Dear Sir, I want to raise a complaint against Voltas window AC Which I have purchased in 30th may 2013. The AC which I have purchased is not cooling properly probably a faulty unit has been supplied to me. I have logged a service complaint through Voltas Customer care no. with Complaint no. 13ju1000103 on 10th june 2013 they said within 24 hours our service engineer will contact you but nobody came after 24 hours again I make a call to voltas customer care but they said no complaint was done. i was shocked how it is possible. But then also again I registered a complaint with complaint no.13ju1101242 on 11th June 2013 next day one fellow came & said compressor is leaking. Tomorrow other team will come. Till then I have been struggling to get my service call attended by the service center name is the vintage & voltas head office also. I have made n no. of calls till then but still by today 14thJune 2013 no one has attended the call till now. Its almost 2 days I have been chasing Voltas customer care no. but they all giving the fake promises to send the engineer within 24 hours, Request to please take a strict action against the company and the service center. I want compensation against the inconvenience caused in such a warm weather even after spending money on a premium product of Voltas, and I want my money back or the device to be replaced with a new unit immediately.

VOLTAS A.C — A.C NOT COOLING

I am Senior branch manager of a leading nationalised bank at Moovattupuzha kerala..The one ton A.C installed in my cabin has not been cooling for the past three months. On complaint M/S MULTI SALES who are providing service send different technicians but none is able to fix it.It is really a very SORRY state of affairs.I am unable to sit in my cabin due to this.

I feel that the service providers do not have qualified technicians and that they are least bothered about customer service even if it is a Nationalised bank.

Voltas AC — not cooling

I have brought a ac with Voltas, a 1.5 ton Vertis premium spilt a/c from Viveks Show Room on 10th April-2010 in. I have been facing problem since the day 2nd, the installation was done. I have logged a complaint with Voltas Customer Care (24 X 7). The Complaint number is 10my2600548 . This was raised a 16 days back and still there is no response from Voltas or from the dealer.

I have been followed up with these people for n number of times through calling the dealer, Voltas Customer Care (24 X 7) and also sent mail for requesting like anything.

I have not got any response from them. I just wanna to make the people aware, what kind of service is providing by the Voltas by my complaint. Please don’t go for the Voltas Product. They will treat you like anything while giving you a faulty product.

    It has been a week since i have registered my complaint against VOLTAS and Bhasin Brothers (the dealer from whom i have purchased my air conditioner) but still i havn't received any response from their side.
    I lodged my complaint to Bhasin Brothers on Sunday i.e. on 2/6/2013 as my AC was not working properly and later to VOLTAS co. also but still waiting for a response from their side.
    Is there any hope for consumers like us ? Please help me.
    Hope i'll get a positive respone from your side soon.

      I purchased a brand new split ac of 1.5 ton model number { 183px(R)} dated 31st may On 1st june installing is being done. I run my ac it didn't cool that much after running for 1hr water started coming out from the ac not from the pipe from the ac i switched it off. 1 hr continuously water was coming out from the ac. I called the installer on 2nd june he told me that switch it off annd came to me on 2nd june at 6pm. he checked it and found the drain pipe has bad slope he make it correct. still there is no cooling from the ac. I told him he replied me that it will slowly slowly recover i said ok. on 3rd june the cooling was zero. i called customer care of voltas he said to me that our representative will contact you. on 4th june 2 very young boys came to me at 3pm. checked my ac and told me that there is capacitor problem. They took a photo state of my bill and told me that they will come again tomorrow with the new capacitor i said ok. the next day 2 other boys came and asked me what is the problem i asked them don't you know the problem. they replied do you need servicing I told them u came here for servicing then he said ohh sorry for the capacitor. they replace the capacitor after that a new problem came that compressor started noising... even after that no cooling from ac... today is 5 days of my purchase... And no response from them... I think voltas is one of the worst company of ac. I never thought I will face such kind of problem.. very bad experience.... I request you to please take some action agains them....       Voltas/1.5 ton Split — Problem in Remote

