Have been using voltas ac model lyb 1.5 ton from past 4 years which works well without any issue. When needed one more ac this year, bought voltas model 183 sy a week back believing on its reliability. After ac is installed little disappointed as its noise of fan blower is higher than my old ac but cant do much as it is already installed. Within this weeks time used it twice for few minutes and to my surprise when i switched it on it was not throwing the cool air and upon checking compressor is not switching on and outdoor unit is not working completely. Really surprised with such a quality from brand new product and from a tata company. Felt like cheated and complained on the same asked them to replace entire unit with new as i do not like a repair on brand new ac. Waiting for their technicians repose but this is really ridiculous as with my decision another 4 similar acs being bought my friends in the same apt building and its really embracing for me to advising to others also. Its remote also too big and there is no function of self cleaning there is no symbol when compressor on on the indoor unit. Wifi doesn't work. Really disappointed with the product size noise and this early complaint. Wish voltas guys take this seriously and replace the unit with some other model of my liking

    Dear sir,

    This is senthil kumaran from chennai.

    Actually last year i bought one air cooler from sathiya agencies on 15th march 2017 in omr perungudi chennai.

    I'm using the air cooler limit use only. But the air cooler inside of the motor with mounting iron rod and all screws are got corrode. By chance any time to broken the iron rod in succeeding days.

    Please rectify the issue asap. And also i have warranty period upto march 18 itself.

    And i want one information from your side. Are you doing if any corrosion test for that material. Because the all iron material was corrode in my air cooler.
    Actually 10 month before only i bought this one.

    I hope you understand my queries.

    Please do the needful action.

      I bought voltas1.5 ton ac from vetri home appliances which was 8 months ago till date nobody came here to do the service we are trust about the tata products and company also that is the reason im bought the voltas product is good but service too bad they told me 1year free service but whom will be do that i need solution please look into this an do me a favor

        I had 400 LTR deep fridge. It stopped working after 2 years I bought. I complaint and they said I had to pay 14000 for the repair (New fridge was for ₹ 25000). When I called customer service they said they can do nothing. They clearly say they have no control over their customer service centres. After all I decided not to get it repaired and buy new one. Obviously of other brand. Worse part comes here. They had just kept the fridge for about a week and did nothing. When I went back to center to get it back to home they demanded another sum of ₹ 500 just because I had to take fridge back. For this they were too eager and impolite. Not professional.
        Products of the brand is only good if they are in warranty and after that they don't care about you.
        Please don't even buy this brand. Buy on your own risk. I just wanted to make you aware.

        Also I forgot to mention many time within 2 years technician visited as fridge would stop Colling the things. They had charged upto ₹ 3000.

          A new fresh product 5star ac voltas is bought from a renowned shop named raipur electronics. But now without using for one day the machine is not cooling the room properly. But now the voltas service person came to visit today. They agreed the machine is defective. But they denied to replace the entire piece. It is to bring this matter to light that voltas is very casual in dealing with this matters. It is really unfortunate

