I had purchased voltas split ac from great eastern, dalhousie, kolkata under invoice no. Hbs/sa/1718/04164 on 19-05-17 to be delivered to me within 5-6 days but even after passage of 6 days the same has not been delivered yet. The basic phone no. Given in the invoice bill is not attended by anyone and no isd name or contact no./mobile no has been mentioned to contact due to delay in delivery of ac and installation.

    Hi, i am a new customer of voltas. I bought an air conditioner of voltas (Voltas 245 dyi) from tata cliq on 7th of may 2017 and was delivered to me on 16th of may. I had several other options of air conditioners from different brands but i chose voltas because it claims to be india's one of the best ac manufacturing brands with good service quality. After the delivery of the product on 16th of may i called voltas customer service several times and requested for installation which is free because i bought it from tata cliq (Big mistake). After that i got a call from voltas' local service center and they confirmed my address to sent technicians. From then the technicians started giving excuses for not installing the ac which sounded pointless sometimes. The visits and excuses are as follows:
    Visit no.1: the place is not ready for installation because "there is no electrical socket in front of the ac and give us a call after installing it" (Installed an electrical socket thereafter, bought all the required accessories for installation and called the technicians but nobody came so placed another installation request).
    Visit no.2: the place is not ready for installation because "there is no ladder and rope to lift the outdoor unit and we will bring our ladder tomorrow". (But they saw the requirements in the first visit itself including the lifting of outdoor unit).
    And after all of this when they were finally supposed to do the installation on 24th of may, i received a call from the local service center (By muktar) asking me if i've got the ladder ready (Where they claimed to have a ladder the day before). I got surprised and asked him are you giving all these excuses just because i'm eligible for free installation because your technicians were supposed to bring the ladder themselves. Then they said the technicians lied and we will have to borrow the ladder from the tent house which will cost you 800 rs.. Then i said no need to send the ladder because i could make a ladder in a much cheaper expense. Then muktar said ok we are sending the technicians as soon as possible. After waiting for several hours i called him back and this time he said the technicians were busy but they'll be arriving at any time. Again at around 5 p. M. I called him and this time he rudely said the technicians were on another site and will complete my installation even if its late at night and gave me their number. And finally at around 7pm i tried to call muktar and the technician but nobody answered. So i would request voltas to take some serious action about it as i am probably not the only customer facing this kind of issue and this cannot be the quality of service voltas claim to provide to its customers.       Since the installation in March 2016, I have been facing some problem or the other with the AC.
      This year during the service in Mar 2017, the technician said everything including the gas is fine and you can use it.
      It worked fine for some weeks and then on 11th May 2017, the AC stopped with A7 error. Upon registration of complaint, a technician visited on 13th to say that he is inefficient as this is an inverter AC. Next technician came on 16 and resolved the A7 issue but since then the AC has not been cooling.
      Despite several request to the technician, there has been no response till date.
      I regret the buying this AC which is supposed to be premium range AC from the company. Such a poor quality and service.
      I have put the same feedback on the company website also but here has been no response till date.
      This is disheartening for a customer.

      We have complaint regarding change in the compressor for AC 1 ton. As it is in waranty. So they also visited and told us that we will be changing the compressor as it is in warranty. Still more than 10 days they have not arrived for changing it. We have request also again than also nobody has arrived yet.

        I purchased the split air conditioner from a authorised dealer at aligarh on 10th march 2016.
        After under warranty service, it was observed that there was loud sound coming out from outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Therefore, 1st complaint was registered on 11th march 2017, complaint no [protected]. However no one turned up for many days. After continued pursuance, a service man turned up on 20th march 2017. He checked the outdoor unit, but the same loud sound is still emitting from the outdoor unit. He did not bothered to find the fault and fix it and went off saying he will come again to fix it only to never return.
        Now since then, many calls have been made but no one has turned up.
        Very poor service providers and worst and careless services are being provided by tata’s.

