Had purchased voltas 1.5 window ac on 7.04.2013 Got dysfunctional last summer. Had refilled gas.this summer in 2015 Again not cooling refilled gas again and paid 2500 rs. Fed up with this ac. Registered complaint just now at toll free no. Its ref no is [protected]. He said that it would take at least Rs 400 min charges for engineer to visit now telling me that condenser and coil is not working and can not repair it now they are asking for 5500 rs for new coil .my ac is just 2 year old. What kind of service is this. First u sell a faulty piece, then u charge customer to get it surveyed. With 5 yr warrenty how can this ac get disfunctional in just 2yrs?? IMMEDIATE REDRESSAL REQUIRED It seems LG and others are way better in quality and performance. Shall tell all my colleagues...

    I BOUGHT VOLTAS 1.5 TON SPLIT AC AND REGISTERED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR INSTALLATION, AFTER 6 DAYS THE SERVICE ENGINNER FROM VOLTAS BHARUCH CAME AND INSTALLED THE AC THAT TOO NOT UPTO THE MARK, THE COPPER TUBING INSULATION IS NOT FIXED AND THEN CHARGED 2050 FROM ME AND THEN TOLD ME THAT AC IS NOT HAVING GAS SO WILL NOT WORK, NOW I REGISTERED ANOTHER COMPLAINT NO, [protected] ON 09.04.2015 AT 6.15 PM ABOUT GAS FILLING ON 10.04.2015 MORNING I RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT COMPLAINT IS CANCELLED, I AGAIN REGISTER THE COMPLAINT NO[protected] ON 10.04.2015 MORNING AND FROM THEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE ENGINEER. THE VOLTAS ENGINEER IS NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING SERVICE TO ME AS I HAVE BOUGHT THE AC ONLINE. HE INSTALLED AC AND EVEN NOT FIXED THE INSULATION PIPE PROPERLY, ALSO HE HAS NOT FILLED THE PASSAGE HOLE, IN THE SERVICE REPORT IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN THAT "AC DOES NOT HAVE GAS" IN GUJARATI. POOR SHOW FROM VOLTAS, IS IT A TATA COMPANY? NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO EXCEPT GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.

      I had purchased a Voltas AC and i have been having the worst time. Upon purchase i got to know that the remote of AC does not work. After a month or so and after regular follow ups, i finally got the remote replaced. Now its been about 1 year that i had purchased the AC. The remote does not work again. I have had a horrible experience with them and would never wish to purchase an AC from Voltas again. Consumer beware.

            I ordered Water Cooler on Venus Appliance, Ganesh Chandra Avenue. The order is with installation which they quoated Rs.600/-This machine is for St.Stephen's School. The machine was duly delivered. When we asked Venus for installation they SMSed me a complaint number and toll free number. One Shiv Refrigeration contacted me but informed that company does not install water cooler and it has to be done by local plumber. MY question is why did Venus take installation charges? This is not expected from a company like VOLTAS. My complaint number is [protected].

                I raised a request to install a split AC on 2nd March. I was assured that it will be done in 24 Hours. I had to come to my hometown specially for this as my parents are too old and sick. After continuous calling for 4 days when no representative visited I had to call a private mechanic for installation who charged me exorbitant amount of money. This is highly unprofessional, pathetic service causing inconvenience for customers which is completely uncalled for. I regret using your product.

                  From April 2 2015 repeatedly made request for the servicing of AC as I am eligible for free servicing. made request on Internet, received request no [protected] also on April 2 yet no body turned up till April 5 2015 despite repeated calls made by me to Voltas call center. Every time they expressed apology and person promised to come within an hour. They all be fooled me . I waited for three days and could not go out of my home despite having important works. people from voltas kept me waiting as they always promised to come within two hours whenever I called them up. Utmost negligence and callous attitude. Pathetic service of voltas.

