In response to my complaint No. 12AP 0605803 dated 06/04/2012, i would like to bring to your kind notice that within a month of repairs/gas refiling, the AC has stopped cooling again. It is highly regrettable to point out that the service being provided by M/s Voltas Ltd through M/s On spot Air cools is highly pathetic. The engineers dont even care to bring their own gas cylinder for welding and didnot pull down the AC to carry out the repairs...

we had bought one voltas vertis elite split ac 1.5 ton on 13th Jan' 2012 from M/s Swagat Electronics, K.B Road, Jorhat.

I had purchased a split AC Vertis Plus of voltas, which developed manufacturing defect. A complaint No !2AP0802496 was registered. the mechanic agreed it was a manufacturing defect and they will replace it; as the middle panel is not available it will be done next week. this went on till July 2012. I had bought a Voltas split 2 ton AC last year on 28.09.2011. The
first service happened in June this year on 03.06.2012 after my
complaint . The complaint number given to me was 12JU0207591. The
report after the first service ( service report number - 610 ) said
that the gas content is on the lower side and someone from Voltas will
be coming in the next two days to address the problem....

Got 1.5 Platinum Voltas Window AC purchased on 05th July 12 which got shipped on 07th July with missing remote, missing user nmanual, missing warranty card and missing Tray. One of the Grills is also broken that controlls the Air Flow. Called the dealer and Voltas customer care number of times however noone is bothered to help. Please help to get this fixed.

We bought 02 Voltas ACs in April 2007 which had a warranty of 05 years. We called Voltas for servicing in March 2012 Their engineer came and serviced both the ACs but 01 Acs started giving lot of trouble. I bought Voltas Split AC of 1.5 ton 3 weeks before and now it is not working properly. I haev complained it on Voltas customer care service and they are not treating it seriously. I want to complain the service quality of Voltas company and quality of products.

Please take a serious action against voltas company so that it must be fixed ASAP.

3 Split AC out of 8 split AC installed at Punjab National Bank, Model Town premises 1st floor, rohtak by M/S Pall & Company Rohtak vide bill no 12252 dated 20.08.2008 are not functioning at all due to failure of compressor & all are within guarantee/warranty period.
