I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton AC in march 2013. I wanted to get it serviced so a complaint was raised for the same and the technician who visited for it said that the PCB is not functioning and it need to be replaced and took that for repair, once it was repaired (as per them) the technician said the compressor needs to be changed and took the faulty compressor with him. Then he asked me to raise another complaint as the previous complaint was for service. I raised another complaint and was assigned [protected] as the number on May 02, 2014. Since then I have been calling the service center and the only reply that I get from them is that they do not have a compressor in the stock. The most frustrating part is that they do not even know when they will have it. I have been calling the customer service number every day and get the same standard reply that somebody will look into it in 24 hours. The service center person Mr. Verma does not have any idea of what to be done and is trying to fool me with his assurances. I have decided to throw away the junk box (which is called Voltas AC) in front of Voltas head office so that they get to know what a piece of they are selling.     New Voltas AC 1.5 ton was bought at April last week.The installation was done but they didn't provide AC remote when they delivered the AC .We called customer care several times regarding the issue but till now they didn't respond and not provided the AC remote.

      My complain no is [protected] dated 25 April 2014 in Gurgaon 122001 HARYANA for 1.5 Ton window AC when I called tecnician from Voltas i was told that PCB card is faulty.they replaced and i got my AC serviced also from them After servicing when they were installing my electricity got tripped several times but finally they installed and switched it on. they charged 2000 rs and left immidiatly. within seconds they left burning smell started coming from AC and it stopped. I immediately switched it off and called that guy. Another guy came next day and told that during service water got inside FAN MOTOR and because of this it got burnt. They took Fan Motor on 27th April. i made several calls to customer care and dealer directly to return with my Fan Motor. They came back on 4th MAY but did not install because there were some screws missing so technician left promising to return by evening. My AC is lying in dismantle condition in spite of paying full amount to VOLTAS After that till date i have made number of calls to customer care and local dealer in Gurgaon to whom i paid but still in vein. Every time i was told it will be done today but no one attends my complaint. Is this my fault that i trusted VOLTAS and paid double money for my problem comparative to outside mechanics. Does voltas care for their customers or not. Does VOLTAS is responsible for their Dealers irresponsibility or not. I am really harresed and disoppointed from voltas and its dealers.         I ordered Voltas 1 ton AC on 29th Mar, 14 from Great Eastern Trading Company in Kolkata. Delivery was made on 3rd Mar, 14 as the product was not available at the point of time. The store promised me that installation would be smooth and would be within 2 or 3 days of delivery. Today is 7th May, 14 still without installation. I spoke to the store from where I bought the ac, they gave me the customer care number of Voltas. Voltas phone number[protected] keeps busy every time I call them. Its now a week that they have accepted my installation request, without any further action from their end. I wonder what type of service is Voltas providing. Please Help...I don't know whom to approach. If anybody can provide me with Voltas customer-care number based in Kolkata, it would be truly helpful.

          My split ac is under warranty .My ac is not working since 2/5/14 .I requested to them on 2/05/14 ( req no [protected] ), Today is 6/05/14, 6.30pm neither any service man visited my place nor I received any call from them . When I called their costumer care they gave me of service center[protected] which is switched off since 2/5/14.

          I had lodged a complaint regarding AC not cooling. 2 times the service boy visited and visiting charges were realised from us. After that they service boy both the times left without resolving the issue. And a few days later we received SMS stating Your SR No [protected] is proposed for Cancellation, Reason: Job Done By Third Party. To stop Call [protected] or escalate to [protected]@voltas.com - Voltas for both the times. Such is the after sale service being provided by such reputed company. I do not recommend Voltas AC to anyone.

            I want to share my review about 3rd class service of Tata voltas AC. I purchased a new split AC of voltas on[protected], but till date after 6 days it is not installed. Company commit they install within 24 working hours. I suggest everyone if you want to borrow tension then only you purchase Voltas AC. Costumer care center response is also very disappointing. There executive Munish, Sukhpreet, Harjot from senior team only give false commitments. Lastly i want to say please don't go for Voltas AC. if you have any queries you can contact me over facebook.

