But cooling is not effective after that
Called many times after that to Voltas service provider many times call aslo but not in realy for me... And purches the ac shop Raonak Electronic invetor ac purches visit also three times and complete aslo. Custmore care call also ..24 hrs visit the engineers but not not in visited...Give me a sggestion otherwise complete in notify for consumor court...

    Voltas make good aircondittioners under roof of TATA I had been using for the past 12 years However in 2014 I bought two Airconditioners from Vasanth& Co Velachery Chennai I ordered Spilt AC 1.5 T with copper tubes
    Last week My AC failed Service engineer said Coil leaked and failure of aluminium coil
    So I paid Rs 5850
    Why Voltas is making such poor product which can fail easily
    Why are they spoiling their name
    Why Dealer had cheated me by providing aluminium coil instead of Copper Service engineer told me same issue is faced by few customers who did not know what coil is supplied
    Be specific in your model what coil is insider Customers are cheated by your dealer for few hundred rupees
    Kindly reimburse the amount paid for which receipt is attached

        I have bought an air conditioner one year ago in summers but in 12 months m not compatible with this product worst company ever I had seen in my life one complaint Nd that's is been registered by again Nd again

        M not using it from last summer to this summer
        Such a useless company my advice is not to work with this company

          I am naveen manchanda from allahabad (City) uttar pradesh i have purchased voltas window ac from asha & company 16 a mahatma gandhi marg, civil lines allahabad on date 10 april 2017... Product that has been delievered with its broken part... The installer came and said that part will be replaced in a week... After installation of the ac its not proper cooling i have complained several times and got no response from voltas service center...
          My break down request on 14 april is [protected] and got no response again complained on 25 april preventive maintenance request is [protected] and got no response... So kindly replace the ac

          I have raised a request regarding AC installation on 14th April but did not receive any call from the technician. But i am following up with Voltas Customer care but no action until now today date it is 4th May more than a 2 week.

          The worst service i have been facing from Voltas.

          Only reason i purchased this product due to respect on TATA, which is my mistake .

          Service is ruining the name of TATA.

            Voltas customer care – bad experience
            I am not sure who else had issues dealing with voltas customer care and its service center but i really had lot of trouble voltas customer care.
            In order to fix two issues with the two different products, it took 13 calls to customer care, 4 follow up calls to service center and needless to say, enormous energy (To explain entire issue every single time i called voltas customer care) and most important, precious time.
            First request was raised (Request #: [protected]) for water dispenser (Product in warranty) on 27th april and got assurance that servicer center guys will contact us. Till 29th, no one contacted so i had to call voltas customer care and one of the agent provided a contact number of service center.
            I spoke to the guy (Service center) and he mentioned that someone will be visiting to address the issue. But that day no one turned up so again i had to call customer care and informed about the same. I asked for a manager or a supervisor but they said they were busy and will arrange a call back (Which they haven’t done till date)
            On 29th, i reported air cooler (One month old) water pump issue as it wasn’t throwing the water on all sides so for this another request was raised (Request # [protected]) and i also got assurance that either on sunday or latest by monday both issues will be fixed as service center guy will visit and will take care of the issues.
            After few mins, i got a text stating request #: [protected] is cancelled ‘reason customer not responding’ this made me mad as i was the one who was following up with them and they cancelled it and the reason they mentioned was enough to blow up my mind.
            I called and yelled at them they said due to technical glitch this might have happened and created another request for water dispenser problem – [protected]. I asked for a manager or supervisor but they did not transfer the call instead they promised a call back from manager/supervisor however, it was not done, as usual. I don’t know why supervisors or managers are afraid to speak to the customers.
            My patience level was getting low and frustration level was reaching at top now. After waiting till after noon on 1st may, i called customer care again and requested for supervisor or manager, this time they managed to transfer my call to senior tech from escalation team (That’s what they said) his name was vinay kumar from mohali. He conferenced the call with service center guy and gave assurance that technician will visit by 3 to 4 pm. I thanked vinay and requested him if i can get hold of him if they don’t turn up he said i can contact customer care and they should be able to transfer the call (I knew it will not be done because you never know which city your call will land). When no one turned up from service center till 4:30 pm, i called service center guy directly, got the contact number of the technician and got assurance that he would come by 6:30.
            So the guy came and informed that the plastic piece that was broken is not covered under warranty. He suggested to either use fevicol to fix the broken part (The nozzle that pierce into the water bottle) or replace it. Upon inquiring about where we can find it, he mentioned some address but i was like why can’t they bring or try selling those parts? And why can’t they tell us which part is not covered in warranty when i made numerous calls to customer care? They could have save their time and my time and energy if they could have informed me about this earlier. Well, this request was closed.

