It'a a long story...
Last friday 14th april, i did call to the voltas customer care [protected] for the first time for to service my ac.
Since last friday i called almost 15 times.
Let me tell you what happened with me on these calls.
Sir humne request note karli hai, sir aap service center ka no lelo khud baat karlo, sir humne issue ko priorities ker diya hai, on tuesday i got a call from a person he told me that he is coming in half an hour for ac service, nobody came, again i called customer care on wednesday, they said they are logging a complaint and i will get response, nobody contacted, when i contacted yesterday they said they are arranging a call back from senior and i will get a call back, nobody called back.
Today i called thrice first two representative they simply listened my whole story and when they could not able to answer they simply disconnected my call, even i told them please connect me to your senor and not disconnected my call.
On my third call i got the assurance that i will get a call back in half an hour, nobody contacted again.
Pathetic service and customer care.

When my product was under warranty, then I had the opportunity to replace it.
That's when your service area manager had said, sir, be sure that whatever problem is there with your product recording, it will be a year and after that if any problem comes, then we will investigate it further and see you after doing something.
Now I have replace this product at any situation
