I complained to voltas customer care on 12 july 2017 of split a. C of 1.5 ton due to water leakage. Technicians attend complaint and considered gas leakage a problem. He fill gas and take 2500 rs. On same day, problem continued. On that day, i tell the problem to area manager mr. Shravan kumar but problem didn't solve. Between 12 july to 14 july i lodge complaints to customercare area manager mr. Shravan kumar. But he didn't pick up my call.

Mainly I want to inform you that the 'SHARP SERVICE', a franchise of your's and dealing the customer service, had a very ignoring and rude behavior. They have altered the electronic items and repackaged it with the repaired one. My complaint number was [protected] and my registered number is [protected].

    Split ac was installed wrong causing constant water leakage. Even though its a mistake made by voltas technician and the ac still in warranty period voltas expects me to pay for the reinstallation. Customer service reps can't speak english to save their lives. Giving me stupid excuses and reasoning. Sick & tired of their bull #. Made a huge mistake by buying a third grade voltas product.

      I have registered breakdown request no. Is [protected].
      According to your system assigned to engg krishna kumar for our split ac complaint... He arrive my home and checked all the things who attached with ac... Means he checked properly split ac innerside and outside (Voltage, cooling gas and stabilizer)
      At last finally krishna said to me your ac compressor is not working... Compressor is down, and found capictor also fault. He said to me compressor and capictor will be changed via voltas service centre... No other thing discuss about of split ac... I am done on company condition... Final amount 3550 rs. And i have paid of rs. 2000 in advance.
      But four hours latter voltas service centre called me up and said to me u have to pay 8100 rs. And we are not able to repair your compressor (Found new fault). New fault like (Condenssor aluminium coil).
      This is not done... Dats not fair for me... I am harrassed... Feeling​ like a cheated.. I have objection of this type system... I am disturbed about of all bloody wrong things...
      Please sir do good for me. I am just ordinary guy... I can't pay extra anymore. This side is my word fare and true... Your people is such shameful words and nature.
      I can't pay anymore (Only 3550). Please sir do action for your cheapest department... I aware you all things and attached with actual bill.

        This is prakash from chennai, i have purchased a voltas split ac with a capacity of 1 ton, in last year august 15th 2016.

        I have bought this ac in a familiar shop saravana stores chennai.

        I hope still my ac in warranty period, so for i faced four problems in last 10 months, whenever i raise a complaint to customer care, they forward my complaint to the voltas dealer “ sensi cool” located near to my residential place.

        They provide very very worst service, i have already raised a complaint about this problem but there is no response.

        I have bought this ac only because of its brand name, please………. Do something to solve my problem.

        I have a small kid in my home, i hope you can understand my problem,

        However, i got a call from a technician and when i explained the drainage problem to him; he said that i would get a call from his agency. No visit has taken place after that.
        Had the ac been properly installed after checking the drainage, perhaps i would not have faced this problem. I am unable to use the ac because of the all i want is a knowledgeable technician to be assigned this work who will be able to identify the root cause of the water leakage problem and resolve the same.
        May i request a favourable response from 'voltas'?

            Above mention detail is my complain request number with Voltas on 17/6/2017 & Consumer complain id.
            1)-i had requested voltas cusromer care (Local as landline number) but No response from them except fake promises..
            2 )-Then I complain on consumer forum and within 24 hrs Voltas people from local service center visited my house(2 Boys age 20-22 years old visited my house ) and resolved the issue.
            3 )-But once again my AC stop cooling and this is 2 time in last 2 month and it is when they have taken my AC along with them to their local service centre and charged 2575 Rs from me I have bill for same.
            4)-I have not seen the worst service like this in my life.
            5)-Voltas Local service centres has hired the inexperienced technicien so called engineer just shake of hiring local service centres are menting money and pestering consumer life.
            No one is ready to listen in Voltas..
            Voltas should be banned in India bcz of worse service...

