I bought this AC 2 years ago and since last year it worked fine. This year it started without cooling. I complained to customers care and person was asking for Rs 2300 for gas charging and Rs 500 for visit charges and told me a total expense of Rs 9000/-
After negotiations and follow ups, it was picked for repair and asked me time till last Sunday but today is Monday and I have been continously taking follow-ups from Saturday but till now I am struggling for it. It seems that I have handed over to a local person and not to Tata authorized service center.
I tried to get solution from Mr Prabhat (AM) but no responsible response received. Now I am helpless and depending on a service which is completely unprofessional.

    1. Purchased in nov 2015
    2. Used march - june 2016
    3. Thereafter was out of country
    4. Again used say for a month oct. 2016
    5. My 80 yrs old (On bed) switched it on in 1st week of april 2017. No cooling.
    6. Lodged a complaint with voltas just near my house. He attended and said _ gas leak ho gaya. Refilling rs. 2300/-

    7. My father called me and i sent my friend's technical person who is also dealing in ac's. Told him just to check and tell me the problem but not to touch or open the same.

    His report : gas leak ho gaya hai rs. 1600/- for 1.2 tonn but iska yeh aluminium ka hai so regularly aap ko yeh problem aayega. Change it to copper then gas leak problem willnot occur.

    8. Is it true?
    9. This is the 1st tym i purchased voltas ac. I have in all my set ups o general and/ assembled last 20 years.

    Trust me no problem at all even in window ac.

    Please advice sincerely as my father is facing this problem in my house.

    Please donot keep this complaint pending.

    I had to resolve my issue by brining in some AC expert from outside. Voltas was of no assisstance.

    Moreover strange but true your own guys said that u shouldnot buy products like ac online becos what is sent out are not good products.

    To change condensor from aluminium to copper I had to spend another 5000/- ( as per Voltas 9000/- ) which if purchased from open market, they would have guided me properly.

    Next NO VOLTAS

    I am on verge of buying 2 window ac's for Mumbai but when I visited Croma I SAID DONT EVEN SHOW ME VOLTAS.

      I first complained my problem on 9 april 2017. For past 5 days a serviceman with a helper came to my to resolve my problem but was not able to solve the problem due to non-availability of nitrogen gas (As told by your service guy) but another guy come to solve the problem after 1 day but problem was not solved as he told gas to be filled charges are rs 2250 for gas & rs 450 for service but when i confirmed customer care they told me it is 1800 rs for gas & 400 rs for service charge. But after checking with filling gas he asked sir just give me 200 rs i will come tomorrow do rest of the things but from past 2 days he is not responding. Mobile number-[protected]

        I have purchase Voltas 123 Pya-r 1 Ton Ac from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd from Bhubaneswar, Bapuji Nagar Branch on 14/04/17. Manager of the store and the salesman told me they will delivery the product today itself which is 14/04/17. I have paid product price fully. Untill now i.e. 17/04/17 they didnt delivered it but everyday they use to say it will be delivered tomorrow.

        I will recommend to cancel the dealership license of that entity.

        I'm going to file complaint in consumer forum under Consumer Protection Act.

          I Tried to call to Voltas customer service but nobody is taking up the calls, i have purchased Voltas As in May 2015, from last few days its displaying E2R. I tried to switch to other mode but still its showing same E2. we are only using voltas from last more than 12 years, but now it seems we have to look for some other company. Last year also it was producing some noise ... i called to customer service even when it was under guarantee but they didn't respond back . please ask anyone from this company to contact me at [protected]

            This complain is regarding my AC.
            I bought one AC of Volta's in April 2016 and from the very begning I face a problem and also I complained many times for the same problem but no can rectify that problem. This problem was in warranty period and now also.Some of the complain number are as: - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].
            But till date I am facing the same problem as before.Which type of service is this I don't understand.Either company replace my AC or solve my problem in free of cost as this problem is same which is in warranty period.

