I have logged a service request and Complaint for Voltas AC ( 183cya 1.5 ton, window AC ), request no : [protected], Dated : 25 feb 2016.

It's been more than 10 days there is no proper resolution being provided .

Executive have visited twice after 5 calls to customer care and detected issue was with PCB ( sensor) and had taken the sensor (PCB) and remote for the repair and it's being 7 days...

Prakash refrigeration service chennai - 600 053 has sent an untrained service technician to home for the regular service of i.5 ton split ac of own. They are not fixed the outer cover properly. It hanging outside. Do needful...

We are very dissapointed with the service and product of your air conditioner Voltas. Your customer service didn't want to accommodate to our complain and therefore we send the photos for your reference....

3 weeks before I have purchased a 1.5 tonn split ac 185CY in paytm which has a unit warranty for 1yr and 4 yr warranty on compressor. Though i have taken a paid installation service from voltas( req no: [protected]) as technician did not do proper installation. All the gas got leaked out and the machine started giving trouble. If we would have noticed it at earliest we would have faced a huge damage to the product.

I purchased a voltas chest freezer 500 Lts on May 2014. The freezer broke down on Feb 2015 and voltas replaced the compressor at free of cost in warranty.. Again the machine broke down on Jan 2016 due to compressor.. We have stabiliser and used for domestic purpose in our home.. Now voltas required 10000 rupees to replace the compressor.. On average the compressor didn't last for even one year.. Kindly request to take necessary action .....

At the time of installation, I asked Voltas technician that why the outside unit keeps running inspite of switching it off from the remote, but he said aise hi hota hai, actually it should stop immediately as soon as you switch off from remote. Gas was not there in the unit, it was tripping from time of installation, but Chand Mohammed ignored all these issues, and in the process I was given a faulty piece.

I have registered a complaint regarding my voltas 1.5 T split AC on 5/2 16 to the toll free number[protected] at 15.13 hrs.But nobody has contacted me hitherto nor any reply to my complaint received.Please act swiftly in order to redress my cplaimt.

My Voltas Split Ac is not working since Oct.15.Its under warranty period.I have complained several times, but no one has come to visit once also.In this forum also I complained on 3rd Nov 2015.But till today no one has come from the company side to resolve the problem.The complain no. was [protected]....

We have 7 Acs of voltas in our IDBI bank Saraidhela Branch. We rae having problem in our 4 ACs since more than 7-8 months. We have continuously called on ph no-[protected] of Mr Pradipji who had done installation of it in our branch. He has even assisted us on phone also but still there is problem of gas leakage in 3 ACS and as per him, there is some machine problem in one AC srl no- 4551474A13A000264 (2.00T) and they have carried our machine...

As per my comp.no.[protected], [protected] . Voltas team is not in position to provide screw cap of new a.cc which was misplaced by your technician at the time is first service. This issue is pending from last few months but surprisingly entire team is silent on this. Repeatedly I em following up but as usual no response. Pl conclude this problem imm. Tejas kamdar. Mob. Then we called the customer care and they said some relay was not working. After it was fixed, then again new problem started. Bought Voltas AC and after 6 months it stopped working. Called Customer service and one guy checked the AC once and told gas leakage after that he didnt turned up. Now crossed one month after the initial complaint. Voltas customer care is not answering to calls. It is very pathetic....

I have purchased a tata voltas deep freezer on 19/02/2015 but there was leakage so i placed a complain on 19/05/2015.I was given work order no.[protected] but till now it has not been resolved.Whenever i call up customer service the reply is that technician will attend shortly but they send inexperienced technicians who does not know how to resolve the problem.The service center has taken the deep freezer on 2/11/2015 but no response till...

In fact I purchased 3 Acs that day two Onida because of their lesser price and one Voltas as this was the best Ac available as per the Salesman. And as a consumer I felt that because of the higher price, will give long trouble free service. Sir, I feel deeply regretted for buying voltas 2 ton split a.c. as the service and attitude are very very bad. So I think that one should never buy ur product. My voltas AC outdoor unit has faulty fan blade which need replacement but my request turned down again and again for the reasons best known to them as nobody has contacted me for the service.
