I purchased 1.5ton Voltas AC in May 2012.But right from day one it is giving trouble.Within six months its gas was leaked. On my complaint company mechanic came and set it right in may 2013.To my dismay gas of the AC is again leaked in August2013 ie within four months.I again make a complaint at voltas service centre, company mechenic came and demanding service charge of Rs.350+1800 for gas reffiling as it is now out of warranty.What i want to know is whether it is a mechenical fault due to which gas is leaking so frequently if that is the case company should replace the AC if not then why the gas is leaking at such a short period.ACs in my neibourhood are working efficiently.Company should own the responsibility for defective AC.How can one afford Rs.2200/every 3-4 months on gas leakage ?       Dear Sir, I am ritika goel , we have purchased the 1.5 ton split a.c on dt-10/june/2013 from the dealer GARG ELECTRONICS DADRI BRANCH...we have complaint so many times in voltas customer centre but no good response..... we are really disappointed by the product as its not working properly since starting, we made so many complaints to service center but they are not doing anything instead they are just making fool o[censored]s.and they are not taking any action...i also called up the GZB BRANCH MANAGER MR OM TYAGI. but he is also not listening and understand the problem.then we called to Mr.KINSHUK (AREA SALES MANAGER) but he said the company have not making the same product so we only change your outer. many technicians came around and look the problem but no one is correct justify to us one said piece is defected and installing problem is there then through your Installing Person we have re- Install the A.C, BUT NO GOOD EFFECT, other said the problem is in compressor and third one technician said that the problem is in steplizer . But now they only changed the compressor.and our dealer have change the steplizer. but no good effect is there. according to your technician we have changed the outer but no good effect and cooling is there.....and the changed compressor is very light in weight and small size from the first one.......now we have changed all the thing but now A.C IS NOT WORKING .yesterday the technician came but he suggested to change the piece but the Area sales Manager is not listening he only says to rectify the Problem, Now the problem is we have purchased new a.c but its not working since the day we purchased ....and all the thing is renew except the inner A.C.... ...kindly read and take a quick action on it......         leakage problem in water cooler(behind sight) after the complained regarding this matter your engineer came & best try to control that leakage but not successful in their last 6 visits. i am very upset regarding that product please take care of it or if possible change it.oterwise i am going in to consumer court.thanks

          We purchased two Voltas Air conditioners from Croma, Juhu in April 2012 with extended warranty of two years.

          1. We asked for the delivery in May, as our house was under renovation. We were assured that the delivery will be only when we call the number given to us.
          But to our shock, on the very next day of the purchase the AC's are delivered and the delivery boys were not ready to take the consignment back.
          This is complaint no 1, which no one at Juhu Croma customer service attended to, last year.

          2. Complaint # 2 - nobody landed up for the service in the first year of purchase. On inquiry, I was told that the customer has to call to fix up service. Why wasn’t this told to us at the time of purchase??

          3. Complaint no 3 - one of the AC's - 1.5 ton, didn't have proper cooling. In spite of repeated calls to Croma and Voltas Care Center, nobody turned up.
          Finally, when the man landed up after lot of follow ups, he tells me that Voltas warranty is over and we need to call Croma warranty Center On 11 July 2013, I made my complaint with Croma ( 90290).
          Nobody landed up till 2nd August, and when I called I was given another number of the service Center.
          The guy who came from this Center enters and asks what warranty do we have? He was not even ready to check the AC when you said its extended warranty from Croma.
          He identified the problem and said he will be back on 7th August.

          Today is 12 August, I haven't even heard from Croma nor from the service Center people.

          I am really fed up of the follow ups. We had purchased Voltas AC from Croma because both are from Tata, a respected name and manufactured in India, versus buying a foreign brand from other shops.

          If I don't get this problem solved before 16 August, we will be forced to take some drastic steps.

          Voltas and Croma keep tossing us between them. Is this the kind of service a consumer expects from such big chains??

          Voltas AC — service

          Dear sir,

          This is to bring in to your notice that we have purchased Two Voltas window A/C 2 yrs back, now both the A/C are having problems I understand that since it is a electrical appliance so it can happen… but the issue Is that no one is there to listen the problem, I am tired calling customer care number which is not working[protected],[protected] .