              We submitted a request for which breakdown number was assigned via sms to me. After waiting two days I contacted the helpline on [protected]. I was told that it takes 24 working hours to respond. This response was given on April 9th. Today is April 16th and no one has contacted or shown up. This is very poor service by Voltas. How do you expect us to invest in new ACs etc for our new home if this is the level of service we can expect from a company that advertises well but does not back up the same service quality?

                I Arvind Marda( Kolkata ), have purchased one of your products recently. VOLTAS PERSONAL COOLER 34L MODEL NO-VD-P34MH. I had bought this product from M/s. SUPER AIR CON CO. against invoice no.A384/1718 dated 09.04.17. For your kind information your cooler is not up to the mark. The cooler has many defects. It dosent give cool air in spite of putting cold water. Also the air range of the cooler is so less that to feel the air one has to stand in front of it. It makes immense noise and is totally a torture product. It is my worst product ever brought from voltas. Even one of your engineers visited my place. According to him also my cooler has defect. He has agreed to all my points. He had come against my request no. [protected]. Your engineer told that he would inform me that what step will be taken. But after he went away, I got a message that my problem has been resolved but my problem is still pending. Without completing the procedure how did you message that my problem has been resolved? Today again I contacted your customer care no. and complained regarding this incident. Request no. [protected]. Buying a cooler by paying 6600 is totally worthless. I am extremely unsatisfied with this. I have many product manufactured by Voltas but this is my worst product ever bought. I bought this product only because It was manufactured by Voltas ( Tata ), which I believe is very reliable. I would like refund and please take your product back.

                  I have registered the complain for service of 1.5 ton Ac with complain number [protected].After 3 hours, message is received that the the complain is cancelled due to duplicate registration.
                  So.again I called the Voltas customer care and registered the complain having number [protected]..Again, the message is received that the complain is cancelled due to customer not responding.I have not received any call from the Voltas representative.
                  Voltas is trying to decline the servicing of the Ac or trying to make people fool by make this useless excuse.

                    This is my second ac and is haing the peoblem since 2nd day of operation with loud noise already visited and assured by your service engineer to replace the ac but no action till date.                         My ac was not cooling. So i took it to the seevice center. He took rs6800 to change the coils and and fill the refrigerant (Gas) in it. 10 months have passed and the ac is not cooling again. They have cheated on us. The customer care service is very bad. They take a lot of time to respond to a complain.

                          Complaint given for a brand new cooler purchased . It was not working properly had purchased from Bajaj Electronic on 5th April.
                          I had placed a special request stating that its is urgent breakdown request​ as I have purchased a new cooler since guest were coming.
                          After calling your toll free customer portal and local customer portal about 10-15 times also no one has come to our house for repair.

                          We have other companies branded products(Samsung /LG)..But one complain and I have technician at our doorstep in 24-48 hours.

                          Very unhappy with your services. Demand you to replace my product or full refund.

                            I am staying in Baner, Pune. I have been calling Voltas customer care for the last 10 days to install our AC as we have shifted to a new flat but till now no action has been taken though whenever we call they say that they are putting this on high priority.

                            We are fixed as this AC is under warranty and dont want any outside company to do it.
                            My complain is that they should clearly tell if they can come or not. Due to them we are facing a lot of problem due to hot weather.

                            I want to opt for VOLTAS Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). how can I opt for that any online payment procedure please let me know any website. and in user manual, under AMC, it is mentioned, you can expect the following from voltas AMC
                            voltas -v service stabilizer
                            so we don't need to purchase stabilizer from outside right
                            and can you please schedule AC installation on 15th April 2017, instead of 16 march 2017, for SR [protected]

                              Dear sir,

                              This is regarding the pathetic after sales service i'm experiencing with the bhubaneswar service center. My ac is still under warranty and even after periodic servicing i noticed that the indoor unit is leaking water around 12 days back when i raised complaint number [protected]. The complaint was unattended for 3 days and i ddn't receive any calls. Afterwards when i enquired about the same i was told that it has been closed! Then the complaint was was reopened and mechanic visited my place thrice with different different solutions like running the ac is dry mode, putting some layer of foam inside the indoor unit etc and nothing was solved even after a week. Finally they took the indoor unit to service center on 6th april and fitted it back today telling the problem is resolved. But in their presence only the indoor unit starting leaking water again!! I mean is this some kind of joke being played with me or what!? I talked to the area service manager and asked my my indoor unit has been returned after 6 days without even checking whether the problem is solved or not but got replies like this things happen and all. This is not at all expected from a reputed brand like voltas who is so aggressively marketing recently to increase their customer base. Finally today again i have raised another complaint #[protected] but i feel like frustrated enough to even have any confidence whether this will at all be addressed.

