Dear sir,

I wish to draw your kind attention that I had purchased one Window A/C from M/s Rhythm House, B-1/35-36, Sector-18, NOIDA vide their Invoice No.37514 dt. 8th April,2007 (Make-Voltas AC 1.5 Ton. Window Vertis Plus 6338) who is authorized Dealer of Voltas Limited on 08.04.2007.

After a year so, (in the next season) when I started, it was not cooling. I contacted immediately to M/s Rhythm House and I was advised by them to lodge a complaint with the Customer Care. Accordingly, I contacted Customer Care and on their advice Engineer of M/s Swift Aircare, (which is an Authorized Service Centre of Voltas) and whose owner is Mr. Guliani), visited and inspected the A/C. They informed me that AC is not cooling as its Compressor is not working. Since the Compressor was under Guarantee, they informed me that he has to send the AC to Workshop for the replacement of Compressor. I do not know whether they have changed the Compressor or not but since then it is not working properly. You can see from your records that a new Compressor was issued from the Store Department of Voltas as replacement against the above mentioned AC. Since 2008, it is not working properly and in every season I have to lodged complaint with the Customer Care stating that my A/C is not working (Cooling). Every time, Engineer of Swift Aircare comes to rectify the defects which either relates to Gas Leakage or not properly cooling. Is there no other Service Centre in Noida except Swift Aircare?

From the year 2007, I have spent more than Rs.10000/- but problem is still exists. I have spent in the last five to six years, still my A/C is not working. For example, I have spent Rs.2200 on account of Gas Filling and Service charges in the month of May,2011, and agains in the month of May,2012 (i.e on 7th May,2012) I have spent Rs.1000/- on account of repairing of PCB. I do not know whether there was a defect in the PCB or not, as I do not know ABC of A/C.

Interesting, when they came to repair the PCB, Gas was there and when they came to service the A/C, after two day, Gas was not there. This shows that A/C was mis-handled by the staff of Swift Air Care. This all shows that either Swift Air Care is not properly rectifying the defect or making money by creating a new problem /efect every time. In this way they are not only destroying the image of Swift Air Care but also of Voltas Limited which is a reputed name, especially for AC.

Again aforesaid AC was repaired by M/s Swift Aircase on 25.06.2012 and was delivered on 4th July,2012 for rectifying the defects as well as filling the Gas.

Agains it was taken on 04.07.2012 and was delivered on 08.07.2012 with the assurance that now it is Okay and will not create any problem. As the season was on the edge of ending, it was hardly used for 15-20 days in the year 2012.

When in the next season[protected] i.e on 5th May,2013 when I started, it functioned properly till 28th May,2013 and when on 29th May,2013 I started, there was no cooling. I started it again and same problem, as mentioned above, was faced by me i.e no cooling.

In view of above, you will observe that what kind of service is being provided by an Authorized Service Centre of Voltas i.e M/s Swift Aircare who is based in Sector-37, Noida.


Looking into the above, you are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and take an appropriate action against the Swift Air Care.

Please note that i have bought VOLTAS AC 1.5 ton Racip window from your authorize dear NEXT( New Ganpati Electronics, Panipat - Haryana-132103) on 2-7-2013, but after nearly two months it is stop working, and i have made a complaint on your toll free No. [protected], on 17th Sep. 2013, My complaint no. is 13sp1704163, next day one technician came and told us that Compressor is damage, and you have to send it to our service center, but dear i don't know to i send it, i told him to take with you, but he argue and refuse to take with him for repair. I have complaint so many time on same toll free no. and talked with so many peoples on this no. even i have talked with some senior persons also, i have call them atleast 10 times, but nobody come and solve my problem. Now dear you tell me where I should go for this complaint. And tell me have i made a mistake to buy your product, everyday i am listening that very shortly your problem is solve, but now it is almost 14 days, but no solution, is this your service after sale, or you are concern with sale only. And in case of complaint we through out our A/c.

Now i am waiting for your reply.

