Hi, I have requested for my Voltas Split AC for service in Voltas help line on 14th May with ref ID 13my1400622. The call was handled by Vinod trading . It was very pathetic experience for getting AC serviced by authorized service center. the service technician came and done very minor work like filter cleaning for indoor unit and flushed 4-5 Lt of water on the outdoor unit. He charged 500 rs from my old parents and misbehaved when resisted by my fathe. Receipt no is 260 dated 16th may. The matter was highlighted to owner of service center Mr Vinod and to the Voltas service help line but no response from them past 10 days.

With my worst experience of Voltas service , i advice all of people not to buy Tata products as they are only interested in selling but not providing the services.

    I had made complaint about problem in Voltas Split AC more than 10 days ago but still no Service Technician has yet visited. Despite several reminders to customer support still they have not sent their technician all they say is that it's under processing . Worst support even after spending so much on their premium range of products.

        The worst service i have received ever in my life.i raised a complained on 05/08/2013 ,because my ac comp raiser was not working.they came after 2 days to check it. after 7 week they picked my ac n gave me back after 17 days n still
        the issue is same. my ac comp raiser still not working properly. i called them again n they took 2 days more fix it. I have spoken to ur area manager Mr. Om kumar tyagi ,n he also gave the wrong commitment connective 5 days he was
        saying that u will get ur ac today n it came after 4 dayswhat he committed. n ur home care manager mr. ashu khan was so rude n always giving me excuse that v don't have man power or now we don't have transport to drop ur ac.
        as u know its too hot over here n i have small baby n just because of my ac is not working he got ill .It was pathetic experience that u provided me n now i am planning to never go with voltas product i n future n i will suggest
        the same thing to my friends n relative as well.i am planning to raise a complain against u on consumer court also. so please improve ur after sales service n take proper action against ur home care company n compensate me
        as well for these all incontinence.

          I have recently purchased Voltas Airconditioner before 3 months. I come across there is a poor customer support as i have register a complain to them regarding "No cooling". when i called up the help line [protected], executive answered my call and not even fully identified the issue, but said that i need to pay Rs 400 as service charge as i was not under warranty. So i informed him to check properly as i had purchased Voltas product before 3 months as i have 1 year of warranty. Again he checked and said sorry, You are under warranty and our executive will come with in 24 hrs to service the AC. I really appreciate that with in given TAT an executive visited home named "Kesavan", who even doesn't know how to write my name,address & issue in english and i think so he doesn't know any thing about AC too. he said "Gas has been leaked,& need to be replaced". this happen on saturday. He said sunday will be holiday and monday surly he will send a executive to rectify this issue. I too agreed. Only monday evening he (Kesaven) called to my number and enquired about the address, Even i too guided him the route and once he reached my home, he said "Oh, i have checked the issue on saturday & found out there was a GAS LEAKAGE, i forgot to submit the form to concern team and he said he will do it and surly tuesday an executive will come. till now there is no proper response from them. Kesavan saying that there is no service person available in this location so informing me to wait for some time. I have been patient for 3 days and day by day they are making me & my family irate.

          VOLTAS — regarding poor service

          dear sir,
          I bought two one tonne A.C before two months in chennai.both the system had a same complaint one by one of water leakage in indoor system.one a.c has been rectified only after 25 days and another a.c got repaired before a weak and no action has been taken from the company.hence,i request you to take necessary action immediately.

          Air Conditioner — Poor Service

          I bought my AC on 23rd March having Sr. No. 0101PPJZ301637W. I have bought it from Shakti Electronics, Ahmedabad. I have got several complains

          1. The dealer is not ready to provide me bill becasue i have purchased it in installments.
          2. The dealer is not ready to sign on the warranty card.
          3. The person who came to fit the AC, broke one of my wall because he didn't measure the distance properly.
          4. The PCB circuit burnt out twice in a period of 1.5 months of my purchase and the service engineer doesn't specify the reason.
          5. My last complaint no. is [protected] which remained unresolved. I have talked to customer care center atleast 5 times in last couple of days and i always get the response that i shall get a call from service engineer but not a single time I got the call. At last i called the local service station and asked them how long will they take to resolve my issue. Initially they told me 2 days and now they are saying me 10 days.
          I am really frustrated with the Samsung service center and the quality of service "SAMSUG" provide. I have heard your advertisment that Samsung guys attend the complain in one hour and get it resolved in one day - Is it really a way to attract customers and forget the existing customers?