            Now, about the air cooler water flowing problem, i had to call voltas customer care as the service center guy who visited to address water dispenser problem, does not deal with air coolers. I was able to get in touch with senior technician ‘annapoorna’ from hyderabad. She put my call on hold and after long hold, informed that service center number is not reachable and she assured that someone will contact me.
            On 2nd, no one contacted so i started sending twitter message to voltas twitter handled @voltasacs all i get was we are sorry.. We will take care.. Someone will contact me.. Blah blah blah.. But no action was taken.
            Finally on 3rd, i called voltas and asked for a manager that agent took all the information and said he will raise another request as previous request for air cooler is in follow up. I did not know why is that they have to created another request when the previous one was still unresolved (New request # [protected]) well i was not much worried about the number of request are being created i want my issue to be fixed. He gave me contact number of service center and asked me to contact them and follow up with them. He also said that i can directly go there and take action on service center. I was like what? Why should i go there and take action? When i asked him to put me across to manager, this guy hung up on me… i called voltas again and asked them to put me across to manager immediately, that lady wanted to know the details so i told her to check my records. Finally, i was able to speak to ‘emanuel’ from escalation department (Hyderabad) i had to explain him entire story. He got in touch with service center and i got a call from area service manager, devandar. He assured that i would be getting call from technician in 15 mins. When there was no call back even after 30 mins, i followed up with devandar, he informed that due to lunch time they could not call that was ok to me but atleast a courtesy call would have helped me here. Finally, after 30 mins, i got a call from technician to confirm the address and at last my query was resolved technician completed the servicing on air cooler.
            I don’t know why it is that difficult for voltas to arrange service center team to address these issues. Moreover, they don’t bother to follow up with customer, it is us who have to keep calling them just because we bought their products.
            If anyone have any suggestions on whom do i address with at voltas, please provide your inputs
            Suggestion to voltas:
            1. Please train customer support executives to identify the differences between product/parts what is covered and what is not covered in warranty so customers don’t have to wait and follow up with service center only to know that part is not covered in warranty
            2. Sales opportunity for issues encountered by me – replacement of parts (Plastic parts of water dispenser). Have service center team carry replacement parts if need be for on visit sale opportunity/business.
            3. When customer request for a manager or supervisor, transfer the call to them and do not disconnected the call
            4. Take ownership of customer issue and follow up with them and don’t wait for customer to contact you for any open or escalated problems.

              Purchased Voltas 183V IY AC a month back from shop. After more than a week long begging with Voltas they came for installation and the installation was faulty and then raised a complaint with Voltas but no response for a month. Now the AC has stopped working. If Service is not available from day one how he is gonna provide warranty for 5 years.

              Purchasing Voltas was the worst decision I ever made. No service is available. Cant afford to throw a Rs 43K AC in trash. Voltas customer care does not have any track of your service requests. They never check with their vendor and his vendor Weather tech(Hyderabad) is a crap who does not know the basic installation am afraid whether he is aware of how to service/repair.

              First of all have a doubt whether Voltas is manufacturing ACs or Dabbas. As usual begging with Voltas for service.

                My ac complaint has been registered as on 18-apr-17 with complaint no [protected]. And concern engineer has been visited on 20 apr. But the trippng problem yet not resolved as well i have been not responded from your side on this problem. I am highly frustrated as the peak season of summers and suffered from your side. Its high time when you company representative's are not responding in this matter. Pls do the needful on priority basis otherwise i will file application in consumer forum as this is a glitch in contract.. This is so pathetic to call again and again...

                  I had contacted voltas customer care 5 times upto now, but no call received from technician yet...

                  I given a query regarding my voltas split ac for cleaning & servicing, because of it lags much time to cool my room. But every time i call them they used to tell "sorry for the inconvenience caused and today for sure our technician will call you in 24 hrs."

                  At first i got a call from a technician saying "sir, i'm busy and i am assigning you other technician for your service and he will come for you" but no one came up to now.

                  Again i called customer care and they said we are putting you in urgent and you will get your ac service soon. Again one technician called and he will be coming after two days. And i reside in the middle of city hyderabad.

                  But no service

                  What the hell is happening with the voltas service and they are making public more annoying with out doing their duties accurately.

                  This company service is so lavish and they are not amenable to their responsibilities.

                  Company has given faulty product which doesn't provide cooling. On top of that after logging complaint on various platforms & modes its more than 30days but they are not responding to calls, emails. I have emailed, called, written on facebook. How can a big brand like this can treat customers so badly.