      Dear All

      I purchased 2 Air conditioner of VOLTAS as per below detail on 30.04.09

      1 1 Ton Split named Vertis Premium
      2 1.5 Ton Split named Vertis Plus

      I am facing following problems in my 1.5 ton A.C

      1 Remote Control is not working properly.
      2 Unit is producing some voice just like whistle

      so I tried many times on Phone No[protected] but I never get this Ph. No. after that I searched Voltas website & find Delhi office No. which are .[protected]
      When I try on Ph. No.[protected] one person provide me this No.[protected] when I try on Ph. No.[protected] there is no response & I again called Delhi Office on Ph. No.[protected] & same person pick the phone & again he provide same no Ph. No. bearing[protected] then I told him there is no response on this no. after that without saying anything he disconnect the line & when I again called him & ask him why he disconnect the line without saying any thing he told me what should I do then I ask for his senior he told me I am senior most person & nobody is here

      This is voltas service

      Any how on dated 02.05.09 I am able to lodge complaint on Phone No.[protected] at around 9 A.M.they provide me Customer ID No. 09MY024362 & 09MY024338 & assured me my complaint will be attend within 24 hours but till today there is no response. Moreover from 02.05.09 I am making daily calls but no one is ready to attend my complaint

      VOLTAS LTD / SPLIT AC — BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VOLTAS SPLIT AC

      I HAD PURCHASED A VOLTAS SPLIT AIRCONDITIONER - VERTIS PLUS ABOUT 20 MONTHS BACK AND IS HAVING A REAL 'NIGHTMARE'. INITIALLY WATER STARTED SPRINKLING FROM THE UNIT AND LATER ON WATER STARTED TO POUR FROM THE INDOOR UNIT. JUST IMAGINE COLD WATER POURED ON SLEEPING PERSONS AND ALSO SPOILING THE PILLOWS, MATRESS, COT ETC.,

      ATLEAST 5-6 TEAMS HAS VISITED MY HOUSE AND EACH ONE SAYS SOME STORY AND PROMISES THAT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN, BUT AS ON DATE THE COMPLAINT CONTINUES AND NO PROPER FEEDBACK FROM VOLTAS. I AM MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO FILE A CASE ON VOLTAS LTD FOR THE HARRASMENT AND HARDSHIP WE HAVE UNDERWENT.

      "I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A COLD SHOWER AT MIDNIGHT"
      MY GOODNESS !! ARE VOLTAS AIRCONDITONERS SO BAD??!!, I HAD HEARD THROUGH MY FRIENDS THAT VOLTAS SERVICE IS VERY BAD BUT I DIDN'T KNOW THIS TYPE OF TROUBLE. 'MY GOD', I WAS ABOUT TO BUY AC'S FOR MY ENTIRE APARTMENT.

      i have purchased a voltas split ac 1.5 ton in the month of april and its not working for last four days and i am tired of submitting complaints to their consumer center . they are not responding to my complaint just saying a line that we will call you.       voltas/ac1.5 ton — cooling problem

      AC 1.5TON WINDOW NOT COOLING ,I HAVE REPORTED ON 25th march, they charged Rs1800/- for condenser, the product is in warranty period now the service centre authorities is not responding properly, and replied that due to heavy work load individual complaint could not be attended

      Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC — ac not being maintained despite repeated complaints for last 15 AC COMPRESSOR NOT WORKING

      I HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALER OF THE VOLTAS FROM WHOME I PURCHASED THE AC 9 MONTHS BACK.
      FOR LAST 15 DAYS NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN.
      EVEN FIVE DAYS BACK I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH VOLTAS COMPANY , AND WAS PROMOSED THAT WITHIN 24 HOURS THEY SHALL RECTIFY MY PROBLEM, BUT TILL THE END OF 5TH DAY NOBODY TURNED UP TO RECTIFY MY PROBLEM.

      Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC — Replace compressor ,charged for that . It is still not working. Now not even responding on phone.

        Sir,
        I have purchased an Air Conditioner from Bhasin Brothers (101-102, New Market, Begum Bridge, Meerut City) on 09/05/2013.
        Now on few days back on Sunday (02/06/2013) my AC was not working properly as water was flowing out from the indoor machine so i lodged a complaint to BHASIN BROTHERS the dealer through whom i purchased my AC. It has been 4 days since i have filed the complaint for my AC which is not working properly but no action has been taken so far. I have lodged my complaint on customer care also but same no action has been taken so far.
        So i have decided to go to the Consumer Forum as this is only my last hope and i want to register a complaint against VOLTAS CO. and BHASIN BROTHERS for not handling their customers seriously.
        I hope i'll get positive response from your side.