          I asked the showroom people and they provided the number of so called authorized service centre in Noida, and trust me those guys were the biggest fraud, they took the system for repearing and turned up after 5 days and after the fitting was completed… what happened next………….A/C was not working, and those guys suggested that we shouldn’t have purchased VOLTAS A/C.

          We called up another service people who informed us that it has been manhandled by the previous guys…..they also tried to get it right but it simply didn’t worked, wwe called up another service guys who finally informed that compressor needs to be replaced with new one, Now we don’t know what to do.

          We wanted the company to check the problem and repair it because then only one can get satisfied otherwise each and every time a new service guy will turn up and will produce his ideas.

          TATA is very big company and Indian have faith on this particular brand name, but you people don’t even have your own service centre then how will you provide after sales services to your clients, your numbers which are mentioned on your website are out of order

          Now you suggest that what a customer should do…sell A/C to a junk dealer? We are facing this problem from the past one month what is the use of the A/C if it gets repaired in winters.

          If someone is there to listen then pl understand our problem or let the things remain as they are.

          VOLTAS — Highly Poor Service

          Sir,
          This is to inform you that I purchased an A.C of Voltas (Virtis Elite) in the month of April 2008.

          I was assured for the services as per the scheme provided by the company but there was no such visit

          nither by service boy nor by dealer.

          Even after sevaral personal visit to the dealer & complaint no action was taken but on the other side the

          dealer put blame over the service center & the service center did so to the dealer.

          At last no one took any kind of action and ultimately I am suffering from highly poor service.

          VOLTAS — Service complaint

          After fifteen days from my second service on 3rd July a sound problem started with my AC on which I booked a complain(my complain number is-H16482) after which the person who came to attend my complain told us that the inside unit has to be brought down and cleaned up from inside which has to be done on the last service but it was not done and now if this job has to be carried out then i will have to pay some amount,for which I am not agree because it is the fault of the service man who came to do my machine's last service and did not paid attention on this part of the machine.
          So please inspect the matter at your end and I hope your decision will be in my favour.

            Dear sir,

            I wish to draw your kind attention that I had purchased one Window A/C from M/s Rhythm House, B-1/35-36, Sector-18, NOIDA vide their Invoice No.37514 dt. 8th April,2007 (Make-Voltas AC 1.5 Ton. Window Vertis Plus 6338) who is an authorized Dealer of Voltas Limited.

            After a year or so, (in the next season) when I started, it was not cooling. I contacted immediately M/s Rhythm House and I was advised by them to lodge a complaint with the Customer Care. Accordingly, I contacted Customer Care and lodged a complaint with the Customer Care and on their advice Engineer of M/s Swift Aircare, visited and inspected the A/C. He informed me that AC is not cooling as its Compressor is not working. Since the Compressor was under Guarantee, he informed me that he would take the A/C to Workshop for the replacement of Compressor. As I was not aware about the ABC of AC, I allowed him to take the AC to Workshop. I don’t know whether Swift Aircare have changed the Compressor or not but since then it is not working properly. You can see from your Records whether a new Compressor was issued or not from the Store Department of Voltas as replacement against the above mentioned AC.

            Since 2008, it is not working properly and in every season I have to lodge complaint with the Customer Care stating that my A/C is not working or Cooling. Every time, Engineer of Swift Aircare comes to rectify the defect which either relates to Gas Leakage or not properly cooling. It seems either it was mishandled or the important part(s) i.e cooling system has taken out by them intentionally or replaced it with the other ACs which were lying in their Workshop. Is there no other Service Centre in Noida except Swift Aircare who can see deeply check the reason of above problem?.

            As on date, I have spent more than Rs.10000/-in the last five to six years but problem is still exists. For example, I have spent Rs.2200 on account of Gas Filling and Service charges in the month of May,2011, and agains in the month of May,2012 (i.e on 7th May,2012) I have spent Rs.1000/- on account of repairing of PCB when there was not problem with the PCB and again Rs.380/- on repairing of Stablier as it was stated by the Engineer of Swift Aircare that there is a defect in the PCB as well as Stabilizer when there was no defect in both the items. I do not know whether there was a defect in the PCB, Stabilizer or not, as I do not know ABC of A/C.

