Dear team,
I have purchased voltas ac on 12 may'22 with serial no. 4553099A22CC03453 Complain SR no. [protected] and installation team came on 17th May as per my request but ac is not installed properly ..they came again on 18th May as indoor fan was not working and after they left there is water leakage problem. Then the technician is not receiving call. After 2 days I have called local technician for proper installation for which I have paid money. My concern is that authorised Voltas service engineer took full money from me for installation and then then he said I will come next day for recheck but then he stopped responding calls. I have emailed in customer care many times, but not a proper response I have got till now.

Pathetic service by Voltas authorised service center. Once they take money for installation they don't care wheather your ac is installed properly or not. They will talk very rudely to customer and when u will be fed up by their service and take work from another local technician..they will say why have u called another person and u will be only discussing and mailing to service and call center. Really such a worst service by Voltas service center.

Ite been months...but still my complaint is open and not resolved. Every time different person calls and asks the same thing...don't know why they don't read the email and answer on same..still no difference

No progress in Voltas services..they may provide good ac but can't provide a proper service and the main fault for service is authorised service centers who work with their own comfort, they don't bother for customer satisfaction.

    Dear sir,
    I have a Voltas vrf system installed my apartment .there is a part which has malfunctioned about 3 times during warranty and again has malfunctioned after warranty the part cost is about 40000 whenever there is a error message on ac display the compony people ask to buy a new part and also amc annually which is 25000 . For any error that comes they ask to change the same part because it is not in amc . Sir pls help us.

        Have a Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC purchased in March 2016 from a Retailer in Chennai. We were given the Toll free number to reach for service - [protected]. We saved this number and continued to call this number for regular services and movement/shifting till last week. The recent call was made on 01-June-2022 for a regular service. the AC was just fine in working condition and required a regular service. The technician presented himself to our home and told us there is a issue with the board in the indoor unit, suggested a replacement since this will lead to break down of AC in few days/weeks and estimated Rs.8000 for the part replacement. We did a Google Pay transaction of Rs6, 500 and waited till 7-June-2022. After continuous follow-ups those scammers will come home by 9pm, pretend to do something and then leave saying the issue needs some more time to be fixed. On 7-June-2022, went to contactus page in the Voltas website and got another number [protected] and called this number. The call center person then says, that the number [protected] is no longer used by Voltas and hence they are not responsible for the incident that happened to us. When i looked up in internet, looks like there are many reports and similar incident for the same number. When Voltas is moving to a new Toll free number, isnt the AC giants responsibility either to redirect anyone calling old number to new Toll number or disable the Old Toll free number. Voltas customer care people seem to be very negligent and irresponsible and simply arrogant and responding with we are not responsible for what happened to you.
        End of the day, in scorching summer heat with a 5 yr old kid we are suffering in chennai for a week without AC and loss of 6500 Rs with so much of agony and mental stress, which all started with a call to what was the Voltas Toll free number given to us when AC was purchased.

          I have purchased AC from voltas last year 30 April 2021. After using just a month we started getting issues in the product. Many time there engineer visited and they were not able to fix the issue. I have also emailed them to replace the product but they did not respond anything on that. Now product is out of warranty and I need to pay for the issues in product.

              I have purchased new AC on 03/06/2022 from shahdara, delhi. Even the installation process done by your team, after a couple of hours I check that ac cooling is not working.                 Hi,

                I bought one number 1.5 tns and 2 number 1 tns Voltas AC in February 2022. Of this one of the 1 tns AC failed within a week of installation. When I complained about the same, a technician came and told that there was a leak in the system. I was surprised as the installation was done by a company authorized personnel.

                I assured that it could be one of a case. But I was terribly disappointed when the 1.5 tns AC also failed in May 22, which is just 3 month's from the date of purchase. On 24th May I raised a compliant with Voltas with request number [protected]. The feedback that I received as of now is that the main controller board of the machine has failed.

                With this I am now convinced that Voltas makes extremely low quality product and hence I need either the AC to be replaced or by money to be refunded immediately. I also understand from the service technician that the spares are not available with them, with which I understand that Voltas doesn't care for the customer, as they don't care in maintaining such important spares itself. It is surprising that a TATA group company is operating is such pathetic levels of product quality, inventory management and customer care.

                Also it has been more than 6 days that I am suffering due to the failure of the machine, due to which my sleep is disturbed for the whole of the night for many days. I also need the company to compensate me for the suffering that I had to take due to the poor quality products that you manufacture.

                I would like to take this as a classic case of failure of entire operating system of Volats and hence request to provide me the mail ID of senior resource so that I can bring it to their notice.

                Hi,
                It had been more than 10 days that a brand new equipment has been non functional.
                It is now evident and clear that apart from product quality, customer service is also pathetic.
                The only response that I got during these many days is a call more than a week ago mentioning that the spare is not available in Kochi and has been ordered from Chennai.

                As this mail ID recipients are non responsible, would like to know if there are any serious senior leadership team in Voltas with whom I can take up the issue. Would like to connect with them before I move legal on this issue. Hence pls share coordinates of a responsible senior leadership person to me urgently.

                  We booked the service for my AC with request number. [protected] but despite of showing them five years extended warranty, the same was denied. We agreed to pay the relevant charges. However, before moving further, we asked them to show there ID proof which they did not have. Further, they also did not have the seal of the company to put on invoice. When we insisted for the seal and the ID proof, we were threatened by the official of Swastik aircon to cancel my paid extended warranty and also told me that my AC from now on will not be repaired and serviced. This is how these executives behave with the customer?

