    I, Praloy Bhar, residing in Naroda, Ahmedabad, State: Gujarat, has launched a request for the free service of my newly purchased Air Conditioner.

    Since last 1 week, I am making numerous calls but no technician has attended me for the free service of my A.C.

    Please, provide me a valid reason that for the next purchase "WHY SHOULD I GO FOR VOLTAS BRAND...?"

      I purchased one split AC of Voltas make - capacity 1TR from Defence Electronics Jodhpur on 2nd June 2014 and same was installed on 3rd June 2014 at our premises. But after two days working abnormally, the AC started giving trouble and at all not coping the small rom of size approx 9'x9'x8'(height). And after numerous calls to the shop keeper - Defence Electronics he shunted his responsibilities and showed his inabilities to check the AC. We called the customer care of Voltas and lodged a complaint vide no. [protected] on 6th June 2014. We request the customer care to immediately attend the complaint. Thanks Naresh Kachhwah

        My Voltas 1 ton Split AC was not working so i logged a complaint on 23-05-14. A 18-19 year old novice technician visited (he didn't even know how to check gas leakage) on 28-5-14 and refill gas for Rs.1800 and took additional Rs.500 service charge. From the very same day, the AC still didn't work and in addition, it keeps shutting off every 5 min (exactly 5 min).I again called the Bulandshahr service center and they assure me that the technician will visit next day. Since then, i am calling them 3 times a day and they say that someone will visit shortly but till now no one visits at my home. I called Voltas toll free number, they again forwarded my complaint to the same service center. and still there is no hearing for my compaint.Know i want complete rectification of my problem by a senior engineer.             Its regarding my voltas split ac gas leakage problem from last 3 day the voltas service guy remove my outdoor unit & told me he will check in there workshop to find the cause of gas leakage. but now 2 days has already pass no one from ace engineering voltas service centre tagore garden were come to took the machine & even they didnt pick up the phone it was really a bad experience from voltas company product.

              We from IL&FS have been customer of Voltas for last so many years and in Guwahati we’ve purchased 9 ACs (1.5 Tn) with Voltas stabilizer which are installed in our office. One of these is giving problem for the last few months and for which we have already registered our complaint through Voltas call centre. Voltas service engineers have already visited our office twice and during these have changed most of the parts, Gas fill and finally the stabilizer to correct the same. Still the AC is not giving proper cooling as expected. Now we have launched another complaint following which one of your service agents came and blamed us for our ignorance in the subject of ACs, its technology and various aspects of temperature control etc. with an insulting manner and attitude.(he measured the room area with the measuring tap to show that we are wrong and don’t know anything about the AC) It’s really ridiculous & disappointing to get such feedback / behavior from an agent who supposedly came to solve our problems. We request you to look into this matter and revert with your action (follow-up) taken.

              The complaint was launched using your Guwahati Customer Care No. [protected] ( East Zone as per your official site), as your central CC No. was busy for a long time. Thus our complaint was booked but no SR no was provided. Though our complain was attended but due to the behavioral issues of your service agents the problem with the AC is same till date.

                I have a Voltas 1.5T Split A/C. It is not cooling. For this I lodged the complain thru helpline on 29th May 2014. Complain no is [protected]. But no response received till the time writing this ie 3rd June . I also contacted twice Mr Tyagi Area Service manager Ghaziabad but there is no result. I don;t know what to do. It is better to go local persons

                I am sorry to say that the complaint has not been read carefully. Complaint no is already given in it. Please go thru. While accepting complaint contact details are collected, otherwise how your service person will make a visit or call. Little more seriousness is required on Voltas part and complaint should not be taken as casually. All the required details are available and even that you are asking. You are simply wasting time or delaying resolution.

                  To Voltas Sub: Complaint Letter Dear Sir I have purchased a Voltas Split AC Model No. 185PX (1.5 tonnes) in April, 2014 from Jain Electronics, D-30, Shanti Path, Tilak Nagar, Jaipur (Phone no.[protected] The AC Unit purchased is not working properly from the date of purchase itself. When informed to the dealer he has asked me to directly contact the Company to get the problem solved. I have approached your authorised service centre and had spoken to Mr. Mukesh (Phone no.: [protected]); Latest Complaint No. -[protected] (20th May, 2014). Mr. Mukesh had informed over the phone that they will get the unit checked and then take necessary action. I Have tried reaching him 4-5 times in the month of April and May but he has stopped responding to my calls. It’s a brand new AC and its compressor is not working properly. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty. Also request you to take action against your authorised dealer M/s Jain Electronics who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale. He has been using abusive words whenever I try to tell him the problem. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.                   I purchased VOLTAS Split Air Conditioner of 1.5 ton model no 183VCZTT on May 21st 2020 From Sonovision dealer, Bhimavaram 24-1-5/c, j.p. road Beside Nataraj Theater, Andhra Pradesh. We haven't installed the AC yet. From 2days we contact Dealer not take Responsibility are contacting the AC technician, but he didnt come to install the AC. And i am trying to contact VOLTAS company service numbers but no one is answering my call. I need urgent installation of the Air Conditioner. it very disappointment So i request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