              TO WHOME SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
              I UNLUCKILY PURCHASE THE VOLTAS (WORST BRAND) AC ON 10/06/2014 .
              AFTER THE DATE OF INSTALLATION VOLTAS AFTER 3RD DAY I LOGGED THE COMPLAINT THAT
              THERE IS NO COOLING IN AC, THEN ENGINEER VIST, AND HE SAID THAT THERE IS NO GAS IN AC,
              IS THIS MY PRBLEM? THEY FILL THE GAS AND AFTER 5 OR 6 DAY I AGAIN LOGGED THE COMPLAINT
              THAT THERE WAS A SAME COOLING PROBLEM.THEN
              ENGINEER VIST AND SAID THERE IS NO GAS IN AC, I WANT TO ASK YOU THAT THIS IS MY FAULT?
              AND AFTER THAT WINTER STARTS AND I FORGET, NOW SUMMERS STARTS AND I AGAIN COMPLAINT TAHT AC IS NOT WORKING, BUT NO ONE CAN ATTEND THE CALL,
              I THINK I AM FOOL THAT I PURCHASE THIS SCRAB(VOLTAS )PRODUCT.!!!

                Dear Sir, I have purchased VOLTAS SPLIT A.C. 1.5T 185EY from Hariom Electronics at M2K, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi on 27/04/2014 at 01:00 PM vide Invoice No. HOE/14-15/01440. I have also paid Rs. 1500/- in advance for installation on same day 27/04/2014. Engineer for installation of A/c came to my house address at A-3/ 35, First Floor, Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi-89 on 29/04/2014. He was asking a big ladder from me for installation of A/c. I told him, you arrange the ladder in rent and that rent I will pay. But he refused and went from my house without installing the A/c. Today i.e. on 30/04/2014 at 06:45 AM, I gave a sms to the Executive head of Installation, Mr. Gupta (mobile no. [protected]) regarding arranging the installation of A/c today. Also I called him at 10:40 AM but he straight forwardly refused and said I have no man power today. Installation of A/c is on high priority for me due to personal reasons.                   Kindly refer to our earlier complaints made since 7.04.2014 regarding replacement of (Defective) voltas 1.5t window ac purchased by us on 18.05.2013 from croma, aditya mall, indirapuram ghaziabas. We visited personally/physically to above said croma shop and again lodged our formal complaints for the same, though we are yet to receive any formal call from any senior functionary from voltas even after 23 days of formal complaint registered with you through customer care no. Given to us. We are shocked and surprised to see the insensitive behaviour on the part of voltas for the no fault of ours. As we have mentiones already earlier that when we somehow managed to0 get the mobile no. Of your area manager mr. Om tyagi and my wife spoke to him, his behaviour was not only rude but that amouts to misbehaviour with a lady as well. We were expecting that your branch manager will speak to us but sorry to say that no such calls came to us. We are unable to understand the prbable action of the company for the reddessal of our problem. No deadline is given to us. Needless to say that the temperature of delhi/ncr is increasing day by day and now it is unbearable to live without ac comfortably. Why should we be condemnedto live in this condition despite the fact that we purchased new ac keeping in view the reputation of your company. Should we conclude that voltas is not unterested to do justice with us and there is no other way left to us but to approach the court of law/ consumer court for the reddessal of our grieveanc?                   Replacement of defective volatas window ac
                  Dear sir/ madam
                  I had purchased a 1.5 tone voltas window ac from croma, indirapuram, ghaziabad on 18/05/2013. The ac was installed and demo was given after few days and ac started working. But within days we noticed that there was no water leakage when the ac was running. We immediately informed this to both dealer and voltas. Some mechanic visited and said that due to higher technology there is no water leakage. We were satisfied and the used the ac in the summer last year, till october 2013. This year when april came we called voltas for service, since the ac is in the guarantee period.But the real problem started here after. Some people came to my house on 7th april, 2014, when i was in my college( i am an associate professor in swami shraddhanand college of delhi university) for my classes and other work. My wife was alone at home.The technicians instantly said that the gas of ac has leaked and they will take the ac to the work shop. My wife argued that the ac is new one and how come the gas leakage problem? They had no answer, still they insisted that they need to take the ac to the workshop. At that point of time my wife made a call to me on my mobile. Listening the matter i spoke to one of them and i realized that those so called technicians did not have much knowledge. So i simply said that put the ac in the window and i shall speak to them when i come back. So my wife refused to handover ac to them and requested that ac should be put and placed in the window. They started doing that but suddenly there was a big dhamaka and the entire room was full of smoke. My wife got scared. Somehow technicians put the ac in the window, after the smoke subsided and hurriedly left6 my house. Our neighbors came to my house and gave solace to my wife. That day anything could have happened. There was just a narrow escape. After few minutes my wife phoned to the dealer and voltas both and narrated everything and lodged the complain. The complain no. Given to her that day, ie. On 7th april was [protected]. She also informed me. Since then she made calls almost everyday to the company, but company has not paid any attention to our problem. For last 18 days the company has not done anything. Even no senior person from the company has visited our house. Whenever we make a call to call centers they simply say that someone will come and check the ac and they change the complaint no.The last complaint no messaged to us is [protected] dated 19th april, 2014. So they are changing complaint no. Everytime we make a call, but not sending any engineer to check the ac. No one from voltas has come so far. Worse than this is that the area manager is not picking up the phones. No senior person comes even on phone to speak to us. So what is alternative? How should we prevent such further mishaps? How and when the voltas will change and replace this defective ac? What should we do? Should we go to consumer court of ghaziabad? Kindly suggest us. We are in real tension for this. My wife is still in a shocked state. The unfortunate and dangerous incident apart, the behavior of voltas is very unfortunate. We feel cheated. Kindly suggest us what to do now?                     The air conditioner is not working . The seller has been reported about it and has been asked to send a mechanic ALOT of times.But the dealer is not at all responding .He always says that he will end a mechanic the next day but he never does. Extremely irresponsible behaviour . Very disappointed with the product and the service. And all this even though the product is in warranty. Is 4011028B12B000971.Sir on 6-4-2012 I purchase a voltas 1.5ton window ac form arun electronic in narwana jind haryana since I purchase ac he did not work properly I make many complaint on voltas care.But on 1-4-2014sudden it ceased to work. A complaint was registered on that day on customer care no. (complaint no. - [protected].sir my complaint regestered on ramkumar name and mobile no. Is [protected].Technician visited after one more reminder to customer care. He said there is some fault in display plate and took that plate for repair. The after continuous follow up and phone calls, And the technician did not visit again. After that we make another complaint on[protected].the complaint no.is [protected] Even customer care executives have indifferent attitude towards our complaint and the technician not come. Customer care executive response was non satisfactory. We are highly disappointed and looking forward to positive response. After all of this we make another complaint on 25 april the complaint no. Is [protected] .and he did not come again.Otherwise only resort available to us will be filing a consumer court case.my ac did not work proper even a day on purchase date .we spent a lot of money on ac to work great .sir plz plz solve my problem.