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        This is to inform you that a Voltas, 2 ton split AC was purchased from the blessing HALDWANI (NAINITAL) dealer in the month of June 2013 with a cost of Rs. 43 thousand approx including stabilizer and installation.
        During installation the pipe which is connected to AC was broken and they welded it and assured us that they would not be any problem with cooling effect and if it would be then he would make it change.
        But since after the installation the AC was not working properly, the cooling effect was not upto mark, gas leakage was there and so many other problems, The swings were broken since the date of purchase.
        After regular verbal communications with the dealer, there was no action taken so due to which we had complainted in voltas customer care in september 2013.The engineer from voltas visited and told us that there are various issues with the AC like gas leakage, no proper cooling, blower problem etc..so he even said that the piece is defective and beyond repair so need to be changed.
        He said that he will inform the company and every time the assurance was given to us that the problem would be resolved but nothing is done till today.

        After so many complaints, he visited again and fills the gas into AC but again and again there was a leakage due to which proper cooling was done.Whenever complaint is made the same problem is been found i.e the gas container was empty due to leakage and cooling was not upto mark .No action has been taken by the dealer and the company even after so many complaints regarding the product.


        Kindly take the necessary action at earliest to repair or change of defective piece as the AC is in warranty/guarantee period which is going to be end soon by the end of this month of MAY.

          Dear Sir,madam,
          On 24.05.13 I had complained to voltas service centre Complaint no.13MY2502494. The complaint was regarding malfunction of air conditioner.On25.05.13 I was attended by the technicians from voltas .Opened up the AC and tried it out with the main pover supply.I kept observing them they used the same power socket in which the AC was plugged in earlier without checking its continuity and concluded pcb is faulty.I felt duped because the MCB for the socket in which they checked the AC was tripped and they showed me nothing in working on the PCB side .Let us consider it to be all fine I was told pcb as to be repaired and charges will be 2100 RS and they will fit the ac back within 3 days.after 3 days they came with pcb when i inspected it no repair was done on it.when i asked the technicians they said they have no clue about the repairs i called up the shop through which they came that is R.S.Enterprises working for voltas as service frenchise mob.no [protected] was also clue less about repairs they could not give me the answer because of a very simple reason there was no repair work carried out on the pcb. Now after 3 days when they tried it out it was working fine but now they found relay is not working which was also gone to the service centre as a part of pcb enclosure . that means pcb was never gone for check up and they are duping me .
          I am feeling cheated humiliated and harrased by this service frenchise because it may be more than 20 times I have called them but they saying tomorrow every time its been 7 days in this peak summers and the ac is not repaired as yet .
          Today on 02.06.2013 I called them up and they bluntly refused to have my part with them this is veri ironic state
          I am seeing a tough time I have a 2 months old baby at home to be taken care off and in these summer hours I am finding it difficult wit small child at home.
          Sir,Madam I request you to look into the matter and sort this impractical service provider .So that he should be aware of providing services in the future n and to stop these kind of practices in future.

              My name is Ajay Khanduri and we bought a Voltas 2 Ton Split Air Conditioner from M/S Pankaj Electronics - Mayur Vihar, on May 26 - Sunday - 2013. Pankaj Electronics is a well known name and we are a repeat customer of theirs. I have always had a good respect for TATA name, may be its because of Mr.Ratan Tata's image, and their Voltas All Weather ACs was impressive, so i thought lets put a few thousand extra and get a quality product for my office at Mayur Vihar.

              My visit to Pankaj Electronics was brief, and they recommended Voltas, which helped boost my confidence and I bought the product.Sunday our office is closed, so I got it Installed. I would like to add here that the installation service is a mess and one can't expect quality even after paying 4000/- extra for cladding, Wiring, etc. After installation, it was witched on and worked for 10 minutes. Satisfied, i shut it and closed the office.

              True to my worst fears, I got a call from my office early morning that the AC was not starting up. I told them to check all things and as its a brand new unit, there is no issue with it. I reached around noon time to find my team sweating at work and the AC not working at all. Apart from Turbo Function, rest were all dead. The cooling was ZERO and a call to Pankaj Electronics got a response that a technician will come over to check.