                  I purchased a window ac from Naveen electronic, Model town.This year it was not cooling properly and we registered a complaint on 10 August.Even after 7 days, still complaint is pending.Cooling coil has to be changed and service center is showing non availability nof the same.We paid extra and took five year of extended warranty at the time of purchase.

                  I have purchased a Voltas Water cooler 40/80 FS UP NCW R134a on 25th of January, 2022 from Allied Business Corporation VIII/236-B, kunnathukuzhy Mariathuruthu Kottayam, Kerala Pin- 686017 (Phone no : [protected], [protected]). The cooler Unit purchased is not working properly from the date of purchase itself that means when we installed in our school by voltas authorized service Partner (Techno Sales and Services, Prakkattu Buildings, West temple Road, Kottayam- 686001, Kerala PH:[protected],[protected], [protected]). The complaint is when it is installed in our school; we find the water leakage from one of the taps of the cooler. From the service center the workers come one by one and changing the tap and somebody is pasting the tap with silicone. But that is not at all stopping the water leakage. I don’t need this defective product because I bought the new and fresh product from Voltas. I am not a second owner of this product. So changing the tap or pasting with silicone is not the solution rather it should be replaced for the smooth functioning of our school. When I informed to the dealer he told me we will update soon. Now when I am calling he is not answering properly and not considering even my messages. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as it is bought just before 15 days and we could not use it till now. Also request you to take action against your authorised dealer and authorized service center (Address given above) who are not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale. This kind of after sale services is not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly.
                  The water cooler for our school is sponsored by the Rotary Club Kottayam East. So I need to satisfy them that I have bought a quality product. So I trust Voltas to solve the problem immediately.
                  If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it. I attach the the bill of the product and installation service report with this. Thank you.

                  Dear Sir I have purchased a Voltas Split AC Model No. 3S SAC 123V CZQ WHITE (1 tonnes) in Feb, 23, 2022 from VC Tambaram, Chandra Towers, 4, Rajaji Road West Tambaram Chennai-600045, Tamil Nadu (Phone no.[[protected]], GSTIN:33AAACV1186B1ZT The AC Unit purchased is not working properly and more noise has came from the date of purchase itself.

                  I was installed the AC on 26-Feb-2022, After installed my AC then turn on the switch then immediately we are getting more more noise was came, this noise front of AC person. But i was discussed with to AC installation person. He advise to use one or two days and let us know if anything else. Aftet that i said ok

                  After that i was used the AC, when i'm going to switch on the AC then immediately more more more noise was came.

                  1. Why more noise was came for that i was complaint to viveks storeroom, then viveks storeroom allocated to one AC persion, that person came and nothing to check he just switch on the AC and he advised to me this is normal noise only. After that, i said this is not for normal noise, it's was came more noise

                  2. After that, i was called to viveks storeroom again i was complaint to them and nothing to response
                  3. Again again i have try to called from viveks store room, But they are not responding to me.
                  4. And Finally i was went to vivek store room directly and i was meet at Tambaram Branch Manager and i shared my AC feedback to him. That manager advised to me i will take care.
                  5. After that and no one called me. I Have tried reaching him 5-6 times in the month of April and May but he has stopped responding to my calls, but he did not picked my call.
                  6. When switch on the AC then we are getting on more noise for that we didn't not able to sleep properly.
                  7. When i was purchased the AC more noise is came from the date of purchase itself.
                  8. Last one month i have followed daily wise to Branch Manager, but he didn't picked my call and not resolved my issues.

                  Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty to Viveks Branch Manager side. Also request you to take action against your authorised dealer Viveks-Branch Manager who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale.

                  He has been using abusive words whenever I try to tell him the problem. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.