    I purchase a Voltas Vertis Plus (Window) – 1.5 ton AC in the year 2010. On May’2013, the AC was not cooling properly and its remote was not working. I called the technician for repairing and servicing. He informed me that the transformer requires repair and also the front plate where there are switches requires repair as is heated due to fault in transformer and says that the repair cost for plate is around 2000/-. He took the plate with him and came back after about one week and informs us that the plate is not repaired and requires replacement. The new plate costs around 3000/-. I told him to buy the new plate. Again after about 10 days, he returned back and intimates us that the plate is not available anywhere. He gives us that old plate and makes AC workable by giving direct connection.
    Again on 10th July’2013, the AC was not giving proper cooling, so I lodged online complaint with the customer care. A new technician came on 25th July’2013. Without seeing the AC, he took the plate and says that he will come back with new plate in next 2-3 days and the new plate costs around 3000/-. But he has not returned back so far.
    I again called up the customer care on 30.07.2013 as my AC was totally break down, not giving any cold or hot air. Again on 31.07.2013, a new technician came and he says that he doesn’t know about the plate but its fan motor has burnt up. So, repair or requires replacement which costs 2500 – 4000/-.
    Every time new technicians from Voltas come and take Rs 300/ - 400/- as visit charges and won’t do anything. Also every new technician tool one part of our AC with him for replacement/ repair but not give back that part.
    In this hot season, I m spending so much money for the repair of my AC but voltas technician only makes money from me for the visits, without doing anything.
    Kindly look into my complaint and do something at an earliest

    VOLTAS LIMITED — Voltas window AC never works

    We have purchased voltas window as 3 years ago. There is manufacturing defect n this AC. from that time this AC didnt work properly even in a single summer season. In every season it got defects 3-4 time and its service is also very poor. We have to make min 5-6 times calls every time.

    This time also we make its complaint 5 days ago and made 5 calls till now no body came.

    We are suffering due to manufacturing defect in AC. Its really not good if company do like this with their customers.

    voltas - ac — ac not working

    voltas/vertis ac — not working from the buying day

    I have taken two window ac around 5 months back but one of the is not working from the same day i have taken . voltas people have changed the compressor but still ac is not working.
    AC install on 8-4-2010 but when switch on Heat the all wiring in room. My electricial suggest that short connection in AC. If we start againt may be fire in room. I was complain in National Electricals, Jamshedpur on[protected] and no action till date. My complain no. 10AP1005294 dt. 10-4-10.

    Kindly look into the matter urgent basis.

    Purchased Voltas Gemini 5 Star Split AC from Keshav Aircon Shopee, C-391 Palam Extension, Sector-7, Dwarka, Newq Delhi-110075 on 1.5.2011 . After one month the cooling stopped and the auto-Swing Blade of the inner unit stopped functioning. On complaint technicians came on 20.6.2011 and the gas leakage of the unit have been solved and the cooling part of the AC became OK. They told that the Swing blade is defective and is to be replaced and will be done within two days. On my repeated requests in the Service Centre, till today the problem is not solved. They reply that the Swing Blade of this particular brand is not available in their factory, and it will be replaced on its arrival. It is now more than two months and every week I request the firm to change the swing blade or the unit itself, but it seems they are not taking my requests seriously. I have sent two mails on the Voltas complaint site also and Ireceived replies from them but no action has been taken so far.

    In this circumstance, I have no option left except approaching you in this case. I request that this problem may kindly be got solved quickly.

    current passing or not chilling

    we called several times against complaint for water dispenser but there is no any response from service center we r totally depressed from voltas service

      I had purchased a Voltas 1.5 ton ac on 26.03.12. Since purchase there is problem with the product & service
      a. The unit was installed on 20.04.12, almost after a month of purchase.
      b. After a month of installation there was problem with cooling & on complaining it was attended on 19.05.12.
      c. Again on the same problem was reported in the month of august 2012 which was attended on 21.08.12. Only Filters were cleaned & repositioned,
      d. In the month of December I booked a routine service which was not attended and again on complaining it was attended on 06.03.13, but the service was incomplete, & the problem of cooling was still unattended. The service engineer promised to return next day to solve the problem not did not turned. On contacting the service center the service was attended the following week. And for the cooling problem the person claimed the overheating summer days.
      e. Now the AC has stopped cooling at all, on complaining the service engineer attended the service today & informed that there is problem with the Aluminium Condensor Pipe of the outer unit from which very negligible amount of gas was leaking for the past several months & got empty as the warranty period is over I will have to pay for the charges totalling around Rs. 2600/-.

      And when I complained that why the problem was not attended earlier during warranty, they have no reply to that. Kindly provide me the remedy for the same.

      VOLTAS — New products - defective

      I purchases two chest fridge from jaipur distributor M/s Trade and wings on 6 Mar 2012.

      On reaching the products on 12 march I found that the locks of both the products were defective. I lodge the complaints as above on their toll free numbers.

