 2014, from there on its pcb has been issue, it has been changed and repair for around 6-7 times by voltas but still yesterday again issue arised. I have been informing voltas that this seems to be a machine issue as this issue is occuring every 3 months but they are not responding in good way. I asked them that please see previous complaints but they are saying if product is not in warranty we can't do anything. Last time i got the pcb repaired from them even by paying extra amount but just at the end of 3 months warranty it again broked up so they came and repaired it, but now after operation of 2-3 months it agian broked up. Is this the quality work being done by voltas. I am really annoyed with the service and the product and will never recommend anyone to buy voltas ac. Voltas people don't think its there responsibility if issue is reoccuring.