                    We have already registered two complaints in connection with the complaint of the Voltas AC's one before. The service team has attended the same but still the problem remains. It may also please note that be service team has not repaired till now and they are not taken this as a serious case.                       In spite of calling several times to Voltas authorized person(Akshat sharma-[protected]), in Jodhpur, for compressor problem of my air conditioner, we are not getting any response from their end and even if he is not picking up the phone also. It feels very bad that such a reputed company does not have proper customer follow up service. Thursday 29th may’14 again I log a complaint (Complaint no: [protected]) with Voltas service center and I was assured that the call would be escalated with 24 hours. Now I am highly frustrated with the entire thing and in complete dark as to what is going to happen now… Will I get a proper solution?                           Dear sir, Our voltas water dispenser is not working properly from date of purchasing (19-Dec-2013), I complaint in voltas help line on April month complaint no ([protected]) after that I have complaint again in may complaint No ([protected])... Continusly I follow up but till the no solution...on first complaint engineer come but he remove small product from our water dispenser and said this part not working and we will change this part but till the time engineer not come and change this part...and second complaint engineer not come till the time...                                 hello, I bought a 1.5 ton Ac in 2012.In 2014 my Ac is not cooling at all.I filed a complain to customer care.my complaint no. is [protected].technician has come on 12/05/2014.he gave me the estimate of rs 2800 to fill the gas.I Payed a amt of Rs1000 in advance.After two days they called me that Rs 4600 will be charged extra to change the damage portion.Due to some reason I was not agree to pay the amt.and clalled to return my Ac.tthey returned my Ac on 17/05/2014.I called so many times but no one has came to refund my advance after deducting the visiting charge and transport charge.

                                  Dear Sir, Subject: Dereliction and dishonor of Warranty terms by Voltas AC Limited With this mail, I want to formally lodge my complaint against Voltas AC for dishonoring the Warranty/Service protection they has promised for their ACs. On May 19, 2013, I had bought a 1.5 ton Voltas AC. On April 04, I had filed for an AC service request to Voltas. The service request number is: [protected]. First, for almost a month, the Voltas representative called me 3-4 times, informing me that he will come for the service the next day. No one turned up. Then last week, I mysteriously get an SMS from you that since I am not picking up my phone, the same service has been cancelled. When I confronted Voltas Customer Care on this lie and asked for proof of the same, they put another service request (Request number:[protected] on my behalf but its the same story, no response, no service from Voltas. I mean a service of AC cost Rs 250/300 only and Voltas is giving all kind of excuses for not providing the service as warrantied and guarantied. I request you to please advice me on future course of action for the Dereliction and dishonor of warranty by Voltas Company Regards Ashish

                                    I purchased 1.5 T Split A/C in April, 2014. From past few days, I noticed that the A/C was not cooling properly. I raised a compliant through Customer Care on 9th May, 2014. The complaint number is [protected]. The TAT for sending the technician was 24 hrs. But it has been 11 days and there has not been any resolution. Every time you call the customer care, they just tell that we have escalated the problem & our technician will call soon. I have already done this 10 times. I have also escalated it to their higher authorities & they are also giving the same response. This is really pathetic customer service from a group company of TATA. I am completely in a soup as there is no help I am getting. Get this query resolved at the earliest or be ready for a legal notice soon.

                                      Hello, I purchased a water dispenser from Raju refrigeration dhanbad on April 25th 2014, and when I started using it i got that fridge in this dispenser is not working properly(CHILD WATER & WATER LIKAGE) and i launched a complaint for this to the customer care center by a phone call and they assured me that a person would visit to you and not resolve the problem but after that i called them 5 times but till today no one from your company has visited or called me regarding this matter and its almost a month now. So now I am complaining through email to relaunch the same complaint

                                        Hi Consumer Forum, This is a grievance letter pertaining to a recent purchase of an all-weather Voltas Hot and Cold Split AC on 1st of May, 2014 from Shri Balaji Electronics, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051. When I bought the AC from above mentioned dealer, I was charged with an additional amount of 1500/-, along with the negotiated price of the unit. They claimed it to be the standard installation charge which every customer needs to pay and assured that the installation would be done by an authorized technician from Voltas. Subsequently, someone came and did the installation as assured. Few days into use, I discovered that the AC was having a meager cooling effect and made a request to Voltas. In response to the request, a technician from Voltas came and found a leakage in the pipe, and said it needs to be repaired. Now the problem is that both Voltas and the dealer are putting blame on each other and trying to get rid of the responsibility of replacing the faulty parts. Kindly advise, more than 15 days has been past from the date of purchase but i have not used this ac even for 10 minutes.