              Noone arrived and when I called them again the next day, I was told that someone from Voltas - A voltas Engineer will come to look into the problem. I was informed that this problem is due to lower voltage problem from the grid and hence nothing they can d about. I was thinking - is my office the only one getting low voltage from Grid or these people are playing stupid games without offering support. Noone came to check even on Tuesday. They said someone will visit on Wednesday.

              After waiting all day Wednesday, we logged a complaint with Voltas Service Center at 5:30 pm, only to be told that NO Previous complaint for this matter had been issued by the dealer. They claimed total ignorance on the matter and asked us to wait for 24 hours for service engineer. Thursday and Friday are gone and Till today - Saturday, there is no engineer here. A call to their service center just minutes back got this answer" the complaint is being looked into by higher authorities and you need to wait".

              This is the Pathetic State of Affairs at TATA Voltas, that a Brand new AC worth 40 Thousand does not last more than 10 Minutes and when you ask for support neither dealer, nor TATA itself give a dime to your concerns. Paying crores for ADs creates a good image and that is where a customer gets fooled into believing that the product will meet the quality projected. TATA AC purchase was a bad decision. I am now stuck with this piece of junk in my office.

              My decision to choose TATA because of brand image was indeed wrong. Now I have no respect for TATA name or its products. I can't recommend TATA products to anyone now. There is ZERO service, ZERO support and you will just end up loosing money. Avoid TATA AC India

              VOLTAS, Tata product — regarding not working of ac

              i bought an split ac 1.5 ton from ashirwad electronics muzaffarpur bihar 45510075p09d003006, 4511071p09d003406 which is not cooling properly since the date i purchase it and i had complained earlier 3to4 times but then also the defect on dated 11.05.09 whose sr no is was not removed.

              After posting these reviews on Saturday, we started getting calls from Voltas Service team. Their engineer visited and fixed the problem halfway on Sunday. On Monday they came again to fill more gas as cooling was no good. Today morning - Tuesday - its back to square one. The AC is not working again.. This says much about TATA Voltas AC product, support and quality of services..

              we are wasting our time and money dealing with TATA Voltas.. the only thing appropriate will be to post more reviews online to warn other customers from buying such crappy products.

                Voltas Window AC — Very Poor Service

                No proper responsible answers from authorised service centers, IGLOO COOLING SOLUTIONS, irrespective of repeated phone calls more than 75 calls and repeated personal representation in their office. Not able to use Air Conditioner during this hot summer for nearly 1 month and they say immeditate attention to the customer call, it is advicable hereafter not to buy voltas products like AC.

                Voltas AC - Window — Poor Service

                Very casual attitude of Voltas Service Team. I made the complaint on 19th May'09 at their Chennai Office. They registered my complaint and when I ask the complaint no then they told me that by SMS they will send the complaint no. and the complaint will sorted out within 24 hrs.. But unfortunate on 20th May they not attended my complaint. When I contacted the chennai office then they told me that they don't receive any complaint from you. They given me Voltas Service Manager Mr. Satish Upadhaya number and when I contacted him they he has given the another person number and by this complete day passed out and complaint is as it is.
                Brought AC 1 month back, compresser was unservable after 2 months, no satisfactory reply from company, call center or dealer

                i have purchased an ac 1.5 t,voltas vertis premium from moradabad dealer. from the first day it was not cooling well. the dealer was not interested in it. after a search i lodge a complaint in ghaziabad office wide comp no. 09jl083526 dt 08/07/2009.they assured me to check it withen 48 hours.

                I have bought one window ac from Shree Ji electronics, charkop market, sector-2 kandivali west, within 20 days fthe fan of ac stops working, after complaining to Voltas, they confirmed for 3 working days the complaint will be taken care, but even at the end of third day when nobody comes in, i called up again then i got th response that we need 1 more day,lets hope for the best
                Note-Please dont buy Voltas products as the after sale service is worst and worst and worst!
                This is in regards with the complaint of Voltas vertis plus window AC,
                Few days back I have registered a request for AC services, for which an engineer visited and completed the work but just after very next day “FAN MOTOR” had stopped working for which I have registered a complaint “11AP0406084”, for which another engineer visited to repair the same, as per him there was water logging in the fan motor during last wet service, because of which it had jammed.
                To repair it he had put some oil in it and done the temporary adjustment in vein as it stopped on very next day.

