My registeted number is [protected], i had got my ac service done on 2 june and after the advice of your service engineer i also got the coating done i was told that i will not have to worry for next 2 years, however it is just been 3 and half months my ac is back to same mode as it was before, bloody its not cooling again. So after getting so many things done i am back to square one, you people are cheat you all just want to extract money from the customer. I made a very terrible mistake buying your product and i am not going to recommend to anyone.
To buy your product customer service is pathetic..

It is really disgusting, i recieved a call and they promised that they will refund my money for the coating which they had done, however just the opposite happened, got a call from customer care and from there i came to know they have closed the case.
They also sent an engineer for inspection who declared that gas is over and he inspite of al this issue going on gave me a quotation as to how much it will cost me for refilling the gas and transportation cost.
My concern still remains the same
I got my ac service done on june and after they insisting i also got the wiring coated god knows with what which did not even last for 3 months, i was told that after getting coating done, the gas will not leak for atleast 1 and half years, these people are forcing customers to get coating done and they are not doing their work properly under quality service ...
The gas should atleast last for a season which did not happen there was a fault in the service which was done they did not fill the gas properly due to which my ac again stopped cooling.. Please do something about under quality service which is being provided to your customer ...or i will take this matter more higher...

    I purchased voltas ac in 2015. It worked fine for initial 2-3 months. Then cooling effects reduced as time passes. I have complaint for it multiple times. Every time technician come up with finding out different excuses to pull money from my pocket. I would request every reader please don't buy voltas. They are big cheaters. And on the top of that pathetic customer care. Latest complaint number is [protected].

      I bought this ac in april 2015 and within 3 months the ac started giving cooling problem. I raised a complaint in aug 2015. Technician visited and said pcv was not functioning correctly. It had to be replaced but that didn't happen, for more than 2 months i lived in humid and hot weather.
      I made hundreds of call to voltas customer care and service centre but pcv was not replaced and some temporary fix was done in november 2015.

      I couldn't check ac properly as winter had arrived. Next summer ac did work with an error on the display and some cooling issue.
      This year same prob started and pcv got replaced. But another problem has happened this time, its gas leaked and coil has multiple damages.
      Ac is with service centre now and i was told that coil has to be replaced because it can't be fixed and total bill will be 6600.
      4000 for coil and 2600 for gas filling.

      Now tell me how much money i have to spend on this defective ac every year.

      I have always used ac after servicing and before winter also i did servicing before covering it till next summer.

      Please get this set replaced, this is for sure a completely defective piece and every year it will give some issues and i am not interested in spending more money on this defective ac.

        I had called the voltas tollfree no and filed a service request for my voltas ac on 3rd of october and the executive had ensured me that the technician would resolve my problem in 24 working hours but has not recieved any positive response from service provider till date, i have called the toll free no thrice but still situation stands the same, such a bad after sales service is very unfortunate as i had bought voltas ac with expectation of a good after sales service as it has a brand image but due to such instance voltas may lose its valuable customers. So i would not recommended anyone to buy voltas products in the future.

          Noise problem auto cut problem on off problem number of time i had applied complaints on these things please send better mechanic for that who can make this ac in working condition last time the service man come & i told the problems about that they tried a lot to make it proper good but na it was even not possible for them to take care of the air condition.

            Dear sir/madam,
            Voltas 1 ton ac was brought by me for my flat address below from kohinoor televideo pvt. Ltd. On 07/03/2017 vide its tax invoice # pbr/412196 and order # ord3119008 with warranty of 5 years for compressor and one year warranty for rest of parts.
            Till now compressor and ac was maintain by your authorized staff.
            On noticing noise problem, kindly note that we registered a request -[protected] dtd 28th sept 2017 for servicing, correction of drain pipe and noise correction which is not fully resolved. Your authorized workman mr. Kalamullah visited our flat on 29th who could resolve first two problems.
            However the big issue of compressor noise could not be corrected by him. He stated that this problem will need replacement of compressor or whole ac. I also stated that he will inform his higher ups. Thus this noise problem from compressor is pending which i reminded to customer care on 30th september 2017.
            I also sent twice sms to voltas ac engr. Mr. Pawar 29th sept and 4th oct 2017.
            However there is virtually no response from voltas service dept nor customer care is able send any one for resolving the noise problem.
            You are kindly requested get my 1 ton ac noise problem resolved at the earliest.
            My 1 ton ac is in your voltas warranty and its problem, voltas ltd is bound to rectify.
            Thus kindly arrange resolution at the earliest and avoid our hardship. If problem can not be corrected, then arrange to replace our 1 ton ac at the earlist.
            Hope for early action and i will not be forced to take with higher ups or go legal option,

              Sir,
              On 25th august a technician from voltas attended the complaint. He changed the capacitor of a. C and also cleaned the a. C, at that time a. C compressor wasn't tripping and a. C was working well.
              But from the night of 26th august the a. C compressor again started tripping again and again with in 5 min. (7-8 times/hr). The problem again started in the a. C.
              So you are requested to please sort out this problem as the problem is as it is.

