Sir we bought a brand new split voltas ac and on installation it has been found without coolant. Company has forgot to fill the coolant in air conditioner. We did complaint on 11 aug 2016 with voltas customer care and till date 16aug 2016 1542 hrs the coolant has not been filled. The service centre are just delaying in attending the compalint. Sir this is the mistake of voltas company that we are feeling harrassed by intense heat of delhi and voltas company. They are not dealing with our complaint seriously and taking alot of time.

    I m from etah, utter pradesh. I bought a split ac at 9 april 2017 from best price agra and request online to install, but no one will attend till 15april and i call a local mechanic to install and get installed.ac was not cooling then i registered a complaint to correct then mechanic come and said that now company will not entertain the complaint because the outsider mechanic install it and if you want repair then charge will apply. Then i request him to take the charges and repair it then he checked the ac and said i will come again soon to correct it but he nor came. After that i registered 5-6 time complaint but no body attend and all time i got different msg. Then get repair by outsider. At 28 july the outsider unit of ac was damaged by monkey and i registered a complaint but nobody's is attending the complaint.
    I request you to attend the complaint otherwise i have to go to consumer forum for solutions

      Dear sir,
      I would like to bring your notice that i mayank parashar purchased a window ac185 ly 1.5 ton on 28 jun 2017. A. C was installed on 1 july 2017

      After 12 days i encountered a problem showing error code "e1". I complained on 12 july with a complaint no [protected]. The service engineer

      Carried out temporary repair on sensor and installed sensor 2 days after but still showing the error, the service enginneer took the faulty ac sensor

      And then it took them 25 days to bring new sensor, i was without ac for so many days. And a very wrong doing on part of voltas company is

      Without fitting of new sensor they closed my complaint on 8 august, service personnel fitted the new part on 9 august but on the same night again

      The ac showing error code 'e 1'.
      Being a new product with soo many problem this shows that i have been given a faulty unit
      And also very low quality spares used by the company. I m fed up with this low quality product. Morever when i complain
      Again my complaint is not registered, they told that seniors will call u but i didn't receive any call.

      I do not want to use this product kindly replace my unit or refund my money within 7 days.
      Other wise i have to take legal action against your company.

      Please consider this as 7 days advance notice for initiating legal proceedings against company for causing me financial,
      Mental& physical harassment.

        I had purchased 1 Voltas Inverter AC of 1.5 Ton April 2016 from Vijay Sales, New Delhi . Since I have purchased this Voltas Inverter AC, I have not getting Good response from this AC . Always any type of issue in that AC . I don't know what is reason of issues ( Mainly Cooling Issue ) ?
        But one thing is dead sure which is response / service from Voltas Customer Care as well as Voltas Service Centre is DISGUSTING .
        PRESENT ISSUE :- I am facing issue that my 1.5 Voltas Split Inverter AC's cooling is totally stopped and mentioned on AC display '' DF '' since July.2017 and I have lodged the so many complaints for cooling issue which was Fake rescheduled and then cancelled these complaints - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] . Right now again I am getting the new complaint number on dated 10th.Aug.2017 which is - [protected] . The interesting part is that I am calling to Voltas Customer Care on daily basis since last 12-15 days then customer care executive transfer my call to his senior and Volta's Senior Person updated me since last 12-15 days that your issue will be resolved within 24 hours but till date Voltas 24 Hours for my issue resolution never comes . All are updating Fake and doing his fraud duties with customer and With extreme humidity climate in Delhi, we have already spent 40 days without AC because we have choose this fraud company product and invested our money Rs.45000/- . We have chosen this company due to this is the company of TATA BRAND and due to name and fame of our country's honorable business man Mr. RATAN TATA but we don't know that the some employees will be doing fraud with me and Fake updated / committed with me .
        Again I am requesting to resolve my issue on top priority basis immideately else I will be bound to escalate this issue in consumer forum, electronic media, social media and through mouth publicity that VOLTAS is a one of most fraud company who has chit to customer and VOLTAS products are WORST .