                I have called your customer care for the reopening of the previous complaint. On Sunday one gentleman MR VishwasSharma ([protected]), who claimed to be the manager of the repair center. He reassured that he would send some one and replace the FAN MOTOR. But no one turned up till today. Now when I am trying contacting him he is not picking up the call.

                More over some one named DD Sharma called for the details and I am sorry to say the way he communicated was extremely rude. He was adamant for the bill copy and was repeating only one thing warrantee is over and I have to pay the damage. Now complaint desk is not ready to take complaint also. As the engineer had mention the remarks that I have not paid for the services where as I have the receipt 250 for the same.

                Now my question is this why should I pay for your engineer’s mistake, it was his mistake, he mishandled my stuff and done the damage.

                I think it was my mistake I have purchased your product and opted the pathetic service of your company.

                I am writing this complaint by hoping some one would turn up to resolve customers concern.

                LG/ WINDOW AC — Very bad service experience

                I have raised a compliment regarding the window AC cooling problem. but its still pending

                My first complained raised on date[protected] and Job No. RNA[protected]

                Engineer visited to our location after 2-3 days and a lot of follow up through customer care, checked the AC and says there is a problem with the capacitor and need to be replaced. after that there is no response from the customer care/ service center
                We did some more complained in the service center and mail also to [protected]@lge.com but no action taken. then after 16 days i got the call for collect the ac for repairing. the transport person collect the AC on the date[protected] and provided the job sheet with job number mention RNA[protected]
                and the service center also mention which is ( IDEAL Services). Now today[protected], i have make a call to IDEAL services for the information about repair but the are saying that we don't have any contract with the LG so dont call here and provide some alternate number. I have called those number but no body picked the phone. Then i have called to customer care service and they again provide the number of ideal services.
                I don't what is going and which type of service LG provide . Its really frustrating for me.

                Voltas AC — Extremely Poor Service

                I have complaint about the Cooling problem several times but no one has turned up yet. Is this Voltas service all about. I have registered several complaints initially some technician came and found GAS problem he filled the Gas and took the Payment but after few hours the problem was still as earlier.

ON CALLING UPON THEIR CUSTOMER CARE THEY REPEATING SAME THAT THE SAID PART "CONTACTER" IS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY DONT KNOW THE EXACT DATE WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE.                   Hi, I have requested for my Voltas Split AC for service in Voltas help line on 14th May with ref ID 13my1400622. The call was handled by Vinod trading . It was very pathetic experience for getting AC serviced by authorized service center. the service technician came and done very minor work like filter cleaning for indoor unit and flushed 4-5 Lt of water on the outdoor unit. He charged 500 rs from my old parents and misbehaved when resisted by my fathe. Receipt no is 260 dated 16th may. The matter was highlighted to owner of service center Mr Vinod and to the Voltas service help line but no response from them past 10 days.

                  With my worst experience of Voltas service , i advice all of people not to buy Tata products as they are only interested in selling but not providing the services.

                          I have recently purchased Voltas Airconditioner before 3 months. I come across there is a poor customer support as i have register a complain to them regarding "No cooling". when i called up the help line [protected], executive answered my call and not even fully identified the issue, but said that i need to pay Rs 400 as service charge as i was not under warranty. So i informed him to check properly as i had purchased Voltas product before 3 months as i have 1 year of warranty. Again he checked and said sorry, You are under warranty and our executive will come with in 24 hrs to service the AC. I really appreciate that with in given TAT an executive visited home named "Kesavan", who even doesn't know how to write my name,address & issue in english and i think so he doesn't know any thing about AC too. he said "Gas has been leaked,& need to be replaced". this happen on saturday. He said sunday will be holiday and monday surly he will send a executive to rectify this issue. I too agreed. Only monday evening he (Kesaven) called to my number and enquired about the address, Even i too guided him the route and once he reached my home, he said "Oh, i have checked the issue on saturday & found out there was a GAS LEAKAGE, i forgot to submit the form to concern team and he said he will do it and surly tuesday an executive will come. till now there is no proper response from them. Kesavan saying that there is no service person available in this location so informing me to wait for some time. I have been patient for 3 days and day by day they are making me & my family irate.