          And more importantly a product bought for less than 2 month worth Rs.25000 needs to be repaired twice without providing the reason whether it is manufacturing fault?

          I asked the dealer for replacement and he says that he sells "n" number of brands and he doesn't care about getting it replaced. He is least bothered about the customer and so is "SAMSUNG"
          I have got all home appliances of "SAMSUNG" - but now onwards i have to think twice while buying or suggesting any one to buy samsung.

          Air Conditioner — poor customer service

          Dear Sir,

          1. We purchased a AC "K Series" Sl No[protected] from one of the authorized dealer named M/S PINKY RADIOS, S.C.O 369, Sector 35 B, Chandigarh, on 24 Sep 2009.

          2. This AC was purchased for a server room, and it was cooling fine till last month. Since 03rd May 11 it has started giving problems viz it doesn't start, though the ventilators of the AC duct are swinging after giving power supply, sometimes it is blowing normal air due to said problem, this institution is facing hardship to maintain the Server.

          3. The above mentioned vendor has been contacted at least 13 times telephonically before this complaint, but all in vain. The vendor has also given a complaint No 2591, stating that his service engineers will visit us on the next day, but no one has visited so far.

          4. You are requested to look into the matter as early as possible and an early action is solicited.

            I purchase voltas ac in rathna fan house. Installation tech came only after 3 days of delivery.
            Installation tech found that plates, remote control and some od the things are missing in the package.
            It seems to be already opened package. I contacted the customer care and was told that they will take request and provide the missing items on approval.I asked them to replace full package and I am waiting for 1.5 days and still no reply and they are asking to wait till they get the reply. There was no reply from rathna also. Worst shop I aver purchased...

              Hi Sir,

              I am writing this to complain about pathetic Service by Voltas. Kindly look into it and help me.

              I unfortunately bought 1.5 ton AC from Voltas last year. Few days back, it stopped cooling at all. Below are the series of events since then:-

              1)I called in Voltas and submitted a complain of it and also submitted the request for generic service on 11th May.
              2) A technician came to visit us after couple of follow up calls and he told that compressor had some leakage causing the gas to be leaked. He promised that someone would get to us on the same
              day or next day.
              3) The technician mentioned that he doesn't have generic service request for my AC so one of my
              request was already lost by now.
              4) No one even called back. I called the technician back who gave me one of the direct number which always comes as switched off.
              5) I called in the helpline again few more times and escalated the issue to level two couple of times. As always, I got assurance for resolution on same day.
              6) As usual, no one called me back or came in.
              7) Till now, I have escalated the issue to level 2 manager 4 times, level 3 once and with level 4 once (which as per them is the highest level of escalation).
              7) Mr Ashutosh, level 4 and highest level of escalation promised that the issue would be resolved by Monday, 20th May, afternoon for sure. Again, no call back or visit.
              8) The frustrating and ridiculous part is that every executive says that they understand the situation which seems like they are making fun of the customer since ultimately there is no
              action at all but only big assurances.
              9) I called them twice during night time where there senior most executive Mr Vikas again gave me many false assurances. He told that I for sure dont need to give any callback to them and the issue would
              be resolved but there was no action again. Vikas was too rude while talking.
              10) When I asked his manager number, he gave me the procedure to find area sales contact number, I tried the area sales manager number 4-5 times but the number always showed engaged.
              11) I asked them to admit that they can not fix the issue and if they could close my request. Adding to frustration, the senior folks as well as the juniors were happy enough to agree to close the request rather than taking care of the request.
              12) I have made total 12 calls to the helpline till now.