            Dear Team,

            I have always believed in tata for its products and quality service. After using a LG ac for almost 11 years and after a long discussion with my mom we ordered one ton Voltas split AC from Croma, Mulund (W) on 3rd march 2017.
            Everything was good and after almost 6 months when the service technician visited for the first service he checked and told there's a little issue in the outside unit and said I will repair it now.
            Last month it was the second service which was due and when the technician came to check he said there's an issue with outdoor unit as there's a gas leakage in the unit we will repair and put the gas I asked him why is the issue arising just in a year he didn't have an answer.
            its just 10 months and the ac has started giving major issues like gas leakage god knows whats next.
            in my past experience with lg 10 years there were no issues never and the last year gas leakage started and after that the life for the ac was finish in a year.
            I don't want to loose money repairing gas leakage issues every now and then and get frustrated and change the ac.
            after the service review we did a complaint at voltas and the customer service just said please talk to the dealer and they will resolve the issue.
            As the product is in warranty and the outside unit being defective we requested for a change in unit.
            after many calls and 24 hours request from voltas and chroma service executives another technician came at my place and again checked the ac and then said we will take the unit repair it and give it back.
            I explained him about my previous experience with lg and said i dont want a faulty product and asked to speak to his manager if further explanation required, his manager denied of changing the unit and said we cant help it just leave.
            its been almost a month after my second service till now there's no resolution to my issue.
            When I contacted Croma they said it's not their job contact the company. When we contacted them they said contact service department. And when I spoke to the service department they are saying it can be repaired and not replaced. My split AC is under warranty. I have been given a faulty product. Why can't it be replaced? I never knew that u provide defective or faulty products and should I trust the brand again to buy any other product from TATA? I need a solution to this problem.
            Technician who visited my place -
            Mr.Amit parab from amit enterprise and he spoke to VV pawar his manager.
            attached are images of warranty booklet which mentions replacements terms and conditions and photos of bill and service date and the output unit.
            I hope its clear and I don't want the faulty product to be repaired I request for a change as written In the warranty terms and condition.
            Kindly resolve the issue as it has already gone long and more than 20 days now.

                I had purchased two deep freezers for my cafe in june 2016. This purchase was made through my franchisor sai cafe katta / frozen flavours. But during interiors construction work i lost these purchase bills.

                How can i get duplicate bills of my deep freezers (2 nos) details are as under:
                1) 500 litres chest freezer hard top
                2) 300 litres chest freezer glass top

                One of my freezer viz 500 litres broke down recently & the service agency is asking for my bills

                  I bought a voltas ac from amazon. Amazon had a paid add-on service for installation of the ac. Within 6 months the gas has leaked. I called voltas. Voltas says the installation was not done by an authorized technician and they don't have any records regarding this.
                  Amazon says i will have to pay for this as this is not covered under warranty. I asked how faulty installation done by the technician is the responsibility of the consumer, they have no answers for the same.

                    Feeling : please be noted i am one of the loyal customer of tata

                    1st diagnosis : fan is not working properly
                    Outcome : fan changed and charged
                    Result : no cooling
                    2nd diagnosis : gas is not there, after re-feeling it will work.
                    Outcome : gas refilled and charged
                    Result : no cooling,
                    Explanation visit 2 :person - rafeeq: 13 dec 2017
                    3rd diagnosis : change the condensor, it will work
                    Outcome : condensor changed and charged
                    Result : no cooling,
                    Explanation visit 3 :person - rafeeq: approx 20 dec 2017
                    4th diagnosis : needed to changed body wire, after that it will work
                    Outcome : not yet visited
                    Result : no cooling.
                    As a customer i am feeling that i am getting harassed, peoples are
                    Trying to play with the name of tata, it is the name of trust for its
                    Client.
                    I will request for the tata - voltas team management to look on the
                    Issue with highest priority, as it is about 1 month and not get
                    Resolved, so that tata customer will not get harassed.
                    In between : i have conversation with mr pawan, mr rahul and there
                    Senior suresh & rama ji at [protected].
                    Intention : resolve the issue asap, without any kind of harassment.
                    Note : attachment contains proof of parts changed.
                    Request to team : kindly reply with follow up till the case resolve.

                        I regret to inform that i have bought an ac from reliance digital dhanbad on 28/04/2017 and the after service is the worst i have seen ever. The first complaint (Call no-[protected]) was registered on 02/09/2017 and it is not resolved till date, after that i have called many a times but it is not done properly yet and also when i visited the reliance store there i got the information that my case is closed without being informed. The product has not been repaired yet so please do the needful.

                        Our AC unit which was fixed outside. Window AC fell down all of a sudden and our drainage pipe was broken. Irresponsibility shows. This may lead to some unwanted incident.