                          VOLTAS — regarding poor service

                          dear sir,
                          I bought two one tonne A.C before two months in chennai.both the system had a same complaint one by one of water leakage in indoor system.one a.c has been rectified only after 25 days and another a.c got repaired before a weak and no action has been taken from the company.hence,i request you to take necessary action immediately.

                          Air Conditioner — Poor Service

                          I bought my AC on 23rd March having Sr. No. 0101PPJZ301637W. I have bought it from Shakti Electronics, Ahmedabad. I have got several complains

                          1. The dealer is not ready to provide me bill becasue i have purchased it in installments.
                          2. The dealer is not ready to sign on the warranty card.
                          3. The person who came to fit the AC, broke one of my wall because he didn't measure the distance properly.
                          4. The PCB circuit burnt out twice in a period of 1.5 months of my purchase and the service engineer doesn't specify the reason.
                          5. My last complaint no. is [protected] which remained unresolved. I have talked to customer care center atleast 5 times in last couple of days and i always get the response that i shall get a call from service engineer but not a single time I got the call. At last i called the local service station and asked them how long will they take to resolve my issue. Initially they told me 2 days and now they are saying me 10 days.
                          I am really frustrated with the Samsung service center and the quality of service "SAMSUG" provide. I have heard your advertisment that Samsung guys attend the complain in one hour and get it resolved in one day - Is it really a way to attract customers and forget the existing customers?

                          And more importantly a product bought for less than 2 month worth Rs.25000 needs to be repaired twice without providing the reason whether it is manufacturing fault?

                          I asked the dealer for replacement and he says that he sells "n" number of brands and he doesn't care about getting it replaced. He is least bothered about the customer and so is "SAMSUNG"
                          I have got all home appliances of "SAMSUNG" - but now onwards i have to think twice while buying or suggesting any one to buy samsung.

                          Air Conditioner — poor customer service

                          Dear Sir,

                          1. We purchased a AC "K Series" Sl No[protected] from one of the authorized dealer named M/S PINKY RADIOS, S.C.O 369, Sector 35 B, Chandigarh, on 24 Sep 2009.

                          2. This AC was purchased for a server room, and it was cooling fine till last month. Since 03rd May 11 it has started giving problems viz it doesn't start, though the ventilators of the AC duct are swinging after giving power supply, sometimes it is blowing normal air due to said problem, this institution is facing hardship to maintain the Server.

                          3. The above mentioned vendor has been contacted at least 13 times telephonically before this complaint, but all in vain. The vendor has also given a complaint No 2591, stating that his service engineers will visit us on the next day, but no one has visited so far.

                          4. You are requested to look into the matter as early as possible and an early action is solicited.

                            I purchase voltas ac in rathna fan house. Installation tech came only after 3 days of delivery.
                            Installation tech found that plates, remote control and some od the things are missing in the package.
                            It seems to be already opened package. I contacted the customer care and was told that they will take request and provide the missing items on approval.I asked them to replace full package and I am waiting for 1.5 days and still no reply and they are asking to wait till they get the reply. There was no reply from rathna also. Worst shop I aver purchased...

                              2) A technician came to visit us after couple of follow up calls and he told that compressor had some leakage causing the gas to be leaked. He promised that someone would get to us on the same
                              day or next day.
                              3) The technician mentioned that he doesn't have generic service request for my AC so one of my
                              request was already lost by now.
                              4) No one even called back. I called the technician back who gave me one of the direct number which always comes as switched off.
                              5) I called in the helpline again few more times and escalated the issue to level two couple of times. As always, I got assurance for resolution on same day.
                              6) As usual, no one called me back or came in.
                              7) Till now, I have escalated the issue to level 2 manager 4 times, level 3 once and with level 4 once (which as per them is the highest level of escalation).
                              7) Mr Ashutosh, level 4 and highest level of escalation promised that the issue would be resolved by Monday, 20th May, afternoon for sure. Again, no call back or visit.
                              8) The frustrating and ridiculous part is that every executive says that they understand the situation which seems like they are making fun of the customer since ultimately there is no
                              action at all but only big assurances.
                              9) I called them twice during night time where there senior most executive Mr Vikas again gave me many false assurances. He told that I for sure dont need to give any callback to them and the issue would
                              be resolved but there was no action again. Vikas was too rude while talking.
                              10) When I asked his manager number, he gave me the procedure to find area sales contact number, I tried the area sales manager number 4-5 times but the number always showed engaged.
                              11) I asked them to admit that they can not fix the issue and if they could close my request. Adding to frustration, the senior folks as well as the juniors were happy enough to agree to close the request rather than taking care of the request.
                              12) I have made total 12 calls to the helpline till now.

