Dear servicing in charge,
Good morning!!!
I have purchased the window ac in 1st week of may 18 & call to customer care for servicing of ac. Technician has come & clean only filter the ac. When i recall to customer care i just ask the regarding the serviceing to ac only filter will clean then customer care has spoke technician will revist, but today (30th augsut 17) technician has call to me & not behave in proper manner.

Please see the matter.

    Sir,
    On 25th august a technician from voltas attended the complaint. He changed the capacitor of a. C and also cleaned the a. C, at that time a. C compressor wasn't tripping and a. C was working well.
    But from the night of 26th august the a. C compressor again started tripping again and again with in 5 min. (7-8 times/hr). The problem again started in the a. C.
    So you are requested to please sort out this problem as the problem is as it is.

      This is really really frustrating and pathetic that earlier my split ac had stopped cooling and i complained about it on 6th august. My earlier complaint number was [protected]. After horrifying experience, finally it got resolved on 14th august, cooling gas had leaked due to faulty installation of my new ac. Not a week passed and again my ac stopped cooling. We were informed that careless installer service person did not fitted all parts and 2 big nut bolts remained unfitted somewhere in outdoor unit.

      Now
      Consumer helpline people saying they have reopened the case with the same complained number. Is it some kind of joke going on with customers?

      I don't know how voltas trains their service providers or engineers, they are not qualified even to repair a ac as within 7 days of repairment and gas refilling ac again stopped cooling.

      I have complained again on customer care and again have to bear the lackadaisical attitude of service man and voltas. My faith on tata brand has been completely shattered and my 42, 000 money has been completely wasted. I feel like throwing this ac on the service man, completely careless and unqualified people are filled in the service provision.

          I bought voltas mini water dispenser for my office 2 months back.. I bought it on[protected] after usage of 5 days it didnt work.. We already took this into the vendor that where we bought alpha aircon but after servcing of 5 days also it doesnt work... This was cheating... We purchased for the rs. 10000/- but it doesnt work atleast 10 days... Again we are calling to the vendor but the vendor doesnt respond...

            This is with reference to my breakdown request no. (B[protected]) dt 06/08/2017 logged with voltas customer care and my issue still remains un-resolved.
            I had given so many reminders to 'customer care' but issue not resolved till date.
            I want to describe my issue instances wise.

            1. I had brought a voltas ac in may'2017..
            2.in july 2017 its not working unable to switch on, then consulted with service center. One representative have visited and change some part and its start working after some hour its stop working again after that on 06/08/2017 i lodge a complain to customer care after that on 07/08/2017 one representative have visited and said that there has been some issue with circuit board and its required replacement and he said its took 3-4 days. Its lapsed almost 15 days and its not replaced till date and i had given so many remainder to customer care for this. My person visited your service center for this they are nothing saying about this how much time it will take.

            3. Why company gives service center to those persons who not provide service on proper time and after 15 days a spare is not available to them.

            4. Due to these things i am unable to use your product.
            So kindly please resolve or take your product back as it is none of my use.
            At least i expect an answer whether the complaint will be resolved or should i go next step forward.

              Dear team
              I want to draw your attention that i have purchased an ac from snapdeal 1.2 ton and asked voltas service centre for installation. But the charges are too high as:
              1. Installation charge=1500/-
              2. Stand:650/-
              3. Piping=250/per ft
              And the market installation charge is:
              1. Installation charge=750/-
              2. Stand:550/-
              3. Piping=200/per ft
              I have denied to install via voltage then service centres personnel called me and told me that compressor warranty will not be covered if other party will install ac.
              Why i have to pay unnecessary charges for installation. If warranty will not be covered then revert me i will return units.
              Do the needful and revert me soon.

                Hi,

                I want to bring an immediate notice to everyone that, how the customers are getting harassed by the dealer and service staff.

                I have brought the voltas ac 1.5ton on 30th of july 2017 from ranjeet electrical & electronics uttam nagar, which got installed on 1st aug 2017.
                Since the beginning when it was installed we were feeling that the temperature is not getting as cool as the space or the covered area is, however the person who has installed has given an assurance as it is a first day and by the time it will become more cooler.
                With the assurance we have passed a week time and finally raised a complaint on 8th aug 2017 regarding the cooling issue.

                After two days on 10th of aug 2017, engineer mohd azharuddin has came and confirmed that there is an issue with the motor, which is not working properly.
                So he will be coming next day with the new motor, as the old one need to be replaced.