            Interestingly, when they came to repair the PCB, Gas was in the AC and when they came to service the A/C, exactly after two days, Gas was not there. This shows that A/C was mis-handled by the staff of Swift Aircare. This all shows that either Swift Aircare is not either properly rectifying the defect or making money by creating every time a new problem /defect. In this way they are not only destroying the name / image of your own but also of Voltas Limited which is a reputed name, especially for AC, in the world.

            Again aforesaid AC was repaired by M/s Swift Aircase on 25.06.2012 and was delivered on 4th July,2012, after rectifying the defects as well as filling the Gas, as stated by them.

            As it was not working, it was taken to Workshop on 04.07.2012 (exactly after Ten days) and was delivered on 08.07.2012( after 4 days) with the assurance that now it is Okay and will not create any problem in future. As the season was on the edge of ending, it was hardly used for 15-20 days in the season.(year 2012).

            When in the next season[protected] i.e on 5th May,2013 when I started, it functioned properly till 28th May,2013 (only 24 days) and when I started it on 29th May,2013, there was no cooling. As I again started it after sometime, same problem, as mentioned above, was faced by me.

            In view the above, you will observe that what kind of service is being provided by an Authorized Service Centre of Voltas, especially M/s Swift Aircare who is based in Sector-37, Noida.

            Looking into the above, you are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and take an appropriate action against the Swift Aircare or advise them to replace the defected part(s) free of cost, keeping in view the amount I have spent as on date on this AC.

              I got complain number 13AU0102414.Useless service department. I am from Ahmedabad my voltase vertis gold 2.0 ton split ac is not working for a week. and cutomer care unit not help me for that just answering that responsibilites are of local contract based service centres. Even senior executive Mr. Siddharth is not answering properly..THIRD CLASS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN INDIA
              I got a perfect machine but very poor after sale service.

              Local service contact numbers[protected], 66301187, 66301188 are useless.

              No one receive them for a long time and Mr. Ram, Mr. Bashir (or I can't here exactly) etc. are just showroom items.

              I have Voltase Vertise Gold for last five years, I never face any problem but when an outdoor unit PCB had shot.

              I find poor after sale service. Call center custumer care executive Ms. Mansi, Ms. Parul and their head Mr Siddharth * Mr. Santosh also

              put all resposibilities over local service center (Contract Based).
              I think Voltase company do not want to solve any problem of customer who doesn't have warranty.

              voltas/vertis A.C — REGULAR SERVICE

              I HAD PURCHASED VOLTAS AC FROM MAYUR ELECTRONICS, FARIDABAD, HARYANA, LAST YEAR IN THE MONTH OF MAY/JUNE.WHEN I PURCHASED THE AC THEY HAD CONFIRMED ME OF TWO FREE SERVICES, BUT TILL DATE NO SERVICE HAS BEEN GIVEN .FROM THE LAST ONE MONTH I AM PURSIING THEM, BUT ALL IN VAIN.I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY SPEAKING TO THEM .THEY PROMISE ME NEXT DATE BUT NOBODY COMES.THE COMPLAINT NO.               Voltas Vertis Airconditioner 2.0 Ton — Pathetic After Sales Service

              The After Sales Service of Voltas is pathetic. I have been chasing the personnel and just do not seem to get any response from them. The Servicing people expects the customer to chase them and keep calling them as if they have done us a big favor by selling this cheap, low quality product to us.

              I purchased the 2 Ton A/C of Voltas due to brand value and I am extremely unpleased with my experience. The product is not upto the mark and also the after sales service is PATHETIC.

              voltas/gold i split AC — bad service

              I have just purchsed a Gold i split AC on 02/04/2010 and on 12th it is not cooling our room and one of copper wire is become salty and i am trying complaining but the nos. provide to me are useless not a single no. is correct and now i complained yesterday whose complaint no. is 10AP1401202 on 14/04/2010. and now they are saying you will get the service engineer in 24 hours but till now non of engineers came neither i got a call. pls respond as early as possible.

              voltas vertis gold split ac — poor service

              We have purchesed 19-20 ac's of Voltas make this year but still the split ac's are not running properly even after attended by company service partners. Each time they visit one or other machine start creating problem. Now some split ac's are having water lekage from indoor unit.