              I stay in Gurgaon which is burning at 46 degrees - I have a one year daughter who has been crying every night due to heat. I had to finally buy a new cooler yesterday since I am hopeless now. This
              has been the worst service that I have seen in my life. I have wasted so much time. Couple of weekend have been wasted waiting for the issue resolution. On one of the weekend, I had to cancel visit to a family event expecting that some technician would come and solve the problem. On another weekend, I had to swap my official activities with another colleague of mine which caused me further financial loss. It has caused too much mental stress.

              The issue is still unresolved and I have not got any call back from Voltas yet. Kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve this issue.

                I have buy ed 2 split ac of Volta's on 27/6/2012 ,the engineers installed the ac around on 3/7/2012. after they have installed all the ac..in one of split ac the cooling was not their.so I called up the customer care and lodged a complaint..the engineers came makeda report that gas leaked from your ac,other engineers will come and fill the cooling gas again.the other engineers came and filled the gas..at that time cooling was perfect..after few days same cooling problem occurs in that same ac.at that time I was not able to Volta's because I have to go somewhere else which was important to me.in around November or December i complaint again ,,same the engineers come and still same problem occurs...till now i have called up ur engineers up to 4 to 5 times to my house to fill that gas in my ac...that's making me angry....so please i humble request to to change my ac this time not aging fill the gas.......OK

                and my second complaint is that the second ac which i have bought few moths earlier some of his wires were eaten up by a rat...i called up the engineers for that also...firstly they come..opens the ac and goes away by ac that Will come tomorrow for replacing the motor that restored.i said OK...Around 1 months later not 1 day... a engineer came to my house saying that sir we have to take out your motor and then will fix it by 2 or three days ......this was around 2 weeks earlier ....that engineer gave his manager number also to me...to get in contact with him ...till i haven't got a call from your engineers or by your manager .........please help me out with this.....

                VOLTAS — COOLING NOT EFFECTIVE

                I PURCHASED VOTAS AC 2 YEARS AGO. BUT I M NOT SATISFIED WITH IT'S PERFORMANCE. THE AC IS GIVING VERY POOR PERFORMANCE. VOLTAS IS PROVING IT'S VERY POOR BRAND. LAST YEAR I CONSULTED CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY DID'T SENT ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON & STILL THE PROBLEM CONTINUES. I REQUEST THE COMPANIES TO LISTEN TO CONSUMER COMPLAINES OR SHUT DOWN THE COMPANIES BECAUSE WE HAVE NO MONEY TO WASTE TO YOUR POOR BRANDS.

                  FROM THE FIRST DAY THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I HAVE COMPLAINED VOLTAS THAT THE AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY THEY SENT A MECHANIC,(1) HE CHECKED THE AC AND TOLD THAT AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY DUE TO LOW VOLTAGE OF POWER. (2) AGAIN I HAVE FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AND CALL TO VOLTAS AGAIN THEY SENT MECHANIC NOW HE TOLD ME THAT THIS IS DUE TO VENTILATION PROBLEM, THE AC NEED LARGE SIZE OF VENTILATION AND HE GONE.                   VOLTAS AIR CONDITIONER — facing problem from 1st day

                  I had purchase Voltas Air Conditioner Model Vertis Plus on 03/05/09 from bhasin brothers, meerut. (UP)
                  from the starting i m facing problem i.e noice problem then engg. says its a installation problem then remote not working & now A/c not working then i complain to service center on 04/08/09 and attend on 06/08/09 then engg says motor not working then we loged another complain on 08/08/09 vide complain no 09AV081737 but your official not attend till now.
                  Sir,
                  this is to inform you that i had purchase a window ac 1.5tr voltas vertis but in box there is no remote.
                  At the same time i informed your costomer care for remote bearing no. 09jl010516. After that your techinician came to my house and said that i will change your remote at very soon. still then he was not coming. After that I was also lodge a complain bearing no. 09jl271925. The technician came to my house and gie a remote which was not working. Again i lodge a complain bearing no. 09au010516. Agin the technician came to my house the name of technician is mr. naresh bearing his mobile no. [protected]. He was telling me that i will change tje remote within 2 or 3 days.