                Neither the engineer came nor the motor got replaced.
                After taking so many follow-ups with the service team, we got to know that the engineer mohd azharuddin who came, was went for a long leave of 15days.
                On 17th aug 2017, new engineer mr. Sunil has alligned. After inspection he has confirmed that the motor is not working properly apart it has other issues too.
                Also the process of motor replacement will take 4 more days, first he will take the old motor and then he will putted the new one after days of time. (Don't know whether it will get repaired or changed with some other motor)
                We were disagree to this process as we have already spent a long time and sent the engineer back.
                Then after few hours we start receiving calls from janvi / umar from service team, they forces us like hell to replace the motor. Even they said they have a new motor with them and they will replace it by the same day. (Not sure actually it was a new one or someone's repaired, also what about the other faults, how could we neglect that)

                Aside to this, we have also approached the dealer. Unfortunately as like others there is no after sale service.
                The supervisor said the executive who has sale this product went out for a training & he can't help anything.
                Even we have called to mr. Ranjeet owner of the dealer, has no time to even speak to us.

                With the all above senerios, we are really very embarrassed with brand voltas and have an idea that either the products available at dealer store are actually defected/repaired which are selling calling new to the customers or voltas fail to deliver right product & has poor services.

                We could not take any risk with the repair/replacement of any part, we want the entire ac to be replaced/changed as it has issues since beginning and even we have not used it.

                Please take this as priority, we already lost 20days by now.

                  I brought voltas 5 star split ac from govind nagar kpr on 26/04/17.
                  It was out of working on 04/08/17 from dt of purchase. I have regd. Complained on 04/08/17 vide compl. Reg. N.[protected] (Mob. N[protected]) then next day vendor came from company and taken away pc of ac.
                  I contineously remind to customer care. It is subject to very regret and hurrashmentable that 16 days
                  Elapsed in extreme summer weather but problem as it is. So your service is very poor and incredible. Please replace my ac immediately otherwise i will go to consumer court for this grivence.

                    I have lodged complaint regarding my ac 2ton window, in the month of may 2017 that ac was tripping again & again (3-4 times/ hr) not cooling the room. On 31 may technician attende and filled gas also charged rs 2250 gas +350 attending charges. He also told that it will take 2-3 days to come in full cooling mode. But the ac didn't come in cooling mode and the compressor was also tripping as said above. Again i lodged complaint to customer care, on 7june technician visited and told that gas is ok but he didn't give us the response about tripping of compressor and got back. He only just filled the formalities. The problem of tripping of compressor increased day by day and upto july, it tripped 5-6 times/hr. Now the situation got more critical. I again started complaint to c. C. On 9 aug. Technician attended and told that compressor default it needs to change. He asked me to dedosit rs 3500 in advance otherwise the compressor can't be changed, i denied to give advance and complained to c. C. Again. I m regularly complaining to c. C. But no one is solving my problem. Pl change my compressor urgently otherwise i'll take legal action against company and lodged complaint at consumer forum. With regards chainpal singh.

                        Voltas offers the worst service for it's acs. Voltas ac doesn't work without having to be serviced every month. The service guys that voltas send don't know a single thing about acs, let alone fix them. All they know is how to fill the gas. On top of that they are rude and ill mannered.
                        My voltas ac is just 2 years old and has required 30 service visits i. E more than 1 visit every month.
                        At times i have felt like not calling for voltas service and lived without ac at scorching temperatures cause i knew that voltas will send such rude, undisciplined and technically illiterate service guys.
                        It's pathetic that how both the voltas products and services have such cheap quality. I regret buying it.
                        My ac is still not working and this time they promised to send a senior professional. But 2 weeks have passed and still no response to my complain and no technician visit. Every that they say that there technicians are already busy on site visits which tells that how many complaints they get for ac repair. Please don't ever, i mean ever buy voltas products.

                            Sir we bought a brand new split voltas ac and on installation it has been found without coolant. Company has forgot to fill the coolant in air conditioner. We did complaint on 11 aug 2016 with voltas customer care and till date 16aug 2016 1542 hrs the coolant has not been filled. The service centre are just delaying in attending the compalint. Sir this is the mistake of voltas company that we are feeling harrassed by intense heat of delhi and voltas company. They are not dealing with our complaint seriously and taking alot of time.