          I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton A/C plant on 10/08/2017 from M/S Jayam & Co, Chennai. I have contacted Voltas installation people for installation. They asked Rs 1200 for installation, Rs 800 for clamp for outdoor unit & Rs 800/ meter for extra copper pipe & of Rs 250/ meter, extra installation charges, for adding extra copper pipe & bill copy from my side for claiming bonus from Manufacturer. Chennai Voltas service provider Phone No:[protected]. Despite of accepting above condition also, they haven't send technician for installation. I made complaint to customer care also. They assured me of sending technician. But nothing happens. If customer, who lives in one of the metro city suffers like this, what will be the condition of person who lives in other remote place. Poor servicing. Now i have started to feed sorry to my self of purchasing Voltas A/C plant. If VOLTAS can't able install their product, how they are going to provide 24 hrs service. Hence, I am requesting company to take back their product & return my money.,

            I purchased voltas 2 ton ac on 7/07/2016 and i'm too dissapointed on purchasing a voltas product as sometimes water lekage occurs from indoor input and now ac is not cooling properly, sometimes compressor start sometimes it suddenly stops, and it makes lots of noice in indoor input. Highly dissapointed, i want my ac exchange or give my money back otherwize i will file a complain in consumer court too.

              I am using a voltas split ac and having a gas leakage problem. 2 times i have made it repair once the valve and 2nd time the coil still the gas is leaking. I dont know what to do already spent 10000 on repairs.
              I never expected such bad performance from such a reputed brand
              I have read that many are havimg the same problem with this product, never expected such a bad product from such a reputed company

              I am using voltas 1.5 to split ac and i have issue with gas leackage in ac. I have refill for 3 times and still it has leackage and i found all customer facing same issue.                 We purchased a Voltas Ac on May 2017. First of all Ac mechanic has installed the Ac in horizontally in room. First day on wards no cooling .It will be taken for more than half an hour for cooling while we set 16 room temperature .. After four days we called the technician directly he came again and told problem in our room only but at the same time Gas was leaking .. In june also we complaint again . The same person came from local agent and he done filled the gas and close the complaint. But still now we face the same problem. We suffering more than 3 three months and we spend lot of money for electricity also.. We checked with another one person he told the unit was problem. Now again voltas technician came and confirm it. We need replacement of new one . But the people did not accept it . I am not feel safe in old unit . But company not feel about our soul they are feel about their company only. we spend money and we get problem for our life.

                  Dear volats team,

                  I registered a complaint regarding the non working of the ac which was purchased some couple months ago. (For reference, kindly go through the registered mobile no - [protected])

                  It has been more than 48 hours since the complaint registration and numerous reminder, there is no proper response i have got so far in warm and humid weather.

                  We never expect this poor response from a reputed company like voltas. Due to brand only, i purchased the ac.

                  Last time also, when the ac had some problem, volats executive mr. Chandan kumar was sent to my house. His language was very rude and he misbehaved with my family members because of the indirect bribe he claimed and his claim was rejected.

                  The ac is very much problematic since the purchase and stops working some time.

                  Kindly advise when you are sending the mechanics for the repair and also advise what action you have taken against chandan against whom already complaint was registered on phone.

                  I hope that the action would be taken for my request without escalating and legal action against the management of voltas.

                    It's already pathetic to go through your bad reviews. Your vendor installed my ac in a hurry and after few months i started facing issue of water dropping from inside unit. I called up customer care and requested for service since it was in warranty and anyhow they managed the same for time being which was conveyed to me that this won't happen in future. Now my warranty has lapsed and m still facing the same issue within few days again.                     Now someone stating that he is calling from voltas tried calling me at 10pm which I did not responded and the very next morning I called up and the person said this is in regards of your voltas complaint and it would be resolved in 72 hours and their person will come and take away my ac and pay me back. Which I did not understand and asked the person so what would be next he very humbly said purchase a new one.. I am not even sure whether this person is from voltas or some fraud.. I am mentioning the guy no [protected].Amazing service by voltas

                      I bought a Voltas air cooler from Jayam and CO at Velachery, Chennai on 02nd of July. The dealer offered me replacement guarantee and delivered the product at my door step. They did not even check the product condition, when I switched on the product it was spraying water and my floor was completely wet. I called the dealer on the very same day, and they raised complaint to Voltas for me. The technician came on 05th of July 2017 and rectified the issue, but not completely.