                  The above story becomes 3 months back.

                  But still then no one can taking action.

                  Pl. do it as early as possible for which i shall be ever grateful to you and obliged

                    I have purchased a voltas ac- split ac, around a year back, after the first year o[censored]sing the ac i have started getting trouble with the ac- in this hot summer it has started throwing hot air.
                    I have complained to the service center and the mechanic has not been able to resolve the problem. the service center person has visited my premises thrice and it is very unfortunate there is no resolution.
                    when a customer buys a product from very well reputed brand by spending his hard earned money and it goes faulty in just year is unheard and unexpected.
                    From this forum i would like to highlight the manufacturer instead of making tall promises and spending crores in advertising they should look at the product quality.
                    I have also placed a complaint on the company website - yet to get a response.

                    Voltas Vertis Split AC — Ac not functioning properly

                    I had purchased 2Ton Split AC from Anup Electronics, Shri Durga Market, Katras Garh, Dhanbad(Jharkhand) on dated 29/04/08.After one month of purchase, it started giving problem in indoor unit and on complaining to the dealer, he sent his mechanic to solve the problem.after that it worked for 1month and agin started troubling.On calling again to the dealer, his mechanic after checking, said that a part of outdoor unit is burnt and changed the part temporarily for the time being and said that the burnt part will be sent to the company for replacement but till the date nothing has been done.again when we are using AC this summer, it is not functioning proper. Basically, a cooling problem.and the biggest thing is that its about 11 month but no free service has been provided by the company.Please, its a request, take action and solve the problem soon.I never expected this from such a reputaated company.
                    It was at the right i read it. I was just goin to buy a voltas AC but now after knowing about your problam

                    Two months ago, i have purchase voltas vertis plus split AC but in the two months AC is not cooling properly . Now today AC is not working .I complaint voltas service center that there is no gas .I mean to say that time AC is in warranty period . But I have to suffer alot if the warranty period is gone ihave to pay.

                    i bought VOLTAS SPLIT AC from bansal ac gurgaon.it is giving problem since day 1.after almost 2 calls per day, one person was sent who does not know anything.opened my ac, left it there and said he will come back.PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE.Can somebody tell me customer complaint number.

                      It gives me immense pain while informing that I had purchased a 1.5 Ton voltas invertor PANACHE split airconditioner in July 2009. During the year 2012 in the month of April my this aircondtioner showed the problem as E-6, which I had complained to your service centre and your authorised service centre HVAC Solutions had rectified/repaired the PCB of the aircondtioner on 5/5/2012 and charged a sum of Rs 4000/- from me. After few days again a problem started in my aircondtioner and the problem was displayed as E-4. I again called complained to the call centre and the same service provider attended the problem and stated and that gas is short in your aircondtioner and topped up the gas and charged Rs 1800/- from me. However the same problem was displayed after 3-4 days. I again contacted the HVAC Solutions many times but they did not turn up for the rectification of this problem.

                      Now this year also in the month of March 2013 on 25/3/2013 I have lodged a complain vide complaint number 13 MR 2505926 and as no one turned for this complain rectification hence I again complained vide complaint number 13 AP 0805614. On 8/4/2013 the engineer of M/s Cool Lite Referigeration visited my house and took the indoor PCB for repairing and then on not tracing of the fault took the indoor motor for repair and then again after one week he took the outdoor PCB as again he was not able to track the problem of my aircondtioner.