                              I m from etah, utter pradesh. I bought a split ac at 9 april 2017 from best price agra and request online to install, but no one will attend till 15april and i call a local mechanic to install and get installed.ac was not cooling then i registered a complaint to correct then mechanic come and said that now company will not entertain the complaint because the outsider mechanic install it and if you want repair then charge will apply. Then i request him to take the charges and repair it then he checked the ac and said i will come again soon to correct it but he nor came. After that i registered 5-6 time complaint but no body attend and all time i got different msg. Then get repair by outsider. At 28 july the outsider unit of ac was damaged by monkey and i registered a complaint but nobody's is attending the complaint.
                              I request you to attend the complaint otherwise i have to go to consumer forum for solutions

                                Dear sir,
                                I would like to bring your notice that i mayank parashar purchased a window ac185 ly 1.5 ton on 28 jun 2017. A. C was installed on 1 july 2017

                                After 12 days i encountered a problem showing error code "e1". I complained on 12 july with a complaint no [protected]. The service engineer

                                Carried out temporary repair on sensor and installed sensor 2 days after but still showing the error, the service enginneer took the faulty ac sensor

                                And then it took them 25 days to bring new sensor, i was without ac for so many days. And a very wrong doing on part of voltas company is

                                Without fitting of new sensor they closed my complaint on 8 august, service personnel fitted the new part on 9 august but on the same night again

                                The ac showing error code 'e 1'.
                                Being a new product with soo many problem this shows that i have been given a faulty unit
                                And also very low quality spares used by the company. I m fed up with this low quality product. Morever when i complain
                                Again my complaint is not registered, they told that seniors will call u but i didn't receive any call.

                                I do not want to use this product kindly replace my unit or refund my money within 7 days.
                                Other wise i have to take legal action against your company.

                                Please consider this as 7 days advance notice for initiating legal proceedings against company for causing me financial,
                                Mental& physical harassment.

Right now again I am getting the new complaint number on dated 10th.Aug.2017 which is - [protected] . The interesting part is that I am calling to Voltas Customer Care on daily basis since last 12-15 days then customer care executive transfer my call to his senior and Volta's Senior Person updated me since last 12-15 days that your issue will be resolved within 24 hours but till date Voltas 24 Hours for my issue resolution never comes . All are updating Fake and doing his fraud duties with customer and With extreme humidity climate in Delhi, we have already spent 40 days without AC because we have choose this fraud company product and invested our money Rs.45000/- . We have chosen this company due to this is the company of TATA BRAND and due to name and fame of our country's honorable business man Mr. RATAN TATA but we don't know that the some employees will be doing fraud with me and Fake updated / committed with me .
                                  Again I am requesting to resolve my issue on top priority basis immideately else I will be bound to escalate this issue in consumer forum, electronic media, social media and through mouth publicity that VOLTAS is a one of most fraud company who has chit to customer and VOLTAS products are WORST .

                                    I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton A/C plant on 10/08/2017 from M/S Jayam & Co, Chennai. I have contacted Voltas installation people for installation. They asked Rs 1200 for installation, Rs 800 for clamp for outdoor unit & Rs 800/ meter for extra copper pipe & of Rs 250/ meter, extra installation charges, for adding extra copper pipe & bill copy from my side for claiming bonus from Manufacturer. Chennai Voltas service provider Phone No:[protected]. Despite of accepting above condition also, they haven't send technician for installation. I made complaint to customer care also. They assured me of sending technician. But nothing happens. If customer, who lives in one of the metro city suffers like this, what will be the condition of person who lives in other remote place. Poor servicing. Now i have started to feed sorry to my self of purchasing Voltas A/C plant. If VOLTAS can't able install their product, how they are going to provide 24 hrs service. Hence, I am requesting company to take back their product & return my money.,

                                      I purchased voltas 2 ton ac on 7/07/2016 and i'm too dissapointed on purchasing a voltas product as sometimes water lekage occurs from indoor input and now ac is not cooling properly, sometimes compressor start sometimes it suddenly stops, and it makes lots of noice in indoor input. Highly dissapointed, i want my ac exchange or give my money back otherwize i will file a complain in consumer court too.

                                        I am using a voltas split ac and having a gas leakage problem. 2 times i have made it repair once the valve and 2nd time the coil still the gas is leaking. I dont know what to do already spent 10000 on repairs.
                                        I never expected such bad performance from such a reputed brand
                                        I have read that many are havimg the same problem with this product, never expected such a bad product from such a reputed company

                                        I am using voltas 1.5 to split ac and i have issue with gas leackage in ac. I have refill for 3 times and still it has leackage and i found all customer facing same issue. Cant company take action for their reputation in market. Is that the brand value of the company?