      After many reminders to different persons on different mobiles and assurance from all ,at last one service person came from Ajmer.

      The service person inform me before coming that they have no locks in inventory and coming just for to attend and find out the things.

      He repaired one lock but when he trying to repair the second one the lock has damaged . He said that he will come within 2 days with a new lock and change it.

      When 4 days left I again call to the person then he answered very strange things that you had broken the lock and it has to be changed the entire door on PAYMENT.

      As the new pieces are defective and the breakage was due to their own engineers how they demand the payment.

      He even not take my sign on the report

      On may 2014 i buyied a ac of voltas from snapdeal. I have discovered that the AC has the problem fan noice very much
      The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the AC has been replaced and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next seven days.
      I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the AC to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.
      I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter.

        i have complained for repair of my aircondition which is under warrantee then authorized voltas service centre mechanic came and take AC's parts(compressure) to their service centre after 1 week we contacted service centre then they gave back AC's parts to us and said that now we are not authorised service centre from voltas then we contacted to other service centre but their mechanic came and after ensuring the problem he said the compressor was physicaly damaged by the first machanic who opened it firstly for repair...
        so my request is that please shortout our problem because fault is done by compnies service centre machanic

          This is to inform you that how poor services voltas are giving to their customer and cheating them I Salauddin Ayubi had a problem of water leakage on date 6th may,2013 my purchasing date of ac is 29 june, 2012 it is in guarantee period I complained about that problem on 6th may,2013 but no serious action was taken to solve my problem my complain number is 13my0606488 after that I repeatedly gave reminders, talked to their senior executive you can se my call details I called on :-

          6 – 7 technician visited me and checked my ac but they were not able to solve my problem every time they used to say that this time they will send senior technician but they were also not able to do anything good to my ac rather they spoiled more now I have to face more problem some sound is coming when it is working , swing is also producing some voice and the problem of water leakage is also there
          On 23rd may,2013 I again called you and complained about more problems my complain number is 13my2312353 after that I called on and gave reminders again on the following days :-
          25th may,2013 three times
          29th may,2013 two times
          30th may,2013 two times
          6th april,2013 one time
          7th april,2013 three times

          VOLTAS / AC — Voltas Poor Customer Care Services

          I would like to show you people the sorry state of this VOLTAS company who claims to give good services and customer care but fails to complete same in their actions. I am fed up with the kind of services provided by the VOLTAS SERVICE CENTER.

          I, Sanjeev Sharma ([protected]) have registered a complaint regarding my AC (Complaint no.-11SP0603910) which was not working. Some Engineer from POWERMAT ELECTRONICS, Shop no 32, Uday Singh Palace, Naharpur, Sector-7, Rohini came to check the AC and said that the compressor is dead.

          Since the compressor was under warranty,they promised to replace it within 2-3 days. And nobody turned up for the same, neither anybody came nor they informed about the situation. When I called they even dint pick the call up. This whole episode continued for 10 days and nobody bothered to pick up the phone or come for replacing the compressor.

          After 10 days,some engineer came with the new compressor and tried to fix the compressor in the outdoor unit but failed to do so due to their incapability or lack of knowledge. Then, they took the outdoor unit to the service center, promised to come the very next day to fix the outdoor unit but nobody turned up for 2 days and again they did not respond to any calls made by us.

          Now, today on Sunday Sep-18-2011, they committed to us that they will come around 3 PM and as expected from them their serviceman did not turn up. Then I called up to the customer care and asked for a solution or a senior person's number who refused and instead of solving my problem that fellow asked me to wait for another day.

          Now I am lost as to what to do and where to go...???

            I have complaint several times ...Tried calling and contacting Area Sales and service Manager Ms Soni...spoke to many in escalation team ,wasim Akram,Leslin and Subash...Entire TEAM IS PATHETIC...I bought Voltas with teh impression that they have good Customer service .It has been 6 days that I made a complaint and still waiting for a RESOLUTION ...which I am sure no body at VOLTAS even understand what it means...I am kept on long hold (45mts) every time...I call(have called over 20 times now)...They are thick skin ...be soft,sweet or even ABUSIVE...it s all the same for them...I think they are trained that way...No seniors available to handle complaints....escalations or resolve the concern....