              I HAVE PURCHASED SPLIT 1.5 TON VERTIS PEARL AC IN APR-12. SINCE PURCHASE COOLING WAS NOT PROPER. 2 TIME I CALLED SERVICE EXECUTIVE AND EVERY TIME THEY ASKED THAT IT IS ELECTRICITY ISSUE. THIS TIME I LAUNCHED THE COMPLAIN ON 15TH APR AND BEFORE THAT I GET MY ELECTRICT SUPPY PROPERLY. ON 17TH SERVICE PERSON VISIT AT HOME AND AGREE THAT THERE IS SOME ISSUE WITH COMPRESSOR AND ASK TO COME IN 1 HOUR AND CARRY THE OUTDOOR UNIT. SINCE LAST 10 DAYS HE DIN'T COME BACK EVEN NOT CALL US. I REGISTER THE COMPLAIN ON 18TH APR AND 10 FOLLOW UP CALL TILL TODAY. EVERY TIME SERVICE CARE EXECUTIVE ASKED THAT YOUR COMPLAIN FORWARDED TO SENIOR TECHNICIAN ( DON'T KNOW WHERE SUCH PERSON WITH COMPANY OR NOT) AND PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED IN 3-4 HOURS.                 I have purchased voltas Window 1 ton AC in 03rd May 2013. During installation found some of the blade of the grill were broken. I have immediately informed the dealer regarding this. Dealer ask me to call to the company concern (Voltas). In voltas after several calls they attended the complaint and assure us that our complaint will be resolve shortly as they do not have particular spare/part or grill in stock. After one month they visited my house and sang the same story. Now, its been Three months and they are entertaining or bother to resolve my problem. Please intervene and help.

                  Dear sir,

                  I wish to draw your kind attention that I had purchased one Window A/C from M/s Rhythm House, B-1/35-36, Sector-18, NOIDA vide their Invoice No.37514 dt. 8th April,2007 (Make-Voltas AC 1.5 Ton. Window Vertis Plus 6338) who is authorized Dealer of Voltas Limited on 08.04.2007.

                  After a year so, (in the next season) when I started, it was not cooling. I contacted immediately to M/s Rhythm House and I was advised by them to lodge a complaint with the Customer Care. Accordingly, I contacted Customer Care and on their advice Engineer of M/s Swift Aircare, (which is an Authorized Service Centre of Voltas) and whose owner is Mr. Guliani), visited and inspected the A/C. They informed me that AC is not cooling as its Compressor is not working. Since the Compressor was under Guarantee, they informed me that he has to send the AC to Workshop for the replacement of Compressor. I do not know whether they have changed the Compressor or not but since then it is not working properly. You can see from your records that a new Compressor was issued from the Store Department of Voltas as replacement against the above mentioned AC. Since 2008, it is not working properly and in every season I have to lodged complaint with the Customer Care stating that my A/C is not working (Cooling). Every time, Engineer of Swift Aircare comes to rectify the defects which either relates to Gas Leakage or not properly cooling. Is there no other Service Centre in Noida except Swift Aircare?

                  From the year 2007, I have spent more than Rs.10000/- but problem is still exists. I have spent in the last five to six years, still my A/C is not working. For example, I have spent Rs.2200 on account of Gas Filling and Service charges in the month of May,2011, and agains in the month of May,2012 (i.e on 7th May,2012) I have spent Rs.1000/- on account of repairing of PCB. I do not know whether there was a defect in the PCB or not, as I do not know ABC of A/C.

                  Interesting, when they came to repair the PCB, Gas was there and when they came to service the A/C, after two day, Gas was not there. This shows that A/C was mis-handled by the staff of Swift Air Care. This all shows that either Swift Air Care is not properly rectifying the defect or making money by creating a new problem /efect every time. In this way they are not only destroying the image of Swift Air Care but also of Voltas Limited which is a reputed name, especially for AC.

                  Again aforesaid AC was repaired by M/s Swift Aircase on 25.06.2012 and was delivered on 4th July,2012 for rectifying the defects as well as filling the Gas.

                  Agains it was taken on 04.07.2012 and was delivered on 08.07.2012 with the assurance that now it is Okay and will not create any problem. As the season was on the edge of ending, it was hardly used for 15-20 days in the year 2012.