          I purchased an VOLTAS AC on 28/5/2015 Model number 1835Y. On the name of Mr VIJAY MEHTA.

          I made an complaint on 15/5/2017 regarding non working of AC and you have send the your technician and they informed us that the compressor is not working and the same is in the warranty.

          Your technician have registered the complain of replacing the compressor so its my humble request to you and your team to change the comperssor as soon as possible. As you know summers are arrived and we are in problem as AC is not working.

            I called up 10 times to the voltas customer care bhopal about my ac not working as there is gas leakage issue... They just take this for granted and till today no technician came to resolve the issue.. There is a mam not aware about her name shes just giving excuses that no technician is available, no nitrogen is available and i was on leave... Such nonsense excuses shes giving but not able to resolve the issue... Such a pathetic service they have... Am going to take them to the consumer court as this is simple case of mental torture from these guys...

              Air condition need service for weight washing hence i have logged several calls through call centre and assigned to local service dealer but they are reluctant to service at my place hence insisting to take it to workshop which would cost be on transportation apart from service cost... I called again your call centre for updating this... They once again assigned it to the same service dealer at cuttack odisha... One service person named sagar called me and told that no service would be provided at my place and if i can get similar service from any other place then i must call them... Not voltas... This is very painful on a part of customer if post sale service would be treated like this... Pls help and resolve this kind issue which really hampers the brand equity... Awaiting response...               The a c newly bought in month of jan 2017. It had frequent issues. Now its totally not cooling at all. Automatic cut off not happening. Indoor unit creates sssshhhh noise very loudly.                 My AC is not working correctly and after calling the ac support person, he has not solved my problem, instead he replied that this is the default faulty fuction of ac.

                Kindly let me know the next level of escalation as my problem is still on going.

                Don't buy voltas products because it service​ is very very poor, i am very fed up to buy voltas products AC and i will try to service my AC but no one come.

                  I have purchased voltas ac from filpkart in the month of april. Installation​ is done by end of april month. But cooling is not done by ac. I have complaint to customer care about this. They had check the ac and inform us about the problem of coil leakage but they haven't replace it till i booked the complaint in starting may. Sir this is one of the worse service in india. I already have one more voltas ac but after purchasing second i made a mistake. I yet haven't toke advantage of recent purchase voltas ac. Worse service ever...

                      Its been more than 15 days that my compresor replacement request has been submitted and I havent heard anything back from the service centre. I have been chasing since then but in vain. Not seen such a pathetic company with zero customer satisfaction. Regretting my association with such big brand.
                      Its been five years that I have bought voltas split ac and since then i have been regretting my decision of buying it. Every year i have to get the gas refueled and in five years its the second time that my ac compressor has to be replaced.
                      Customer support is far below expectation and service centres are so local that we would rather prefer getting it checked by another company technicians.
                      The mental harrasment that one goes through is beyond imagination..
                      Such a pathetic and horrible brand. As we say- naam bade aur darshan chote .

                        I complained on 12th may and till then four technician came to check. They changed pcb but again didn't work. The technicians are not well trained and cannot make the things right. It summer time and cannot live like this. I bought ac thinking that it is tata product but now will never buy any tata product. Need to take action urgently otherwise more strict measures need to be taken. Change the ac and take the old ac back.

                          I raised a complaint with Voltas Customer care on 30 Mar 2017 for repair of my Voltas Blower type cooler but in vain. My service request No is [protected]. 100 request were raised telephonically but no action either from Voltas Customer caren or service vendor i.e Moon Star Air Works.
                          Its almost 02 months and as summer season is going on not respite from Voltas customer care.

                          Request to take necessary action against Voltas customer service for Cooler.

