    I purchased 1 split AC (Serial no. 4551674A14D000491) on 21 May 2014.The A.C was installed but provided no cooling at all on day 1. I contacted to your customer care and your services person [Service Request no. [protected], Dated 05/06/2014] who checked and informed that ‘Gas Leakage’ is taking place in the unit which is a manufacturing defect.They refilled the gas, however, it did not work properly at night. Again your representative vide {SR no. [protected] dated 7/6/2014} visited and refilled the gas, which worked for a few days. The defect was rectified again on 08/09/2014. The first free service was done by Ginni Aircon, your service partner, on 06/02/2015. The A.C was checked but it being winter season, its efficiency could not be properly measured. Today when I started the A.C it did not yield any cooling at all. I thought that a Tata product is considered a named product but it has been proved wrong. When the gas has been refilled thrice by your trained employees during the first year (warranty period) and the A.C is not working properly, how can any customer expect it would work well in the coming years. Who will bear the cost of refilling the gas again and again after the warranty period? This is a defective A.C as repeated efforts by your technicians have resulted in a big failure. I would therefore request you to replace the A.C with a new one so, that I do not suffer on account of defect in your product and also to ensure that your company's image is not spoilt.

      I purchased 1 TR AC (Serial no. 4551540A13C000071) on 25 June 2013 which after 2 summer seasons was not providing cooling at all. I contacted to your customer care and your services person [Service Request no. [protected], Dated 25/04/2015] who checked and informed that ‘Gas Leakage’ is taking place in the unit which is a manufacturing defect. This was very disheartening to know as products from other companies have crossed 5 seasons successfully. I thought that a Tata product is considered a named product but was proved wrong though while buying this product I was even warned by the shopkeeper. Lastly, this purchase has been resulted in a complete regret, worsening your company image in all TATA PRODUCTS.

        Even after repeated calls, sms on no. Given by co. And mail on e - mail id of company, though they say that executive will call but no body calls back. With great difficulty complaint regd for service and told specifically that there is no cooling, after 3 days they send technician who is not equipped to fill the gas. As per them other team will come for gas as they are not equipped for the same. Phoned again at toll free service center no. And asked to send somebody for fixing the gas problem but no committment is made as to how many days it will take to fill the gas. If this is the state of affairs in a new ac under warranty how can one expect any after sales service after the warranty is over. It appears after selling the product the co. Is not bothered about inconvenience to customer who spends thousands of rupees on the product.

          Dear Sir, We got repaired our split AC from Volta's company in July 2014. The mechenic from Voltas company carried some intrnal parts of AC with him and said he will replace them within 2-3 days. Neither he / another mechenic came nor fixed the spare parts in AC despite of regular follow ups with company. Around one year elapsed, but no solution found.           Dear sir, myself a student in ujjain medical college, i brought an 6-7yrs old voltas window ac from my home & got it installed on april 2nd 2015.on 19th april 2015 evening, suddenly with a big sound the ac stopped working.i called college electrician he to check he said fan has broken & took fan for replacement from voltas.he said that voltas people here in ujjain saying fan is not available.i ccontacted voltas customer care & lodged complaint for the same.mymy complaint no.-[protected] on 21st april 2015, i was told by customer care that their engineer will visit me to solve the problem.i got call from their local service centre regarding the same & told that he will talk with my college electrician but he himself didnt visit. Its been a week almost Till today he didnt visit i m daily calling him &he is giving me assurance daily.voltas service is not good m fedup. I will never ever recommend anybody to buy voltas products.

            My Window AC has noise problem. Every time I raised the service request, the engineer closed the request that the issue will be addressed soon, but the issue remains.
            Now my warranty has expired. Now I need to pay for any new service request as they says.

            I am really disappointed with the service.

              Sir, I registered my request for two thing on the customer care. 1). For free service of split AC purchased in July 2014 and 2). Installation of new split AC purchased through Snapdeal. I registered my request at Toll free no. of Voltas for both the cases. In case of free service no body has turned up in spite of many requests. In case of Installation of new purchased split AC, a non authorised person, who failed to show any proof of Identity such as Identity Card, or Uniform or invoice of Voltas Service Station etc., reported. Further, he refused to cut groove in the wall for concealing the pipes. On enquiring, he told, he will charge Rs. 1500/- for installation and will not give any invoice/ receipt. The request no. of the above are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] Non responding for the free service and installation is not fair on the part of Voltas. It is my personal experienced that service of Voltas is very very poor.

                I had purchased a Voltas 1.5t 5S split AC in the month of May 2013. This summer (April 2015) I noticed that the cooling effect has been drastically reduced. I booked a complaint through Volta's Customer care. The technician checked up and said there is leakage problem and took the outer unit to service centre. The following day, I received an hand written Estimate Quoting Rs.9662/- ( Supply of New Copper Coil Rs.6800/- + Gas Rs.1800/-+ tax ) and requesting to pay 100 % upfront favouring to a company( May be a outsourced service support company). Now, I am really doubtful about the genuineness of the services and quoted rates ?? How can a product of such a trusted brand go wrong in less than two year of time ? Even if, it does why the company is charging huge among ( = app. Rs.10000/- i.e. 25 % of product value) for repairing ? kindly advise me, 1. whether the RATES are genuine ? 2. If not what is the alternate recourse ?

