Sir i have bought voltas 3 star 1.5 ton ac from cool world bhagalpur on 8 april 2017.ac is not functioning after installetion.i had complained earlier but no any assistance has been provided by company.one day engineer had com and told me that the outer unit of ac has not working.company will replace the unit and gone away.but till now no any reprentative has come.only a fake sms have been received by me thatour engg visited your premise for sr no.[protected].there was no responsible personavailable.pls call us at [protected] for an appointment.this sms is wrost because my faimly always available on my premise.u should take an effective action towards ur representatives.i hope u will help me.thanks

    Hi raised a breakdown request for my 1 ton split AC on the 21st of April 2017. An engineer visited my residence the next day and was unable to rectify the issue. He said that there is an issue with the compressor and a service engineer would visit my place on the 22nd of April 2017. Nobody turned up for the next two days. I decided to call up the customer care for escalation of the issue but to my utter surprise, nobody responded to my concern and I was hung up over the phone for six consecutive times. Finally for the seventh time, there was a polite agent who answered my call and gave me the contact details for the local service centre. I called up the service centre and the owner told me that they do not have compressor in stock and they would only visit my place once it is available and he did not commit on a specified date.

    I do not understand the level of customer service you offer to your customers. Also, is there only one service centre in entire New Delhi?

    I want this is issue rectified immediately else I move to the consumer court and seek justice and adequate compensation.

    The service engineer visited my place today and installed a new compressor and unfortunately even the new compressor is defective. I am literally tired of the crap you have sold me in addition to your customer service.

      This is in reference to the above mentioned complaint number.
      Despite repeated requests and phone calls no action has been taken on the companies end and the problem with the AC still persists.
      Request you to look into the matter and do the need full. First they said that ac was low in gas and charged for filling gas. Then within a week gas leaked again. Then they said the condenser of ac is faulty and will be changed but no one has come to change the condenser. I have been calling them repeatedly for past 25 days still i am facing problem

      We have booked a complaint on 23 March 2017. Till date the complaint is not dissolved. First time technician said there is gas leakage and charged rs 2250. According was still not working. Then they said compressor is out of order. The next man said condenser is out of order and demanded 50% of the cost in advance. Till date he had not turned up.

        Sir, i am dealer of home appliances product based on nathdwara - rajsathan, i am dealing in your company water cooler machine from your authorised dealer m/s aakash aircon, udaipur. I had purchased an water cooler model pss60/120 s. R no. 6010213p[protected] wide bill no. 010109 dated 04/03/2017. This cooler i had sold to my customer, but from the date of installation the customer regularly complaint for non cooling the water for that i complaint to the dealer, toll free help no and company customer care services on various time, for that your service representative comes approx 5 to 6 times but the problem remains same till now. Now the customer may be complaint at consumer fouram, so i am requesting to you please replace the machine and solve the problem.

          I purchased 2 Voltas ACS, now i have to get the service of one of my acs done. I registered my request on 20th april then on 21st april but till 23rd 6pm nothing has been done so far. What kind of service Voltas is giving.–[protected]its rubbish.
          Really hopeless[protected]won't recommend Voltas to anyone again in life.

            I have a Voltas split AC 1.5 ton on which I spent 10k bucks during end of last summer season that is September end 2016. It was working fine right after the fix but we were unable to check for long as season changed. When I switched on the AC during April this month, it was not at all cooling. So I called up Voltas to fix a service so that they can check. I was given the date of 21 April for service but no one turned up on that day. I made a call to which they said you will receive it next say. Next day I again made a call to which I got technician number which was switched off. Then I again made a call and they told me to wait for another day and I will receive call in morning today. I again called Voltas to confirm and they still have no answer as to why nobody came and again told me to wait for day end. I am totally pissed as ac is not working at all. Even after so much perseverance and spending a huge amount just last season getting repaired from company..I am stuck like that. It is really shameful as I recommended Voltas to many others. I guess it was a wrong decision so far.

              We purchased the voltas ac from jain traders almost three years back, there wasnt amy problem until 4 5 months back where it started to show an error of "E6" and the blower stops. Now that i called voltas so many times there arent even responding i tried every other way to reach them but nothing in back. If the ac works also by some time it stops automatically it really irritates in this hot summer season, i am really upset and annoyed why they arent responding.

                It is a complaint regarding AC service, as my Ac is not giving proper cooling so I lodged a complaint regarding the service of it but from the voltas executives they says that they have forward the complaint lodged the complaint and all these things and just gives the reference number and no further proceeding take place from their side.
                The latest reference number whic have been provided is [protected] which had to be schedule to be on 21st of April 2017 but there is no revert neither the executive had visited the place.