            I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECCOMEND ANY ONE BUYING ANY VOLTAS PRODUCT EVER......
            i was purchased your voltas 1.5 ton vertis premium model in june last year .but after 2-3 months it creates problem, it does not cooled the room.i was complaints to Mehta TV care but they does not respond 6-7 days .after 10 days his representative he said that now the season of summer crosses, we will fills your gas in next season, also he said it is benificial for me.now in this season they fills the gas, but the problems stands as it is.please solve my problem

              I have purchased a Voltas Split 1.5 Ton 5 Star AC from Voltas Authorised Dealer in Dehradun on May 21, 2013. Now after only 1 month, it stopped working. I registered a Compalint No. 13JU2107357.

              Got a call from Mobile Number [protected] (Maheshwari Refrigeration) after 2 days, person on the other side told me to visit my site within next few hours. But even after 2 days nobody came to my site. I called the same number and he misbehaved with me. He told me : "JO KARNA HO KAR LE, NAHI HOGA TERA AC SAHI" AND HE EVEN ABUSED ME.

              I even sent the reminder mails to Voltas Customer Care every day, and nobody visited my site till date.

              I have again registered several compalints vide Compalints Number 13JU2107357, 13JU2402218.. etc. and every time this local service center closed my complaint without any resolution stating that every complaint is resolved.

              I SUGGEST YOU ALL TO NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS OF VOLTAS AS THEY HAVE THE WORST EVER SERVICE NETWORK THROUGHOUT THE INDIA. I HAVE EVEN CONTACTED VOLTAS EMPLOYEES ON MAIL ID'S : [protected]@voltas.com, [protected]@voltas.com, [protected]@voltas.com, BUT NO ONE IS NOT RESPONDING MY MAILS EVEN SEVERAL REMINDERS.

              EVEN VOLTAS CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT RESPONDING TO MAILS.

              THERE SERVICE CENTERS ARE ABUSING THEIR CUSTOMERS, HAVE A LOOK AT THE ATTITUDE OF THEIR SERVICE CENTERS. VOLTAS HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEIR SERVICE CENTERS.

              NEVER EVER BUY ANY VOLTAS PRODUCT. I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED THE RECORDING OF CALL WHICH I HAD WITH THE SERVICE CENTER OWNER. PLEASE HEAR AND THEN DECIDE ABOUT THIS WORST BRAND "VOLTAS"

                I have purchased Voltas 1.5 TR Split AC 5 Star worth Rs 40000/- from a dealer (Cooling Solutions, SCO No. 75, Sec-20 C, Chandigarh), who after selling his product do not listen to customer complaints. Swing motor of the AC was not working so the flaps were not moving at all. I must say this is the most worst experience i ever had in my life of purchasing a product(or i should say faulty product) where the seller don't even dare to pick the phone so after sales service is worst. When we reach the seller again he refused to accept his fault and send the immature repair workers who i believe didn't understand the issue well. After several complaints, a guy from Voltas company came who told me that other customers too has the same issue with this so called COOLING SOLUTIONS Dealer. I have not expected that a TATA product dealer would do this to me.

The AC which I have purchased is not cooling properly probably a faulty unit has been supplied to me. I have logged a service complaint through Voltas Customer care no. with Complaint no. 13ju1000103 on 10th june 2013 they said within 24 hours our service engineer will contact you but nobody came after 24 hours again I make a call to voltas customer care but they said no complaint was done. i was shocked how it is possible. But then also again I registered a complaint with complaint no.13ju1101242 on 11th June 2013 next day one fellow came & said compressor is leaking. Tomorrow other team will come. Till then I have been struggling to get my service call attended by the service center name is the vintage & voltas head office also. I have made n no. of calls till then but still by today 14thJune 2013 no one has attended the call till now. Its almost 2 days I have been chasing Voltas customer care no. but they all giving the fake promises to send the engineer within 24 hours, Request to please take a strict action against the company and the service center. I want compensation against the inconvenience caused in such a warm weather even after spending money on a premium product of Voltas, and I want my money back or the device to be replaced with a new unit immediately.

                          I am Senior branch manager of a leading nationalised bank at Moovattupuzha kerala..The one ton A.C installed in my cabin has not been cooling for the past three months. On complaint M/S MULTI SALES who are providing service send different technicians but none is able to fix it.It is really a very SORRY state of affairs.I am unable to sit in my cabin due to this.

                          I feel that the service providers do not have qualified technicians and that they are least bothered about customer service even if it is a Nationalised bank.

