I bought 35+ K 1.5 tons Voltas split AC from Danube company Chennai 2 years back. Though I have not used the AC continuously though I managed to get it serviced every time (Free + paid). Recently in Apr'14 I observed ice formation issue and lodged a service complaint in Voltas call center. Two days later 2 engineers ~18-20 years old visited my place and did the service, took Rs. 650 and assured that the problem is resolved. The same night I observed my AC was packed with Ice (both indoor and outdoor unit) and I raised the complaint again. The same engineers visited my house again, took Rs 275 and changed a capacitor, assured again that it was the problem that they failed to notice and it won't appear again and left. After 2 days, I observed the same issue again and raised the complaint again, this time the same engineers came but I rejected them and then the same day after few hours a new set of engineers attended and after attending the AC they did nothing but said it won't be a problem and in case the problem appear again, they will pickup the entire unit to their service center to do a 2 day observation. Few days later asI observed the same issue, I called them and they picked up my AC unit and told me that I will have to pay for the pickup and drop + cost for any replacement/issue I agreed to it. Two days later they returned the AC with remarks that they haven't observed anything unusual and there is nothing that they can solve during the installation of the unit, I observed that they have deliberately damaged my indoor unit with huge dents, alignment issues in the whole panel I called the service center manager and also the voltas call center to ensure that the panel should be changed as this was their fault and even the engineer who attended the installation said the same. These people took Rs. 615 and left saying that if the issue crop up again, I can call again. Since the installation (7th May'14) I am facing the ice formation almost everyday (I maintain the temperature to 25 C ) and almost everyday, I call the Voltas call center but no one has attended or even bothered to call me once, also after asking the Voltas customer executives several times that I need to talk with senior people or the escalation department, they responded that no one is available and they have arranged a call back for me, till date no one returned. I seriously feel ignored and harassed, we never expect a TATA company to be so irresponsible which is known to be India's company. They have partnered with a third party for customer service (Breezy Air Con) in Chennai with zero quality. I want the replacements for the damages caused to my indoor unit and a proper resolution to the problem, I am not sure if it was a manufacturing defect as I am not sure if Voltas is a quality company.

      Hello, I purchased a water dispenser from nayyar electronics on April 17th 2014, and when I started using it i got that fridge in this dispenser is not working properly and i launched a complaint for this to the customer care center by a phone call and they assured me that a person would visit to you and resolve the problem but after that i called them 5 times but till today no one from your company has visited or called me regarding this matter and its almost a month now. So now I am complaining through email to relaunch the same complaint .         I bought Window AC 185 LY 1.5 ton 5 star, on 27 April 2014 from Sargam electronics indrapuram, ghaziabad. Within 7 to 8 days AC swing function is not working, i registered complaint to Voltas regarding this on 12 april 2014 complain no: [protected]. I did several follow up with Voltas customer care on daily basis, but no technician came to my home to visit and every time I got their answer that next day technician will come. I totally irritate the post sale customer service of Voltas. I spent 30000 rs only for just nonsense service and damaged product.           Our Voltas Water Dispenser has stopped working in 18 months. The company's service centre has given in written that its dispenser refrigerator is not repairable.This kind of quality is not expected by voltas which is a reputed brand.             Its been 4 yrs since we bought a Voltas Vertis Premium Split A/c 1.0 Tonne. For the past 2 years we have been experiencing gas leak from the compressor and consequent zero cooling. Last year (AirCool (Sales n Service), Mamangalam, Ernakulam) charged us INR 3800 for the repair. The unit still had no cooling after installation. The technician climbed back up and after a while it started working, but only for 2 days. No one turned up to repair it even after filing another complaint. This year yet again the same problem persists and this time the TECHNICIAN, ADVISED US TO BUY A NEW A/C OF A DIFFERENT BRAND, instead of going through the same trouble every year. When we contacted a different Voltas Service Centre ( Ice n Breezy, Ernakulam), they informed us that they cannot handle it, as it was repaired by AirCool, the last time (WHICH WAS A YEAR BACK).               I am an user of voltas ac, but every year the gas of the AC gets dry.., and this year again it get dry, so I file a complaint to the company regarding the problem on 12/05/2014. And they have the policy to take action to any of the problems within 24 hours. But today is 15/05/2014, and till now no response has been given by the company. Each day I call 5-6 times to their customer care no., but they just deny by stating that your problem will be soon solved. They does not care once their product has been sold.                 I have voltas 1.5 ton split AC. It suddenly shows the display Error as F6. We complaint about it in voltas and request id is [protected]. The techinician from GINNY Aircon visits us on 5th May 2014. He said that there is problem in PCB Board and it need to get repaired. He took the PCB board with display unit and said it will get back in 2 days. Its now 15th May, they have not returned back. I am calling daily to customer care and GINNY people, But all my efforts are in vain. They used to say that it will be done today or tommorow but that didnot happen.