                  Pathetic pathetic after sales service from Voltas. I had never imagined that the second free servicing from the company would cost me so much. On 14th March, I got the wet servicing done from the Voltas technicians and the A/C was still in warranty. The machine was handled very very roughly by the technicians and they also broke a part of the indoor unit (part of the plastic frame) which they never agreed to. After the servicing the indoor unit started leaking water the same day. On calling the same technician again he was totally clueless about the reason. Also, other technicians that came in either had no idea or could not stop the leakage. Today 5 weeks have passed and I still dont have a solution to this even after 3-4 technician visits. In fact, I have to call the service center again and again to ask when are the next set of technicians coming. And this is another problem because of which I am fed up. If I lodge a complaint in the customer care, it takes minimum one week for the technicians to come in; also they commit one time but never come on that time. It gets really frustrating. After lodging my last request in the customer care, I am still awaiting the technicians from the service center; but nothing as of now. I dont have to explain that in the month of April, how hot it can become and I am suffering only because of the wet servicing done by the Voltas AC technicians. This problem of water leakage within a year of installation is absolutely unacceptable from a company like Voltas especially if it is due to the technician rough handling of the machine. And let me also tell you that while the machine is on, the water also fell on the stabiliser and other electrical switches; if some accident happens, I will blame it on Voltas. I have all the details of the service center to which the techinican belonged to and I also have the name of the technician who did the servicing. I do not want any repair of my one year old AC, because of technician fault. I want it to be replaced by a new indoor unit; as it happened during the warranty period and while the servicing was done. One month is over and I am completely fed up.
                  I am attaching the activity sheets related to the technician visits and also the bill for the AC.
                  Please help, we are suffering from 1 month.

                      I have bought a Voltas Air cooler from AB enterprises, South Delhi on 17th April. The piece was defective and I had to take it back to the seller immediately and after many negotiations got another piece. This cooler was also not functional with water pouring out when the pump is on. The next day morning I have registered a complaint and since then made innumerable calls to the voltas customer care for support . After 3 days a technician came only to say that some part is defective. Afterwards no one turned up till date. The service centre personnel in Delhi were rather rude and was not even ready to listen. It is a pity that Voltas provides such poor customer care services. I will never recommend Voltas and shops like AB enterprises, Mohan Singh Market for purchase of any gadgets.

                        I did a big mistake in my life when i bought a voltas split ac 2 years ago thinking it to be so called world class product and since then my mental agony has not stopped following up with service cetre.
                        It fails every 5-6 months (I have no wonder how voltas is making huge profits from service of acs-it is substandard to fail every season, and customer is bound to either buy amc or pay for annual service)
                        In my case it is failing every 5th month.
                        1. Unit was bought in feb’15
                        2. Failed with-in 2 months of purchase job no. [protected] (Repair works done on odu)
                        3. Again failed after 3 months from last repair job no. [protected] (Odu replaced)
                        4. Again failed in april’16 (Idu replaced with assurance of warranty extension that unit will serve without failure atleast 2 seasons)
                        5. Unit failed 4th time sep’16 (5 months from previous replacement of idu-repairs accepted and engineers came and spoiled entire coil and burned the locking cabinet-photos and videos attached)
                        6. Units failed 5th time march’17 (Within warranty extension period)

                        This is enough i have had experimentation with my product.
                        The conclusion is voltas ac is a substandard and cannot withstand indian conditions even for 5-6 months.
                        Voltas is cheating customers by selling substandard products as acs are normally used for 5-6 months in year in north india.

                        This is my final communication with voltas either

                        • replace my entire unit (Idu and odu with a brand new one with new warranty)
                        • refund my entire purchase amount as i am already fed up with substandard quality of products and abusive and un professional behaviour of service professional specially mr yadav who do not have any ethics and understanding how to speak to a customer

                        5 times failure within 2 years are good enough as a proof and evidence to prove into consumer court the standards of quality of voltas.

                        If none of the above 2 solutions are not agreed upon i would have no other options but to go for legal proceedings under ipc

                        1. Section 415 in the indian penal code of deceiving with substandard products failing 5 times in 2 years
                        2. Charge sheet to be filed by the police / cbi in the court of chief metropolitan magistrate for offences punishable under sections 120b, 420, 409, 468 and 471 of indian penal code to ensure the magistrate take cognizance of the offences and summoned the accused to stand trial.