            My voltas 1.5 ton AC is not working well so we called for service and they said that the gas has been leaked . It has been only three months since i bought this Ac. I bought it in reliance digital so they send the service man from reliance not from voltas service center. How can a new ac work like this.

              I had purchased a Voltas 2 ton split AC online from ‘Flipkart’ on 24.06.2017. This was installed by a Voltas Technician on 30.06.2017 and the installation charges amounting to Rs 2250/-were paid since it was purchased from ‘Flipkart’. As heavy leakage of water was observed from the vents, a complaint was registered on the 24x7 Voltas Helpline on 04.07.2017 bearing no. [protected]. A Voltas Technician made a visit on 06.07.2017 and after checking up of the drainage pipe said that water from the AC is not getting drained out speedily and is consequently flowing through the vents. He was of the view that the AC would require to be re-installed. On enquiry by me as to how does one proceed for re-installation, he stated that for re-installation I would require to register a fresh complaint. I also got a message on my mobile that the request number [protected] is ‘resolved’.
              Thereafter, I made a request on the Helpline bearing number [protected] on 08.07.2017 and after explaining the problem in detail requested for a technician who could re-install the AC so that the water could be properly and effectively drained. However, I got a call from a Technician and when I explained the drainage problem to him; he said that I would get a call from his agency. No visit has taken place after that.
              Had the AC been properly installed after checking the drainage, perhaps I would not have faced this problem. I am unable to use the AC because of the All I want is a knowledgeable Technician to be assigned this work who will be able to identify the root cause of the water leakage problem and resolve the same.

                I had bought a 1ton split AC of Voltas company on 5 June 2013. This AC is not working properly. I had operated this AC from a private machanic who told me that defect is inside compressor .

                  We, Department of botany, Sree Narayana College Kollam, Kerala purchased a split ac two years back. it was installed in our tissue culture room. Now it was not functioning properly. The complain was noticed in the month of March 2017 onwards. We have registered so many complaints on line and offline to you. Still the problem persists. One of your service center at Kundara, Kollam send service personals to us. The checked and informed us the gas was leaking, compressor problem, and so on... They have stil no idea about the problem. Many times they picked the indoor and out door units and send for service and returned. Still the same problem exists. Our tissue culture specimens are almost damaged. Our students could not do any practicals and we are facing problems from students and also from university side.
                  We request your attention immediately in this matter.and request to provide some qualified senior technicians to us.

                    This is Amit Gupta. Last year (between April and May(2016), I have purchased Voltas Split AC (1.5 Ton). It is a 5 star rating product where Voltas has claimed for Electricity Saver. I have never got satisfactory performance from this AC. First of all, it's not a Electricity Saver product as electricity consumption of this AC is more than 3 star rating product of Voltas or other Company. Also, I had regular visits of technician from voltas...

                    One service guy came to do Free service for our Voltas AC.
                    We asked him if he could also look at our Samsung AC also which had water dripping problem. He said he also does service for all types and he inspected it. He said aluminum coil has to be replaced with copper coil and asked Rs 5000 for it. With hope that it will be fixed, we gave him Rs 5000 to get the coil for replacing it. He went and never turned up. We called him many times and his response will be that he will come this day and he never comes.
                    I know I am complaining for Samsung AC. But the service guy who did this cheating was from Voltas. I don't know where to complain such things. So I am posting here. Me and my family are very much unhappy with this incident.

This product not working properly from purchased day. I request you my product is replaced immediately. I have many complaints to dealer and voltas company. My consumer complaint no. 329485. I not support dealer staff and voltas company staff.