                I bought an inverter a/c in 2016. It's warranty had expired a few days into june.. And in july it became unfunctional. Service center in lko said pcb is the issue. Since past 3 months i have been suffering because voltas has failed to resolve my issue. I bought this a/c thinking it will already work for 5-6 years like my other voltas ac but to my disappointment it didn't. And voltas has failed to fix it. Please get it fixed or replaced or whatever because otherwise it's just useless and you are losing a loyal customer..

                  I bought 1.5 tonne inverter ac from canthus refigeration, indore in june, 2016. It was delievered at my home by single person. On the packet it was written do not tilt and was brought at my home on first floor in a very bad way tilted twisted by that delivery person.

                  2.
                  Unskilled installation person came at 9 pm in night and installation was performed till midnight even after saying that you come tomorrow. They said only 10 more minutes and keep on going till midnight. The very next day huge sound was coming out of the ac outdoor unit as though some parts are hitting each other. We put off the ac and complained to the dealer. For the next 10 day he was sending different technician and was a total harassment for us. The cooling power reduced drastically. The cooling power got reduced but they were not ready to accept.

                  3.
                  By that time rain arrived and ac was not used for next few months.in april, 2017 it was used again. It was not cooling at all. After that it was resolved by voltas service person after repeated request.

                  4.
                  They recharged the gas without bothering why there is leakage. Within few days it again leaked and and i registered my complain again. The service people again changed condenser saying leakage is from condenser only.

                  5.
                  The unit was cooling for few more days and then it stopped cooling. Again complain was registered and they again said leakage is from condenser and i have to change piping.

                  6.
                  The condenser was changed by voltas company.

                  7.
                  The service person insisted on changing the complete piping. I agreed to that so that at least i should use it in summer. They charged me nearly 7500/- and changed the piping.

                  8.
                  Nearly one or two month after that it again stopped cooling.

                  11.
                  Even after spending nearly 50, 000/- i am not able to have cooling at my home.

                  12.
                  I am totally frustrated. The ac unit (Indoor and outdoor) is still lying at voltas service station till today it was being serviced from nearly last one week. It has become torturous to me.

                  13.
                  It looks like a defective ac was delivered by your dealer canthus refigeration, indore or it has been mishandled and damaged by his delivery and installation person.

                  14.
                  I request you to change my ac unit which rarely cools or else i have to go to consumer complain for the pain, and harassment, i am facing just after buying the ac till today.

                    1st interaction - called customer care and registered my complaint for non working of my air conditioner.

                    Second interaction - my brother personally visited customer care center personally for getting the technician to cheak my air condition.

                    Third interaction - again called to customer care for non responsive action of technician.

                    Kindly let me know how many days you take action after complain for sending your service provider.
                    As above mentioned complain number dated, i am really waiting. As my air conditioner is not working.

                      Hope you are doing good
                      My name is priyanshu prakash gupta and my number is [protected]
                      And i have lodged a complaint in voltage with request number - [protected]

                      I am using the voltas ac from 2013 as a window ac and i was quite content with it, so when i require a split ac i immediately go to voltas
                      But after purchasing of split ac, ac is giving me problems in 1 year
                      (1 year is completed in last month september)
                      Ac is giving icing problems and some weird sound is coming, when we complain it
                      One person came can do the service and takes the service charge left and said problem is solved
                      But the problem is no solved after 2-3 days the same problem occurred again so we again calls the customer care to complain
                      This time 2 person came and when told us that gas is low and due to which icing problem is coming, when we ask about more clarification then he pick up his phone and leave the house. Then we call customer care so they will give us the service center number to call, when we call they are not ready to acknowledge this behavior
                      Anyways 1-2 days later they sent someone else and he spends 5 minutes and asked for the visiting charges, my father was at home when he said customer care has informed us not to give any charges, then he started fighting, so my father gives him money and he gone.
                      After this 2 days one person came and collects the broken part of the ac and said it will be replaced in 2-3 working days, till now i have not received any news or any one came to home to change it

                      I have attached the two bills on which we have been charged

                      I am here asking is this the service standard of an elite brand
                      They hire untrained and uneducated persons and they have only one goal just to snatch money from the customer.

                      Kindly look into this matter and help me in my case, otherwise i will be forced to take some steps against this bad behavior, and also took this matter to social media as well.