                  When in the next season[protected] i.e on 5th May,2013 when I started, it functioned properly till 28th May,2013 and when on 29th May,2013 I started, there was no cooling. I started it again and same problem, as mentioned above, was faced by me i.e no cooling.

                  In view of above, you will observe that what kind of service is being provided by an Authorized Service Centre of Voltas i.e M/s Swift Aircare who is based in Sector-37, Noida.


                  Looking into the above, you are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and take an appropriate action against the Swift Air Care.

                  Please note that i have bought VOLTAS AC 1.5 ton Racip window from your authorize dear NEXT( New Ganpati Electronics, Panipat - Haryana-132103) on 2-7-2013, but after nearly two months it is stop working, and i have made a complaint on your toll free No. [protected], on 17th Sep. 2013, My complaint no. is 13sp1704163, next day one technician came and told us that Compressor is damage, and you have to send it to our service center, but dear i don't know to i send it, i told him to take with you, but he argue and refuse to take with him for repair. I have complaint so many time on same toll free no. and talked with so many peoples on this no. even i have talked with some senior persons also, i have call them atleast 10 times, but nobody come and solve my problem. Now dear you tell me where I should go for this complaint. And tell me have i made a mistake to buy your product, everyday i am listening that very shortly your problem is solve, but now it is almost 14 days, but no solution, is this your service after sale, or you are concern with sale only. And in case of complaint we through out our A/c.

                    I purchase a Voltas Vertis Plus (Window) – 1.5 ton AC in the year 2010. On May’2013, the AC was not cooling properly and its remote was not working. I called the technician for repairing and servicing. He informed me that the transformer requires repair and also the front plate where there are switches requires repair as is heated due to fault in transformer and says that the repair cost for plate is around 2000/-. He took the plate with him and came back after about one week and informs us that the plate is not repaired and requires replacement. The new plate costs around 3000/-. I told him to buy the new plate. Again after about 10 days, he returned back and intimates us that the plate is not available anywhere. He gives us that old plate and makes AC workable by giving direct connection.
                    Again on 10th July’2013, the AC was not giving proper cooling, so I lodged online complaint with the customer care. A new technician came on 25th July’2013. Without seeing the AC, he took the plate and says that he will come back with new plate in next 2-3 days and the new plate costs around 3000/-. But he has not returned back so far.
                    I again called up the customer care on 30.07.2013 as my AC was totally break down, not giving any cold or hot air. Again on 31.07.2013, a new technician came and he says that he doesn’t know about the plate but its fan motor has burnt up. So, repair or requires replacement which costs 2500 – 4000/-.
                    Every time new technicians from Voltas come and take Rs 300/ - 400/- as visit charges and won’t do anything. Also every new technician tool one part of our AC with him for replacement/ repair but not give back that part.
                    In this hot season, I m spending so much money for the repair of my AC but voltas technician only makes money from me for the visits, without doing anything.
                    Kindly look into my complaint and do something at an earliest

                    VOLTAS LIMITED — Voltas window AC never works

                    We have purchased voltas window as 3 years ago. There is manufacturing defect n this AC. from that time this AC didnt work properly even in a single summer season. In every season it got defects 3-4 time and its service is also very poor. We have to make min 5-6 times calls every time.

                    This time also we make its complaint 5 days ago and made 5 calls till now no body came.

                    I have taken two window ac around 5 months back but one of the is not working from the same day i have taken . voltas people have changed the compressor but still ac is not working.
                    AC install on 8-4-2010 but when switch on Heat the all wiring in room. My electricial suggest that short connection in AC. If we start againt may be fire in room.                     Purchased Voltas Gemini 5 Star Split AC from Keshav Aircon Shopee, C-391 Palam Extension, Sector-7, Dwarka, Newq Delhi-110075 on 1.5.2011 . After one month the cooling stopped and the auto-Swing Blade of the inner unit stopped functioning. On complaint technicians came on 20.6.2011 and the gas leakage of the unit have been solved and the cooling part of the AC became OK. They told that the Swing blade is defective and is to be replaced and will be done within two days. On my repeated requests in the Service Centre, till today the problem is not solved. They reply that the Swing Blade of this particular brand is not available in their factory, and it will be replaced on its arrival. It is now more than two months and every week I request the firm to change the swing blade or the unit itself, but it seems they are not taking my requests seriously. I have sent two mails on the Voltas complaint site also and Ireceived replies from them but no action has been taken so far.