                          I launched the service request on 15th apr and on 17th service person (From digital tech-ahmedabad) visit at home and found that there is some issue with compressor and ask to come in 1 hour and carry the outdoor unit. Since last 10 days he din't come back even not call us. I register the complain on 18th apr and 10 follow up call till today. Every time service care executive asked that your complain forwarded to senior technician ( don't know where such person with company or not) and problem will be resolved in 3-4 hours. No other contact to access. Very horrible and poor service. My last product from voltas even hope that problem get resolved by company.

                            Dear Sir/Mam, I purchased VOLTAS SPLIT AC in March 2013. After installation within moth GAS was empty after complaining some one came and fill the same. Again after 3 to 4 months the cooling was down gradually. In March 2014 after 2nd service the cooling is too worsted just like local cooler. Please let me know why I spent 32000/- for AC why not I purchase cooler worth Rs 3000/- only. After the complaining to customer they said you have to pay visiting charge 400/- Rs and then find out the actual problem. Gentlemen why I pay any more Rs its just 1 year old AC and the fault by VOLTAS people only within the installation period. The guys who came for free service they just fulfill the formalities only. They don't bother for any fault. My recent complaint number is [protected]. So would request you kindly replace the entire set so that I enjoy with the services of AC other wise give me the refund I don't want any kind of foolish reason for the same.                             Today I received a call from Voltas person and he suddenly comes at
                            my homes address but as per customer care they informed me first that I
                            want to come. As we all know every person have schedule I was not
                            available so i told to executive first inform me and then come as per my
                            convenient time.Dear all am I fool or you people try to
                            make me fool within month from purchase of AC you fill the GAS, I
                            repeated this is the fault of installation and again I hope GAS is empty

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            Today a person came from Voltas and again find out the problem of GAS. This is very ridiculous that the GAS is automatically pass from the pipe. I stated from day one that this is fault of installation and without change the pipe this problem comes again. The service agency ask me for payment of visiting charges and GAS filling charges.
                            This is serious concern that company force fully place me this kind of product and not providing hassle free solution.