I have been facing problem since the day 2nd, the installation was done. I have logged a complaint with Voltas Customer Care (24 X 7). The Complaint number is 10my2600548 . This was raised a 16 days back and still there is no response from Voltas or from the dealer.

                          I have been followed up with these people for n number of times through calling the dealer, Voltas Customer Care (24 X 7) and also sent mail for requesting like anything.

                          I have not got any response from them. I just wanna to make the people aware, what kind of service is providing by the Voltas by my complaint. Please don’t go for the Voltas Product. They will treat you like anything while giving you a faulty product.

                              I purchased a brand new split ac of 1.5 ton model number { 183px(R)} dated 31st may On 1st june installing is being done. I run my ac it didn't cool that much after running for 1hr water started coming out from the ac not from the pipe from the ac i switched it off. 1 hr continuously water was coming out from the ac. I called the installer on 2nd june he told me that switch it off annd came to me on 2nd june at 6pm. he checked it and found the drain pipe has bad slope he make it correct. still there is no cooling from the ac. I told him he replied me that it will slowly slowly recover i said ok. on 3rd june the cooling was zero. i called customer care of voltas he said to me that our representative will contact you. on 4th june 2 very young boys came to me at 3pm. checked my ac and told me that there is capacitor problem. They took a photo state of my bill and told me that they will come again tomorrow with the new capacitor i said ok. the next day 2 other boys came and asked me what is the problem i asked them don't you know the problem. they replied do you need servicing I told them u came here for servicing then he said ohh sorry for the capacitor. they replace the capacitor after that a new problem came that compressor started noising... even after that no cooling from ac... today is 5 days of my purchase... And no response from them... I think voltas is one of the worst company of ac. I never thought I will face such kind of problem.. very bad experience....                               Voltas/1.5 ton Split — Problem in Remote

                              Dear All

                              I purchased 2 Air conditioner of VOLTAS as per below detail on 30.04.09

                              1 1 Ton Split named Vertis Premium
                              2 1.5 Ton Split named Vertis Plus

                              I am facing following problems in my 1.5 ton A.C

                              1 Remote Control is not working properly.
                              2 Unit is producing some voice just like whistle

                              so I tried many times on Phone No[protected] but I never get this Ph. No. after that I searched Voltas website & find Delhi office No. which are .[protected]
                              When I try on Ph. No.[protected] one person provide me this No.[protected] when I try on Ph. No.[protected] there is no response & I again called Delhi Office on Ph. No.[protected] & same person pick the phone & again he provide same no Ph. No. bearing[protected] then I told him there is no response on this no. after that without saying anything he disconnect the line & when I again called him & ask him why he disconnect the line without saying any thing he told me what should I do then I ask for his senior he told me I am senior most person & nobody is here

                              This is voltas service

                              Any how on dated 02.05.09 I am able to lodge complaint on Phone No.[protected] at around 9 A.M.they provide me Customer ID No. 09MY024362 & 09MY024338 & assured me my complaint will be attend within 24 hours but till today there is no response. Moreover from 02.05.09 I am making daily calls but no one is ready to attend my complaint

                              VOLTAS LTD / SPLIT AC — BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VOLTAS SPLIT AC

                              I HAD PURCHASED A VOLTAS SPLIT AIRCONDITIONER - VERTIS PLUS ABOUT 20 MONTHS BACK AND IS HAVING A REAL 'NIGHTMARE'. INITIALLY WATER STARTED SPRINKLING FROM THE UNIT AND LATER ON WATER STARTED TO POUR FROM THE INDOOR UNIT. JUST IMAGINE COLD WATER POURED ON SLEEPING PERSONS AND ALSO SPOILING THE PILLOWS, MATRESS, COT ETC.,

                              ATLEAST 5-6 TEAMS HAS VISITED MY HOUSE AND EACH ONE SAYS SOME STORY AND PROMISES THAT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN, BUT AS ON DATE THE COMPLAINT CONTINUES AND NO PROPER FEEDBACK FROM VOLTAS. I AM MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO FILE A CASE ON VOLTAS LTD FOR THE HARRASMENT AND HARDSHIP WE HAVE UNDERWENT.