                    I purchased one Voltas Split type AC on 12.05.2013 and found the AC not cooling in June'13. On complain, gas leaking was detected and refilling done on 18, 6.13.. In September'13, we found again that the AC is not cooling . Again the service provider came, took the machine to workshop for repair and gas filling and fitted on 4.10.13. After winter when we started using it, we found it not cooling. Gas was filled again on 3.5.14. After three days, we found it again not cooling. Our warranty expires on 12.5.14. On complain, nobody is coming, My demand is to change the defective AC to give relief to my old parents from the harashment . solicit co operation from ur esteemed Company. .

                      I have the above ac which while servicing has its front cabinet clip broken. A complaint was lodged on 27.2.14 com no [protected] and again on 25.3.14 no [protected]. The technician recommended immediate replacement with a new front cabinet.They have as stop gap bound the clip by wire. Till now no results on actual complaint.                         I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton AC in march 2013. I wanted to get it serviced so a complaint was raised for the same and the technician who visited for it said that the PCB is not functioning and it need to be replaced and took that for repair, once it was repaired (as per them) the technician said the compressor needs to be changed and took the faulty compressor with him. Then he asked me to raise another complaint as the previous complaint was for service. I raised another complaint and was assigned [protected] as the number on May 02, 2014. Since then I have been calling the service center and the only reply that I get from them is that they do not have a compressor in the stock. The most frustrating part is that they do not even know when they will have it. I have been calling the customer service number every day and get the same standard reply that somebody will look into it in 24 hours. The service center person Mr. Verma does not have any idea of what to be done and is trying to fool me with his assurances. I have decided to throw away the junk box (which is called Voltas AC) in front of Voltas head office so that they get to know what a piece of they are selling.                           New Voltas AC 1.5 ton was bought at April last week.The installation was done but they didn't provide AC remote when they delivered the AC .We called customer care several times regarding the issue but till now they didn't respond and not provided the AC remote.

                            My complain no is [protected] dated 25 April 2014 in Gurgaon 122001 HARYANA for 1.5 Ton window AC when I called tecnician from Voltas i was told that PCB card is faulty.they replaced and i got my AC serviced also from them After servicing when they were installing my electricity got tripped several times but finally they installed and switched it on. they charged 2000 rs and left immidiatly. within seconds they left burning smell started coming from AC and it stopped. I immediately switched it off and called that guy. Another guy came next day and told that during service water got inside FAN MOTOR and because of this it got burnt. They took Fan Motor on 27th April. i made several calls to customer care and dealer directly to return with my Fan Motor. They came back on 4th MAY but did not install because there were some screws missing so technician left promising to return by evening. My AC is lying in dismantle condition in spite of paying full amount to VOLTAS After that till date i have made number of calls to customer care and local dealer in Gurgaon to whom i paid but still in vein. Every time i was told it will be done today but no one attends my complaint. Is this my fault that i trusted VOLTAS and paid double money for my problem comparative to outside mechanics. Does voltas care for their customers or not. Does VOLTAS is responsible for their Dealers irresponsibility or not. I am really harresed and disoppointed from voltas and its dealers.                               I ordered Voltas 1 ton AC on 29th Mar, 14 from Great Eastern Trading Company in Kolkata. Delivery was made on 3rd Mar, 14 as the product was not available at the point of time. The store promised me that installation would be smooth and would be within 2 or 3 days of delivery. Today is 7th May, 14 still without installation. I spoke to the store from where I bought the ac, they gave me the customer care number of Voltas. Voltas phone number[protected] keeps busy every time I call them. Its now a week that they have accepted my installation request, without any further action from their end. I wonder what type of service is Voltas providing. Please Help...I don't know whom to approach. If anybody can provide me with Voltas customer-care number based in Kolkata, it would be truly helpful.