                      Subsequently the engineer on 30/4/2013 stated and that this PCB cannot be repaired and it has to be changed and we have put the reqeust in the Voltas company . However the engineer said that PCB is not availble in the Voltas company and you speak to the area manager Mr. Rajeev Ranjan (Mobile No. [protected]). Subsequently I speak to him on 6/5/2013 and he promised me to speak in the company. As there was no output hence I again contacted the area manager Mr. Rajeev Ranjan on 7/5/2013 to rectify/resolve my problem, but he said that it will take one week.

                      Through the above it is evident that I had been harassed a lot and then also there is no output. Further the second/other dealer says that the top up gas provsioned by first dealer does not use to be avaible in this mode and gas cannot be topped up hence it smells that I had been charged wrongly for the top up gas. Further the visiting engineer also said that this aircondtioner is worst airconditioner of votas and voltas could only sale 2 to 4 pieces of this model and all equipments are facing the same problem.

                      This hard faced problem has tronished the image of Voltas in my mind and further the visiting engineers have admitted that they never worked on this model and never charged for the gas 410-A. I have already spent a sum of Rs. 6000/- but there is no positive output rather it has compelled me keep dry in this hot summer with the hope that this aircondtioner will be repaired either through a day or two.

                      Today i.e on[protected] the PCB was fixed after repair but AC is not still working and shows F2

                      Voltas split AC 1.5 Ton — Complaint not attainded from 27-06-2008 to till now

                      Compressor changed on 25-06-08, but due to not properly installation loudly noise and repeadatly MCV tripping. Trying to remind atleast two time daily but no response till now. Very surprise about VOLTAS - TATA PRODUCT sevice.

                      VOLTAS — Repairing of ac not been done

                      I have bought an a/c (Details; Voltas vertis premium: 1.5 ton, window) from Sri Balaji electronics in April 2008 and a warranty of 5 years is provided on the compressor. My a/c got fire due to damage in the compressor. I contact voltas customer service and lodged a complaint (Complaint No. 11MY0502096) on 5 May 2011. The technician visited my place next day and informed that the unit need to be taken to their authorized service centre (Unique refrigeration, Krishna Nagar, Delhi) and scheduled the pick-up next day i.e. 6 may 2011). Even after several follow ups for 5 days, te unit still has not been picked and the person at the service centre always lies that the unit will be collected within 2 hours. I am really upset with the quality of service provided by Voltas. Please suggest further course of action and the legal procedure by which I can seek justice for me.

I have an comprehensive AMC with the company but after tring for three longmonth they have attend to my query and one day someone come took my indoor unit and for four days no one respond to my call and now I am in a soup about the fate of my indoor unit.                           I purchased voltas window ac model 182 dlx Serial No-4011092a13c004389 on 7/5/2013 from Prince Electronics Nangloi. I installed that on 8/5/2013 as i on it makes sounds. i make complaint next day technician came and adust cooling coil. but sound remain. He checked and said it comes from compressor but done nothing and gone. next day i called customer care and again technician came and checked but nothing done. problem still remain. till 15/5/2013 three times i made complaint but problem was not solved. They said this type of sound will come.

                          pl solve the problem as the ac is new. Pl check the compressor or replace my ac.

                            Voltas vertis classic model being purchased from era radios 2 years back but since last three months ac's pcb is not working which was handed over to Mr virmani at Reliance Refrigeration rajendra nagar three months back.

                            Its being three month i have been continuesly keeping a regular followup between Mr Virmani and Mr Tyagi ([protected]) from voltas gaziabad. where i only get a stupid response sab ho raha hai jaise hi ho jaega hum bata denge.

                            but yesterday i got my defective pcb back with a response now nothing can happen this AC is for nothing now because the pcb is not in stock with them.

                            This type of irresponsible service was not expected from such a reputed company like VOLTAS.

                            Please arrange to help what should i do with this ac now.

