I have never seen such a bad service of voltas its been two months my split ac display has not came yet, i have raised a req two months back but no result came, this is ridiculous that customer care people not listen even, my split ac 1.5 ton 185jy model is running without display and remote, and no technician came out to check, worst company worst service iam a advocate by profession and i have a bill of that request number where my display and remote is awaiting, i will do complain in consumer court

    I have purchased the ac om 1st of july. Since then it is not cooling. Complaint number [protected]. Their technician is visiting my house everyday since then. 3 times they have filled the gas saying the gas is less??? How the hell gas is leaked 3 times if it not faulty? Everyday a new technician is arriving since 20 days. One of the technician went on to the extent to say that there is something wrong the house. 2 days back the technician arrived said there is problem in the outdoor and we would have to take it to our service center. They said it's a minor work and we will install it next day. I asked them to provide the job sheet multiple but they are not providing the job sheet. I have already filed a case in the consumer court. The only reason i bought voltas is because of principle of buying indian. But this has been the worst mistake of my life. I am going to fight a case against this fraud no matter it takes how many years. It is time to teach these people a lesson for their life. I will not ask for compensation but to ban the company from selling altogether based on the fact that they provide faulty products, no service and misguiding the customers on top and gross negligence to customer issues.

      Hey voltas team,

      My complaint number: [protected]

      You are unable to fix my split ac issue after 20+ visits only in this summer season. It's a big shame on you voltas.

      Your jaipur voltas team is full of monkeys and they don't know anything about acs. If you can't provide services to your consumer's stop selling ac's.

      In this season your ac hardly worked 10-12 days.

      I'm mentally tortured from your services. It's just harassments.

      Don't send me any monkeys from jaipur service center. Just take your garbage from my home and give me refund or re-issue new unit (Indoor+outdoor).

      Don't make me any fake promises this time because your all experts (Monkeys) tried and they failed to fix. Issue refund or new ac me otherwise i will go to consumer courts and file a mental harassment case there.

      No thank you voltas, shame on you!!!

        I have buy the new ac (Hot and cold) from voltas. There is repeated issue of water falling from its indoor unit which has been inspected by voltas engineer but issue persists the same. We cannot every time log the complaint and coordinate for its rectification. Please get this unit replaced or return our money back.

          We are facing lots of issue in my voltas ac for last 1.5 years
          We are lodge lots of complaint against my ac cooling and other service. But no proper resolution provide by company or company service centre. On 5.07.2017 servising of our ac done by service centre and gas refling. But for last onw weak my ac not working properly. We lodge a complaint for the same to mr ram chandra
          For last 3 days we are facing water lekage in indoor and out door.in out door ice show in out door pipe
          I lodge complint for this on 21.07.2017 against complain no [protected] but till date no any service engirer attent my complain

            Problems when ac received as given below:
            1.ac remote was broken
            2.ac window was broken
            3.ac was full of dark patches (Picture attached)

              Hi voltas customer care,
              I purchased a voltas split ac from lamba electronins in the year 2014 and it is under amc now!!! It has a cooling problem!!! After some time of working its cooling decreases and doesnt make us feel we are siting under ac!! I have lodged complaint 2 times, everytime they come and just do some sort of inspection and say now it will work!! Are we the fools who are are complaining unreasonably?

              Some say we will condencer and motor some say they are perfect!! In short they arent able to detect the problem!! So its a request to take some sort of action regarding the same!! Either replace my set or make a genuine repairs!! I am a consumer who have spent money and wish to get full value for my money!!!

                I bought voltas ac last year but my experience with voltas is worst. It has been repaired three times so far and still not working properly. Engineers are untrained, they don't know to tackle the issue. They visit twice or thrice to understand the issue and still no customer satisfaction. Complete wastage of money if you are willing to buy voltas ac.