                      After a few days, problem with Air cooler became worse. Water was spilling all over the floor and the swing stopped working. I asked for the replacement of the product, but dealers said they cannot do replace. They said "while selling the products, dealers use the word 'replacement guarantee' just for name sake. Voltas Company does not offer replacement, only repair services." Again I raised a complaint. Technician came on 05th of August 2017 checked the product, and said "The air cooler needs to be taken to there workshop, it cannot be rectified from my home". He left by saying he will come on the very next day to pick the air cooler, thereafter I waited for 1 week but nobody came on behalf of the company to rectify this issue.

                      The saddest part of the incident I have experienced is that, when I told the technician that I'll raise complaint on a consumer court, he laughed at me. He said there are many cases against this company, the company knows how deal such instances. You will find no solution by complaining.

                      Now I do not need to use this Air cooler anymore, let them keep this thing and refund my cash, this is the solution I'm hoping for. I hope this complaint reach the respective authorities, and the problems will be solved.

                        In brief,

                        Our 1.5 ton volta's split ac is not working.

                        We called volta's customer care number. Booked one service request.

                        Two guys came and inspected. Told some repair work is required in outer unit. Took 400 rs and gave the bill.

                        No service was given on that day.

                        None called next day for further service procedure.

                        I called again.

                        Voltas reopened the ticket.

                        Local service provider called and demanded 400 service charge again and 7000 rs + other service charges to proceed with repair work. And used alang for calling voltas

                        No help from voltas end till day end even after calling their customer care no thrice.

                        I want my 400 rs back.

                          I purchased voltas mini magic water dispenser in september 2016 from bajaj electronics. The very next month it stopped cooling water. The service centre guys took it away and bought it back and said its repaired now. From that time till now its been to the service centre 6 times.. And even today its not working.. I feel cheated as i bought a new product. Its like looking after a second hand product.

                            I purchased a 1.5 ton split ac on 11th june 2017 from bajaj electronics hyderabad - serial numbers 4512154d17d006709 (Outdoor unit) & 4552097a17d003983 (Indoor unit).
                            The product was installed on 16th june under sr [protected].
                            It was then registered on 22nd june under sr [protected].

                            There was no chilling and i raised a repair request on 19th june under [protected]. Voltas took 19 days to respond and the request was closed on 9th july citing cooling gas was less.

                            Now in less than a month on 6th august i have raised another repair request [protected] with same problem - no cooling.

                            How can a new product require so many repairs? Voltas has given me a faulty unit and i request that it be replaced.
                            The service agency assigned to my area - kool mark - are horrible professionals who have no knowledge and are unable to fix the problem, each time they mention the same issue - insufficient gas.

                              My voltas split inverter ac stopped cooling within a month i brought. I didn't expect this from voltas, only fan is rotating but there is no cooling at all irrespective of different mode.
                              It is showing error code on display of indoor unit.

                              I don't no where to approach, its quite disappointing getting defected piece, i recommend not to buy voltas product as their service is not up to mark.

                              it has been 5 days since complaint registration on customer care number. a boy came after 3 days and after checking said he wouldn't be able to rectify the problem and told he will send somebody else and left. Since then i has been 2 more days and despite many attempts, they keep rejecting our request to send the service provider . It has been horrible and pathetic experience for me. I should have listened to my relatives and shouldn't have brought VOLTAS product.

                              my complaint number registered 5 days ago is [protected]. Pathetic service, will never recommend this brand. It seems there is no consumer centrality and work ethics.

                              Update on service request-
                              With respect to my complaint filed on dated 6 th August, a service person visited and checked the pressure valve of outdoor unit . After checking he told us that the installation was done carelessly and due to faulty pipe( expansion duct) connection or whatsoever reasons all the coolant gas leaked and emptied gradually. This also explains the fact that since the day of installation, cooling of AC was gradually diminishing.
                              Subsequently he also informed that the same person who installed will be responsible for the re filling of the gas and he left away.

                              Hoping that the service person will visit soon as it already has been 8 days since my complaint filed.