                    I have purchased a windows inverter 1.5 ton ac from retailer Ms. Asian Electronics on dated 3 April 2022. After usages of 1 month i.e. 3 May 2022 product started malfunctioning. i have raised the complain to Voltas Limited, engineer visited and fixes the issue. Again after 29 days on 29 May 2022 o[censored]sages, product started malfunctioning and not cooling. I have raised the complain to Voltas limited. After several follow up and calls engineer visited on 1 June and informed that AC Coil condenser has been leaked. A new AC how it can be possible that multiple problems arising. any way they fixed the issue and left. Again after 1 hour o[censored]sages it came to the same issues Malfunctioning and not cooling. Now Technician and his office person not picking the calls and neither any responce from Voltas.
                    I Personally feels that a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM VOLTAS LIMITED HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND MY SINCERE REQUEST TO VOLTAS TO PLEASE LOOK IN THE ISSUE AND ARRANGE TO REPLACEMENT THE DEFECTIVE AC ASAP.

                    Till the date 7 June 2022, issue not resolved and no one is taking the responsibility of the defective product.

                    Poor Team! Poor Service ! Worst Product! Voltas Limited!

                      I registered my 1 ton new ac for my home. Voltas asking following charges extraordinary when available in open market.
                      Additional copper pipe 950/- per metre (available same 350/- in open market)

                      Installation charges 950/- but you have to pay separately Rs.250 for outdoor unit stand fixing labour charges.

                      Its punishment to me to trust on tata group.
                      Because i forced to pay and install through their service centre technician only. Otherwise i losse warranty.

                      I request never buy Voltas product.

                        It is not been even three years that the mechanic told AC gas is not full, which is why the room is not getting cooled. I also have a different brand AC for which I had to refill gas only after six years. Is this issue with all the inverter ACs. Now even after refill and service, within two months again the AC is not working. Room is not being cooled and there is water leakage inside the room

                          We have raised issue last month for cooling issue. Technician has replaced coolant.. Now again we are facing the same issue and when we raised complaint, they are asking to change the coolant which is not right. Worst experience. Technicians not trained enough or knowledgeable to check the issue. They are not even worried of answering properly and more interested in getting money than resolving it. I doubt if this is a kind of service I can expect for a tata product.

                            I Had purchase it on 15/4/22 fro that time to till time cooling issues AS it is, Not bad smell comimg, on 21/5 /22 i had again complain aganist smeel issue, techician came wash out the unit, 10 days ac running without cooling with smell ok . But Now again from last night again smell issue starts.

                            I am getting irrite with voltas response I want to replace it immediately either please return my Money.

                              I bought this AC in July 2020. it was working good before but from last 1.5 month i am facing cooling issue with it. I complaint 2, 3 times service man change outdoor compressor also but still i am facing same issue.

                                  I purchased volts AC 16TH APRIL I have done a complaint on voltas customer care on 22-05-22. After that 5-6 times technician have came from voltas and making excuses that they will replace that in 1-2 days. I have talked with technician and service center head(Saurabh Khanna) they said it will be replaced in 2 days. Today I again called technician and service center head(Saurabh Khanna) they are not picking calls. I called customer service to know my complaint details and they said there is no complaint related to burning smell(wire connector replacement)

                                    My Service request no is [protected] on date 07/05/2022. They came after 2 weeks to service my AC and after that it just worked lessthan 5 hours and again they came and told me that pc board is failed in your indoor we ordered that like they said and after all that they are not even responding everyone since 2 weeks am calling daily 3-4 times they are not attending my phone calls worst service from TATA Ever and am from andhra pradesh, kadapa pls take necessary action thank you.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      I have lodged complaints against Product from Voltas with complaint number 3010232 at National Consumer Helpline . From Past 12 years I have been a customer of voltas and again came back and purchased from Voltas. We have a very good opinion on voltas but now we are facing issues.
                                      As we have purchased an AC on 25/06/21 and received the product on 2/07/2021 and installation done on 4/7/21.From that date we are facing issues with the AC. We have lodged 1st complaint orally within one week to show room people. We have lodged a 2nd complaint online to voltas on 02/08/2021. We are facing a lot of issues with this product. After complaining technicians are coming to rectify but there is no permanent solution as we are getting repeated complaints.
                                      For one week we are struggling and reaching out to the call center people but they have not been rectified till now. Again same complaints . we got exhausted please replace or refund my money . In one month warranty also will be closing. lodged around 20 complaints. And local service people are not picking calls and technicians are not giving proper response. Please replace the product as soon as possible. As we are facing a lot.

                                      Complaints:
                                      1. Water is coming from AC vents
                                      2. Ice Cubes are falling from Vents
                                      3. Less cooling
                                      4. A Lot of noise inside the AC
                                      Here I am attaching the proofs too. Please do it as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased voltas a cooler on 3rd May 2022. But on 4th may I faced problem that cooler was damage then I complained on 4th may 2022 to dealer .Dealer request raised on 11th voltas my complaint number is [protected]]. But we didn't get any positive response from voltas then I again complained on 15th may 2022 my complaint number is [[protected]]. After complain again and again voltas company technician came on 19th may 2022. He checked here and there then he said some damege I took it with me and resolve your problem in 10 days. But today (29 may 2022).Dealers comes with cooler and drop without checking and he installed it and said there is no problem. But after 2 hour cooler blower is not working . What we can do sir ?? I want full replacement of my Cooler . Other wise I'll filled a case on voltas in consumer forum.