                              I stay in Gurgaon which is burning at 46 degrees - I have a one year daughter who has been crying every night due to heat. I had to finally buy a new cooler yesterday since I am hopeless now. This
                              has been the worst service that I have seen in my life. I have wasted so much time. Couple of weekend have been wasted waiting for the issue resolution. On one of the weekend, I had to cancel visit to a family event expecting that some technician would come and solve the problem. On another weekend, I had to swap my official activities with another colleague of mine which caused me further financial loss. It has caused too much mental stress.

                              The issue is still unresolved and I have not got any call back from Voltas yet. Kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve this issue.

                                I have buy ed 2 split ac of Volta's on 27/6/2012 ,the engineers installed the ac around on 3/7/2012. after they have installed all the ac..in one of split ac the cooling was not their.so I called up the customer care and lodged a complaint..the engineers came makeda report that gas leaked from your ac,other engineers will come and fill the cooling gas again.the other engineers came and filled the gas..at that time cooling was perfect..after few days same cooling problem occurs in that same ac.at that time I was not able to Volta's because I have to go somewhere else which was important to me.in around November or December i complaint again ,,same the engineers come and still same problem occurs...till now i have called up ur engineers up to 4 to 5 times to my house to fill that gas in my ac...that's making me angry....so please i humble request to to change my ac this time not aging fill the gas.......OK

                                and my second complaint is that the second ac which i have bought few moths earlier some of his wires were eaten up by a rat...i called up the engineers for that also...firstly they come..opens the ac and goes away by ac that Will come tomorrow for replacing the motor that restored.i said OK...Around 1 months later not 1 day... a engineer came to my house saying that sir we have to take out your motor and then will fix it by 2 or three days ......this was around 2 weeks earlier ....that engineer gave his manager number also to me...to get in contact with him ...till i haven't got a call from your engineers or by your manager .........please help me out with this.....

                                  I had purchase Voltas Air Conditioner Model Vertis Plus on 03/05/09 from bhasin brothers, meerut. (UP)
                                  from the starting i m facing problem i.e noice problem then engg. says its a installation problem then remote not working & now A/c not working then i complain to service center on 04/08/09 and attend on 06/08/09 then engg says motor not working then we loged another complain on 08/08/09 vide complain no 09AV081737 but your official not attend till now.

                                  this is to inform you that i had purchase a window ac 1.5tr voltas vertis but in box there is no remote.
                                  At the same time i informed your costomer care for remote bearing no. 09jl010516. After that your techinician came to my house and said that i will change your remote at very soon. still then he was not coming. After that I was also lodge a complain bearing no. 09jl271925. The technician came to my house and gie a remote which was not working. Again i lodge a complain bearing no. 09au010516. Agin the technician came to my house the name of technician is mr. naresh bearing his mobile no. [protected]. He was telling me that i will change tje remote within 2 or 3 days.

                                  The above story becomes 3 months back.

                                  But still then no one can taking action.

                                    I have purchased a voltas ac- split ac, around a year back, after the first year o[censored]sing the ac i have started getting trouble with the ac- in this hot summer it has started throwing hot air.
                                    I have complained to the service center and the mechanic has not been able to resolve the problem. the service center person has visited my premises thrice and it is very unfortunate there is no resolution.
                                    when a customer buys a product from very well reputed brand by spending his hard earned money and it goes faulty in just year is unheard and unexpected.
                                    From this forum i would like to highlight the manufacturer instead of making tall promises and spending crores in advertising they should look at the product quality.
                                    I have also placed a complaint on the company website - yet to get a response.

