Dear voltas customer care,

This is prakash from chennai, i have purchased a voltas split ac with a capacity of 1 ton, in last year august 15th 2016.

I have bought this ac in a familiar shop saravana stores chennai.

I hope still my ac in warranty period, so for i faced four problems in last 10 months, whenever i raise a complaint to customer care, they forward my complaint to the voltas dealer...

No cooling at all in our all weather ac
Our old complain no ac [protected]
We are facing problem since last 20/06/2017 your eng has come 4-5 times but still same problem after that we have call him than he say i am coming but he has not come yet. When first time engineer come he said gas leakage in ac and we are trying to find the leakage

Voltas 1.5 ton was having problems ever since it is purchased. Water drops from Indoor unit for the past one year and cooling is very low. On complaint different mechanics are attending the fault from service center. They faulted that aluminum coil in the unit is rotten and suggested to replace with copper coil which may cost nearly Rs.5000/-. If it so whyTata company which is famous for its products, used aluminum coil in the AC machine....

I have asked several times that my a. C is not giving cooling but instead of replacement the service mechanic visits the place and have not taken any efforts to replace the same. I have been cheated and feeling very depressed as when the service engineer came for installation on very first day he too confirmed that it needs replacement similarly i have requested several times but no action seems yet.

Service not good giving by Voltas. Fake Service Man. After only couple fo days into using of voltas 3.5 ton split ac, the ac has stopped working. On sumitting a complaint at customer care it was assured that repair will be carried out in 24 hours. However, even after lapse of 3 days no action has been taken and same reply is given. This is very uncomforting services from voltas. I shall put a very negative review on the site and e-marketing sites. Please do expedite the process.