                    In this circumstance, I have no option left except approaching you in this case. I request that this problem may kindly be got solved quickly.

                      I had purchased a Voltas 1.5 ton ac on 26.03.12. Since purchase there is problem with the product & service
                      a. The unit was installed on 20.04.12, almost after a month of purchase.
                      b. After a month of installation there was problem with cooling & on complaining it was attended on 19.05.12.
                      c. Again on the same problem was reported in the month of august 2012 which was attended on 21.08.12. Only Filters were cleaned & repositioned,
                      d. In the month of December I booked a routine service which was not attended and again on complaining it was attended on 06.03.13, but the service was incomplete, & the problem of cooling was still unattended. The service engineer promised to return next day to solve the problem not did not turned. On contacting the service center the service was attended the following week. And for the cooling problem the person claimed the overheating summer days.
                      e. Now the AC has stopped cooling at all, on complaining the service engineer attended the service today & informed that there is problem with the Aluminium Condensor Pipe of the outer unit from which very negligible amount of gas was leaking for the past several months & got empty as the warranty period is over I will have to pay for the charges totalling around Rs. 2600/-.

                      And when I complained that why the problem was not attended earlier during warranty, they have no reply to that. Kindly provide me the remedy for the same.

                      I purchases two chest fridge from jaipur distributor M/s Trade and wings on 6 Mar 2012.

                      On reaching the products on 12 march I found that the locks of both the products were defective. I lodge the complaints as above on their toll free numbers.

                      After many reminders to different persons on different mobiles and assurance from all ,at last one service person came from Ajmer.

                      The service person inform me before coming that they have no locks in inventory and coming just for to attend and find out the things.

                      He repaired one lock but when he trying to repair the second one the lock has damaged . He said that he will come within 2 days with a new lock and change it.

                      When 4 days left I again call to the person then he answered very strange things that you had broken the lock and it has to be changed the entire door on PAYMENT.

                      As the new pieces are defective and the breakage was due to their own engineers how they demand the payment.

                      He even not take my sign on the report

                        i have complained for repair of my aircondition which is under warrantee then authorized voltas service centre mechanic came and take AC's parts(compressure) to their service centre after 1 week we contacted service centre then they gave back AC's parts to us and said that now we are not authorised service centre from voltas then we contacted to other service centre but their mechanic came and after ensuring the problem he said the compressor was physicaly damaged by the first machanic who opened it firstly for repair...

                          I would like to show you people the sorry state of this VOLTAS company who claims to give good services and customer care but fails to complete same in their actions. I am fed up with the kind of services provided by the VOLTAS SERVICE CENTER.

                          I, Sanjeev Sharma ([protected]) have registered a complaint regarding my AC (Complaint no.-11SP0603910) which was not working. Some Engineer from POWERMAT ELECTRONICS, Shop no 32, Uday Singh Palace, Naharpur, Sector-7, Rohini came to check the AC and said that the compressor is dead.

                          Since the compressor was under warranty,they promised to replace it within 2-3 days. And nobody turned up for the same, neither anybody came nor they informed about the situation. When I called they even dint pick the call up. This whole episode continued for 10 days and nobody bothered to pick up the phone or come for replacing the compressor.

                          After 10 days,some engineer came with the new compressor and tried to fix the compressor in the outdoor unit but failed to do so due to their incapability or lack of knowledge. Then, they took the outdoor unit to the service center, promised to come the very next day to fix the outdoor unit but nobody turned up for 2 days and again they did not respond to any calls made by us.

                          Now, today on Sunday Sep-18-2011, they committed to us that they will come around 3 PM and as expected from them their serviceman did not turn up. Then I called up to the customer care and asked for a solution or a senior person's number who refused and instead of solving my problem that fellow asked me to wait for another day.