                            My self wnr karthik, resident of bn reddy nagar, hyderabad (500079). We have bought a voltas air cooler last may-2016. He have used for 2 months during the summer, later packed it. Again we have opened the pack and started using it in first week of may-17. We have observed that cooling was not happening, hence lodged the complaint at voltas customer care ([protected] - toll free number) on 6th may-2017 (Complaint no - [protected]. Till now no technician come to our home to repair it. We made many followup with customer care, every time they say they will call back and send some one but to our surprise no one call us back.

                            My wife (Shapuram chandana) who lodged the complaint on 6th may 2017 is a 9th month pregnant lady and she is unable to resist this summer heat. She repeatly called the customer care but all her efforts went in vein.

                            We request you to help me with compensation from the company which made my wife to suffer alot.

                              Dear sir i brought new voltas split ac on 28/03/2017 and on 6 may 2017 its stops working. After long flow-up with customer service and service center, technician visit my home on 13 may 2017. After inspection he says ac unit power circuit board (Pcb) need to replace. From last two days i am regularly takes flow-up with service center. They give feedback part will be pending from voltas side. Now i call to voltas cce says after 24 working hours my problem is solved and raise a different complaint. 6/05/2017 breakdown request no-[protected] 16/05/2017 breakdown request no-[protected] now i am frustrated from your service and customer support. Please solve my problem as soon as possible or take your product and refund me asap. After long fllow up with cce i get asm number on 17/05/2017, he says your issue will be solve after two days. Now i am calling but he did not pickup.

                              I am very frustrated please take back my ac and refund me, i never suggest or buy any voltas product in future

                                I had bought 12 nos. 1.5 Ton split air conditioners. about 5 years back.
                                I am surprised to see that no one from Voltas turned up inspite of my repeated complaints that there is design problem and all the ac needs to be replaced. They started failing within few months of installation within warranty period only.

                                You will be surprised to note that the outdoor unit fan is made of such a poor quality that most of the fans have broken during normal running.
                                This fan breakage has damaged the poor aluminium coil also leading to my loss of Rs.[protected] per ac

                                I have spent this amount for almost 4-5 units and more units will need replacement.
                                Voltas need to note and acknowledge that this Vertis design was a big failure and all my 12 air conditioners should be replaced immediately.

                                  This is informed to that your service confirmation is not on time. When i talk to customer care about your service schedule your associate told me that your registration of product is 25 may 2016 and your purchased date of your product on 9th may 2016. Your service associate told me that your ac service is out of warranty it will be paid. Will you told me that where is my fault. This my fault to purchase your branded product for this kind of service. May be in future i never consult to any one about your purchase your product. If this kind of service are you given to customer.

                                    Gas charging of my voltas split ac 1.5 ton was done by voltas service centre (M/s unique enternational) on 18.04.2017. I was charged rs.1800/- for the gas charging and was told that in case any complaint within one month no visiting fee will charged. Further in case gas charging is again required it will be done free of charge for three months. As the cooling deteriorated i made a complaint on 12.5.2017 (No.[protected]) i. E within one month. No one visited but i was informed that a gas technician would visit. No one has visited till date. Now the service centre intends to charge me for the visit because they have not attended my complaint within one month.

                                    My complaint should be attended to and no visiting fee should be charged for this visit.

                                    Yesterday, one technician visited and informed that there is gas leakage and it will be attended to by the service provider. I have been told by the technician that gas technician would visit. I am waiting for him to do the needful.

                                    The Gas Technician visited today and told that condenser needs to be replaced. The copper condenser shown by him does not have any mark indicating that it has been provided by Volta. They are charging me Rs 4000/- for this replacement. I want to know what is the MRP of the condenser. Voltas may pl. let me know how to ascertain that it is a genuine condenser and it is within MRP.

                                      For rectification of request no [protected] dated 21 April 17 Eng. Md. Afak was detailed but he did nothing, and just directed to shift the AC to service center by given a repair estimate of Rs. 4000/-, where the problem re-solved in 600/-by another Eng. via request dated [protected] dated 27/04/2017. Take action on untrained Eng.Afak.