                        I had purchased Volta's Air Condtioner Model No. 1.5 ton gold 2 star from radhika electronic, guru jambheshwar market, hisar -125001 . Since installation, the A.C.was giving problem. No. of times complaints were made{ complaint- 6 June 2017 complaint- no [protected], complaint- 7th June 2017 (complaint- no. [protected]), complaint- 13 June 2017 ([protected] ) complaint- 20th June 2017 ([protected]) }even the Technician charged the visiting charges but the problem is still exist. Now the Compressor is giving problem . compressor is not cooling and it do not start .Your service centre people are very hopeless and they don't bother about the consumer. Hence this complaint is on line.
                        If I do not hear immediately or my complaint is not resolve than I will take the legal action against the dealer as well as the Company for which both o[censored] will be liable.

                          Sir, as mentioned earlier i have purchased 1.5 ton split A.C. of voltas on dated[protected] from kashish enterprises modinagar, distt. Ghaziabad havinng model no. 1.5 silver 3S -N, Sr.no 4551406A12G002282, out- 45T1445E12G003055 .Now on 26 may 2017 its outdoor unit stoped working, only indoor unit was running then on 27 may 2017 i informed to customer care vide complaint no [protected], the mechanic visited on 28th may 2017 and said that its compressor burnt and it is to be replaced. So on dated[protected] the mechanic came and its compressor was replaced by voltas through Vans Air Condition & Electronics, modinagar by Mr.Pintu . Being in warrenty period the compressor was replaced free of cost but they charged gas filling charges and also its capacitor was replaced.After the replacement of compressor its outdoor unit started giving abnormal sound due to vibration and also cooling was poor, in this regard i asked Mr. Pintu to rectify the problem but there was no responce and next day we had gon out of station for about 14 days.After returning i have informed again to your customer care vide complainet no [protected] the mechanic visited on dated[protected] and said that cooling is ok while we were feeling that cooling was not proper and regarding the vibration of outdoor unit he said that it can't be removed and refused to attend.I repeatedly argued him and told him that I will lodge a complaint about your behaviour and poor service, he told me that you are free to lodge a complaint After two or three days its cooling completly became zero.Now i am facing a lot of problem without A.C. when the temp and humidity is so heigh.kindly look into the matter and remove my problems as soon as possible.

                            Voltas 1.5 ton was having problems ever since it is purchased. Water drops from Indoor unit for the past one year and cooling is very low. On complaint different mechanics are attending the fault from service center. They faulted that aluminum coil in the unit is rotten and suggested to replace with copper coil which may cost nearly Rs.5000/-. If it so whyTata company which is famous for its products, used aluminum coil in the AC machine. Why we undergo unnessary hurdles with this product. I can't believe the suggestion of service persons.                               Its been just three months since we have bought ur voltas window ac 2 ton. and iits needing repair again and again. its showing E2 now. previously before a couple of weeks t used to show the same error and after so much of struggle it got repaired even the dealer does not take any responsibility. and now the same problem has occurred again its again showing E2. and its not cooling at all. please help us solve this issue. its such a irresponsible thing that in just 3 months a newly purchased product is needing repair again and again. I have already complained about this twice earlier but no one is responding. please do not test consumer's patience or else we will have to approach consumer court.

                                  I have asked several times that my a. C is not giving cooling but instead of replacement the service mechanic visits the place and have not taken any efforts to replace the same. I have been cheated and feeling very depressed as when the service engineer came for installation on very first day he too confirmed that it needs replacement similarly i have requested several times but no action seems yet.
                                  Again i m requesting regarding reoalcement due to less cooling for last 10 days but it is very disappointing that neither i have got any calls nor any mechanic visited my place

                                  Can i expect help or should i write to pmo balecause i m feeling very cheated by voltas

                                    Sir, i have purchased 1.5 ton split A.C. in 2012 now in may 2017 its compressor became out of order, it was in warrenty period so replaced but after its replacemen by your mechanic its outdoor unit started giving abnormal sound also cooling was not proper.so i complaint again to customer care the mechanic visited and told that its vibration can't be attended and about cooling he told that it is ok but i was not satisfied with its workingl.Now its cooling completly became zero.I was planing to purchase 4 new window A.C. for our new house at new Delhi but seeing this poor service I am forced to go to other products.