                      I am also a director of my own company satrix technologies pvt ltd. And i understand the importance of the providing good service, but so far my experience with voltas service with a major issue is very disappointing and it makes me not to recommend anyone voltas products.

                        I installed 2 voltas a. C hot and cold in february 2017 and from 2 months the cooling on both the a. C was very poor so i contacted customer care and complaint was booked.. The service person visited on site and said gas is leaked on both the a. C and it will take 2 days to reach the gas on service center due to g. S. T it may be delay a day more.

                        Now i am calling the service person since from 2months and he is giving excuse
                        Sir gas of a. C is not still in stock

                        Kindly refund my payment as it is useless to hang the # box on wall and i can't wait for the damn gas which u don't provide to service centre since from two months

                        Now i am going to sue the company in court and this is my final warning if my problem is not resolved in week time

                          Purchased a volta ac from flipkart a few months ago. I was told that the installation would be done by authorised volta service centre and hence when they came to install i assumed they were as mentioned. Recently an issue with the ac dripping little water from the vents made me call the volta customer care to book my first free service under warranty. Firstly, they had my number stored under a wring name and address and said that my product wasn't registered with them as the installation wasn't done by voltas and needed by flipkart isn't a voltas authorised service centre. They said i had to pay 400rs to register my product under warranty. They awnt a technician home from a surprised service centre (Breezy aircon), i paid 400, he checked the ac and said gas needs to be filled as there is a gas leak due to a looae bolt and that the concerned team would come and do it for free. 2 hours later 2 more technicians come to refill the gas. They meddle around with the outdoor unit and after 45 mins tell me i need to pay 1800 and that warranty won't cover it coz it was not installed by voltas. Then why did they already take 400 from me? Then he makes me talk to his centre manager who is so rude that he says i'm a fool to buy online and this is a result of that and smart people go to shops and buy. Almostpay see like he was punishing for for choosing online shopping. Then i call jeeves which is the flipkart installation partner and they also wash their hands if it saying after installation they have nothung to do with it. Then i called flipkart and had a gruelling 1 hour conversation with customer care who refused to do anything and told me it's mine and the brand's problem until i threatened to take it to their senior management. Finally they said they have "esalated" the issue, whatever that means and they will "try their best" to resolve it. Then i turned on my ac only to find that it doesn't even cool anymore. It's just blowing air, which means the technicians have needles either on purpose or by mistake and messed up the compresser. I have now lodged a complaint with voltas directly and they say they will call back in 24 hours but as with any indian customer care, i am not very hopeful. By far the worst service by multiple brands for one issue; voltas, flipkart and all service partners.

                            My voltas window ac has been showing an error coded as "e1". Lodged a complaint twice but no action is taken since then, rather the response message said that there was no picking up of the phone but the call rang once and was declined. Then we lodged another complaint through the tollfree number and a new complaint was recorded which have been attached below. Today (5.10.2017) a new message was received that the problem was resolved over phone but there was no call.
                            The problem should be brought to solution as soon as possible or i will be obliged to take further actions.

                              Bought voltas split ac on amazon - rs 30, 000/-; contacted voltas - they said rs1, 500/ installation plus extra for wire etc.. (I said it should be in the box) and distance is just 1-2 mts from. Window sill / behind the wall anyway said - ok.
                              03/10/2017 this afternoonmtwo guys came - tried making a hole - drill not good enough - old house - told them use heavy drill or toolbit-
                              As i already have 3 ac's fixed by other people -
                              They said not their job - we have to make the hole - by contacting a mason or a heavy toolbit guy..??
                              So i said i will get local guy to fix the ac -
                              They went away warning that - they will not give any warranty.
                              So they can't drill a hole - so i cant fix the ac and if i do it - no warranty... Is he a dealer or some kind of mafia..
                              Definitely not customer service... From a tata. Company..??
                              I think all these guys just make money.. For installation/gas filling etc... Bcoz we generally have not idea... Feel company should show more interest..!

                                I have purchased split inverter ac from croma, r-mall, thane (W) on 24th sept'17.
                                It was delivered to my residence on 25th sept'17 and was expecting installation by tuesday, 26th sept’17.
                                However there were no phone call or instruction from croma or voltas.

                                Eventually after 3-4 follow-ups with croma, ac was installed on 28th sept'17, thursday.

                                Now the installation is a biggest mockery by voltas technician, bablu ([protected]).

                                Bablu called me around 12:30 0n 28th sept'17 and his first question to me" do you know installation charges?... (In hindi).
                                When i clarified him about free installation, he was insisting for extra expenditure like extra copper pipe, electric point and stand etc.
                                Since i had provision of concealed ac socket, grill for outdoor unit which is closest from indoor unit and copper pipe provided with ac was enough, i refused all extra material and asked him to continue work as per the standards.