                            So my kind request to please help me for resolving this issue.

                              I had purchased a voltas split 1.5 ton ac on 01/05/2012.On 01/03/2014, after about 1 year 9 months, repeated non cooling is observed in my split ac.We reported to Voltas Service Care, the customer care man came and identified an error of gas leakage at pipe due to poor quality of alumunium coils.According to the service man, copper coils must be installed in place of alumunium ones and the gas must be refilled thereafter.My question is that if the company knows that copper coils are better than alumunium ones why does they use them.I ts a SIMPLE WAY OF CHEATING.Then the company must take the responsibility and replace the ac.                                 My Voltas 2 ton AC has water leakage problem and water has been dropping from the front side of the AC. It is not under warranty now and it has been nearly 1.5 years since the time of purchase. I had given a service request and they promised that it would be sorted out within 24 hours. It has been more than 3 days and I have not got any service from VOLTAS. Since, I am not under warranty, I am bound to pay for the service and I was ready to pay. I am very much hurt by the poor and lethargic service of VOLTAS. My service request number is [protected].                                   I had booked one complaint ([protected]) on 5th Apr 2014 but till date no action has been taken on the same. Each and every time I am calling the call centre they are giving the same response that the technician will attend shortly. Today (08.04.2014) finally the technician had attended the call but after checking the machine when he was asked what the exact problem is, he notified that he will report the same to the concerned department. The technician was also asked to provide the number but he didn't provided the same. After he left charging 400 rupees amount when I again called back to the call centre they were giving the same response that the technician will attend shortly. No idea what the exact problem is and how long will it take to fix the same. Is this kind of horrible after sales service offered by Voltas once the product gets sold?                                   For your kind information the complaint was registered on 5th Apr2014 and the technician had attended the call on 8th Apr 2014. As per SLA the action should be taken within 24 hrs but it has been delayed so much. Today the amount for replacement of part has already been paid and let's see ho long will it take to finish the total work.

                                  The technical team had taken the outdoor unit on last Friday (11.04.2014) and promised to deliver the same on coming Tuesday i.e. 15th Apr 2014. But today when I called the service centre they told that they haven't started working and they may deliver the same on coming Thursday i.e. 17th Apr 2014. Even after calling several times to the call centre no action are taken and they are continuously giving false commitments. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

What sort of horrible service is this that a customer gets even after paying the amount of around Rs.10000 to the service centre.

                                      I purchased 1 ton voltas window AC in 2013. The performance so far has been below average. This season i complained to their Service Helpline so many time and they are send the engineer for troubleshooting. The engineer came but they are not be able to solve compressor noise problem. Some body told me to complaint on Vijay Sales I will do that. They are taking seriously and contact directly to the company. After that Senior Technician has been come and told to the company for compressior replacement. The compressor was taken on 26th MarchMay by thier Vasai service Centre with a promise to replce the compressor within 3 days. The dealer and company helpline is so casual and not giving any proper response and told me that parts is not available. On 2nd April they are came back to install the ac. After start the ac the I told him that the problem is not solve and they are agree with me but not be able to return back the device. This is the WORST service experience I am having. Voltas (TATA brand) is good for nothing. I am repenting my decision to go for TATA brand. I am quite satisified with other ACs (LG) whihc are working for more than 5 years and their service is prompt. I dont know how to reach their Managing Director.                                         voltas 182 dyi window ac bought on may 3rd 2014, its compressor stops working by itself and starts on its own even before coming down to the set temprature. service request # [protected] was logged on june 6th however the technician sent was not able to identify the issue. earlier he said that the voltage stablizer has a problem however when i gave him another stablizer and the problem did not fix, he said that the problem is with a capacitor inside ac and he changed the same but the problem still persists. since then he has stopped responding to my phone calls. i have been calling the customer care and everytime they have the same answer that the complaint is sent to a senior technician and he will call me, god knows when.please refund me my money

                                        i have purchased voltas ac on 24th April from BANSAL ELECTROVISION PVT LTD INVOICE NO F1120 DATED 19TH APRIL2015, which is not cooling since 5th may 2015,
                                        today when team from voltas visited to my place said that is is problem from the installation team, when installation team was send from bansal electrovision they said it is problem related to outdoor unit,
                                        now when again discuss with voltas they said they will refill the gas by fixing the leakage,
                                        but it is not acceptable to repair a brand new ac,