                  I purchased my ac in the year 2010, and since then yhis product has been at it's worst, everyyear i get it repaired and serviced in the hope that it will fine after that, but nothing of this sort is happening. The technicians that attend on calling to customer care make a fool o[censored]s by telling a new story everytime. This is the last time i am doing something about this problem after this i am gonna throw this ac out and never let my relatives or anyone buy voltas.

                    I bought voltas a/c for around 30k (1.5 5star) 2 years back. I hardly used it for 12 months and when the winter started i stopped using a/c. From the time 1 year warranty period got over there is gas leakage issue. Even if i fill gas it will last for 10 to 15 days only. When i approached service center they are telling the issue is because of aluminium coil inside the outdoor unit and the cost for replacing it to copper coil is bloody 8k. Why tata voltas is selling selling such cheap products that is lasting only during the warranty period and cheating the customers.

Voltas is a famous company and good market reputation but now you are cheating from the customer. Because after purchase of one split A.C within 2and half years we are spend Rs.8500.00. I don't know now it will be work smoothly or not. The cash receipt of your service dealer isNo.34572 dated 19.07.2017 of M/s Paul & Company, 44 Old Nimta Road, Belgaria, Kolkata-700056.

                      I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton ac on 20th may 2017 and with in 2 months it has been serviced twice because of its cooling problem.in the second complaint the service engineer sent the ac to service centre few days back to refill the cooling gas. But now again it is having the same issue. I want the product to be replaced by a new one or otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

                      I have complaint to your customer care number and my request no. is [protected]. Also, i got visit of your service engineer today. He said the AC has leakage problem again. So, I request you to change the product with a new one because it's a defective product. I purchased it on 20/5/2017 and in only 2 months I have complained 3 times already.                       I have bought a new Split AC of Voltas and now the cooling is very slow and low. Initially the cooling was very good but now it has reduced a lot.

                      Please get it corrected immediately. I did not expect this from a TATA product. I was so confident buying a TATA product but now very disappointing.

                        I made a call log for two my ac - voltas 1.2 ton 5 star with my two registered numbers [protected] and [protected] but its more than two weeks, i haven't recieved and call from any engineer for installations. When i called them up now they are saying that i have taken the request for installation and will be installed tomorrow and again its sunday tomorrow.

                          My voltas water dispenser is been submitted to service center on 7th june against complain and after 4 registered complaints again and again i got the dispenser on 15th july ie 38 day's.
                          In between company send the dispenser 2 times but no works been done in it, we have to send back again and again.
                          So this is a horrible experience in voltas servicing

                            I complained to voltas customer care on 12 july 2017 of split a. C of 1.5 ton due to water leakage. Technicians attend complaint and considered gas leakage a problem. He fill gas and take 2500 rs. On same day, problem continued. On that day, i tell the problem to area manager mr. Shravan kumar but problem didn't solve. Between 12 july to 14 july i lodge complaints to customercare area manager mr. Shravan kumar. But he didn't pick up my call.

                              Split ac was installed wrong causing constant water leakage. Even though its a mistake made by voltas technician and the ac still in warranty period voltas expects me to pay for the reinstallation. Customer service reps can't speak english to save their lives. Giving me stupid excuses and reasoning. Sick & tired of their bull #. Made a huge mistake by buying a third grade voltas product.

                                I have registered breakdown request no. Is [protected].
                                According to your system assigned to engg krishna kumar for our split ac complaint... He arrive my home and checked all the things who attached with ac... Means he checked properly split ac innerside and outside (Voltage, cooling gas and stabilizer)
                                At last finally krishna said to me your ac compressor is not working... Compressor is down, and found capictor also fault. He said to me compressor and capictor will be changed via voltas service centre... No other thing discuss about of split ac... I am done on company condition... Final amount 3550 rs. And i have paid of rs. 2000 in advance.
                                But four hours latter voltas service centre called me up and said to me u have to pay 8100 rs. And we are not able to repair your compressor (Found new fault). New fault like (Condenssor aluminium coil).
                                This is not done... Dats not fair for me... I am harrassed... Feeling​ like a cheated.. I have objection of this type system... I am disturbed about of all bloody wrong things...
                                Please sir do good for me. I am just ordinary guy... I can't pay extra anymore. This side is my word fare and true... Your people is such shameful words and nature.
                                I can't pay anymore (Only 3550). Please sir do action for your cheapest department... I aware you all things and attached with actual bill.