                                My split ac is under warranty .My ac is not working since 2/5/14 .I requested to them on 2/05/14 ( req no [protected] ), Today is 6/05/14, 6.30pm neither any service man visited my place nor I received any call from them .                                 I had lodged a complaint regarding AC not cooling. 2 times the service boy visited and visiting charges were realised from us. After that they service boy both the times left without resolving the issue. And a few days later we received SMS stating Your SR No [protected] is proposed for Cancellation, Reason: Job Done By Third Party. To stop Call [protected] or escalate to [protected]@voltas.com - Voltas for both the times. Such is the after sale service being provided by such reputed company. I do not recommend Voltas AC to anyone.

                                  I want to share my review about 3rd class service of Tata voltas AC. I purchased a new split AC of voltas on[protected], but till date after 6 days it is not installed. Company commit they install within 24 working hours. I suggest everyone if you want to borrow tension then only you purchase Voltas AC. Costumer care center response is also very disappointing. There executive Munish, Sukhpreet, Harjot from senior team only give false commitments. Lastly i want to say please don't go for Voltas AC. if you have any queries you can contact me over facebook.

                                    I UNLUCKILY PURCHASE THE VOLTAS (WORST BRAND) AC ON 10/06/2014 .
                                    AFTER THE DATE OF INSTALLATION VOLTAS AFTER 3RD DAY I LOGGED THE COMPLAINT THAT
                                    THERE IS NO COOLING IN AC, THEN ENGINEER VIST, AND HE SAID THAT THERE IS NO GAS IN AC,
                                    IS THIS MY PRBLEM? THEY FILL THE GAS AND AFTER 5 OR 6 DAY I AGAIN LOGGED THE COMPLAINT
                                    THAT THERE WAS A SAME COOLING PROBLEM.THEN
                                    ENGINEER VIST AND SAID THERE IS NO GAS IN AC, I WANT TO ASK YOU THAT THIS IS MY FAULT?
                                    AND AFTER THAT WINTER STARTS AND I FORGET, NOW SUMMERS STARTS AND I AGAIN COMPLAINT TAHT AC IS NOT WORKING, BUT NO ONE CAN ATTEND THE CALL,
                                    I THINK I AM FOOL THAT I PURCHASE THIS SCRAB(VOLTAS )PRODUCT.!!!

                                      Dear Sir, I have purchased VOLTAS SPLIT A.C. 1.5T 185EY from Hariom Electronics at M2K, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi on 27/04/2014 at 01:00 PM vide Invoice No. HOE/14-15/01440. I have also paid Rs. 1500/- in advance for installation on same day 27/04/2014. Engineer for installation of A/c came to my house address at A-3/ 35, First Floor, Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi-89 on 29/04/2014. He was asking a big ladder from me for installation of A/c. I told him, you arrange the ladder in rent and that rent I will pay. But he refused and went from my house without installing the A/c. Today i.e. on 30/04/2014 at 06:45 AM, I gave a sms to the Executive head of Installation, Mr. Gupta (mobile no. [protected]) regarding arranging the installation of A/c today. Also I called him at 10:40 AM but he straight forwardly refused and said I have no man power today. Installation of A/c is on high priority for me due to personal reasons.