                    Hi Voltas Team, I bought Voltas Windows AC(1.5 tonn) on 24th April 2014(still under waranty). I never took any free servicing in offering util recently I found my AC is not cooling any more and booked a complaint([protected]).I got call from your execative and he took my AC..as he said there is a gas leackage and sice it is still under waranty nothing will be charged. But later he said he has done copper coating in my AC and charged 900 rupees of which no bill was given to me. 2 days before he fitted my AC and the issue of non cooling is still there. He simply fooled me by saying wait for some time and it will start cooling. He even closed my request as I got a confirmation sms.When I called him he promised that he will visit my place again and rectify the issue. He also urged me not to register a new complain. All in all I am shocked if this is the service I get from voltas.                       We are not getting any solution from voltas engineer and they are not having equipment for checking the room temperature and they have just cleaned the dust and said that it is fine but as per room temperature it is not cool I have never seen this type of services which they are providin wrostt service which i have never seen.

                        I had purchased a new VOLTAS 1.2 TON 5 STAR 155 CY SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER on[protected] from DIVYA ELECTRONICS, NEW DELHI. I got the AC installed on[protected]. AC was installed successfully and running well.On[protected] when I tried to run the AC there was no cooling, only fan is running. I had lodged a complaint thru 24 hours Voltas Customer Service on dt.24/03/2015. My complaint number is-[protected] I had talked a number of times with customer care centre within last 7 days. Every time the I get a reply that my complaint will be attended very shortly and technician from Voltas will attend the complaint.                           Request for servicing new AC was submitted on 25.03.2015 vide request no. [protected]. Again gave a request on 27.03.15 and 28.03.15 at helpline number but till date none of your service centre at Allahabad has bothered to give a call or visit my house for servicing of AC.How long I have to wait for the servicing of the AC.

                              I have purchase Split 1 Ton AC on 08.10.2014. I am facing cooling problem with this AC. AC is not able to cool the room at any set temperature's . Recently i was complied the same AC outdoor is very sound occurred, your persons are attend the complaint but, till it was not cleared completly .                                 I have called to your customer care on sunday that is 22-march-2015 for the AC service, I have got the SMS that executive will visit in 24 hours. your guy came to my home on 23-mar evening, but was not able to do service because of electricity issue, so he said I will come tomorrow.but on same day evening I have got the SMS that your concern has been resolved from voltas if you are satisfied than reply or else reply with 2, so I replied to 2. than I received a call from some guy on 24-mar-2015, he was saying I am coming to your place but I will provide dry service only I asked why so he said if you want wet service than I will come tomorrow.but today is 26-mar-2015 and no one has visited yet. will u guys provide the free service or not please tell me clearly because I'll get it done from my end than. purchase date : 30-apr-2014 ac : window capicity : 1.5 ton

                                  Hello, I am working with tata group and my father bought 2 Ac from berhampur, I am asking the dealer for employee discount he said I have to fo for bhubneswhar for that. They cant give any offer and they charged full amount to my father.. I need this benefit at any cost.. pl take proper action..

                                    I brought split 185 cx as on 2.5.2104, got problem of non cooling after 2 months.. some pcp fault was there when service team visited want to Replace the unit, because service team could not repair in 3-4 attempts.. there is manufacturing fault, if i keep repairing my all money will go to vain after 2.5.2015 when warranty expires. Complaint Number [protected] dated 19.8.14 still pending could not resolve in 3 visits.. Sr No: 4511579G13H016104 already got communication from team to resolve by email as on 26.2.15 ... received call from service team to repair it agin on 17.3.15.. they refused to replace the product..                                       I have given minimagic pure -r water dispenser ( model and serial no. 6210164a13l014412) taken to workshop for repairing.I have given that water dispenser on 6/1/15 .Its going to be 3 months I regularly calling them and they are saying its takes 2 to 3 days more. Your service is not good and response is also not good from your side and I am totally dissatisfied by your service please I request you to take some necessary steps. Thanking you awdesh gupta

                                        On Monday05/01/2015 I had booked a complain request no. [protected] at 6 p.m. On 7/01/15 someone called from Voltas local service centre and asked me to come to service centre and deposit 1000/- cash then only service person will go to attend the call and if not done they will not attend the call and freeze will not be repaired. This freezer is installed at Baskin Robbins Ice cream Parlour and Due to delay icecreame has been damaged. Pl look into the problem and see that this complain is attended immediatly.I am operative this palour and cannot go to service station to deposite 1000/- in advance. Will you pl Help??
