I send this compliment 2 time. But no response. Feld work very poor. Without serving how to like any customer? Ur service see my office call to another 10 ac booked to Samsung. Plz open ur eyes.

    We have been using since 3 years an voltas deep freezer purchased from qrs pathanamthitta. It has stopped working since yesterday. I have our electrician checked the electrical wiring and confirmed, it is a problem of the freezer. I would appreciate if you would kindly send a mechanic to check the freezer as soon as possible.

    We normally stock freezer items for 1 month. All getting spoiled. Kindly send someone immediately.

        I am chasing in your call centre from last one month.

        Requesting them to send the person at home for servicing the ac.

        Everytime i call them they ask for the address.

        100 times i have updated my address to them. Still no one is coming to service my ac.

        I am requesting you last time please send your person for servicing my ac on saturday on 7th april 2018.

        Otherwise i will register the complaint to consumer court & i will put in on media.

        After calling 100 times still no one is coming for servicing the ac at our home.

        Please update my residence address in your system.

        Residence address - sonam narmada building, q-wing, flat nos - 702, phase -14, new golden nest, bhayandar (East), mumbai - 401105.

        Requesting you to take the action against this issue asap.

            I purchased this product in april 2016 from an authorized dealer in trichy. Within few days the motor to dishcarge air was failed. After several attempts i could get the techniican and they replaced the motor. Again now the product fails and the complaint is same. I registered a complain with a local service provider. Complaint no. 8583. For the past one week i am waiting no one attended.

            With ref. to my complaint I like to know whether you have an authorized service center in trichy for voltas air cooler. Yesterday I got a missed call from a number. When I call this no. they told that they are from Crompton Greaves fan and wanted to know about my Voltas complaint.

            Today around 11.30 a.m I got another call which I could not attend due to a meeting. Later when I called he said he is a service technician and since I did not attend his call he went for some other service. I told him why not he called me the previous day in

            Your product is not effective/functional and your service is also worst. Already I registered a complaint with a local service center and the complaint no. is 8588 which I registered on 29th March.

            This service is still pending. I hope you will solve it before the end of summer.

            Worst loud window 1.5 ton ac
            Don't buy
            this ac.Window ac is so loud that it's impossible to sleep not only in the room but anywhere in the house .problem from the day o bought no one seems to want to fix the problem.people come listen to the noise and say this is normal.
            My room walls vibrate when the ac comes on ..is this normal.

The lady speaking on the phone no [protected] was so rude she doesn't even have etiquette of talks and she gave me wrong no of technician which was out of service and inspite of telling her the no is out of service she told me 'me kya kar sakti hu'. I s this the way of talking? And is this the service provided by voltas?

                Purchased this ac in march 2016.in october 16, gas leaked, and got repaired in warranty in feb 17. Now again when i switch on in march 18, gas leaked.

                Voltas guys come and see. Take 400 rupees, give manual receipt without gst. Nobody comes after that for 2 days to fill the gas. They are charging 3800/- for gas charging of 1.0 t ac.

                Useless product and gas leaking every six months. Fleecing customers in name of service done by local mechanics, who are also evading taxes.

                I got it done from my old mechanic for 2200/-

                  Dear sir,

                  I was purchased voltas ac last year march 2017. After 10 days ac gas leakage found so we had raise complaint in customer care. After that voltas technician came to my home rectified the fault but again after one month same problem occured in my ac. Again his technician came and rectified the fault.
                  Again in march 2018 same problem occured and his technician came to home rectified the fault.
                  But after few days again same problem occured.

                  Now i am fed up of these things. I need my money back/ exchange the ac another new one.

                  Otherwise i m going to consumer court for selling faulty ac and mentally harrasement.

                    Horrible service for ac in mayur vihar delhi.

                    No response from call center also.

                    Got a a/c window in 2015 may from new pankaj electronic in dda shopping complex mayur vihar via bill no.496 book no. 10 on[protected]

                    Gas filled almost four times in 2 and a half years and now the service center took the ac on 8th march filled gas, refitted and when i complaint again on 28th march again that it is still not working they came and took the unit and called in the evening that coil is damaged.

                    The person who came to fit the ac on 9th march and again later to collect kept insiting that i need to get paint done on the coil for long life and never mentioned that coil is damaged, they are doing this because i did not agree for the same and have damaged and changed the original coil.

                    When i objected why was this not informed earlier they returned the a/c and the earlier charge they took for filling the gas.

                    I got the a/c from urban clap and technician confirms fowl play claiming coil has been welded and damaged beyond repair - no one informed at any point about the coil repairs or damage. The ac has been giving problem from the first year only. 2 years and 10 months and i am asked to change coil in addition to filling gas twice in a season. Call center is pathetic they cant even read the notes i have call recordings they promised a call back and none came.

                    Please note if anyone calls please do your home work and don't ask me what happened if the unit is not replaced will go to consumer court.

                      I have purchased votas a. C 123lyd unit serial no: 4551987a17ba12006 on 05/16/2017 and suddenly on 03/23/2018 a. C showing e3 error on led and getting off. On same day i registered complaint with call center the technician came next day and said me it might be issue with inside motor or pcb and removed motor and pcb from a. C and took with him.. After many calls and requests on 03/31/2018 technician came with motor and pcb said me that its is the issue with blower capacitor malfunctioning. He also said they replaced blower capacitor. When i look at that blower capacitor i found they replaced original blower capacitor on pcb with cheap china crap. I was under the impression that voltas being a product of tata company, is the best choice for ac. But i lately discovered that actually it is the worst.