                              AC 1.5TON WINDOW NOT COOLING ,I HAVE REPORTED ON 25th march, they charged Rs1800/- for condenser, the product is in warranty period now the service centre authorities is not responding properly, and replied that due to heavy work load individual complaint could not be attended

                                I have purchased an Air Conditioner from Bhasin Brothers (101-102, New Market, Begum Bridge, Meerut City) on 09/05/2013.
                                Now on few days back on Sunday (02/06/2013) my AC was not working properly as water was flowing out from the indoor machine so i lodged a complaint to BHASIN BROTHERS the dealer through whom i purchased my AC. It has been 4 days since i have filed the complaint for my AC which is not working properly but no action has been taken so far. I have lodged my complaint on customer care also but same no action has been taken so far.
                                So i have decided to go to the Consumer Forum as this is only my last hope and i want to register a complaint against VOLTAS CO. and BHASIN BROTHERS for not handling their customers seriously.

                                This is to inform you that a Voltas, 2 ton split AC was purchased from the blessing HALDWANI (NAINITAL) dealer in the month of June 2013 with a cost of Rs. 43 thousand approx including stabilizer and installation.
                                During installation the pipe which is connected to AC was broken and they welded it and assured us that they would not be any problem with cooling effect and if it would be then he would make it change.
                                But since after the installation the AC was not working properly, the cooling effect was not upto mark, gas leakage was there and so many other problems, The swings were broken since the date of purchase.
                                After regular verbal communications with the dealer, there was no action taken so due to which we had complainted in voltas customer care in september 2013.The engineer from voltas visited and told us that there are various issues with the AC like gas leakage, no proper cooling, blower problem etc..so he even said that the piece is defective and beyond repair so need to be changed.
                                He said that he will inform the company and every time the assurance was given to us that the problem would be resolved but nothing is done till today.

                                After so many complaints, he visited again and fills the gas into AC but again and again there was a leakage due to which proper cooling was done.Whenever complaint is made the same problem is been found i.e the gas container was empty due to leakage and cooling was not upto mark .No action has been taken by the dealer and the company even after so many complaints regarding the product.


                                Kindly take the necessary action at earliest to repair or change of defective piece as the AC is in warranty/guarantee period which is going to be end soon by the end of this month of MAY.

                                  On 24.05.13 I had complained to voltas service centre Complaint no.13MY2502494. The complaint was regarding malfunction of air conditioner.On25.05.13 I was attended by the technicians from voltas .Opened up the AC and tried it out with the main pover supply.I kept observing them they used the same power socket in which the AC was plugged in earlier without checking its continuity and concluded pcb is faulty.I felt duped because the MCB for the socket in which they checked the AC was tripped and they showed me nothing in working on the PCB side .Let us consider it to be all fine I was told pcb as to be repaired and charges will be 2100 RS and they will fit the ac back within 3 days.after 3 days they came with pcb when i inspected it no repair was done on it.when i asked the technicians they said they have no clue about the repairs i called up the shop through which they came that is R.S.Enterprises working for voltas as service frenchise mob.no [protected] was also clue less about repairs they could not give me the answer because of a very simple reason there was no repair work carried out on the pcb. Now after 3 days when they tried it out it was working fine but now they found relay is not working which was also gone to the service centre as a part of pcb enclosure . that means pcb was never gone for check up and they are duping me .
                                  I am feeling cheated humiliated and harrased by this service frenchise because it may be more than 20 times I have called them but they saying tomorrow every time its been 7 days in this peak summers and the ac is not repaired as yet .
                                  Today on 02.06.2013 I called them up and they bluntly refused to have my part with them this is veri ironic state
                                  I am seeing a tough time I have a 2 months old baby at home to be taken care off and in these summer hours I am finding it difficult wit small child at home.
                                  Sir,Madam I request you to look into the matter and sort this impractical service provider .So that he should be aware of providing services in the future n and to stop these kind of practices in future.

                                      My name is Ajay Khanduri and we bought a Voltas 2 Ton Split Air Conditioner from M/S Pankaj Electronics - Mayur Vihar, on May 26 - Sunday - 2013. Pankaj Electronics is a well known name and we are a repeat customer of theirs. I have always had a good respect for TATA name, may be its because of Mr.Ratan Tata's image, and their Voltas All Weather ACs was impressive, so i thought lets put a few thousand extra and get a quality product for my office at Mayur Vihar.

                                      My visit to Pankaj Electronics was brief, and they recommended Voltas, which helped boost my confidence and I bought the product.Sunday our office is closed, so I got it Installed. I would like to add here that the installation service is a mess and one can't expect quality even after paying 4000/- extra for cladding, Wiring, etc. After installation, it was witched on and worked for 10 minutes. Satisfied, i shut it and closed the office.