                              I hope this post will help other buyers making reasonable decision

                                  I am facing trouble continue for last 6 months for repaired my ac.i have some cooling problem its not yet fixed
                                  At last Mr. RUDRA sir who is my area Manager([protected])they said he will be replace my ac with in 10 to 15 days but its over 1 months  gone but they said its take some time i have also call record/conversation over the phone  between me and Rudra sir.
                                  I don't no whats going on now i am very upset to buy Tata Product.

                                    Customer service is very poor, they changed gas and compressor still now there is no cooling and within 3 days my ac is not working duration i bought and this my final product of voltas and tata, 2 month i struggling with no cooling ac and kindly replace the product and till now we are in very hot city so please help me with the replacement of product and the service centre make us to suffer lot

                                      Sub: - [urgent replacement and compensation against supply of defective 1.5 tons voltas ac vide invoice no 1207/17/s-9113, dated 20.04.17].
                                      Dear sir,
                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that pertaining to the above subject
                                      1. We have purchased the said voltas ac whose model no. Is voltas 183lye del.1040 from bajaj electronics punjagutta showroom hyderabad.[protected].

                                      2. The subject ac set was purchased under the anticipation of warranty of 1year and if any defect is observed to the ac shall be given rebate at free of cost to the consumer immediately.

                                      3. The subject ac was purchased with the emotional values and security for the family members, children and old age parents.

                                      4. The ac was bought on 20.04.17 and installed on 24.04.17 in peak summer season after that we have used the ac for just four days. After 4 days the ac failed immediately.

                                      5. We have given complaint to bajaj electronics in the first week of may, after few days technicians from weather tech came who is your authorised service partner and attended the problem, without resolving the problem they just disappeared for 1 month.

                                      6. Again in the month of june, we have given complaint to bajaj electronics, again a new person from weather tech attended the complaint on 06.07.17 and again he also disappeared without giving any feedback to us. When we called him to resolve the problem he said your condenser is gone and we have ordered a new one, but we don’t know when we will get your condenser so that we can install and from them only we have taken voltas concerned person no. I. E., mr. Devender phone number ([protected]).

                                      7. Then we have immediately contacted mr. Devender and he promised that your ac will be repaired by 18.07.17. And again on 19th july we contacted him through personal calls and messages in which he said, ”i will let you know about your material which is in transit”. But till today neither we got the arrival date nor the ac is repaired.

                                      8. During the peak summer season i was without ac from the 1st week of may-17 onwards the ac is under repair till date. And it caused a lot of inconvenience and mental torture to me and my family. You have totally failed to supply good services. We bought this ac due to the name and fame of voltas, “a tata product”, but we are highly disappointed by the way our complaint is being dealt. Now i m feeling highly ashamed of having trusted irresponsible voltas which is unable to maintain the trust of its valued customers.

                                      9. We are continuously requesting you to kindly replace the said defective ac with the brand new unit without any defect. But still there is no confirmation about replacement from your customer care dept, hyderabad.

                                      10. It must be noted that each part of the said subject ac is the part and parcel of the complete set and it is obligatory on the part of the seller to comply and meet all the requirements of any defects is observed or experienced during the period of warranty. Any non compliance to the above shall be the divulgence of the customer rights on the part of the seller/distributor/owner.

                                      11. So, we shall have no option to publicise the matter in the media, publications etc.in the general and common to safeguard the interest of each and every consumer and the citizen of india for which we shall not be held responsible and accountable and shall be at your own cost and consequences. Further we shall be free to proceed immediately to the hon. Consumer forum to safeguard the consumer rights in the interest of indian nation.

                                        Bought window ac 1.5 voltas company from vijay sales, sohna road gurgaon.
                                        At the time of installation it was found faulty. It is making so much noise. Contacted vijay sales but they said you have to contact voltas company and register a complaint to vijay sales.
                                        Then we called up voltas company and told the same scenario ; they said that technician will gonna visit in 2/4 days.
                                        Now the thing is if i made the payment to vijay sales or voltas company
                                        Y would i suffer 2/4 days
                                        I have been suffering since 29/06/17.
                                        Waited a lot for this ac to get it installed
                                        This time experience is really bad with vijay sales electronics. Sadar bazar
                                        Change the product as soon as early!
                                        Waiting for ur revert
                                        Pls find the attached bill below mentioned.