                        Background :
                        1. There has been intent to intentionally cause damage / harm to mr dev sharma on economic grounds, reputation, damage of property.
                        2. During the service visit by asi mr. Jitender chharia along with technician it was found that the lock was not functioning due to repetitive manufacturing and service defect. (Attached photographs)
                        3. No response of replacement of full unit even after registering case with customer care. (Received a message stating informing to get the unit repaired even after continuous failure within last 2 years)

                          I'm very disappointed to inform that we purchased a split AC on 18th April but nobody from Voltas has turned up for installation yet. As a company it is your responsibility to give prompt service to your customers but regretfully that has not worked out for me.
                          Please give me some direction with regards to returning the product as the product is just sitting in my house without use.

                            I am already raised complaint regarding my voltas split A.C 1.5 ton, 3 time going to in your service center and there is always problem is rectify in pcb, on date 24/07/21 I have registered the complaint regarding this but not response from your team, very regratly said that bad service provide and bad product provide from the voltas, This issue is coming since my product was under warranty and now even when the product is not under warranty, it continues to be a problem with PCB. Now I have to pay the Continuity Service Charge for this this is your policy?
                            When my product was under warranty, then I had the opportunity to replace it.
                            That's when your service area manager had said, sir, be sure that whatever problem is there with your product recording, it will be a year and after that if any problem comes, then we will investigate it further and see you after doing something.

                              Hi,

                              I raised a request with voltas team on 18th apr [protected] and after follow-up i got a call on 20th apr from technician. Tech from dev enterprise najafgarh didn't checked anything and said that gas is leaking from ac and charged 400 rs. But we have got the ac filled and repaired by a local tech on 15th april.

                              Technician confirmed that he will come next day on 21st with another guy who will fill the gas and get it fixed but on 21st i got a message that request is cancelled as customer not responding. We got the local technician and he identified that gas is fine but ac is melted from inside and he took it for repairing.

                              My question is to voltas how come they have charged 400 when they didn't did anything. Also when my mother already informed him that gas is already filled and repaired. Also next day they update a wrong thing that customer not responded. However no one contacted me.

                              I want this to be escalated and need to get refund for 400. Although its not a matter of rupees but a matter of right and wrong

                                I had an AMC of my AC (1 ton window type) for 2 years till May 2018. On 30 March 2017 i lodged a complaint ([protected]) for wet service & no-cooling. After persistent telephonic requests with Ginny Aircon (Auth service centre) Ac was finaaly serviced on 6th April i.e. after a lapse of 7 days period. Complaint regarding no-cooling was not taken care off.
                                However, on 18th April 2017 i again lodged a complaint ([protected]) which has not been resolved till date (i.e. after 4 working days). My AC was finally lifted for gas fill on 20 April 2017 and had not been replaced till date. Nobody literally nobody is ready to listen. During this period I made requests for fast service to Mr. Anshul, Mr. Sami, Mr. Sandesh, Mr. Salim, Mr. Satish, Ms. Pooja, Ms. Prajakta, Ms. kajal from Ginny Aircon but to no avail.
                                I also escalated my complaint to Mr. Jitender Acharya & Mr. Ashok Yadav in Voltas but nothing.

                                  I am rohit sharma, i have bought 1.5 ton split ac. I used to take amc of this product. I registered a cooling complain regarding the my ac on 17th april. But till continuously follow up they attended my complain on 20th april and identify the complain of gas filling which i already mentioned during the complain and then they gone away. Today i am also following them but no respond. Your management is worst management. I have other brand ac also which dont have this kind of issue. So i am frusted with your product and service. I never going to buy any product.

                                      I am calling to your customer care from last yera (28/08/2016).But no such course of action has been taken till now (20/04/2017). I have paid an amount of Rs. 9300 to your technician who visit on mycomplaint on 04/06/2016 he repaired my ac condenser, Changed my ac internal fan motor, Gas Charge, Service Charge and transport charge Rs. 500 extra. And provided me six months warrant for internal fan motor.

                                      But from the date I have complaint on 28/08/2016 no action has been taken till now.

                                      On 24/09/2016 I have again call at you customer care where he transfer my call to Mr. Rakesh from A.A. Solution (Authorized Service Center For Voltas Ltd.). The person their refuse to complete my complaint. Between this winter starts and ac comes in not use and matter comes to cold bag. Now I need my ac but the problem is same as earlier so whats I get after spending approx 10 k.

                                      Sir, why we customer buy such big brand products. To get treat like this ?

                                      Kindly replace my defective part of my ac. I heart fully request you to take a proper course of action towards my complain.