                          I registered request to replace water drain tray of my split ac indoor unit on 22 sept 2017. (Order no. 1-[protected] and call no. [protected]) service engineer name is mr. Ashwinikumar and area service manager is mr. Amit. Till date my request is not attended. I followed up at least 25-30 times on phone with mr. Ashwini singh ([protected]) and mr. Amit ([protected]) & mrs bhawana ([protected]). Every time the reply is we are expecting the part within 1-2 days. On several occasions, they assured me that they will check the status and call me in half an hour. However, they never bothered to call me as committed. My ac is out of operation for more than a month. You can understand the level of discomfort caused during this period. I am very much disappointed with such treatment from service staff of an esteemed organization like voltas (Tata group company). Request you to look into the matter and help me getting this issue resolved.
                          I am filing this complaint second time. 1st time i filled complaint on 31st oct 17. I received reply from mr. Jahangir, assuring me about resolving the complaint in few days. Thereafter i followed with him 5-6 times, but still the request is unattended. Please let me know whether my request will be attended? And when?

                            We bought a voltas 1.5 tonne 5 satrac this on 26th april 2017 and within 2 days the machine stopped working. Ice started forming on the outer unit and we called the service center. They did something to it but again within 3 days ice was deposited on the outer unit pipes. Since then it has been a complete ordeal to just keep calling the service center people who are absolutely untrained and unprofessional people.
                            Has been a continuous ordeal since purchase. Despite being in warranty period and repeated requests to change the piece, the faulty machine has not been replaced. Extremely disappointed with voltas and service people. This complaint is our second last resort and we are on our way to consumer court if this issue is not satisfactorily resolved by 07th september 2017.

                                I have requested for ac service. Person named danish rana talked abruptly to me, said as per my conformability i have called him at 7 pm. After that he did not clean the whole machine, just the filter was cleaned with water.ac was not working when he switched on ac, he did not look into it, didn't see why its not working, just clean the filter and turned all the tapes which were in placed for wire setting.ac was not working and he was irritated as if i have forced him to come at 7 pm. Dont ever send these service mans at anyones house, they are just useless. They don't know how to talk, how to provide service.
                                I want strict action to be taken against danish rana and give me proper feedback within 24 hrs asap.

                                    My voltas split ac was not cooling properly.hence i registered a repair service on company number.
                                    They filled the gas and charged rs 400 for visit + 400 for transportation + 1800 for gas total 2600 rs. After 7 days the ac was not cooling hence I registered again a complaint. Now the company technician said that the condenser is not working and they changed and replaced the old aluminium condenser with new cooper condenser And charged 5000 rs for it. The compressor also was changed it was within warranty period hence no charge for that.
                                    I spent total 7600 rs for ac repair. The company technician said now there won't be any problem for next 3 to 4 years, but within next 8 days the ac stopped cooling
                                    I have registered 5 complaint on 15th september 2017 and thereafter . Till today I.e. 30th october 2017 no technician has visited. Even on calling on voltas toll free complaint number they are saying since last 45 days that we are looking after your complaint and your request has been forwarded to higher authorities.
                                    But it seems that they are fooling me as they have already received 7600 rs from me now no technician is coming because they won't be getting any money because as per company policy if ac stops cooling within one month of repair then no charge will be taken
                                    Hopeless service and rubbish and ignorant technician of voltas
                                    I would advise everyone never purchase voltas ac

                                      I bought one inverter ac of voltas company from maliekal electronics, kottarakara, kollam (Dist), kerala in 2016 march.. After 6 months it was showing "e5" in the display and not cooling.. When i complained in the shop they came and repaired it after 2 months.. Again after 6 months same thing happened.. This time they repaired it after 3 months and they charged us 3000rs/-. Again the same complaint happened last week.. I dont know what happened with this new ac which is nearly 2 ys old.. I suspect the quality of this product is very poor... I am fed up with your technician and the above mentioned shop.. If you can resolve my issue.. Please do it...

                                        Complaint has been filed with the company as swing motor of ac was not working. It has been more than 6 months neither company nor any of employee who has come to install the correct swing motor. Has come to us despite of several reminder and personal visit to service station.