                                  This is prakash from chennai, i have purchased a voltas split ac with a capacity of 1 ton, in last year august 15th 2016.

                                  I have bought this ac in a familiar shop saravana stores chennai.

                                  I hope still my ac in warranty period, so for i faced four problems in last 10 months, whenever i raise a complaint to customer care, they forward my complaint to the voltas dealer “ sensi cool” located near to my residential place.

                                  They provide very very worst service, i have already raised a complaint about this problem but there is no response.

                                  I have bought this ac only because of its brand name, please………. Do something to solve my problem.

                                  I have a small kid in my home, i hope you can understand my problem,

                                  Please do the need full at earliest..

                                  However, i got a call from a technician and when i explained the drainage problem to him; he said that i would get a call from his agency. No visit has taken place after that.
                                  Had the ac been properly installed after checking the drainage, perhaps i would not have faced this problem. I am unable to use the ac because of the all i want is a knowledgeable technician to be assigned this work who will be able to identify the root cause of the water leakage problem and resolve the same.

                                      Above mention detail is my complain request number with Voltas on 17/6/2017 & Consumer complain id.
                                      1)-i had requested voltas cusromer care (Local as landline number) but No response from them except fake promises..
                                      2 )-Then I complain on consumer forum and within 24 hrs Voltas people from local service center visited my house(2 Boys age 20-22 years old visited my house ) and resolved the issue.
                                      3 )-But once again my AC stop cooling and this is 2 time in last 2 month and it is when they have taken my AC along with them to their local service centre and charged 2575 Rs from me I have bill for same.
                                      4)-I have not seen the worst service like this in my life.
                                      5)-Voltas Local service centres has hired the inexperienced technicien so called engineer just shake of hiring local service centres are menting money and pestering consumer life.
                                      No one is ready to listen in Voltas..
                                      Voltas should be banned in India bcz of worse service...

                                      My voltas 1.5 ton AC is not working well so we called for service and they said that the gas has been leaked . It has been only three months since i bought this Ac. I bought it in reliance digital so they send the service man from reliance not from voltas service center. How can a new ac work like this.

                                        I had purchased a Voltas 2 ton split AC online from ‘Flipkart’ on 24.06.2017. This was installed by a Voltas Technician on 30.06.2017 and the installation charges amounting to Rs 2250/-were paid since it was purchased from ‘Flipkart’. As heavy leakage of water was observed from the vents, a complaint was registered on the 24x7 Voltas Helpline on 04.07.2017 bearing no. [protected]. A Voltas Technician made a visit on 06.07.2017 and after checking up of the drainage pipe said that water from the AC is not getting drained out speedily and is consequently flowing through the vents. He was of the view that the AC would require to be re-installed. On enquiry by me as to how does one proceed for re-installation, he stated that for re-installation I would require to register a fresh complaint. I also got a message on my mobile that the request number [protected] is ‘resolved’.
                                        Thereafter, I made a request on the Helpline bearing number [protected] on 08.07.2017 and after explaining the problem in detail requested for a technician who could re-install the AC so that the water could be properly and effectively drained. However, I got a call from a Technician and when I explained the drainage problem to him; he said that I would get a call from his agency. No visit has taken place after that.
                                        Had the AC been properly installed after checking the drainage, perhaps I would not have faced this problem. I am unable to use the AC because of the All I want is a knowledgeable Technician to be assigned this work who will be able to identify the root cause of the water leakage problem and resolve the same.
                                        May I request a favourable response from 'Voltas'?