                      My spouse mrs kalpanabhadury purchased 1.5ton splita/c on 2013, facing frequent problem in cooling (When ambient temp more than 35deg).
                      Under warranty & amc changed compressor coil @ rs 10000/-.
                      Still problem persists. Complain dated 27/4 not yet entertained.
                      Kindly confirm why problem should not be resolved through other agency before applying to consumer court for claiming compensation for deficiency of service & inferior product

                        Bought voltas split ac 125zy (R410a) on 31 st december 2016. When used for d first time on 3rd week of april 2017, it was not cooling. On contacting d voltas customer care, an executive was sent who analysed and found that there was gas leakage. He fixed and same issue got repeated within a weak.

                        We are expecting immediate action to b taken from voltas.

                          I have registered my complaint regarding water pump issue on 24th Apr 17, but it still pending. I have been doing the follow-up with customer care executives, senior executives and area service manager on regular basis.

                          After a long week and a day, technician visited and left without resolving the issue, as he did not get the new pump.
                          Also, they committed to resolve the issue for today, but they are saying they cannot make it today as it's a labor day.

                          These guys are making fool of me for last 10 days. They are asking me to hold on call and that sometimes that duration is 20 min longer.

                          I am literally upset. These guys are not understanding the level of torcher what I am facing because of them. I have wasted my 2 days by waiting for the technician only. I have been calling them every day for 20 mins to get the status of the technician. This is really unfair, weird and unhuman.

                                My name is Sudhir Kumar and I have purchased this voltas 1.5ton window ac from croma indirapuram Ghaziabad on 3rd April till now this my 3rd complain. I registered my complain regarding water getting collected inside the cabnit of ac on 23rd of april even i called the engineer also but till date no one visited my place and now ac is making trouble, display is showing "d.f."
                                I don't know what it stands for but it looks like you guys have no concern regarding customer's complain, that's why we go for the product like hitachi or o general as the have good after sale service.

                                  I, Smt. Padmasri, bought Voltas cooler on 23/04/2017 and when tried to use it then it has been noticed that there was power on issue with the the cooler. Complaint has been raised to the Voltas customer care on the same date (i.e. 23/04/2017) and received call back response from the Voltas cutomer care on very next day during my working hours and the response was that the service will be provided only during their business hours (i.e. between 9:30 AM to 6 PM). Since I will not be available at my home from Monday to Friday during the above timings, I request them to proved the service during weekend (i.e. Saturday, 29/04/2017). They have agreed to the request. But I didn't get any service.

                                  It is horrible summer and my family is suffering.

                                    Hi Voltas, I bought air cooler in Feb 2017. From the past week it's stop function the water pump. I raised a complaint to Voltas toll free number, they said their technician will get back in 24 hours, later I followed up after 48 hours and then they gave me a nearest service centre contact number. When I called the service centre said the water pump is not available with them and it take a day to get. Now it's 5th day i was calling the service centre but no response. Please take this complaint further and get this issue resolved as earliest as possible.

                                      I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Voltas AC from the Authorized dealer M/s Sargam Electronics Central Market Lajpat Nagar New Delhi-110024 vide invoice No.SA12-02006 dated 22.10.2016, during its operation an unbearable noise
                                      noticed & accordingly complaint lodged to the provider as well as the dealer of products, my complaint forwarded to the dealer K M Enterprises but only
                                      inexperienced service engineer deputed resulting the complaint is still alive and no fault rectified failing which the consumer is feeling uncomfortable even
                                      after expenses a huge amount from his salary to avail such facility but it is regretted that a reputed brand is not providing his services as per their Norms, Therefore it is requested to intervine in the matter and force to manufacturer to replace the same in the interest of Public.

                                        My voltas window 1.5 ton heat n cool ac stopped working... Talked to service centre regarding this... I was told that the compressor is not working and it needs to be replaced... My ac is 4 yrs old so though the ac was not in warranty the compressor was in warranty. I got it serviced by voltas authorised service centre on 21 march 2017... But since then the ac was not working properly, it was struggling to reach even 25 degrees... And when i set the temperature to 24 it used to trip before reaching that temperature with stabilizer showing overload... This was a newly arises trouble... Earlier the ac was able to reach even 20 degrees without any struggle (Did that once or twice just to check the cooling capacity)... Now it struggle to reach even 25... Regarding this i called the customer care n the service centre... They took back the machine for recheck and now they are saying that it is in proper working condition... And this is not a issue and that overload on stabilizer is due to voltage fluctuations... Voltage in my room never went below 190 v input to stabilizer.. So the ac receive voltage in its working range and all these issues arise after the compressor change... The service centre people are not accepting the fact that the ac is not cooling properly... I have called voltas service centre a number of times but there is no one to give technical advice... And these service centre people are also misleading the costomer care people by not accepting the trouble... Kindly help..