                              DON'T BUY ANY ELECTRONIC PRODUCT FROM SIDDHI ENGINEERS, SATELLITE & PALDI BRANCH, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY PROPER SALES TEAM AND SERVICE TEAM FOR GIVING SATISFACTION TO THE CUSTOMER. I HAD PURCHASE VOLTAS SPLIT AC 1.5 ton LAST YEAR FROM SIDDHI ENGINEERS, SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. But within one year this dealer is not responding well for sales and servicing during my entire interaction with this dealer. Siddhi Engg give me AC delivery after 20 days, then after installation will be done after 15 days with so many reminders with the office. They had not keep any record and till completion of one year they had not given AC service but at the time of purchase they had told me four free service. Whenever I had called him for complaining they will not giving good response and they had not send any technician before 10-15 days. But they are asking various questions and arguments for the complains. They had very rude reply each time and only 1-2 technician they had with them and also I think they had not permanent with them. Please don't buy any thing from this dealer at satellite or paldi branch in Ahmedabad.

                                I would like to share matter with you on the pain, me & my parents went through due to abusive words shared by your representative & that too due to miscommunication held between your internal departments. I called up your service centre on 6th May to register complaint of my AC on non-cooling but when they told me service charges i immediately withdrew my complaint & have registered it with TATA Croma under extended warranty scheme which i purchased along with AC in July 2011.

                                To my surprise, i received a call today morning from a representative with lot of traffic noise at the background inquiring my home address. Since i was in my office, i explained him the route & shared my parents no. if finds problem in locating the same. While he is done with service of my AC & asked for service charge then we got to know that the person is from VOLTAS because with CROMA it is free till July'14. When we clearly denied that we never booked any service with VOLTAS neither i received any intimation on SMS then your person started arguing with my parents & started shouting onto them that he will escalate to senior management & no one will ever visit your home on future. If ever, you will find your problem in compressor then we won't show our face.

                                Voltas 1.5 Tons Split AC — Very Poor Service

                                I am a retired general manager from the Hindustan Photo Films Ooty; I had training in Voltas In 1958. On the 24th of April 2010,I bought Voltas 1.5 Tons Split Ac from Laser Valley Company in T'Nagar; only on the 26th April,late in the evening, a man from Igloo, Chetpet, a company to whom Voltas entrust, came and did a shabby job. Because it was very late, around 11PM and I too was tired, I signed the Paper. The next day, I showed to the salesman of Laser Valley Company the poor quality of the work; he promised to get it redone after a few days, since I had to go out of Chennai.The performance of the unit was going down.I brought to the notice of Laser Valley. Around the 12 th of August the unit is fully down with no gas in it!! I had made several calls to LVC, with no avail; again when I had gone to Bangalore, there was a call to me at B'lore from Voltas. I requested them to attend on the 21st. But so far no action. The complaint number is 10AU2802628. For 4 months I had poor service. Will Voltas wake up and retrieve their once enviable name?

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had purchase a VOLTAS split 1.5 T AC serial no 4551144M10D003831 through the dealer of voltas M/s Electronic Plaza, Kalkaji New Delhi ( Mr RAHUL [protected]) on 11.07.2010. after installation i notice that it is not cooling properly & the swing motor is not working. I had lodged a complain on the 1st week of august 2010 & the technician from the voltas has arrived & make a report no 3734 dated 08.08.10 that swing motor to be replace.
                                despite our regular follow-up, I am not getting any proper responce neither from dealer nor from the Voltas service centre.
                                I have purchase this unit in 11th july 10 but till date not find a comfort night in a single day.
                                I request the authority to change the unit or refund my money with intrest & mental harrashment which i & my family had.
                                I humbly request you to kindly HELP ME

                                    Dear sir,
                                    This is Nakul Aggarwal. I have launched a complaint on 27th may 2010 with Voltas that there Ac was not working well. They send in there technician and he said that there is a gas leakage problem on 28th may. Then they took Rs 1000 advance from me assuring me that my gas would be filled on coming Sunday but there technician came on 13th June 2010 to fill the gas, He filled in the gas but still the problem remained . I launched in complaint very next day then again there technician came on 17th June 2010 and said there is no gas and again assured me that very next day my problem would be sought out. its been 2 weeks from that day onward that my complaint have not been addressed and no proper response is received. They took the balance amount on 13th June itself . I want to sue them for the inconvenience caused to me. please help me.