                                Despite of all provision i had for split ac, babalu insisted for extra socket, 4 feet extra copper pipe (Rs.1000/-), white insulation tape (Rs.200/-) and brackets for outdoor unit (Rs.800).

                                Since i was in the office, didn't have control to verify the need of all above extra material, so i asked him to at least produce rate card which he didn't carry. Hence i followed up with croma on [protected] (15:28_9 mins 6 sec) but they were helpless.

                                Eventually i asked bablu to complete the work and write down all material costs/charges on job card once done!
                                Accordingly not bablu but my father written it on job card and this unprofessional person left all the columns blank on job card as well as warranty card. Even he didn't bother to demonstrate about ac. He just collected rs. 2050/- cash from my father and simply ran away without providing job card copy or bill for extra material used.

                                When i returned home, i realized the installation work was simply a chaos, no standards followed. Though there was enough space, extra socket installed on wall, brackets used though there was enough space for outdoor unit in grill box. The outdoor unit is installed in slanting position and that to in a place where it is squeezed, hardly 3-4 cm space between wall and unit.
                                Leaving room wall is damaged due to unnecessary hammering to create a big hole for copper pipe.

                                All the above incidences clearly suggest the person, bablu was not only unskilled but his intention was only to make money out of this visit.

                                Regarding the same i complaint croma care and reopened service request sr[protected].

                                I have been promised the reinstallation will be done as per the standard within 48 hours and i am still awaiting for the same.

                                I need reinstallation and my rs. 2050/- refund as it was total fraud.

                                My concern is resolved today! The VOLTAS technician visited my home and done inspection about the work. He also realized that, installation was mess and he send one of his senior technician Mr. Afzal, who did reinstallation as per the standard and this time it's really better! Though I didn't ask for Rs. 2050/- which was charged earlier, but VOLTAS team have installed my AC thoroughly. I thank this forum once again and I also appreciate Mr. Mandar Gurav(Voltas Technician: 9987621333) who extended spontaneous support. I hope there won't be such inconvenience in future and once again I shall bank on TATA! Regards

                                1st message at 10:12am

                                2nd message at 16:09
                                "Dear Customer, Request No [protected] appointment scheduled for[protected]. For assistance call our Helpline [protected] (24x7)"

                                On the contrary, appointment fixed up on Sunday 8th September'17 at 11am. The technician name is Afzal and same been confirmed by Mr. Mandar Gurav over phone at 11:42.

                                Then why these two different messages and who confirmed it?

                                    We had raised complaint for a fresh ac purchased from punalur kerala (Kurumpelil electronics in april 2017. (Model split ac 1.5 st 183jy 3s)

                                    We had logged the complaints on 19th august 2017 for non working & followed up with various personnel calls for repair of our ac, voltas ac
                                    Service engineers had taken away service parts on 19th augusts for repair & have still not got the same replaced

                                    Our ac is completely kept open for want of repair & there is no response from the team in-spite of various follow up...

                                    My parents are getting completely harassed by the company & now i am being forced to intervene for resolving this...

                                    Voltas has completely tarnished the image we had about the company, when we had purchased the same..

                                        I was purchased a voltas inverter split ac from naveen electrotech pvt. Ltd.in model town, delhi-11009 on 26. Apr.2017. From after the installation, this voltas ac is not working properly.

                                        The main problem is that when temperature goes high above 30 degree it doesn’t take startup or working. After my complaint their executive came but they are unable to resolve the problem. First two months of purchasing voltas ac many times mr. G. S arora (Owner of local service centre) came and put water in the outdoor unit and also suggesting us to do the same, if you want your voltas ac work, instead of repairing or doing any permanent solution. What a shame for mr. G. S arora giving such type of suggestion. Can we hire a person just to put water in the ac?

                                        Then after my too many complaints mr. Kapil, so called area manager visited to our place and give some suggestions, like change the direction of the ac and make shed for the outdoor unit. I agree with their suggestions and do the same like changing the direction of outdoor unit or making shed for them and also change the direction of the internal unit as well. But after these changes and spending money suggested by mr. Kapil or we can say that drama, there is no any solution, the situation is still same.

                                        Again after complaint mr. Jitender, so called delhi head in-charge came and again doing their drama, put the gas again and other things, but the situation is still same, there is no any result.
                                        Even in the last visit of the company executive on 09.09.2017 by mr. Amit and mr. Anil, it is clearly written that ac needs a replacement. The ac was not working on that time because it’s a hotter day. If it is not capable of working even in september month, can we use it in winter season?

                                        But now after too much harassment or wasting my time and money, company refuses to repair or replace their faulty inverter ac.
                                        So from this post, i aware people do not buy voltas products because of cheap quality and providing such type of services. I am never expecting from tata selling poor quality products and services.
