I mr . Prabhu gollapally purchaged new ac split 3 star in bajaj electonics d.No 2-51/1, br naidu castle chandanagar main road, bhel hyderabad telangana. On date 03.04.2017 installed by cooling tech services on 06.04.2017 on that day onwords ac not working (cooling) once again complaint raised technician came on from moon star air conditioners found there is gas leakage from nozzle it a defective product i got so i want to replace my previous voltas split ac with new one.

Worst!!! Worst!!! Worst!!! About service men i have register a complaint on 15 april above problem service came after 10 days to service the or check the problem but no use. Poor reactive about registering a complaint and solving the problem.
By this worst immpression on voltas product and people who are intersted to buy a voltas product please revert your opinion better.

I am already raised complaint regarding my voltas split A.C 1.5 ton, 3 time going to in your service center and there is always problem is rectify in pcb, on date 24/07/21 I have registered the complaint regarding this but not response from your team, very regratly said that bad service provide and bad product provide from the voltas, This issue is coming since my product was under warranty and now even when the product is not under warranty, it continues to be a problem with PCB. Now I have to pay the Continuity Service Charge for this this is your policy?
When my product was under warranty, then I had the opportunity to replace it.
That's when your service area manager had said, sir, be sure that whatever problem is there with your product recording, it will be a year and after that if any problem comes, then we will investigate it further and see you after doing something.
Now I have replace this product at any situation

    It'a a long story...
    Last friday 14th april, i did call to the voltas customer care [protected] for the first time for to service my ac.
    Since last friday i called almost 15 times.
    Let me tell you what happened with me on these calls.
    Sir humne request note karli hai, sir aap service center ka no lelo khud baat karlo, sir humne issue ko priorities ker diya hai, on tuesday i got a call from a person he told me that...

    Hi,

    I raised a request with voltas team on 18th apr [protected] and after follow-up i got a call on 20th apr from technician. Tech from dev enterprise najafgarh didn't checked anything and said that gas is leaking from ac and charged 400 rs. But we have got the ac filled and repaired by a local tech on 15th april.

    Technician confirmed that he will come next day on 21st with another guy who will fill the gas and get it fixed but on 21st i got a message that request is cancelled as customer not responding. We got the local technician and he identified that gas is fine but ac is melted from inside and he took it for repairing.

    My question is to voltas how come they have charged 400 when they didn't did anything. Also when my mother already informed him that gas is already filled and repaired. Also next day they update a wrong thing that customer not responded. However no one contacted me.

    I want this to be escalated and need to get refund for 400. Although its not a matter of rupees but a matter of right and wrong

      I had an AMC of my AC (1 ton window type) for 2 years till May 2018. On 30 March 2017 i lodged a complaint ([protected]) for wet service & no-cooling. After persistent telephonic requests with Ginny Aircon (Auth service centre) Ac was finaaly serviced on 6th April i.e. after a lapse of 7 days period. Complaint regarding no-cooling was not taken care off.
      However, on 18th April 2017 i again lodged a complaint ([protected]) which has not been resolved till date (i.e. after 4 working days). My AC was finally lifted for gas fill on 20 April 2017 and had not been replaced till date. Nobody literally nobody is ready to listen. During this period I made requests for fast service to Mr. Anshul, Mr. Sami, Mr. Sandesh, Mr. Salim, Mr. Satish, Ms. Pooja, Ms. Prajakta, Ms. kajal from Ginny Aircon but to no avail.
      I also escalated my complaint to Mr. Jitender Acharya & Mr. Ashok Yadav in Voltas but nothing.

        I am rohit sharma, i have bought 1.5 ton split ac. I used to take amc of this product. I registered a cooling complain regarding the my ac on 17th april. But till continuously follow up they attended my complain on 20th april and identify the complain of gas filling which i already mentioned during the complain and then they gone away. Today i am also following them but no respond. Your management is worst management. I have other brand ac also which dont have this kind of issue. So i am frusted with your product and service. I never going to buy any product.

            I am calling to your customer care from last yera (28/08/2016).But no such course of action has been taken till now (20/04/2017). I have paid an amount of Rs. 9300 to your technician who visit on mycomplaint on 04/06/2016 he repaired my ac condenser, Changed my ac internal fan motor, Gas Charge, Service Charge and transport charge Rs. 500 extra. And provided me six months warrant for internal fan motor.

            But from the date I have complaint on 28/08/2016 no action has been taken till now.

            On 24/09/2016 I have again call at you customer care where he transfer my call to Mr. Rakesh from A.A. Solution (Authorized Service Center For Voltas Ltd.). The person their refuse to complete my complaint. Between this winter starts and ac comes in not use and matter comes to cold bag. Now I need my ac but the problem is same as earlier so whats I get after spending approx 10 k.

            Sir, why we customer buy such big brand products. To get treat like this ?

            Kindly replace my defective part of my ac. I heart fully request you to take a proper course of action towards my complain.

              Worst worst worst i have registered complaints many times but no response nd my ac is in waaranty nd compresser is also in waraanty of 5 years but its dammaged come nd repair it cheaters.                 AC works intermittently. If it works today, the next day it won't work. Raised around 7 Service Requests and each time the service center executive closes it stating 'No issues' or 'Resolved'. This product is in first year of warranty.
                Each time the executive visited, the ac appeared working. Even though I have explained to SerciceDesk team, Service center executive, they never took further steps to identify the issue and resolve.
                As per advise from executives, I have verified the voltage and Electricals lines but didn't see any issues. Also, I have same model ac in another room which works properly at the time when this ac wasn't​ working.
                Kindly help in address this issue.