                          Now I am lost as to what to do and where to go...???
                          you can just fool people by saying that your complain is in progress but can never solve them you know i registered my complain on 6th may, 2013 full two months gone nothing good you did to my ac write only the things which can be done by your company don't fool your customer

                            I have complaint several times ...Tried calling and contacting Area Sales and service Manager Ms Soni...spoke to many in escalation team ,wasim Akram,Leslin and Subash...Entire TEAM IS PATHETIC...I bought Voltas with teh impression that they have good Customer service .It has been 6 days that I made a complaint and still waiting for a RESOLUTION ...which I am sure no body at VOLTAS even understand what it means...I am kept on long hold (45mts) every time...I call(have called over 20 times now)...They are thick skin ...be soft,sweet or even ABUSIVE...it s all the same for them...I think they are trained that way...No seniors available to handle complaints....escalations or resolve the concern....

                            I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECCOMEND ANY ONE BUYING ANY VOLTAS PRODUCT EVER......
                            i was purchased your voltas 1.5 ton vertis premium model in june last year .but after 2-3 months it creates problem, it does not cooled the room.i was complaints to Mehta TV care but they does not respond 6-7 days .after 10 days his representative he said that now the season of summer crosses, we will fills your gas in next season, also he said it is benificial for me.now in this season they fills the gas, but the problems stands as it is.please solve my problem

                              I have purchased a Voltas Split 1.5 Ton 5 Star AC from Voltas Authorised Dealer in Dehradun on May 21, 2013. Now after only 1 month, it stopped working. I registered a Compalint No. 13JU2107357.

                              Got a call from Mobile Number [protected] (Maheshwari Refrigeration) after 2 days, person on the other side told me to visit my site within next few hours. But even after 2 days nobody came to my site. I called the same number and he misbehaved with me. He told me : "JO KARNA HO KAR LE, NAHI HOGA TERA AC SAHI" AND HE EVEN ABUSED ME.

                              I even sent the reminder mails to Voltas Customer Care every day, and nobody visited my site till date.

                              I have again registered several compalints vide Compalints Number 13JU2107357, 13JU2402218.. etc. and every time this local service center closed my complaint without any resolution stating that every complaint is resolved.

                              I SUGGEST YOU ALL TO NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS OF VOLTAS AS THEY HAVE THE WORST EVER SERVICE NETWORK THROUGHOUT THE INDIA. I HAVE EVEN CONTACTED VOLTAS EMPLOYEES ON MAIL ID'S : [protected]@voltas.com, [protected]@voltas.com, [protected]@voltas.com, BUT NO ONE IS NOT RESPONDING MY MAILS EVEN SEVERAL REMINDERS.

                              EVEN VOLTAS CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT RESPONDING TO MAILS.

                              THERE SERVICE CENTERS ARE ABUSING THEIR CUSTOMERS, HAVE A LOOK AT THE ATTITUDE OF THEIR SERVICE CENTERS. VOLTAS HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEIR SERVICE CENTERS.

                              NEVER EVER BUY ANY VOLTAS PRODUCT. I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED THE RECORDING OF CALL WHICH I HAD WITH THE SERVICE CENTER OWNER. PLEASE HEAR AND THEN DECIDE ABOUT THIS WORST BRAND "VOLTAS"

                                DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COOLING SOLUTIONS, SCO 75, SEC - 20 C, CHANDIGARH

                                I have purchased Voltas 1.5 TR Split AC 5 Star worth Rs 40000/- from a dealer (Cooling Solutions, SCO No. 75, Sec-20 C, Chandigarh), who after selling his product do not listen to customer complaints. Swing motor of the AC was not working so the flaps were not moving at all. I must say this is the most worst experience i ever had in my life of purchasing a product(or i should say faulty product) where the seller don't even dare to pick the phone so after sales service is worst. When we reach the seller again he refused to accept his fault and send the immature repair workers who i believe didn't understand the issue well. After several complaints, a guy from Voltas company came who told me that other customers too has the same issue with this so called COOLING SOLUTIONS Dealer. I have not expected that a TATA product dealer would do this to me.

                                        Sir I was purchased a Tata Voltas split ac on 27/05/13 and when get installed there was no remote and user mannual found in ac box. when i complained to tata conpany they replied contact to dealer where product purchased. when i contacted to dealer they provide a remote of diffrent model but that remote was not worked fro that day till today i am suffering this problem. they are not providing same model remote and company person are also not visiting my site.