                  I had purchased One 2 Star Voltas Window airconditioner in April 2012. From Day One AC is not working. Five times gas has been recharged and One time Compressor is changed. The Service of Voltas is worst one can recieveThey are running a Scam to take Money from customer like Us. I have already spent 10000 Rs. in repairing of this Unit in last two years and the unit is still faulty and not running.This type of Service tells us how worst this Company Voltas can be. On Call centre different helpboy pick up phone different time and No Senior Comes in Line.

                    Had purchased voltas 1.5 window ac on 7.04.2013 Got dysfunctional last summer. Had refilled gas.this summer in 2015 Again not cooling refilled gas again and paid 2500 rs. Fed up with this ac. Registered complaint just now at toll free no. Its ref no is [protected]. He said that it would take at least Rs 400 min charges for engineer to visit now telling me that condenser and coil is not working and can not repair it now they are asking for 5500 rs for new coil .my ac is just 2 year old. What kind of service is this. First u sell a faulty piece, then u charge customer to get it surveyed. With 5 yr warrenty how can this ac get disfunctional in just 2yrs?? IMMEDIATE REDRESSAL REQUIRED It seems LG and others are way better in quality and performance. Shall tell all my colleagues...

                      I BOUGHT VOLTAS 1.5 TON SPLIT AC AND REGISTERED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR INSTALLATION, AFTER 6 DAYS THE SERVICE ENGINNER FROM VOLTAS BHARUCH CAME AND INSTALLED THE AC THAT TOO NOT UPTO THE MARK, THE COPPER TUBING INSULATION IS NOT FIXED AND THEN CHARGED 2050 FROM ME AND THEN TOLD ME THAT AC IS NOT HAVING GAS SO WILL NOT WORK, NOW I REGISTERED ANOTHER COMPLAINT NO, [protected] ON 09.04.2015 AT 6.15 PM ABOUT GAS FILLING ON 10.04.2015 MORNING I RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT COMPLAINT IS CANCELLED, I AGAIN REGISTER THE COMPLAINT NO[protected] ON 10.04.2015 MORNING AND FROM THEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE ENGINEER. THE VOLTAS ENGINEER IS NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING SERVICE TO ME AS I HAVE BOUGHT THE AC ONLINE. HE INSTALLED AC AND EVEN NOT FIXED THE INSULATION PIPE PROPERLY, ALSO HE HAS NOT FILLED THE PASSAGE HOLE, IN THE SERVICE REPORT IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN THAT "AC DOES NOT HAVE GAS" IN GUJARATI. POOR SHOW FROM VOLTAS, IS IT A TATA COMPANY? NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO EXCEPT GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.

                        I had purchased a Voltas AC and i have been having the worst time. Upon purchase i got to know that the remote of AC does not work. After a month or so and after regular follow ups, i finally got the remote replaced. Now its been about 1 year that i had purchased the AC. The remote does not work again. I have had a horrible experience with them and would never wish to purchase an AC from Voltas again. Consumer beware.

                              I ordered Water Cooler on Venus Appliance, Ganesh Chandra Avenue. The order is with installation which they quoated Rs.600/-This machine is for St.Stephen's School. The machine was duly delivered. When we asked Venus for installation they SMSed me a complaint number and toll free number. One Shiv Refrigeration contacted me but informed that company does not install water cooler and it has to be done by local plumber. MY question is why did Venus take installation charges? This is not expected from a company like VOLTAS. My complaint number is [protected].

                                I bought voltas 3star split Ac on 31/03/2015.the distributur said that company gives free installation.but no one install that Ac since 1Week.I ask service representatives also.they are telling we will send the the service man.but no one come to my house

                                  I raised a request to install a split AC on 2nd March. I was assured that it will be done in 24 Hours. I had to come to my hometown specially for this as my parents are too old and sick. After continuous calling for 4 days when no representative visited I had to call a private mechanic for installation who charged me exorbitant amount of money. This is highly unprofessional, pathetic service causing inconvenience for customers which is completely uncalled for. I regret using your product.

                                    From April 2 2015 repeatedly made request for the servicing of AC as I am eligible for free servicing. made request on Internet, received request no [protected] also on April 2 yet no body turned up till April 5 2015 despite repeated calls made by me to Voltas call center. Every time they expressed apology and person promised to come within an hour. They all be fooled me . I waited for three days and could not go out of my home despite having important works. people from voltas kept me waiting as they always promised to come within two hours whenever I called them up. Utmost negligence and callous attitude. Pathetic service of voltas.

                                      Hi Voltas Team, I bought Voltas Windows AC(1.5 tonn) on 24th April 2014(still under waranty). I never took any free servicing in offering util recently I found my AC is not cooling any more and booked a complaint([protected]).I got call from your execative and he took my AC..as he said there is a gas leackage and sice it is still under waranty nothing will be charged. But later he said he has done copper coating in my AC and charged 900 rupees of which no bill was given to me. 2 days before he fitted my AC and the issue of non cooling is still there. He simply fooled me by saying wait for some time and it will start cooling. He even closed my request as I got a confirmation sms.When I called him he promised that he will visit my place again and rectify the issue. He also urged me not to register a new complain. All in all I am shocked if this is the service I get from voltas.                                       I have been following up with your team but so far has not received any calls.

                                      Last night I was able to get in touch with your customer care executive and he assured me
                                      that some of your colleague will contact me but this has never happened.

                                      Can you help to expedite the process as I am the only one who is chasing you people
                                      and I am loosing my faith in using any Volats product ever in the future.