                No installation done for my newly bright ac which I have bought on 14 April 2017 and for installation of ac, the dealer (Ankur electronics) Shamli from where we buy our ac is asking for installation charges Rs 600.And we are not at all happy with the service.

                  Dear sir/mam

                  This is in reference to captioned complaint subject.

                  I have purchased voltas split ac 1.5 ton 3 star and get it installed. And facing cooling issues from d day when it's installed. Thus got checked from your company mechanic as well and during checking in its very first year of purchase found low level of gas. And they put it and it work as compromising. But this year even after periodic servicing its not cooling in the room.

                  So raising my concern to pay your kind attention by deploying some expert mechanic as i have experienced inexpert mechanic was sent for checking who ask for his charges w/o any proper solution.

                    My account is under warranty. The annual free service is overdue. I have been following g up for a month now but nobody is coming to get it serviced. There is no response from customer care number either. I have been calling the customer care number and they are only assuring that they will ensure resolution within 24hrs. But it's been a month now and no respite.

                      We have already filed for a complaint with the Volta's team on the 08/04/2017 with Request No: [protected]. But till today i.e 19/04/2017 no technician has turned up at our place. I called up the customer care team on 14/04/2017 who in turn told me that they have placed my request on priority and very soon the technician would be visiting my place, and they also gave me the Service Center number which is [protected].
                      I've been calling the service center team and they have been telling me that the technician would come to today, but no technician turns. This has been the same reaction whenever I call the service center.

                        1. pl refer your bill dated us/144/16-17 dated 04 jul 2016.

                        2. during the instalation of acs, one of acs was not working properly the same was notified to the engineer who has come to install the ac. however, he informed the some other person will come and solve the problem. till date no body has come.

                        3. on 29 feb 2017, a complaint was lodged with you vide our complain no [protected] with mr manjit singh and he told that your complain will be solved with 48 hours. further, no body bother to lookinto. once again a complain was lodged vide [protected] with mr ankit singh, the same words was delivered that withih 48 hours yours problem will be solved

                        4. it is very ridiculous that inspite of our telcon with the representative, only assurance are delivered but nothing more that.

                        5. pl treat the matter most urgent since the summer in full swing.

                          I have purchase voltas ac on dated 13/4/17 bill no 24967 from taneja electronics jwalapur hardwar. It's install on dated 14/4/17. But after 2 days i. E 17/4/17 ac not cooling. I have complaint on dated 18/4/17 complaint no [protected]. Service engineer check and found lekage from pipe. But not resolved the problem. But i have found sms that my complaint has been resolved. Kindly take quick action to resolve complaint or replace the ac.

                            I bought a voltas split ac in april 2016. Within 10 days of installation, a gas leakage happened and the ac stopped working. Quite clearly, the product sold to me was a defected one. But the representatives were adamant about the quality of the product and we had to make do with a gas refill. The ac then somehow worked through last summer even though it's display kept on malfunctioning from time to time.
                            Then in april 2017, we had to undergo another gas refill, which is surprising considering that the other acs in the house didn't require any gas refilling. Also this voltas ac is relatively new.. Having used it for only 15 days this season, the ac has again stopped cooling.
                            Please note that this piece has required 3 gas refills in only one year... I don't know if this doesn't qualify for a faulty product then what does...
                            I am requesting you very humbly to please get this useless ac unit replaced...

                              I have purchased one Voltas air cooler on 31Mar2016, Now just one year over its not working. i have called the voltas customer care person Mr.Rajesh attended and telling like has only one year warranty.

                              Now my complaint against Voltas : Dont's go for Voltas because their product will not sustain more than one year and they are not giving any grace warranty period.

                                I bought voltas ac from amazon on 3rd april thinking of the brand and expecting a world class service.ac was delivered on 5th as expected and i logged a ticket [protected] for installation. waited paitently for 2 days, then called again to ask when will technician come, to my surprise they logged another ticket [protected] stating this will dealt on priority and with 24 hours someone will contact me again. my registered mobile number is [protected]....

                                I am facing issues with voltas from past 3 years. 2 years back, the was gas leak in my ac, which they repaired and gave a warranty for 1 season which is actually 1-2 month. But they assured that gas leak is not normal and they checked all the parts any other leak. But, it happened again last year for which i had to pay again. This time they mentioned that something was missed from their end as the volve they had fit the previous had the leakage, but still i had to pay for it. And again they assured that this is not normal, gas leak generally doesn't happen again once checked properly. And they again gave warranty for 1 season, which this time was only 1 month left for the season.

                                And yesterday, again when i switched on my ac for the first time this season, i am again getting the same issue, what kind of service is this provided by voltas, charging the customer for the same problem every year. Worst service ever.

                                    I been trying customer care number from 3 days. they are providing with local vendor number for buying remote. these numbers are either switched off or they are not selling ac remotes. i didnt expect such a bad service from such a brand. really disappointed with customer service. please find some solution to find us new ac remote.