                                    I have been facing the same problem from the VOLTAS service center. They are violating consumer rights by NOT PROVIDING proper service promised while buying the product.

                                    I have written an email to VOLTAS directly, they seems to be woken up. Lets see if they pay me compensation on time or I have to drag them to the court.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I bought a Air Conditioner (AC) of 1.5 ton capacity marketed by of VOLTAS company. I bought AC from Allex Electronics Industries, (address -C-1, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017, phone number[protected] on 21st of May 2012.

                                        I switched on AC first time in this season to cool my room, it did not cooled. I called at the VOLTA call center (toll free number[protected] to register a complaint. I don't remember the exact date but it was end of March or early few days of April. I did not get any call from VOLTAS till 10th of April. I made another call on 9th of April at the Call Center of VOLTA[protected], i got a complaint number 13AP0908920, i was promised to get call withing 24 hours, no call for next 5-6 days. I again called on the same number on 15th of April, 16th of April, 19th of April - every time i started teh conversation from zero, and they kept promising me that someone will call withing 24 hours.

                                        I finally got a call on 20th of April from Sohail ([protected]), claiming that he is from VOLTAS. He came with another helper with him. He checked AC and gave a 'service report' NO-2055. Report says - a AC - Checked, AC's PCB difficulties, AC NOT WORKING. We (Me and My Partner) spend whole day at home to ensure that we get it repaired but unfortunately it did not happened.

                                        I called again to the locale number on 22nd to say that please call me before few hours of your arrival at my place. I got a call from Sohail again from his cell number mentioned above on 22nd, he syas 'I am coming'. I asked him to NOT come on 22nd and come next day. I waited and called on 26 at THE VINTAGE (VOLTAS Service CENTRE) at[protected] on 26th of April. I was told that someone will visit me on 26th. Called multiple times on 26th but same response. NO ONE CAME!!! I spend whole day waiting for them! I again called them on 27th on same number - same response - 'Someone will VISIT today' - The reason they stated is that - Company is NOT supplying PCB (Damaged equipment) so its taking time.

                                        I called on 29th again at Sohail's number and THE VINTAGE number (VOLTAS Local Service Center), they says that PCB is not available- what can they do? It was so irritating - I lost it, i told them that - I will go to consumer court now!! They ignored completely. I was consoled by saying that 'aaj think ho jayega aapka AC'. NO ONE VISITED ON 29th again. I spoiled my day again. Could not go to work!! I had to go through so much of problem because of this. :(

                                        I called again on 30th, they said the same thing. Someone will visit today. Mr. Sohail came with his helper. He said that 'PCB and Display nikal ke le jaana padega tabhi naya PCB aayega' (The current PCB and Display will have to be submitted in the office before VOLTAS will replace new one). he says that VOLTAS has sent a circular recently about NOT ISSUING a NEW part until damaged one gets submitted in their office. OMG!!! He took away damaged PCB and Display on 30th.

                                        Mr. Sohail came on 1st of May with 'Repaired PCB and Display' (NOT NEW - The VOLTAS claimed that it will replace new during warranty period). They tried fixing it up but it did not run. He again went away with those repaired equipment. I asked him to bring new one so that we can see the seal and ensure that its new and it will not get damaged soon.

                                        I am tired with VOLTAS now!!! I am claiming INR 200000 as compensation for violating consumer rights and spoiling my 7-10 days of work, my mood, my emotion badly affected which cased another serious problem in family, my work got affected and I did not get the quality service.

                                        Please ensure that I get the compensation from VOLTAS asap.

