Hi,
I bought one number 1.5 tns and 2 number 1 tns Voltas AC in February 2022. Of this one of the 1 tns AC failed within a week of installation. When I complained about the same, a technician came and told that there was a leak in the system. I was surprised as the installation was done by a company authorized personnel.
I assured that it could be one of a case. But I was terribly disappointed when the 1.5 tns AC also failed in May 22, which is just 3 month's from the date of purchase. On 24th May I raised a compliant with Voltas with request number [protected]. The feedback that I received as of now is that the main controller board of the machine has failed.
With this I am now convinced that Voltas makes extremely low quality product and hence I need either the AC to be replaced or by money to be refunded immediately. I also understand from the service technician that the spares are not available with them, with which I understand that Voltas doesn't care for the customer, as they don't care in maintaining such important spares itself. It is surprising that a TATA group company is operating is such pathetic levels of product quality, inventory management and customer care.
Also it has been more than 6 days that I am suffering due to the failure of the machine, due to which my sleep is disturbed for the whole of the night for many days. I also need the company to compensate me for the suffering that I had to take due to the poor quality products that you manufacture.
I would like to take this as a classic case of failure of entire operating system of Volats and hence request to provide me the mail ID of senior resource so that I can bring it to their notice.

Hi,
It had been more than 10 days that a brand new equipment has been non functional.
It is now evident and clear that apart from product quality, customer service is also pathetic.
The only response that I got during these many days is a call more than a week ago mentioning that the spare is not available in Kochi and has been ordered from Chennai.
As this mail ID recipients are non responsible, would like to know if there are any serious senior leadership team in Voltas with whom I can take up the issue. Would like to connect with them before I move legal on this issue. Hence pls share coordinates of a responsible senior leadership person to me urgently.