                                      True to my worst fears, I got a call from my office early morning that the AC was not starting up. I told them to check all things and as its a brand new unit, there is no issue with it. I reached around noon time to find my team sweating at work and the AC not working at all. Apart from Turbo Function, rest were all dead. The cooling was ZERO and a call to Pankaj Electronics got a response that a technician will come over to check.

                                      Noone arrived and when I called them again the next day, I was told that someone from Voltas - A voltas Engineer will come to look into the problem. I was informed that this problem is due to lower voltage problem from the grid and hence nothing they can d about. I was thinking - is my office the only one getting low voltage from Grid or these people are playing stupid games without offering support. Noone came to check even on Tuesday. They said someone will visit on Wednesday.

                                      After waiting all day Wednesday, we logged a complaint with Voltas Service Center at 5:30 pm, only to be told that NO Previous complaint for this matter had been issued by the dealer. They claimed total ignorance on the matter and asked us to wait for 24 hours for service engineer. Thursday and Friday are gone and Till today - Saturday, there is no engineer here. A call to their service center just minutes back got this answer" the complaint is being looked into by higher authorities and you need to wait".

                                      This is the Pathetic State of Affairs at TATA Voltas, that a Brand new AC worth 40 Thousand does not last more than 10 Minutes and when you ask for support neither dealer, nor TATA itself give a dime to your concerns. Paying crores for ADs creates a good image and that is where a customer gets fooled into believing that the product will meet the quality projected. TATA AC purchase was a bad decision. I am now stuck with this piece of junk in my office.

                                      My decision to choose TATA because of brand image was indeed wrong. Now I have no respect for TATA name or its products. I can't recommend TATA products to anyone now. There is ZERO service, ZERO support and you will just end up loosing money. Avoid TATA AC India

                                      VOLTAS, Tata product — regarding not working of ac

                                      i bought an split ac 1.5 ton from ashirwad electronics muzaffarpur bihar 45510075p09d003006, 4511071p09d003406 which is not cooling properly since the date i purchase it and i had complained earlier 3to4 times but then also the defect on dated 11.05.09 whose sr no is was not removed.

                                      After posting these reviews on Saturday, we started getting calls from Voltas Service team. Their engineer visited and fixed the problem halfway on Sunday. On Monday they came again to fill more gas as cooling was no good. Today morning - Tuesday - its back to square one. The AC is not working again.. This says much about TATA Voltas AC product, support and quality of services..

                                      we are wasting our time and money dealing with TATA Voltas.. the only thing appropriate will be to post more reviews online to warn other customers from buying such crappy products.

                                        MY COMPLAINT NO IS 13MY2000573. I HAD COMPLAINT ON VOLTAS TOLLFREE NO FOR PROBLEM IN MY AC. NEXT DAY ON 22 MAY 2013 THERE EXECUTIVE TAKE MY AC TO THERE WORKSHOP. THEY TOLD US TO GIVE BACK THE AC IN NEXT 24 HRS. BUT I DID NOT GET MY AC YET NOW.

                                        Voltas Window AC — Very Poor Service

                                        No proper responsible answers from authorised service centers, IGLOO COOLING SOLUTIONS, irrespective of repeated phone calls more than 75 calls and repeated personal representation in their office. Not able to use Air Conditioner during this hot summer for nearly 1 month and they say immeditate attention to the customer call, it is advicable hereafter not to buy voltas products like AC.

                                        Voltas AC - Window — Poor Service

                                        Very casual attitude of Voltas Service Team. I made the complaint on 19th May'09 at their Chennai Office. They registered my complaint and when I ask the complaint no then they told me that by SMS they will send the complaint no. and the complaint will sorted out within 24 hrs.. But unfortunate on 20th May they not attended my complaint. When I contacted the chennai office then they told me that they don't receive any complaint from you. They given me Voltas Service Manager Mr. Satish Upadhaya number and when I contacted him they he has given the another person number and by this complete day passed out and complaint is as it is.
                                        Brought AC 1 month back, compresser was unservable after 2 months, no satisfactory reply from company, call center or dealer

                                        Voltas Window Ac — poor material used

                                        i have purchased an ac 1.5 t,voltas vertis premium from moradabad dealer. from the first day it was not cooling well. the dealer was not interested in it. after a search i lodge a complaint in ghaziabad office wide comp no. 09jl083526 dt 08/07/2009.they assured me to check it withen 48 hours.
                                        after 12 dayes machenics contect me and do the needfull work.
                                        now my ac is doing well cooling but a loud noise is generat in its fan motor due to poor quality of bearings.
                                        i have lodge a complaint wide no.09sp171626.
                                        may god pl do something so valtas machanics come and do their work.