                                    I had purchased 2Ton Split AC from Anup Electronics, Shri Durga Market, Katras Garh, Dhanbad(Jharkhand) on dated 29/04/08.After one month of purchase, it started giving problem in indoor unit and on complaining to the dealer, he sent his mechanic to solve the problem.after that it worked for 1month and agin started troubling.On calling again to the dealer, his mechanic after checking, said that a part of outdoor unit is burnt and changed the part temporarily for the time being and said that the burnt part will be sent to the company for replacement but till the date nothing has been done.again when we are using AC this summer, it is not functioning proper. Basically, a cooling problem.and the biggest thing is that its about 11 month but no free service has been provided by the company.Please, its a request, take action and solve the problem soon.I never expected this from such a reputaated company.
                                    It was at the right i read it. I was just goin to buy a voltas AC but now after knowing about your problam

                                      It gives me immense pain while informing that I had purchased a 1.5 Ton voltas invertor PANACHE split airconditioner in July 2009. During the year 2012 in the month of April my this aircondtioner showed the problem as E-6, which I had complained to your service centre and your authorised service centre HVAC Solutions had rectified/repaired the PCB of the aircondtioner on 5/5/2012 and charged a sum of Rs 4000/- from me. After few days again a problem started in my aircondtioner and the problem was displayed as E-4. I again called complained to the call centre and the same service provider attended the problem and stated and that gas is short in your aircondtioner and topped up the gas and charged Rs 1800/- from me. However the same problem was displayed after 3-4 days. I again contacted the HVAC Solutions many times but they did not turn up for the rectification of this problem.

                                      Now this year also in the month of March 2013 on 25/3/2013 I have lodged a complain vide complaint number 13 MR 2505926 and as no one turned for this complain rectification hence I again complained vide complaint number 13 AP 0805614. On 8/4/2013 the engineer of M/s Cool Lite Referigeration visited my house and took the indoor PCB for repairing and then on not tracing of the fault took the indoor motor for repair and then again after one week he took the outdoor PCB as again he was not able to track the problem of my aircondtioner.

                                      Subsequently the engineer on 30/4/2013 stated and that this PCB cannot be repaired and it has to be changed and we have put the reqeust in the Voltas company . However the engineer said that PCB is not availble in the Voltas company and you speak to the area manager Mr. Rajeev Ranjan (Mobile No. [protected]). Subsequently I speak to him on 6/5/2013 and he promised me to speak in the company. As there was no output hence I again contacted the area manager Mr. Rajeev Ranjan on 7/5/2013 to rectify/resolve my problem, but he said that it will take one week.

                                      Through the above it is evident that I had been harassed a lot and then also there is no output. Further the second/other dealer says that the top up gas provsioned by first dealer does not use to be avaible in this mode and gas cannot be topped up hence it smells that I had been charged wrongly for the top up gas. Further the visiting engineer also said that this aircondtioner is worst airconditioner of votas and voltas could only sale 2 to 4 pieces of this model and all equipments are facing the same problem.

                                      This hard faced problem has tronished the image of Voltas in my mind and further the visiting engineers have admitted that they never worked on this model and never charged for the gas 410-A. I have already spent a sum of Rs. 6000/- but there is no positive output rather it has compelled me keep dry in this hot summer with the hope that this aircondtioner will be repaired either through a day or two.

                                      Today i.e on[protected] the PCB was fixed after repair but AC is not still working and shows F2

                                      Voltas split AC 1.5 Ton — Complaint not attainded from 27-06-2008 to till now

                                      Compressor changed on 25-06-08, but due to not properly installation loudly noise and repeadatly MCV tripping. Trying to remind atleast two time daily but no response till now. Very surprise about VOLTAS - TATA PRODUCT sevice.

                                      VOLTAS — Repairing of ac not been done

                                      I have bought an a/c (Details; Voltas vertis premium: 1.5 ton, window) from Sri Balaji electronics in April 2008 and a warranty of 5 years is provided on the compressor. My a/c got fire due to damage in the compressor. I contact voltas customer service and lodged a complaint (Complaint No. 11MY0502096) on 5 May 2011. The technician visited my place next day and informed that the unit need to be taken to their authorized service centre (Unique refrigeration, Krishna Nagar, Delhi) and scheduled the pick-up next day i.e. 6 may 2011). Even after several follow ups for 5 days, te unit still has not been picked and the person at the service centre always lies that the unit will be collected within 2 hours. I am really upset with the quality of service provided by Voltas. Please suggest further course of action and the legal procedure by which I can seek justice for me.