                                        Voltas Ac 1.5 Ton — Complaint not resolved despite repeated calls

                                        I lodged a complaint with voltas on 2nd May 2009 regarding my AC(Ph. no[protected]. Complaint No. is 09my020184. Their mechanics came on 6th May without calling. At that day nobody was at home. I called them again. Next time the mechanic came on 12th May and said that the motor is defective and needs to be changed. They left without taking the AC saying that they will come in 2 days to collect the motor. But they didn't turned up. I called at their service centre continously for the whole week and each time they said that the mechanic will come next day. But nobody turned up. On 23rd May 2 mechanics came 2 collect the AC and said that they would change it by monday(25th May). He gave me his number(Gautam Bali. Phone No. [protected]). Since monday I am continously calling that mechanic. But he is not picking up the phone. Today again (27th May) I called the Service centre and asked againg to talk to a senior person. She came to the phone and said that my call has been escalated. I tried to talk to her but she didn't listen to me and hung up the phone.

                                        On the first call I made, their executive said that they resolve each complaint within 48 hours. But since then 26 days has been passed. And I am still not hopefull about getting my complaint resolved in this week also.

                                        It appears that the voltas India is an unprofessionally managed organisation.

                                        Voltas AC — WORST SERVICE AND WORST AC

                                        I HAVE BOUGHT VOLTAS VERTIS GOLD A C FROM VIJAY SALES ON 5 /4/10 THEY SUPPLIED ME DEFECTIVE A C TO ME VOLTAS A C SERVICE HAD INSTALLED THEY HAD INSTALLED AND LEFT THE HOLE OPEN AND TAKEN THE FULL INSTALLATION MONEY AND I HAD TO COVER THE HOLE MY SELF AND AFTER FIRST SERVICING I CAME TO KNOW THAT I GOT DEFECTIVE PIECE FROM VIJAY SALES BECUSE IT WAS LEAKAGE FOR THIS I COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 26 SEP AND THEIR SERVICE PERSON CAME TO REPAIR THEY TOLD I WONT SERVICE WITHOUT BILL FOR THIS I COMPLAINT TO MR SALONI OF VASAI BRANCH THEY TOLD ME THAT I WONT DO WITHOUT BILL I TOLD HER THAT I AM NOT AT HOME I WILL GIVE YOU TOMMARROW BUT SHE REFUSED TO DO SERVICE I TOLD I HAD BOUGHT TH AC BUT NOT THEFT . FOR THIS I COMPLAINT TO MR KASHYAP AND MR MR VAID BUT THEY GAVE ME THE SAME THE REPLY I TOLD THEM PLEASE E MAIL ME THE SAME IN WRITING BUT THEY REFUSED TO MAIL ME THIS IS HOW REPUTED FIRM IS TATA VOLTAS ONLY KNOW HOW TO HARRASS CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM COMPANY PROVIDE THE DEFECTIVE APPLAINCES NOW I SUGEESST YOU REPLACE MY A C INSTAED OF GOING TO CONSUMER COURT
                                        I have brought an ac of your company on 7th of october.2010 but it is not working properly from 2 months and I have complaint to your dealer(national sales corp)in kotkapura district faridkot, punjab but he is not giving proper service and ac is still not working properly
                                        So I want that I should be given proper services within one week otherwise I complaint against you in consumer court

                                        Very poor service of Voltas Airconditionor

                                        We had login a complaint on 01/04/2016 against complaint no.-[protected], 2400, 2365 but still my complaints not resolve .

                                        No one resolved the complaint from more than 45 days

                                        I Have raised many complaints against to voltas on Air cooler and simply they are closing and no one is resonding or visiting my home

                                        I called many times and they always used to say issue will be resolved in couple of days.

                                        Days are gong on but no one is resolving te issue.

                                        Worst customer care is Voltas customer care...

                                        To get AC repaired we have to call N number of people, even a work in govt office will not involve this much pain taking.

                                        From last 10 days, AC is not working and no one bothers about it even after complaining.

                                        Voltas is the worst brand, dont even buy that AC.