                      With my experience so far i would like to tell you all please never think of buying any voltas brand #voltasacsucks

                        Hi team,

                        I purchased volta's split ac 1.5 ton on 25/09/2016 withing 6 months it had gas leakage and cooling coil issue, even after changing indoor cooling coil withinn 2 months gas was empty and now there s water leakage issue in my ac and i registered compliment yesterday and booked appointment but till today no one turned up and i have been trying to reach the local volta's service centre they are also not picking up my call. I want to escalate this issue to next level can you provide an alternative higher official id.

                          Maine 16 march ko reliance digital se voltas cooler purchase kiya, 22 march ko maine cooler me pani bharkar check kiya to pani ki pumping motor work nahi kar rahi thi or cooler me pani full bhara hone ke bad bhi uska tank alaram blink kar raha he, iske regarding maine usi din 22 march ko customer care me call kiya or complain ki ([protected]) mujhe bola gya ki 24 se 48 hours me aapka technician mere ghar visit karega par aaj 9 din ho gaye he abhi tak koi technician mere ghar nahi aaya he, maine customer care me call kiya to wo log ek hi answere dete he 24 hours me technician aapke ghar aa jayega, me bahot pareshan ho gya hu maine naya cooler purchase kiya or wo bhi voltas jaise brand ka or mujhe is tarah ki service di ja rahi he, main aage kabhi bhi voltas ka koi products kabhi purchase nahi karunga or apne relation walo ko bhi nahi lene dunga. Ekdam 3rd class ghatiya service isse achchha to main koi local cooler kharid leta to jyada better hota, pls don't buy voltas any products.

                            Your service provider sushant came for service of my 1.5 ton window ac and did not bring any help and tried to service the ac single handedly and in the process damaged my newly replaced flooring. He did'nt give servicing receipt
                            This is totally unacceptable. I need you to take immediate corrective action.

                              Request No [protected] register.attan to engineer 4 to 5 days replaced new motor told him. But 4 days back I am received one sms resolved in problem Volta's service side call to 5 times above follow up 3 days any everybody not come to there but our told engineer on the way last 3 days

                                This is kamal. I purchased voltas 1.5 ton split ac in snapdeal on 17th april 2015.
                                With in 2 year of time, i refilled ac gas 3 times. They charged 2500*3 = 7500.
                                And they said during last visit (Which was 24/03/2017) there is no leakage in the pipe. And there may be a leakage in coil or inside the unit, which will cost around 9000 rs to 10000 rs.

                                I am frustrated and feels like i am cheated by voltas.

                                One of worst experience with voltas services I had purchased AC voltas 1.5 ton on dated[protected] and servicing is due on dated[protected] i called to customer care on dated[protected]
                                And same arranged technication very next day he has visited to my place for AC servicing but he has refused to servicing Ac and he told me your free AC servicing was expire with 5 days and charges will applicable for AC servicing i checked my AC retail invoice but there was no mention in your free servicing will expire after one year.i felt cheated by voltas company.

                                They again visited my place, and asking for 3500 to change the coil.
                                I asked you to resolve my problem, instead of looting.
                                If this is the coil issue, why dint they figure it out earlier.

                                  ac installation and warranty registration

                                  After buying a voltas window 1.5 ton ac on 15 Mar 18, I am still awaiting installation, demo and warranty registration. Customer care centers assure me everyday that the job will be done the same day. But in the evening I get a msg saying that my SR has been cancelled due to job done by third party. This is happening everyday without being contacted by any one. Highly disappointing to see this behavior on part of voltas....

                                  I have purchased 1 voltas ac 1.2 ton from snap deal before 2 years.in this winter i didnt use ac when i used it again the ac did nt give cooling. Then i call ac service he told there is no gas available and filled gas again paying 2200 rs. Now after 10 days cooling stopped and same hot air coming. The mechanic told there is leakage in ac. I dnt knw how to repair it. I am very unhappy with voltas. Pls resolve my problem imm.

                                    From day one i am having problem with my AC. Every other month the AC has water leakage, bad smell, doesn't cool enough...even when I run it at 20°C my room's temperature remains the same. The problem was not solved...
                                    Now, my AC has gone out of warranty last March'17 and last I got my AC full cleaned was in November'17 and was charged 400rs and this time (march'18) when I called the puducherry customer care the technician is charging me 1200rs just for water wash and cleaning the panels! I called the head office and the operator said full cleaning is 600rs. Now my question is why am I charged double the amount in puducherry? In three months how did the price rise to 1200? Will they put gold iniside my AC?
                                    Then, the operators from Voltas customer care of Puducherry are so arrogant and lazy! They don't look at the problem, they have no manners and don't know how to talk to the customers! The technicians have to be called a billion times before they arrive...they always delay the service. I am so disappointed and they are making regret buying AC from Voltas. What a crappie brand!

                                      We have given lot of complaints regarding bad smell coming from ac, as soon as when it is switched on. We need rectification, last time service engineer told to change our ac piece as there is no other rectification for the present ac piece. So your voltas company is supposed to change our present ac piece, as there is no other resolution for our complaint. If your company is not supposed to rectify our complaint, we are going to file a complaint against your company.