                                Hi,
                                I had bought Voltas from Chroma, Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad on 29-Mar-2017. It got delivered on 01-Apr, They told like Installation will happen within 48 working days. They did not turn up and after many calls, got installed on 7-Apr.

                                As power went down after installation, testing did not happen. When i used it in night, it got switched off after 20 mins with A7 error code. After registering a complaint for same(Complaint No.[protected]), some technicians came on next day, without resolving it, they returned. Informed like some sensor went faulty, will replace next day.

                                after many calls/follow up, till no one turned up.
                                New Split AC going faulty seems like unusual. Please get it attended asap

                                  Hello sir, I am from Warasiguda, secunderabad. I purchased the Voltas VA W50MW cooler on 1st April 2017. From first day onwards cooling is not working. I complained to customer care on 2nd April and got a message with complaint number([protected]). They told me the issue will resolve within 24 working hours. From that day onwards I made calls to customer care for many times and made a conversation with 3 higher position employees in voltas. And made a conversation with vighneswara solutions which is providing service for voltas in my area. They told me that they will take the responsibility to resolve the issue. Till today no one is came to my home and didn't check the problem. It's really annoying service providing by the Voltas. I request you to please resolve the issue immediately. Else replace the unit or take back the unit and return my money. So that I can purchase the another cooler.

                                  Very annoying service providing by Voltas. In last 5 days I made a conversation for two times with area head Devender(secunderabad). He told me that they will send service engineer. Till now no one is came. On 12th vighneswara solutions person made a call to me at 1pm and they sending the person. I came to the home in 40 degrees above temp from my office (5 km distance). I wait for 2 hrs and returned to office. They didn't sent the service engineer. Today he told me service engineer got summer stroke and returned back from the field.AFTER NOON someone made a call and told me service engineer will come before 8pm. But they didn't came again. What's wrong with Voltas i don't know. Ppl always telling lies. And giving me problem. Till today 12 days are gone. But service engineer didn't came to my home and didn't rectified my problem. Very very annoying service. I really disappointed with purchasing of this Voltas cooler.

                                      I have voltas windows 1.5 ton ac, bought last year and its in warranty, so wanted to avail free service. But really fed up with voltas service.
                                      I want to address 2 problems for voltas ac service.
                                      1. Process for booking service.
                                      2. Worst partner collaboration for service.

                                      First of all, customer care number[protected] for voltas ac is always busy. After trying 100 times, I got connected. I asked them for a service, they provided me with SR no. [protected] and said it will be processed within 24 hours, but nobody called for next 3 days. After 3 days their technician called from number[protected], said I want to come for AC service. As I was not available I asked him to come on weekend, he said OK. Even I asked him, is there anything I need to do to arrange service on weekend, he said no, he will come.

                                      Then next day I receive a message stating your service request has been cancelled due to no response from customer. So frustrating.

                                      Again I went for complete process, called customer care, booked service request [protected]. Again nobody called. After 3 days i called customer care, they gave me their service partner number for my area (phone number[protected].

                                      It was Saturday evening called their service partner arranged service for Sunday. They said OK.
                                      On Sunday morning I followed up they said, they will anytime in a day and for sure technician will come. I waited till evening nobody came. Now i have trying that number again but it's switched off. I wasted my complete Sunday waiting for their technician. My ac needs repair as its creating noise when turned and have water dispenser issue.

                                      Just to get service i have been trying from last seven days, so pissed off. Nobody is bothering to take it seriously.
                                      In this mess my free service period will get over.

                                      Is anybody answerable for this? Who will be responsible for everything?