                                        VOLTAS — Window AC complaint

                                        I have bought one window ac from Shree Ji electronics, charkop market, sector-2 kandivali west, within 20 days fthe fan of ac stops working, after complaining to Voltas, they confirmed for 3 working days the complaint will be taken care, but even at the end of third day when nobody comes in, i called up again then i got th response that we need 1 more day,lets hope for the best
                                        Note-Please dont buy Voltas products as the after sale service is worst and worst and worst!
                                        This is in regards with the complaint of Voltas vertis plus window AC,
                                        Few days back I have registered a request for AC services, for which an engineer visited and completed the work but just after very next day “FAN MOTOR” had stopped working for which I have registered a complaint “11AP0406084”, for which another engineer visited to repair the same, as per him there was water logging in the fan motor during last wet service, because of which it had jammed.
                                        To repair it he had put some oil in it and done the temporary adjustment in vein as it stopped on very next day.

                                        I have called your customer care for the reopening of the previous complaint. On Sunday one gentleman MR VishwasSharma ([protected]), who claimed to be the manager of the repair center. He reassured that he would send some one and replace the FAN MOTOR. But no one turned up till today. Now when I am trying contacting him he is not picking up the call.

                                        More over some one named DD Sharma called for the details and I am sorry to say the way he communicated was extremely rude. He was adamant for the bill copy and was repeating only one thing warrantee is over and I have to pay the damage. Now complaint desk is not ready to take complaint also. As the engineer had mention the remarks that I have not paid for the services where as I have the receipt 250 for the same.

                                        Now my question is this why should I pay for your engineer’s mistake, it was his mistake, he mishandled my stuff and done the damage.

                                        I think it was my mistake I have purchased your product and opted the pathetic service of your company.

                                        I am writing this complaint by hoping some one would turn up to resolve customers concern.

                                        LG/ WINDOW AC — Very bad service experience

                                        I have raised a compliment regarding the window AC cooling problem. but its still pending

                                        My first complained raised on date[protected] and Job No. RNA[protected]

                                        Engineer visited to our location after 2-3 days and a lot of follow up through customer care, checked the AC and says there is a problem with the capacitor and need to be replaced. after that there is no response from the customer care/ service center
                                        We did some more complained in the service center and mail also to [protected]@lge.com but no action taken. then after 16 days i got the call for collect the ac for repairing. the transport person collect the AC on the date[protected] and provided the job sheet with job number mention RNA[protected]
                                        and the service center also mention which is ( IDEAL Services). Now today[protected], i have make a call to IDEAL services for the information about repair but the are saying that we don't have any contract with the LG so dont call here and provide some alternate number. I have called those number but no body picked the phone. Then i have called to customer care service and they again provide the number of ideal services.
                                        I don't what is going and which type of service LG provide . Its really frustrating for me.

                                        Voltas AC — Extremely Poor Service

                                        I have complaint about the Cooling problem several times but no one has turned up yet. Is this Voltas service all about. I have registered several complaints initially some technician came and found GAS problem he filled the Gas and took the Payment but after few hours the problem was still as earlier.
                                        Please take this seriously and resolve the problem.

                                        VOLTAS AIRCONDITIONER — POOR SERVICE

                                        I PURCHASED AN AIRCONDITIONER ON 01/08/2011, I GOT IT INSTALLED ON SAME DAY IN THE EVENING, BUT NEXT DAY 02/08/2011,THIS AC STOPPED WORKING. I COMPLAINED TO VOLTAS CUSTOMER CARE ON 03/08/2011 IN THE MORNING. ON 05/08/2011, A MECHANIC FROM VOLTAS SIDE CAME AND ASKED ME THAT HE WILL BRING THE DEFECTED PART "CONTACTER" NEXT DAY ON 06/08/2011, BUT TILL DATE 08/08/2011 MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. ON CALLING UPON THEIR CUSTOMER CARE THEY REPEATING SAME THAT THE SAID PART "CONTACTER" IS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY DONT KNOW THE EXACT DATE WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE. I AM TIRED OF CALLING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. SO PLEASE HELP ME TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM IN MY NEW AC.
